I’ve been wanting to do an episode on the science behind overcoming insomnia and sleep problems for a while now and was thrilled to bits when I connected with Tracy Hannigan. As my sleeping habits are all over the place at the moment, I took a particularly keen interest in Tracy’s knowledge and expertise in an attempt to learn something new. I was drawn to her genuine, no-nonsense approach to helping people with insomnia and sleep problems by offering evidence-based advice in a way that is easily understood.
