Hello, and welcome to the thirdand the Don Football Show. I am
Joe Withney Cecil as always here torecap Week fourteen of the NFL season.
PREVI Week fifteen of the NFL season. Cecil, how are you doing.
I'm good man. I'm wearing somedark clothing. You may notice a Bengal
branding because after this week, Idon't know. And I've seen a couple

(00:22):
of things. I've seen the AFCact like complete garbage. I've seen screen
god Jake Browning lead the Bangs totwo straight victories, So I don't know.
Are they gonna make the wiolence andare they gonna make some noise?
I don't know, but you knowit's my homage to the dark horse,
the screen god Jake Browning. SoI'm good though you know I didn't make

(00:44):
it in our fantasy league. Butother than that, I'm kicking you know.
I'm all in on the Jake Browningcheckdown train. It's it's a fun
ride. I mean, I didn'tthink we'd be at this point, to
be honest, but we're here. We're here, We'll see what happens the
rest of the way. We're gonnaget to recapping that game in a little
bit here. Let's start off withthe game. I don't have too much
to say about ceas on Thursday NightFootball, we had the Patriots and the
Steelers. It was an offensive explosionfor these two teams with a twenty one

(01:07):
to eighteen final score. Bailly Zappiand Ezekial Elliott provides some offensive output for
the Patriots, and Mitch t Biskyis not very good for the Steelers.
Their playoff hopes are kind of indoubt now based on the quarterback play in
that offense. Oh absolutely, Ithink Mitch Whisky is going to have to
step up this game. If theSteelers have a prayer right now, because

(01:27):
they're hang on for dear life fora wildcard spot. You know, they
play teams like the Bengals still intheir regular season one more time, which
you know, some of these gamesare going to be you know, deciders
of who actually gets in these playoffsor not, because it's a completely open
ended conference right now. When itcomes to Patriots, I mean, you

(01:48):
and I have talked about it.I mean I think Bailey's Appy should have
been starting probably you know, youknow, four or five games ago at
this point. I think Bailey zAppy finally got some time to actually prepare
as the starter and do things, and you know, it opened up the
offense a little bit. I'm notsaying Bailey's Abby is, you know,
some great person in this league, but I mean he had more potential and

(02:10):
he showed it last year. Wesaw it. There were games where you
know, he upsets some people andhe threw for some yards like I saw,
you know, I bet on theover in this game for his yardage
because it was at like one hundredand fifty yards and I'm just like,
that's just insane. So you know, he proved him wrong. You know,
he showed that he can help runan offense. Ezekiel Elliott had a

(02:32):
lot of screen passes that he wasable to take for some good chunks of
yardage as well, including a touchdownyou know pass. But ultimately, you
know, it's I think his Patriotsteam has more talent on it, and
the problem is they haven't been maximizingthat talent. And only that that's that's
a head coach. That's a coachingproblem. And that's one of the most

(02:54):
damning facts of why maybe it's timefor Belichick to go is that you know
they have players Billy's you can dobetter than he was doing all year,
and he was doing better than macJones. He did better in that one
game the mac Jones has done allyear. So that's telling me that,
you know, I don't think they'reevaluating talent or putting the right guys in
the right places. And that's gonnabe killer for you if your coach,

(03:15):
because really that's kind of your wholejob. You know, the GM,
the NFL drafts the players. Yourjob is to develop and put the guys
the best lineup out there on Sundays, and they've shown that they cannot necessarily
do that. Wee get a weekout. Major reason why that Chris Along
of all people is reporting that BillBelichick is out as Patriots coach at the

(03:37):
end of the year, something that'sbeen rumored to be happening for a while.
Now. I'm with you. Ithink the Patriots do have more talent
than what they're doing right now ontheir roster. The defense has been really
good. The offense any more playmakers, and they need to put more offices
on finding those playmakers. I thinkJimmy Johnson said it best. You can
find offensive linemen in the middle rounds. They can do their jobs pretty well,

(03:58):
especially when you have an offense wherethe ball gets at your hand pretty
quickly. You can't find playmakers ifyou're not drafting them in the first round.
It's very hard to do. It'sharder to do. They need to
take that page out of Jimmy Johnson'sbook and figure that out. But they
get the win, makes them fartheraway from getting the number one overall pick,
so possibly being the second pick inthe draft. Maybe it's you know,

(04:19):
Drake May, maybe it's Marvin HarrisonJunior. I'll have to wait and
see what that all entails for thefuture. There. On Sunday, we
had the Bengals beating the Colts thirtyfour to fourteen. Cecily, you've already
pretty much recapped the whole game withyour one sentence earlier. Jake Browning is
the screen god through so many screenpasses. It was ridiculous. You think

(04:41):
the Colts would be able to stopit. They just could, and Chase
Brown takes one all the way tothe end zone. I think it was
like fifty something yards. It's crazythat they were able to get this win
in that fashion. They'd have onetwo straight. They've beaten two teams with
over five hundred records. Jake Browninghas looked very good in those games.
It's also just a point to notethat the limitations are there, and if

(05:02):
a team decides to stop screenplays here, they maybe don't win this game,
even though they won it by twentyI've never seen anything like it in my
whole time watching in the NFL.That many screens and that many of them
working. It's unreal. I don'tknow what Zach Taylor and company is doing
over there on offense. Somehow it'sworking, and I don't want to give
him like a super ton amount ofcredit. I mean, he's doing a

(05:25):
lot. They have two wins overlike you said above, five hundred teams,
both teams that were Ian wildcard positionswhen they played. And we'll see
how it works out at the endof the season. But I mean,
ultimately it's also this, I don'tunderstand what defenses are doing here. I
mean, the Steelers kind of figuredit out early. They just didn't let
anything underneath. They tried to makeJake Browning beat them deep, and he

(05:46):
did and they won the game. These other teams, for some reason,
are just kind of not doing thatand not focusing on it. But you
know, Bizarro Burrows I like tocall him, you know, screen god,
whatever you want to have out there. I mean, he's taken advantage
of it. And how much isthat success gonna continue? I don't know
how much longer NFL defensive coordinator isnot gonna be able to stop screen passes

(06:09):
in the NFL. These are thecondundrums I ask. But Bengals got a
shot at a wild card right now. I didn't think i'd say that three
weeks ago. And you know,I've been in the boat where I'm like,
you know, it's probably best notto win because it's not gonna really
help your draft position. But damnit, if I mean, if we're
gonna make the playoffs, let's justmake the playoffs. Then let's just do

(06:30):
it. Because I was talking morelike, you know, a team being
you know, five hundred, youknow, a team that's just really not
gonna be that good. You playlike a season that's kind of middling and
get you nowhere. I mean,if you can get to the playoffs,
and that's the other thing, it'snot just the normal playoff year to be
as We'll get to so many othergames this week, and kind of what
I watched throughout all this week ofthe NFL is almost every team seems to

(06:55):
suck in some way, or ifthey don't suck, they're wildly inconsistent week
to week. And that kind ofinconsistency can mean anything. Come playoff time
and teams still are playing like thatweek to week, you could have a
six seed, you could have aseven seen go into the super Bowl.
It's just that simple. I mean, if team starts out slow or plays
a radic like they have, teamsare putting together to consistent drives, they

(07:16):
aren't putting together offensive points, andthere are games where turnovers just become an
absolutely crippling mester teams. All thosethings can play into the bengals favor because
the other big thing is that theydo make the playoffs, they will be
playing for nothing. Really, thereality is there is zero expectation for this
team. Every win they have isthere's not really an expectation to it.

(07:39):
It's kind of like I watch Bengalsgames now and I hope they win,
and you know, I do evaluationto see, you know, how players
are doing, specially younger ones. They're going to be on the team in
the future. But I mean whenthe bad plays happen, they have set
me in the moment a little bit, but nothing compared to what it was
before. You know, when you'retalking about wins and losses, you know,
super Bowl windows and things like that, it's kind of just it's it's

(08:01):
just the whatever year kind of Soit's fun watching it. It's fun to
see the ride, you know, the Bengals making the playoffs, I mean
depending on the matchup and not moreimportantly, not even just the matchup,
but the team on the other sidethat decides to wake up that day.
I mean, there's there's a shotalways. I'm never gonna say anything out
of reach after the last two games, because these two teams were playoff teams

(08:26):
or were supposed to be anyway thisfar in the season. And the Bengals
they beat the Jaguars just barely, but they've just demolished the Colts, and
the Colts are in the outside lookingin, and rightfully so they should have
won this game. They should havereally, I mean, they let a
broke an eighty yard screenplay. Juststupidness was happening all over for the Colts.

