Today's guest, Asha Frost, had a private practice as a healer and homeopath for 15 years. We discuss why she decided to shut down her practice. And how spirit animal medicine works in Native American culture, something she teaches in-depth about in her membership for women who want to tap into this knowledge and make this healing art a regular part of their lives.

Asha Frost, is an Anishinaabe (Ojibway) [First Nation, Cape Croker] Medicine Woman, Healer and Spiritual Mentor. Healing Rainbow Woman.

She is a Soul Seer and Visionary who believes that we heal when we awaken to the beautiful medicine that we carry within. She facilitates through the use of Indigenous Based Ceremony, teachings and healing activations. She is a teacher and leader and her purpose is to help people connect to the magic of spirit within their lives. Her intention is to help awaken the authentic self, so that we may remember who we truly are.

About Simran:

She is the founder of Flowation.com, where spiritual-minded entrepreneurs can find resources to learn how to create more Flow in their lives and businesses.

She’s been obsessed with the question ‘how can I make this feel easier?’ since she can remember. As former Estate Planning and Succession Planning attorney for small businesses she really learned what makes small business owners function at their best. In her time away from work Simran spends her time dancing or attempting to do yoga, while her two spirited kids are normally climbing on her. And she loves taking hot baths and engaging in self-care while listening to binaural beats music, while her wonderful hubby takes the kids out for an ‘adventure day.’
