The Soul Shack (June 2020) aka The LA Edition (live @ The Broken Shaker LA rooftop)

To celebrate the 15 year anniversary of the Soul Shack next month, for the first time ever, we’re doing a Soul Shack t-shirt give away! It seems like a lifetime ago that I finally made it out to LA and did the first west coast edition of The Soul Shack! There should have already been a second LA Edition in the books by now, but Corona Virus sort of killed those travel plans (along with the last few months of my winter Miami residency :-( So until life gets back to normal and I can make it back out west, here's the recording from a cool & foggy evening on the rooftop of the Freehand Hotel LA (Broken Shaker) back on January 24th. This was my first time playing out west and it definitely influenced some of the music selection - let me know if you pick up on any of the west coast vibes ;-)