(08:48):
The Bengals didn't let him get anythinggoing on the ground. Zach Moss
was a non factor. So Imean, I'm not going to annoy the
Bengals with the playoff victory, butI'm just saying it's a wild at last
year where really anything can happen. And if that's true, you know,
let's just cheer for a team witha backup quarterback just see how far they
can go, just for the hellof it. Yeah, at a certain

(09:09):
point, if they were going tolose the last two games, they'd be
in the top ten pick. It'sa different position now that they've won those
games. Just go start winning, play with house money, have some fun.
It's been a crazy year specifically inthe AFC, but overall seas,
I'd say this has probably been theworst NFL season based on product on the
field in a long time. Obviously, we've had some bad officiated games that

(09:30):
play into that. We've also hadI think sixteen or seventeen teams now have
to go to their backup quarterback, and ten to twelve of them for the
season, like for long term injuriesand everything. The four teams we've talked
about so far Patriots, Steelers,Colts, Bangles all on backup quarterbacks right
now, not saying all the quarterbacksthey've had are the greatest, but that's
also plays into the factor of badproducts. So why not go to the

(09:54):
Super Bowl? Maybe this year, you know, win a couple of games
in the playoffs, go knock offsome of your rivals. Have some fun
doing it. And Jake Browning hasdone good. I think he's hurted himself
some money this offseason the way he'splayed. Yes, there's been a lot
of screen passes this past week, but against the Jaguarers he threw it more
downfield. We'll see if you cankeep it up. I mean, they're
tailing the offense to what he cando. You just have to wonder now,
as Bengals fans, what if theywould have just bench Joe Burrow for

(10:16):
the first couple weeks of the seasonand played Jake Browning. If they knew
what they had, maybe they wouldhave done that, Because now I'm sitting
here thinking the first couple of gameswere kind of a wash and what if
they changed things up. So that'sthe only thing I have to say about
that. Next game out, Buccaneersbeat the Falcons twenty nine to twenty five.
A couple of late lead changes inthis one. Now, for me

(10:37):
personally fantasy wise, Mike Evan's beingshut down what was terrible. But everyone
else for the Buccaneers pretty much steppedup. They had Kaye Dotten catching an
eleven yard touchdown pass with thirty oneseconds left to give them the win twenty
nine to twenty five. This ison the road they get to win.
They end up taking the lead inthe NFC South. You know, desert

(10:58):
Ridchard throws for a lot of yards. Hasn't innerception not necessarily their fault.
They lost, But we know whatthe Falcons limitations are, and I think
we know the Bucks have a littlebit of a higher ceiling this year in
terms of how they've been playing andwhat they can do with this offense.
It's true, but I'll give theFalcons this this consolation prize. They used
their weapons. I don't know whathappened out there. Cole Pits exists again.

(11:22):
Drake London had like a like onehundred and ninety yards or one hundred
and seventy yards, and then hegot some rushing yards on top of it.
I'm sitting there in AH one becausemy fantasy team benches looks like All
Stars a because of shit like this, and but two like, where the
hell has this been? Like?Seriously, though, I'm not asking for

(11:43):
Drake London to get over one hundredand fifty yards or even one hundred yards
every game, but we went fromlike thirty yards a game to one hundred
and seventy like for no real reason, no real offensive change, just they
decided they were gonna throw a balldown for once. Vijon was getting you
know, reps a running back toThis is the kind of Falcons team that

(12:05):
could be something of a product thatyou could see on the field being successful.
Now, quarterback is always going tobe kind of a question as long
as Desmond Ritter is there as hetakes significant steps forward the rest of this
season. But at least this teamhas a shot at winning things. I'll
give him that. The defensive secondaryhas been aggressive at times this season.
They can take advantage. Tampa Bayhad, you know, a turnover for

(12:28):
a touchdown. That's huge. Youknow, it's hard to win a game
when it's a close divisional game likethat and the other team takes one of
the house defensively that you know thatthat kind of turnover can really be huge
in any game, much less onelike this. So Falcons spot hard.
I'll give him that. If thisis the team that we see the rest

(12:48):
of the way down the stretch,I'll have a little bit more confidence in
what the Falcons are building as ateam. We'll see there. You know,
we talked about too. The Bucksare I wouldn't say underrated because they're
not really good, but I thinkthey were very didn't get the respect or
the credibility they probably should have goinginto this terrible NFC South race. So

(13:09):
I mean they're in the driver's seat. I mean Baker Mayfield is again so
as turnovers, still does some stupidthings at times, but I mean when
you're looking at the competition in theNFC South, I mean you've got guys.
Bryce Young has not figured it out, they fired their coach, They're
in disarray. Desmond Ritter is nota good NFL quarterback, as you know

(13:31):
sight seeing a year and a halfin, and then you know the Saints
Derek Carr is like, I don'tknow what the hell happened to the man,
but he just looks completely regressed ina way that doesn't even seem possible
considering the guy that five years agowe saw out there, especially he's not
at an advanced agent. It justreally is kind of weird. So,

(13:54):
I mean, Baker might be thebest quarterback in the division. That's not
not saying much, but I mean, you have the best quarterback in the
division, you're gonna have a shotto win, no matter how bad the
division is. So Bucks take alead here, still some games left.
It's gonna come down the wire, probably the NFC South and probably won't amount
to much come playoff time. Butyou know, just see what happens out

(14:18):
there. They're gonna they're gonna fightlike crazy and probably get killed by the
Eagles or Cowboys. Yeah, probablythat's gonna be the end result. But
I do think this Buccaneers team mightbe even better. Last year's team have
finished under five hundred and went tothe playoffs with Tom Brady, which is
crazy to say they could next fourgames. Packers, Jaguars, Saints,
Panthers, all those teams have hadtheir ups and downs this year. You

(14:39):
know, even the Jaguars are thebest team on that list, and they've
had a couple couple of game skidover the last couple of weeks against the
Bengals of Browns with some backup quarterbacks, so never know what could happen.
Pulcanteers can be a team to makethe playoffs out of the NFC South,
And you're right, I think weknow what. I'll save that from when
we talk about them specifically, ButI do think the Muccaneers might be our
the not like most surprising team, but have met expectations of what they maybe

(15:03):
thought They would be six and sevenright now looking for pretty good in this
NFC South. The Bears beat theLions twenty eight to thirteen. This is
a new Bears team. Even thelast month or so, they've kind of
turned things on. They have fivewins now on the season. Justin Fields
was able to do stuff with hisarm and his legs in this one.
Their defense is stepped up. MontesSweat has been a menace on the defensive

(15:24):
line for the Bears. That's helpedout and the Lions have kind of shown
that their defense can't be trusted. That's something to watch out for in the
playoffs, and I think it separatesthem from the top three teams in the
NFC. Something we've talked about inthe last couple of weeks seas. Yeah,
I mean we talked about it withthe Lions. You know, we've
seen over the last three or fourweeks, the Lion pretty much since the

(15:46):
first Chicago game. We kind ofgave them the ben of a doubt because
it was a close game that usuallyyou know, Detroit in the past has
let slip through their fingers. Butsince that point, I mean, they
got dominated al megs giving you know, they had another you know, kind
of okay game the week after, and then they lose the Bears. Here.

(16:08):
It's just not looking good. Youknow, it's it's not I think
there's some weird questions when it comesto and we see this a lot because
we're in fantasy, which running backis on the damn field and what situation
two weeks in a row now we'veseen it where you know, we've got
Dan Montgomery and unclear passing situations ortwo minute drills. We've got Jamier Gibbs

(16:30):
running the ball on fourth and oneand getting absolutely killed in the backfield.
I don't get it. I don'tunderstand necessarily personnel wise, on offense,
what's happening. Jared Goff seems tojust you just never know what's gonna happen
with the man, you know, for someone who needs to be the leader
of this team, there's just weekswhere you're just like I, I literally

(16:51):
don't think this guy. He showslike zero poise, Like I don't know
what it like. It just dependson how he wakes up on Sunday morning.
What's going to happen. But it'sscared of a quarterback that shows he
can has all the talent to bea good quarterback in the NFL. That's
why I was drafted high. Andwe've seen it. We saw with the
Rams and Sean McVay for that oneyear. We've even seen it with the

(17:12):
Lions. It's like every other gameyou can see or even within a game.
And we've talked about this too.Derek Golf can make every throw in
the NFL. He really can.But sometimes he then on the next play
even will make the most stupid decisionpossible, or his pocket presence just suddenly
collapses upon itself as soon as theirpressure. The guy does not move at

(17:36):
all, and he should be alittle more athletic than he shows when he's
in the pocket in Detroit, Imean, that guy gives up on plays
like no one I've ever seen inmy life besides maybe Peyton Manning and Tom
Brady are the only other people thatgive up on plays like that. And
that was usually because a the NFLwas different because it was ten and fifteen
years ago, and they weren't,you know, their pocket passers in the

