Author William Allen joins me for an insightful chat on the importance of thriving as a sensitive man.
During his successful managerial career working with American financial services company Wells Fargo, William Allen often led teams consisting of highly-intelligent and highly-sensitive individuals. William also describes himself as a highly-sensitive man, and found managing people with similar traits a rewarding experience. So much so he received prestigious corporate awards for his empathetic management style.
Soon after retiring early from his corporate job, his curiosity for sensitivity in Men grew. Today, William Allen is on a mission to shed more light on highly-sensitive men and believes they play an important role in our society. William shares this message through his online blog and has published several books on the subject.
