Hi Soothers! As I spend the rest of winter running my current courses + group coaching programs I'll probably be taking a little (temporary!) break from this here podcast, so before I step back I wanted to catch up, say hi, drink some tea and tell you about a few things in my life as of late!

In this episode I talk about two amazing healing books I'm reading; how I'm healing my emotional triggers; why I'm back doing morning pages journaling; what flower essences are and how I'm using them; and my recent experience doing a Whole30 in January and what the experience meant to me and why I did it.

Truly, I ran the gamut here.

I also have three upcoming events I'd love to have you join!

  1. Feb 11th: New Moon Journal Circle
  2. Feb 14th: Kicking off 30 Days of Intuition Challenge
  3. Feb 27th: Tarot + journaling workshop