(17:59):
traditional sense, very little bited mobility. But Jared Goff isn't necessarily like those
guys. He's just I don't know, I don't know if it's a philosophy
thing. But the defense here, like you said, is giving up a
lot of points. They cannot stoprunning backs, right, I mean,
they can't stop the run game theBears. I mean just running down their
throats for two games in a rowand they had no response. Their best

(18:23):
run something intensive tackle for the Lionswas out in this game as well.
I think that plays a factor.But I mean, we're talking about a
Bears team that most of the timelooks wildly pretty much bad when they're not
playing the Lions. And most timesthe teams they've looked good against are basically
like the Washington Commanders and the DetroitLions. Those are kind of the teams

(18:45):
you're like, Wow, the Bearslook good, and they didn't even look
necessarily good in this so Detroit it'shard to pick them, you know,
it's hard to really say they're gonnado anything. You know, Thank god
their first game will be in theDome there, because if they were a
wildcard and had to go somewhere cold, I'd go I don't think it's gonna
go well for anybody, So it'sgonna go down to matchup for me at

(19:08):
this point, who they get inthe NFC Wildcard, And I mean they're
gonna be probably the three seeds,so they'll be playing whoever the sixth seed
is. Who I don't know whothat calculation is right now, but I
mean, let's say it's the Packersor somebody like that who already embarrassed them.
I know the Packers lost, butI mean there's a chance to Troit
is in a first round exit. It's sad, and especially considering what they've

(19:32):
built this year. But Jarrick Goffneeds to show consistency for the rest of
the season, and the defense needsto plug some holes at least mitigate some
losses because this Lions team's not scoringat the rate it was earlier in the
season. Yeah. See, theLions are in danger of a pretty big
collapse of a season. I thinkthere's a chance. Maybe they probably make

(19:56):
the playoffs just because the NFC Northis just not good outside of them,
But they could lose. Like thelast four games of their season. They
got the Broncos, Vikings, Cowboysand Vikings. Again. The Vikings will
play them tough and the Vikings willhave offensive issues. They'll probably win those
games. But they haven't beat agood team since the opening week of the
season. When to beat the Chiefs, I mean, they've had wins over

(20:18):
the Falcons, Packers, Panthers,Bucks, Raiders, Chargers, Bears,
Saints. That's not like the greatestthing ever. I know. This is
like a year where a bunch offive hundred teams are out there, so
it's tough to get those wins. But they've they've lost to the Ravens,
had a chance gonna win there.I it pays me to say this because
I like Dan Campbell as a coach. I like a lot of the individual
pieces. You know, Jamier Gibbs, A big fan of Brian Branch,

(20:41):
big fan of Samuel Port, abig fan of I just think this team
might not have it in them tobe very good in the playoffs or even
to win more than two games therest of the year. So I mean,
if you're I guess they're eleven elevenwins is still fine. But I
think this team's in some pretty bigdanger. I don't know what that means.

(21:04):
And again, the match depends onthe match up there. But and
I'm probably gonna be picking them towin this week against the Broncos. But
it doesn't like there's no confidence thereanymore. And that's just feels so weird
after how much we've talked him up. I think it very clearly is top
three teams in the NFC and thenthe Lions and then a lot of other
teams too. Yeah, and Imean we'll talk about it. I mean,
we talk about this Lions team, right, there's been there are holes

(21:26):
in the offseason. They didn't addressthem as well as we hope when they
had the ability and the salary todo so. We said two things were
kind of the big thing we wereworried about it the defense was going to
hold up on the back end,and then pretty much what we're most worried
about was Jack Goff And just that'spretty much what everyone is afraid of.
The Lions had a chance to maybedraft a quarterback in this class to help

(21:48):
develop under Jakoff. They got ElieHooker, which is kind of dubious,
especially with his age already. SoI mean, with the record they have
now, it's not looking pretty forthe Lions because there's gonna be this kind
of crossroads where I mean, they'reprobably gonna have to pay Jared Goff either
way. And that's the sad realitytoo, is they're gonna be in quarterback

(22:12):
hell. They basically kind of boxedthemselves into, I hate to say it,
as of right now, it's lookinglike the Kirk Cousins Vikings world,
where you've got a guy who's fine, he's okay, but like when you're
talking playoffs, you're talking deep postseasonruns. Just doesn't have it as of
right now. And yes, youcan say Derek GoF made it to a

(22:33):
super Bowl with the Rams, that'sfine, but let's be honest. In
that Super Bowl, they didn't doshit. They got absolutely roused in one
of the most boring Super Bowls ever. Patriots barely in offense that year,
but the Rams offense just did notrun and part of that is on Jared
Goff. So we'll see what happenswith the Lions. I hope that's not
the case because that fan base hasstruggled for a long time. But Jared

(22:59):
Goff just needs to step up.If Jared Goff can change our minds or
get a playoff win this year,I'll buy a lot of credibility for this
Lions can go forward. But rightnow it's hard to trust that. Yeah,
it's just the same after how muchwe've talked about them this year,
that this could be the end result. We'll see if they can turn things
around. After talking about some ofthose franchises that have had some bad times,

(23:21):
we just talked about Lines and Bears, let's move on to the Browns
and Jaguars and historic franchises that havenot had much luck. But this year
pretty good teams. Browns win thisone thirty one twenty seven. Joe Flacco
three hundred and eleven yards, threetouchdowns. Looks like he still has it.
I think he benefits from the Brownsdefense usually playing pretty good. Now
they had this game. It seemslike pretty much in control the whole way.

(23:41):
The Jaguars did kind of make itclose at the end here, Joe
Flacco moves, So I leave tenand two in the Brown Stadium. That's
a pretty good record. Obviously ownthe Browns when the Browns were bad and
everything, and that's that's cool. But man, blast from the past.
This week we had like Randall Cobbsscoring touchdowns, Joe Flacco throwing touch It's
just I mean, Jimmy Graham lastweek had a touchdown. I mean,

(24:03):
it's been a weird, weird yearwhen this is all going on, Browns
have a good chance to make theplayoff seas Jack Wuiers are likely going to
be the AFC South representative after adifferent injury for the Texans that went on
this weekend. So it's it's twopretty good teams, good win for the
Browns to kind of hang on athome. Yeah, I mean, Browns
are gonna make it there because Imean their quarterback has gone down and you

(24:26):
know, honestly, they haven't reallyskipped that much of a beat because of
it. And we talked about beforeSean Watson really wasn't doing that much for
him to begin with, so youknow, compared to some other teams and
the losses they've had at quarnerback,It's really not that crazy of a drop
off to what Joe Flacco is doing. If anythink Joe Flacco is doing a
better job the playoffs started, Iguess as soon as he got signed in

(24:49):
the playoff with the Browns, ithas been playoff Flacco, which means it's
elite time. I mean, ifhe keeps playing like this again, is
he is trash right now? Imean he starts, keeps throwing for yards
and that defense keeps biting down givinghim field advantage things like that. Is
it really that crazy thing they beatsome of these other teams that we were

(25:11):
going to talk about in the AFC. I don't know. I mean,
this might be the Ulphant year tojust go. You don't put any names
on any of the stat sheets.I don't want names. Just give me
yards what people are doing statistically, weekend and week out of it's a team
with in their statistics, and rightnow the Browns are are playing better than

(25:32):
other teams with Joe Flacco there theyweren't earlier in the season. The offense
has been wildly inconsistent, but JoeFlacco has been able to kind of right
the ship enough to get them ina position to continue to win games.
And again it's it's playoff picture.I mean, depending on the matchup or
depending on who decides to wake upthat morning. I mean, defense carries

(25:52):
and Joe Flacco's been there in theplayoffs. You give him that, and
he's played well in the playoffs consistentlythroughout his entire career. So we'll see
what happens again. You know,it's razor thin in the you know,
wild card race, where if youget you know, you bang out two
losses in a row, you mightjust be out of contention. It's that
simple right now. But I meanthey get to win here and again.

