In today's episode, I ponder the question: Why is dating actually really hard and confusing for some people? Because, it is! And it's not because anything is wrong with you.

After running my dating course for a year, and seeing what was at hand for the people taking the course, I have more insight on this topic and why dating can feel like a minefield for some of us.

In this episode, I share my experiences with vulnerability, struggles to relate authentically with others because of a few things in my childhood and upbringing (even though it was a "good" one!), my take on the "fearful-avoidant" or "disorganized" attachment style, and how to start moving past these difficulties and confusion.

My dating course is now open for enrollment here!

I also wanted to link to several other episodes on dating I have done that may give you insight on if this course is for you.
