The Dents du Midi is the local region around where I live and Donna is responsible for the structure bringing young skiers through and then onto Ski Valais and then the regional Swiss age group teams. We had a long and wide ranging chat about making speed on the flat, her story as to how she ended up here in the alps, coaching kids in the ski team and how to keep kids in the program.