(26:15):
The Jaguars team that some people keepsaying is like the second best team they
see going into the season. Youknow, some people wanted to crown the
Trevor Lawrence Jacksonville Jaguars as the teamthat could beat Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs.
I mean that could be a reality, but at this point, you
know, the Chiefs will get tothat too. It's also what does that
mean to anyone? At this point? Jaguars are wildly inconsistent. I think

(26:38):
Trevor lawrencerobably souldn't have play in thisgame. I think you know, they
realize they were going up against theTexans. Hindsight, obviously, with some
injuries there, it may not havemattered. But it wasn't smart to try
to start Trevor Lawrence this quickly ona short week with a pretty decent ankle
injury. You know, he justa guy can play, you know,

(27:02):
can It's the NFL. You know, air quotes here doesn't mean you necessarily
should, especially once your franchise quarterback, where if some freak play happens back
there, you're gonna injure it worseand he's gonna be gone for the season
and next thing you know, yourseason is really over. So it's hard
to say what. We're gonna seehow the Jacksonville Jaguars. We're gonna have
to see how Drevor Lawrence continues tobounce back from that injury. But even

(27:26):
outside of that, again, theteam is inconsistent, wildly inconsistent. I
think you can pretty much pick outalmost every AFC team at this point and
say they're wildly inconsistent and can't closeout games. And that is a wild
thought. And like you said, why the product on the field looks like
it is suffering a great deal becausein the AC side right now, there

(27:47):
is not an elite team in sight. Nope, not at all. I
will say, Man, the Jaguars, I'm kind of over this Trevor Lawrence
injury. Man, he goes downand I thought he was really seriously injured.
Then we find out it's a highankle spring. Then there was the
drama with the car. Oh heyou know, Oh why didn't they have
a cart take him back when hewaved off the cart? I don't know.
I'm over it. So he needsto get ready and go play.

(28:08):
He had three interceptions in this game. Like you said, he's got to
get a win next week now,I mean hopefully he's he can play better
through the injury. Not making lightof the injury. It's just I don't
know why there's so much drama withthis. I thought he was gonna be
out for a while and he endsup playing in this game. Just kind
of a weird, weird situation therefor Jacksonville. Let's move on cease.
The Saints the Panthers twenty eight tosix. We know the Panthers are the

(28:32):
They've had a lot of their coachingstaff fired. The guy calling the plays
right now, his wife was onTwitter and saying, yeah, we're fired
right now. So if you wantto complain about the play calls, we've
like, we don't like, wedon't care about this like this, we're
getting all this crap for not beinggood at calling plays. But we were
left with this roster. We're onlyaround for the end of the season.
We already know we're fired. So, uh, that's a mess. The
Panthers are a mess. We knowthat. I don't have anything more to

(28:55):
say about that. It sucks theydon't have a first round pick. That's
just ownership failure that we've talked aboutin past weeks. The Saints get the
win twenty eight to six. Wasn'ta great performance by any means by them.
I mean, we're still trying tofind I mean, they're the most
disappointing team, misappointing thing since theStar Wars sequel series, probably at this
point six and seven. With DerekCarr coming in, Alvin Kamar, Michael

(29:15):
Thomas back, you know he's beenhurt, Chris Alave and the defense being
solid, they're six and seven. They get the win against the Panthers.
I think my flag football team couldbeat the Panthers right now, that's how
dysfunctional they are. It's just notvery good. So we've talked about the
Saints being disappointed all year, butthey get the win and stay in the
race. I just don't know whatthe answer is to fix this team.

(29:38):
I think Dennis Allen is a verygood head coach, and I don't know
if you're gonna get what you needout of Derek Carr or Jamis Winston,
who are completely polar opposite quarterbacks, with Derek Carr being captain checked down and
Jamis being the more gunslinger type guy. There's just no right answer here.
Maybe just I think we have ananswer. There's one other quarterback on the
roster, Jill Oh tasting It's tastesome time. Maybe I would I would

(30:04):
turn that off because that's just that'sjust garbage. Maybe you rotate them every
other play. You know, everybodygets a series. You can't do that
with the NFL quarterback. That wouldbe just impossible. But you know,
crazy shit has happened. But youknow, get a little both every game.
It's hard to really game plan whenyou have two quarterbacks who are completely

(30:25):
different offensive tempos every drive, Soyou know, go for it. If
you're gonna probably miss the playoffs anyway. Yeah, that somebody's wife starts tweeting
back at Twitter trolls and shit,is just the funniest thing every time.
I mean, it just it neverworked. It just only goes horribly every

(30:47):
time, Like it's just like thisweird, like enough's enough and they just
explode onto Twitter and then they justget mocked even more, and it's just
it's it's a weird look every time. Nobody wants that. Nobody wants their
mom coming in because you can't handleyour own problems. You just you don't
want it. It's it's funny becauseit's just so dysfunctional, and you can

(31:11):
just tell that everybody is just soover it within the entire Panthers organization that
even the spouses and family members ofmembers of the staff are now just like
I don't care anymore. I'm sickof putting up with this and defending it,
or even just not even having todefend it, just sitting there having
to watch it happen and just havepeople just be like, I can't believe

(31:32):
how stupid this is. They're like, yeah, it's it's stupid. You
know, if there's you know, you're in a customer service line there's only
one person working. Yes, it'sstupid, but the person who's working there
also realizes it's stupid, and theKaren who sits in line and goes,
you should really have more people working, You're you're an absolute genius. This

(31:53):
is basically the NFL equivalent of,like, if you're a fan base just
yelling at the random dude who's shouldnot even be a playoff caller in the
NFL and yelling at him for whathe's doing or trying to do. I
don't know, man, you're kindof like an NFL Karen, like it.
It is what it is, Like, I don't understand what Panthers people

(32:14):
even care about at this point becausetheir season's been over for ten weeks basically,
so like take it from me,Like I every win is fine,
it's fun, you know when you'rethat, I guess it's different when you're
that dysfunctional. But when I was, I mean I was, I would
root for it almost because I wantto hire a draft pick. It's just

(32:35):
it's a shitty situation because it's justlike you, you it's just a pit
of despair right now. The CarolinaPanthers are an absolute pit. If you're
a Carolina Panthers fan, I dofeel bad for you, but you're just
gonna have to write it out. That's really the only answer at this point.
The mistakes have been made. Youcan't undo it. The staff that's
there. It's not really the coach'sfault. The coaches didn't ask for this.

(32:59):
They literally didn't ask any of thisto happen. You know, they
didn't want Bryce Young as their quarterback. They said, no, I don't
want them, and the GM draftedanyway. So if you'd like to direct
all your hate towards the GM,that's totally fine. That's his entire job,
and he deserves to be criticized forthe mistakes he has made roster building

(33:19):
and trading up and mortgaging the futurefor a quarterback that you know, everyone
wasn't saying is the can't miss prospectthat other people are right. That's the
other key thing here is that thisisn't It isn't Andrew Luck, or is
I in like Joe Burrow, oryou know, there's a lot of number
one quarterbacks. It's not Caleb WilliamsDrake May. This year, there were
questions about Bryce Youung's profile. They'veshown themselves all the question marks have kind

(33:44):
of been answered in a native lightso far in his career. So poor
Panthers, and I feel bad foryou Saints. I mean it's like you're
I mean, you're just beating upon a team that has no faith.
So that should almost be like ahalf win in the NFL, like win's
a win, I guess. Butyou know you're not getting any brownie points
here. Yeah, not gonna gettoo much credit for this one. They

(34:07):
do stay at six and seven, which is tied for the NFC South lead.
The Buccaneers have the tiebreaker as wesit right now. Let's keep it
moving cease. We have the Jetsbeating the Texans thirty to six. Now,
I'm gonna start with the Texans. This is not the reason they lost
the game, but just impacts themin the future. CJ. Stroud is
in concussion protocol as we speak, had to leave this game. Nico Collins

(34:27):
gets hurt. This is obviously afterTank Dell got hurt last week, so
they're a little bit banged up rightnow. We'll see how they do going
into the future. Here. TheJets, though, found a spark.
The spark with Zach Wilson. They'sgot a bench them every other week and
then he comes out with the greatperformance. This one was in the rain
and everything. Two three hundred andone yards, two touchdowns. Now it's
too late for them to probably makea push at the playoffs. I mean
they're five to eight right now.But I don't like, it's just a

(34:51):
weird situation that they get the winhere and it doesn't mean anything. I
guess you're just hoping that you canmake a push for the playoffs and win
some of these games. I justdon't see it happening. Yeah, iFun
as a Jets man, I'd befucking pissed. I'm gonna be honest,
Like, sure, we win thisgame and we beat the Texans, but
like, what what is that?Like what just happens? You know,

(35:13):
you're sitting there after just a seasonof just pain, just just absolute pain,
Like imagine watching like it's and that'sa sad thing. The NFL injuries
are one of the biggest problems whenthe NFL product compared to other sports is
there are massive amounts of injuries comparedto every other the of the other you
know, Big three sports, right, injuries happened all of them, but

(35:36):
in the NFL it is on adifferent level every year, and it does
change the whole postseason every year too, because there's usually a team that we
thought was gonna be good that it'sjust decimated by injuries that barely is hoed
together. So there's nothing you reallydo in the NFL. The NFL has
tried to keep safety and practicing andall that is as much as possible,

(35:59):
but the reality is, I mean, I guess you can change the turf,
or you can play less games, probably get rid of the Thursday night
game. That's not gonna happen though. And outside of that, I mean,
andrews are just gonna keep piling upand it sucks. But when your
team like the Jets, where youjust you get that injury to Aaron Rodgers
and then you just watch a teamjust crippled on offense and a defense that

(36:23):
is elite, that's you know, probably arguably the best defense in the NFL
this year, and it could beranked as a good defense you know,
of the last five years. Eventhey're that good. They've been that dominant.
Wee get and week out, andjust to watch Zach Wilson just be
in a field position. It feelslike for weeks at a time, it's

(36:43):
just what happened out there. Likeit's just like it's great, we got
to win. You can be happyabout that, but I'd also just be
like, we decided to score thirtypoints, like we couldn't score seven to
save our lives. So yeah,if you're Jet saying, it's like,
it's almost like Robin Salt and theWound. You know, It's just it's

(37:07):
just like one of those things whereyou're just like, oh, you break
up with someone, and then thething you broke up with him about is
the thing they then decided to changeafter the fact, and you're just like
what, Yeah, So that's whatit's like. If you're Jet saying,
it's like your ex girlfriend that justdecides you actually is gonna take your advice
and make all these life changes, and now it's just it's just too little,

(37:30):
too late, and you're just like, I'm just upset now. So
you know, hopefully it gets better. I feel bad for Fireman ed,
and you know what, it's it'sthe Jets own fault for trying to rely
on Aaron Rodgers and kind of givinginto Aaron rodgers demands. That's why you
don't negotiate with Aaron Rodgers like that, so you know, we'll see what

(37:52):
happens. I almost made a verypoor joke and I resisted. And that's
the key when it comes to podcasting. Good call Sean McDermott. That's that's
what you gotta do when you beatme too. There you go, You're
right, it's it's a It's asyou said, there's a lot of things
come down to timing. It islike a you know, person you dated

(38:14):
and then two years later they're theexact person that you thought they would be
or something like that, or wouldbe the one for you, and just
stinks they couldn't get that timing downbecause it's a second overall pick that we're
talking about here. It's not aguy that was drafted late. It's not
Jake Browning right now, if itwas Jake Browning to be oh yeah,
we found some dude. We knowall this great, but he's had his
chances and then he shows up whenit's already over. Like next year,

(38:36):
they're gonna go to Aaron Rodgers nomatter what. Zach Wilson's gonna sit behind
him. And then his rookie contractis going to be up, So what
do we do? What do wedo after that? I don't I think
his time is up and he couldbe a pretty good backup and provide a
spark for some teams down the road. But in terms of starting, I
think it's past the time. Unlesshe wants to win all four games and
make the playoffs, then maybe hehas a case. But until we see

(38:57):
that, I don't really believe it'sgonna happen. The Ravens beat the Rams
in overtime. They win thirty sevento thirty one. The Rams go up.
The Ravens have to come back inthis one. They're able to do
so behind Lamar Jacksons three hundred andsixteen yards and three touchdown passes. They
win the game in overtime on atailand Wallace punt return walk off touchdown.
That was pretty freaking awesome if youask me. The Ravens ten and three

(39:21):
right now, they find ways towin games. That's been apparent all season
long. The Rams are still thisteam that very mercurial. I can't say
the word, but they go oneweek of being good, one week of
being bad. They beat good teamsthey lose the bad teams, they're all
over the place, but all myface, doing a good job with a
roster that is not very good.I'd be honest, right, I mean,

(39:43):
the Rams are wildly inconsistent weekend weekout. You know, the Ravens
get a win, that's great.Again, for a team that's the number
one see in the AFC, theyshould probably not pretty much feel like they're
in a dogfight every week with whateverteam rolls in because it really, again
doesn't seem to matter who the teamis most of the time. It's gonna

(40:04):
be almost the same result for theRavens weekend and week out. Like having
to pull out games and come backfrom behind when you're a number one seed,
wee get and week out doesn't necessarilymean you're good at that point.
It's like, I mean, they'renot frauds. I'm not gonna throw that
out there. That's stupid. Theyprobably are the best team in the AFC
right now because they actually get winsand their offense actually can score points.

(40:30):
But at the same time, Imean, they let anybody hang out with
them and if it's the fourth quarter, they're gonna be in a game.
Still. It's just you know,it's a play style thing. It's you
know, they want to eat alot of clock at times as well.
You know that can be dangerous. You know you're rolling the dice. Sure
you win these games, you havetalent, but you don't always want to

(40:51):
go in, especially into a playoffgame, just being up by a possession.
You just don't want to You don'twant to have that. You don't
want a team that need a touchdownto beat you because it just takes one
drive, right, it just takesone drive, and you your old fan,
your whole playoff hopes, your wholefan bases hopes for the season can
be gone. And I mean Ravensshould be the team that makes it the

(41:15):
Super Bowl the AFC right now,if we're gonna pick today, that's the
team that should make it. Theyare the number one seed, so that's
not any kind of you know, genius insightful take. But they should get
there. But the problem is,just like we saw with like the Peyton
Man and Colts a couple of times, if they play inconsistent and they let

(41:37):
teams hang around with them, youcan get upset in the playoffs pretty easily.
And we see it every year youcan't let teams hang around, and
they got to start putting people away. And Harball plays close games. O
GI him that that's what they're That'sjust how it ends up grinding out.
So hopefully that doesn't bite them inthe ass. The only time will tell.

(41:57):
For the Ravens, that have beena team in history that has once
games but also lost ones they shouldnot have lost. And we mentioned that
on the podcast all throughout the season, so maybe that could be coming down
the stretch here. Seee, let'sgo to the game that was the worst
of all time. The Vikings wentthree to nothing against the Raiders. I'm
gonna take no time to talk aboutthis because it doesn't not worth talking about
other than saying it is the lowestscoring game in a dome in NFL history

(42:21):
three to nothing. Yeah, it'salso one of the lowest scoring games ever
regardless of the dome. And that'sa fun fact. Yeah, absolute utter
garbage. The pastronaut is it's over. I'm sorry, man, I don't
know what happened, but wow, that was hard to watch. I've never
bet on an on an over oryou know, thinking about betting on an

(42:44):
under that six points. That shouldmake the NFL sick at least with like
the Alabama LSU game, like chandNational Championship. Everyone much maligned by most
people. You know, it's twogreat defenses. This was not too great
defense. This is just absolute incompetenceeverywhere you looked on the team. So

(43:04):
that's what's gonna happen when you haveyou know, Vikings who aren't good,
the Raiders who have an intermt coach, and you know, it's they're just
trying to scrape things together. Soit all kind of came out in front
of everybody, and that is arough four o'clock game for people. If
I was in you know, ifI wasn't a Viking, a Raiders fan
especially, and I got stuck somehowwatching that game on my television. I

(43:28):
don't have NFL Sunday ticket or somethinghappened I would, that would be worse.
Honestly, No football is better thanthat, just straight up. At
least then it's it's better than that, because I'll tell you what, that
was worse because you might as wellhave literally been forced to sit in a
chair for four hours to watch justsomeone who like you know, how to

(43:51):
do the job of continually like messit up over and over and just like
the most frustrating kind of ways. That's what it is. No, I'm
not saying I'm necessarily an NFL calibercoach, but I think, you know,
we could put something semblant to somethingon the field that could score.
I think I could score. Icould score three points the NFL as a

(44:13):
head coach. As a head coach, I could I could put a staff
together that could score three points.Okay, I thought you were saying as
a player for real quick and Iwas like, I don't know, see,
so take a long No, that'sa lot. But no, I
think I could put together a staffthat could get me three points NFL game
with the current NFL talent pool.Okay, all right, I do have

(44:35):
one thing to add. I actuallyforgot it, would have talked about it,
but I have in paced the guywho went undrafted from Cincinnati got drafted
by or undrafted by the Vikings, having a very good season. He had
a big game in this one too. It just goes to show you that
he got judged because he was likesix feet tall at two hundred fifty pounds.
But he's been rushing the passer.Well, he has a game winning
interception in this game. That's reallyhuge. I honestly I would I didn't

(44:59):
mind watching this as much seas becauseit's almost like an unbelievable thing that they're
that bad, and I kind offind it funny. It's like watching and
don't you know, cover your earseason with maction during the week. It's
like you're not watching the best football. But that's not why we watch it.
We watch it because it's fun andcrazy things happen. I was cheering
for a zero zero tie. Therehave been seventy three in the of those
in the history of the NFL.I wanted a zero zero tie, overtime

(45:22):
and everything, and it just didn'thappen. So when was the last zero
zero tie, Joe, I don'tknow, but nineteen fifty I don't know,
but I know the first one wasnineteen twenty between the Something Tigers and
the Dayton Triangles. Was the teamname. Let's go go Triangles, all
right, So let's go to theforty nine Ers and Seahawks. Forty nine

(45:44):
Ers win this twenty eight to sixteen. The Seahawks get off to a pretty
good start here. Seies with DrewLocket quarterback of all things, they're actually
winning. At the start of thegame. The forty nine Ers have to
come back. They just trust theiroffense. You know, Brack Purdy,
he's earning every dollar he's making. He's he's given this man of pay rays
still on that rookie contract from misterIrrelevant. He should be in the MVP

(46:04):
race. If you take out evenall the throwers that are behind the line
of scrimmage, his yards per attemptare still very very good. Three hundred
and sixty eight yards, two touchdownsin this one. Threw some passes downfield
to Deebo Samuel to get them towin. I think if Gino's healthy,
maybe they can see hawks and keepit within the spread. But the forty
nine Ers, ever since their byeweek, regardless of the Geno thing,

(46:25):
have covered every spread I think, the whole way for the last four or
five weeks or whatever it is now. So they're killing it right now.
They are should be the favorites towin the Super Bowl because no one else
is playing at that level. Yeah, I mean, that's what we talk
about lead NFL teams. That's that'swhat we see. You know, we
saw the Kansa Chiefs probably three fouryears ago, right, they were elite

(46:45):
where you know they were covering fourteenpoint spreads. They're throwing the ball over.
It didn't matter if a team evengot up by fourteen points in the
first quarter. He just went, whatever, their chiefs are going to dominate
this game still doesn't matter. Likethat's That's kind of what the forty imers
feel like. It's like, ifthey got down in game at this point
what they showed me, I'd belike, cool. I mean, one

(47:07):
are the odds vandels giving me rightnow? That's just the reality because they
are covering everything. The only thingthat did happen this week, though,
Christian McCaffrey touchdown streak snapped for alot of people out there, So for
any of those betters out there,I'm sorry. At the same time,
it's I don't think you lost thatmuch money, considering it was like minus

(47:27):
four hundred before the snap, SoGod bless you, basically, But yeah,
if you're a Christian McCaffrey fantasy owner, getting a goal line touchdown stolen
from you is even more frustrating. So forty hours are rolling. That's all
it really is to say, we'llsee what the Seahawks do again. They
can still make the NFC. Ithink they're definitely better than anybody the NFC

(47:49):
South throws out there, And Imean they could beat the Lions. Did
they end up matchup with the Lions, I wouldn't be I would be cautious
to say the Lions are going tonecessarily win that game. I would be
as well. I still think they'rea pretty good team. I still think
they could make the playoffs. Haveto do some work in the last couple
of weeks here to do it.But yeah, forty nine ers playing pretty
well and it's gonna hard to seea team beat them over the last couple

(48:10):
weeks of the season. Let's getto the controversial game here. See,
we have the Bills beating the Chiefstwenty to seventeen, and I'll have a
little bit of a rant here ina second, but let's just get down
to the nitty gritty. The Billskickfield Gold go up to twenty to seventeen.
Chiefs get the ball, chance togo take the lead, and Kadarius
Tony lines up off sides. Heis in the neutral zone, a little

(48:32):
bit past the neutral zone, tobe honest, and he checks checks out
the line of Scribay he checks withthe with the official on the sideline,
puts his hand up, he doesn'tlook at the official to make sure that
the official gave him the OKA,and Chiefs fans are calling this the worst
call in NFL history. There havebeen eleven offensive off sides calls this year,
so it has been something they've beenemphasizing. It has not definitely not

(48:55):
the worst call we've ever seen. We've seen plays I think a couple of
years ago for it was checked withthe official to make sure he wasn't off
sides. The official then flagged himfor off sides after he checked and got
the okay. And then it's noteven to mention the Chiefs have benefited from
some pretty good calls of their own. So even if you want to say
it's a bad call, which itis not, Let's not forget the Patriots
scoring a touchdown against them and getscalled off the board. I think of

(49:17):
the twenty eighteen AFC Championship game.If my math's right, i't maybe wrong
about that year. And then lastyear James Bradberry gets called for a hold,
a defensive holding call that gives theChiefs the win in the Super Bowl.
So I I thought It was prettypretty downright awful. For all that
the complaining that was happening, theBills deserved the win. They're starting to
turn things around here. Joe Brady'sdoing a good job on offensive coordinator.

(49:39):
I also thought it was pretty classlessby Patrick Mahomes complaining the whole time and
yelling. I mean, we've allcomplained about calls to play sports. It
happens, but going into the handshakewith Josh Allen and saying, hey,
that basically that call was bs theworst call has ever seen in my life.
Josh Allen's just trying to shake yourfricking hand, dude. He's trying
to tell a good game and moveon to go complain in the postgame press
conference. A little bit of myrant there. Sea's very unhappy with the

(50:02):
pat forhomes with a guy I've neverreally had a problem with before one and
two. Just the officials called it. It's not something that's usually called,
but it's been called eleven times thisyear. I mean, you guys are
fine, you're eight and five.Just get over it. I mean,
it's it's tough to say, butit wasn't this egregious call. It was
a right call. And if youcan be mad if they didn't call it
before, but it's just that's howit is. Yeah, we've seen phantom

(50:23):
calls, bad ones where what wasit a couple of years ago where basically
there was that pass interference in theNFC Championship game that was clear to every
human being on the earth, somuch that they even changed it to be
a challengeable ruling. Basically, we'veseen the chance the Chiefs they got five

(50:45):
downs in the AFC Championship game lastyear. You know, coming from being
SASA Bengals fan and watching the Chiefscomplain about officiating is just stupid to me.
I'm just like, I mean, you guys have got so many calls
through the years. I get yourfrustrated because of what happened and what the

(51:06):
result of play was. But Imean we've seen phantom holding calls. We've
seen you know, like if itwasn't illegal formation, would Chiefs fans be
complaining now because they would go theyshould have known better. Cadarius Tony should
know better, you could, Imean he won was not very far away
from the offensive lineman in this formation. What look at the ball, like

(51:30):
just go to the right, lookat the ball and go that's really weird.
I'm like in front of everyone, like, you're in NFL. You're
professional wide receiver in the NFL.That is your job. You have been
in the league for two three yearsnow. Why do you not know where

(51:51):
to stand? And why are youlike you you don't even like you kind
of half checked, Like if youdon't actually look at the official, you
didn't do anything. Anybody can waittheir arm and just not look at anyone
like that, like the ref,Like the ref isn't gonna come over to
you and go, hey, you'reoff sides. The ref's not gonna let
you snap the ball if you don'tlet them touch it and set it like

(52:15):
that. They have to be impartialthat I mean, you're the idiot who's
gonna lie off off side. It'sthat simple. I feel the same way
you do about all of this becauseI think it's it's annoying how angry they
are. If it was any otherplay they would have just it wouldn't have
mattered. The reality is it happenedon their best play. And that's why

(52:35):
execution and not making mental mistakes isso huge in the NFL. That's what
every coach will talk about is it'sthe mental mistakes. It's just stuff like
that that drives them crazy because itis the thing that can completely change a
game in an instant because of onething that one of the eleven players does
on your side of the field. It's a team sport. Everyone has a
responsibility. Everyone has to be ableto depend on each other. And the

(52:58):
reality is here, they suffered, and they suffered because of it, and
it sucks for some of the playerson that team. You know, Pat
Mahomes thought, hey had a touchdownand basically got white debay by one of
his teammates, and instead of youknow, coming together the team and going,
you know, we'll fight prooves oryou know, he just decided that
he was going to just start blaminganybody he could for it. It was

(53:20):
everyone else's fault, what the KansasCity Chief's fault. The reality is it's
Garrett. You want to point blame, you can point blame at your own
teammate. Man, that's a reality. It's not a good look when you
start pointing fingers at people. Itlooks bad. It looks bad on Pat
Mahomes' entire brand as a quarterback becausehe came in the league. It was
kind of like he was a projectall. It's so cool what he can

(53:43):
do. It seems like a normalguy. And since that point, I
mean, the Chiefs have just gottenmore and more obnoxious, and I mean
Pat Mahomes has kind of taken thevacuum of Peyton Manning and Tom Brady is
you know, the quarterback. He'son every commercial, He's on everything,
and you know, to just seehim just act like a psychopath on the
sideline for something that his team screwedup. I get it to the moment.

(54:06):
I get it's a big game,but one you're still gonna win the
AFC West. I know you wantto win this game. You continue to
go on and on about it,like what are you gonna do? Fight
a reth like you're just screaming atpeople like you're the leader of this team.
And when the leader of the teamstarts acting like that, like that
is not a good sign. It'sa sign of frustration. It's a sign

(54:29):
of the Kansaie Chiefs aren't the teamthat used to be and he's frustrated by
it, and you know it's it'sjust it's a sign of something a much
bigger problem inside of the locker roomright now. Ah Holmes needs to grow
up and be a leader and learnhow to lead through adversity on a team
that hasn't experienced really any They lostthe AFC Championship game in Arrowhead and got

(54:53):
upset by the Bengals. Is thatreally you lost to Tom Brady and the
Patriots? You know in your firstsus starting like like the University of the
Kingsley Chiefs have faced as an organizationsince Pat Mahomes became the starting quarterback is
next to literal none. So theidea that this call was one of kind

(55:14):
of the very first things where you'rekind of like, man, that that
that's kind of sucks. And tosee how the reaction to it was,
it is not a good It's nota good look. It speaks volumes about
a lot of different things about whatthis team means. They're inconsistent, there's
problems with this offense. I thinkPat Mahomes is altimately frustrated that its receivers

(55:37):
continue to let him down. Andthat's a that's an objective fact. Maybe
have the drop passes, they don'twrite, they don't run the right routes,
they don't come up in big times, Travis Kelcey's trying to do everything
he can. The team's just keyoff of it, and that's it's frustrating.
I can see why it's frustrating forhim, with all the talent he
has and where they've been. Butyou can't do that, You just you

(55:59):
can't. You're the guy who hasto be the one who keeps their composure.
And sure, if it was abad call or something that was actually
wrong, they did wrong. Youknow, then maybe you say something in
prep conference, but you don't goaround screaming at people. You shake Jake
out, you shake Josh Allen's hand, you say, you know, good

(56:21):
game. You know, I thought, way, well, we'll see it,
see what happens next time kind ofdeal. You know, that's how
you make it happen. You know, you got that. He won.
They won the game. They puttogether a much better game than the Chiefs
did pretty much the whole time, because the Chiefs during this game did nothing
for swaths of the game. Imean, the first half was rough looking.

(56:42):
Second half, you know, theycame out and moved the ball a
little better, but I mean Bill'sjust ran all over him for most of
the game. I mean James Cooklooked like he was unstoppable every time he
touched the ball. Either get itout of the backfield or he you know,
get a carry. It looks likethe Chiefs did not have a single
answer for it. So yeah,I'm done with it. You know,
all offensive, all sides is calledliterally in the next game and the Cowboys

(57:06):
Eagles game, it got called. So to act like it never gets cold.
It's been called, like you said, eleven times this year, it
got cold in the very next game. You didn't do your job right,
stuck it up. There have beenplenty of times where a game ends because
somebody makes a penalty. It's yourfault. You made the penalty. It
wasn't a phantom call. It literally, objectively is the rule. It's like

(57:28):
the Chiefs right tackle who literally isnot on the line of scrimmage when the
ball is snapped, and they justlet it happen because why not, because
it's Pat Mahomes and the Chiefs. So that I'm in the same boat.
I could ran about it all day. We are not friends of the Cancey
Pase on this podcast, as everyonecould probably have guessed, but you know,

(57:50):
we try to keep it objective. But that kind of stuff is up
setting as someone who tries to watchand enjoy this game, to watch the
team who every year is talked aboutlike the greatest team ever, are going
to win the Super Bowl every year, to then just act like a bunch
of babies when you lose one game. When it doesn't you're still going to
make the playoffs. That wasn't thelast game of the season. It wasn't
even a game that really is goingto affect your playoff chances. It really

(58:15):
means nothing but seeding. So you'recomplaining that you don't get to play games
in arrowhead all playoffs. Man,that sucks. That's really hard for you
compared to every other fan base, every other team out there that has to
you have to go play somewhere elsewith the AC Championship game. Please continue
to cry. Yeah, there's onething you know, we don't We're not
Chiefs fans. But one thing thatI like more than even being a Bengals

(58:37):
fan, it's just football in general. Being a fan of football, I
think it's right to call out whenteams have bad calls against them, whether
it's our team or not. Thiswas one that could have really ruined the
game for the Bills, who didneed to win. They called it right.
Tony could have stopped and looked atthe official, made sure it was
okay where he was lining up.He didn't do it. I'm getting sick

(58:58):
of Britney Mahomes. Every time there'sone game they lose, always the refs,
Always the refs, always the refs. And that's really cool for her
husband to be that supportive, eventhough it's not really been supportive. It's
just talk about the refs. Ididn't like the pat Mahomes after the game,
said it hurts Travis Kelsey's legacy.Like, dude, it was a
he caught the ball and flipped itback to a guy. He's been doing
it forever. If he keeps ondoing it, someone's gonna go pick that

(59:21):
sucker off or turn it for atouchdown. It doesn't take away from his
legacy whatsoever. He's gonna finishes thebest tight end of all time, possibly
when it's all said and done. You know, we pointed out bad calls
that it happened against the Bengals. We pointed out bad calls that happened against
the Patriots, the team I don'tlike either. I want to make sure
this is like the sport of footballis too great that I don't want to

(59:42):
sit here and be like every weekall the official suck. The official suck,
and the officials have been a problemthis year, don't get me wrong,
and something needs to be addressed. But every time, man, it
just seems like it happens all thetime. And even even when it happens
to bangle, like Cecil and Iwill both win. Bengals fans complained about
stuff, even like with all theweird time breaking scenarios last year, we
were the one saying like, yeah, it's kind of bs, but just

(01:00:02):
take take care of business. Youknow, it wasn't our fault that,
you know, the whole time breakingscenario stuff started. But That's where I'm
at with it too. I justI feel like from a football since call
the game as it should be anddon't always complain about the refs when you
lose. It's just not it's notalways the ref's fault. So Bills get
the important win and that's what's coveredup by this storyline. They're seven and

(01:00:24):
six now have a chance on thisAFC East and a chance to be I
kind of find what that we thoughtthey would be by the end of the
season, which they've They've gotten onthe right track and we'll see if they
can keep that up. Now thelast oh go ahead, because I almost
because that rank got me fired up. But that's something I want to talk
about too. The Bills are rightback in this thing right now. They

(01:00:45):
have a chance to make the playoffs. And if they make the playoffs,
they're one of the more healthy teamsout there right now. And they're a
team that has a has a prettygood defense. It has a quarterback who
can make the place happen with hislegs and has a big rock and so
if he cuts down on turnovers, which he's done over the last couple of
weeks, they can make it toa super Bowl. They can beat any

(01:01:07):
other team in the AFC, AndI can say that with confidence. If
Josh Allen doesn't turn the ball over, there's a good chance they can be
the victors in every game they play. If they make the playoffs. That's
a big if. You know, obviously he's turnover prone, but the reality
is if he can limit that stuff, he's able to make plays as a

(01:01:27):
playmaker that can help win them games. And I don't think I would be
saying that three four weeks ago,so I'll give him the credit where it's
due. So good for them,Good for that team. I don't know
what the hell happened with Sean McDermott, why that speech ever happened. I'll
say that too, is my quickhit. That's just shocking. I don't

(01:01:49):
know how like you think up anentire speech and don't go that doesn't make
any sense. Why would I dothat? We're in America. But yeah,
so good for the Bills. Hopefullythey make the playoffs because honestly,
I think the playoffs will be muchmore exciting with them in it compared to
all these teams that have no quarterback. Yeah. Absolutely. Let's move on

(01:02:12):
to the last of the Sunday eveninggames season before we get the Sunday night
game. The Broncos have won sixof their last seven. Now they win
twenty four to seven. Good winfor them, seven and six, looking
like they could make the playoffs afterthat rough start. They're only lost in
those seven games was on the roadto the Texans. Not a terrible loss
and more understandable. Chargers score sevenpoints. Justin Herbert was healthy for a

(01:02:34):
lot of the game. Then EastonStick comes in because Justin Herbert gets hurt.
Hey's now out for the season.Nothing more to say about the Chargers.
They are done for the year withEaston Stick at quarterback, very nice
guy from North Akota State, butat the end of the day, they
don't have what's gonna be good enoughto be a playoff team. And also,
Brandon Staley's gonna be fired, andwe all kind of saw that coming.
He's a lame duck coach just asmuch as Ron Rivera is in Washington

(01:02:55):
for albeit different reasons. Yeah,I mean, rip Brandon Staley. Yeah,
I mean, just Herbert's gone. That's all you really need to know
about the Chargers this year. Ifyou are a Keenan Allen owner or Aos
Deckler owner, I am sorry foryou for your fancy championships. Or if
you were Justin Herbert owner and somehowwe're able to weather storm of some bad

(01:03:16):
games there, Yeah, I feelbad for you, because that's again injuries
suck in the NFL. But theChargers weren't making anywhere this year anyway,
with or without Justin Herbert. Atthis point, they just have no shot.
In most of the games they playeddown the stretch, Go forward,
Broncos, they're putting wins together again. The AFC is so muddled that it's

(01:03:38):
hard to really say if that's goodor like if they're playing good teams or
bad teams. Even when they beatthe Chiefs like it's Pat Malmes is kind
of sick and Chiefs are inconsistent anyway. So I don't know. I can't
ever trust the Broncos in a playoffgame right now because I can't trust this

(01:03:58):
current style offense. Russell will, but I mean crazier at this point,
Crazier things could happen. So theidea that the Broncos could be a team
that makes it to the ANFC Championshipgame sounds insane to me. But the
reality is it doesn't really take thatmuch of a leap in logic. It
just ball's just going to bounce theirway a couple of times in the right

(01:04:20):
playoff game. If you're an AFCteam and you clinch a playoff spot,
I am suram wrapping my quarterback fortwo or three weeks and I'm just putting
them in a putting them in thelocker room. You don't leave, you're
not allowed to go get hurt,no car crashes, no nothing. You
you sit there. You sit therefor two or three weeks, and you
just stay there because honestly, whoevermight have the healthiest quarterback might win.

(01:04:41):
It might It might end up beingJosh Allen and Patrick Mahomes. It might
be too even though they haven't beatena good team all season, you know
that that could be two leading inthe NFC, one or two more quarterbacks
goes down in the AFC and it'sa totally different ball game. It's weird
to think that way, but withhow many injuries we've seen, that's how
it could be. So I'm withyou. The Broncos. If Russell Wilson's
healthy and he's had a pretty goodyear for them after maybe a tumultuous start,

(01:05:05):
they can find themselves in the AFCchampionship game, which is crazy enough
to say. Right now, allright, Sunday Night Football seas the Cowboys
dog walk the Eagles thirty three tothirteen dak two undred seventy one yards,
two touchdowns. This Eagles team hashad two really bad weeks in a row.
They played the two best teams inthe NFC overall in the last two

(01:05:26):
weeks, and they ended up losingboth and not looking good. The defense
looks againt some real issues, butthe offense does too. I don't know
if Jalen Hurts is one hundred percent. Their wide receivers are dropping passes.
AJ Brown and Devonte Smith both areand cease. I'm ready to say it.
I don't care. The Cowboys havegott knocked for a long time.
Cowboys are the second best team inthe NFC. Eagles are done until they
prove it. They lost to thetwo best teams they had a chance to

(01:05:46):
kind of prove things, and notonly did they lose, they did not
look good when they lost either.Yeah, I'm willing to say that too.
I think the Cowboys are not thesecond best team in the NFC.
The only thing that sucks about thatis the big The big elephant in the
room is the forty nine ers,who is a team they have never been
able to beat since pretty much thenineties. So that's that's kind of a

(01:06:11):
key thing as well to watch downthe stretch. But yeah, I mean
they beat the Eagles. The Eaglesdidn't have an offensive touchdown. It's that
simple. We saw that happen.I mean, it sucks because you can
see the potential of the Eagles offenseand defense. They are banged up.
They played a hard schedule, youknow, Lottie dab, but they're not
winning games. And you know, you could also on the other end say,

(01:06:33):
you know, they won a lotof close games because they weren't really
that good. And now the tollthe NFL schedule has kind of finally shown
that Jalen Hurts they're just not makingany plays on offense, like they were
just covered up and I mean theoffense would move probably about twenty yards and
then they punt like there was justno big plays in this one, which

(01:06:55):
is a big thing with the Eaglesoffense with AJ Brown and Vonte Smith,
they need to really feed and kindof keep the tempo going. The running
game with I mean, the runninggame just doesn't really exist. It's you
know, DeAndre Swift gets the ballevery once in a while, but it's
really not about that. It's justmore to to keep teams honest and you
know, to make sure that JalenHurts can also get some rushing touches too,

(01:07:16):
because they have to account for runningback. So I mean, I
mean, Cowboys did everything you wantin this game. They scored a lot
of points. Ceedee Lamb shined andyou know, Dak looks great. Dak
is really adapted to this new offensethe West Coast, and he looks way
better because of it. And yeah, I mean, right now, i'd

(01:07:38):
say that the Cowboys are the onlyare the team that has the best chance
of meeting the forty nine ers?Are they? That's hard to really say.
I don't. It's just impossible forme to really pick the Cowboys right
now over the forty nine Ers,considering how hiked we got on the Cowboys
earlier in the year and then theygot killed by them. But I think

(01:08:00):
it's definitely gonna be a better game. It could be an interesting one,
for sure. And you know,if you got to play. That's the
thing about the playoffs. You justtake it one game in time, if
you just gotta go and go.I commit myself and everything this organization has
to winning this game. I mean, that can be a very different result
than the regular season. There isno oh, we're now winning, like
we're we're already down by twenty onepoints. It's we're pack it in for

(01:08:25):
the week. It's this is ourchance to win a Super Bowl, do
you want it or not? Sothat could be a very different result when
you play four quarters of total football. Absolutely and see the important thing for
the Cowboys here too. You getthis win, you're now tied with the
Eagles a ten to three overall. If you end up winning that division,

(01:08:45):
you don't have to face the fortyninersl the NFC Championship Game. Do you
know how many Cowboys fans have notseen an NFC Championship game in their lifetime?
I mean it's it's been what sinceninety five or ninety six. I
was barely walking around probably watching itwhen I was two or three years old,
whatever it was. It's that's stillbig. So if you can,
if you can get there, maybesomeone else knocks off the forty nine ers
and you just have to beat Idon't like the Seahawks on your way,

(01:09:09):
or maybe the Equals again what you'vealready shown, and you have a home
game to do it. So it'sit means a lot that they were able
to perform well. Dack's the frontrunner for the MVP by far in my
opinion, Brock Party should be behindhim. Tyreek Kill right up there with
them, like we talked about lastweek, but he got injured. We're
gona talk about that game right now. So let's just let's hop into that
one. Two Monday night games, which I don't really like being on the

(01:09:30):
same time seas something about you.You can answer, yeah, it's two
different two five thirty game or something. But Tyreek Kill gets hurt early in
the game. It was kind ofa horse collar hip drop tackle combination.
Not saying it was dirty, Ijust I don't really like to believe things
are dirty or intentionally. He justhe gets hobbled, didn't really play like
a ton the rest of the game. They kind of put him in the

(01:09:51):
game and kind of took him outat different times. It was really weird
with the usage of them. TheDolphins still had this game pretty much wrapped
up. They had a fourteen pointlead with like three minutes, the first
time in NFL history a team isblown a fourteen point lead with under three
minutes to go in a game. They let the Titans score touchdown. The

(01:10:15):
Titans get the two point conversion. As you know, the teams are down
fourteen. They always go for thetwo point conversion when they're down and when
they get the touchdown to go downsix instead of seven because of analytics that
I do not understand. But theythen get the ball and it's the Titans
have three timeouts and they use allthree of them before the two minute warning
because Mike McDaniels, of Mike McDaniel, of all people, decides to get

(01:10:39):
conservative with the play calling and theyget stopped. They run the ball and
they get stopped really quickly. Insteadof using TUA and using the passing game,
the Titans get to stop, theygo down the field, Will Levis
gets a touchdown pass they win thegame. Very very big game for Will
Levis. I think the Titans youhave to be excited about that and the
Dolphins. The concerns about not beinggood teams is there, but also now

(01:11:01):
you had this game one, youhave to finish it. We know you
had tons of offensive line, theinjuries, we know Tyreek was injured.
Two up by fourteen, with professionalson the field. There's no excuse for
blowing that one. No, thereisn't. I'm sure there are injuries,
and again injuries are part of thegame unfortunately, but yeah, I mean,
I think Mike McDaniel will learn somethingfrom this game. As that's uh,

(01:11:26):
don't shy away from who you are. And I think that's a big
thing the Dolphins have always kind ofbeen, especially since he's gotten there,
that's kind of been the culture is, don't shy away from what you want
to do, what your players wantto do, Like, don't just do
things because they're unconventional, but don'tjust do something because it's conventional either.
I mean, it's a team thatlikes to score big plays, as a

(01:11:46):
team that likes to push the balloutfield. They've never shown signs of playing
conservative in a game, even thoughthey're up by a lot. They've never
shown that. And this game, you know, I think it was he
was worried about Tyreek, he wasworried about the offensive line. He went,
what's just what's mailed in and let'sgo home. And the reality is
it's the NFL, and that's justnot who your team is. You know.

(01:12:10):
Obviously we'd all be saying the samething too. Has managed to throw
an interception or something, they threwthe ball and something happened at the end
of the game, obviously they'd becriticism there too. But I think Mike
McDaniel will take a valuable lesson homefrom this and that's just just be you.
Just do what you do best.Don't just rely on you know,

(01:12:31):
there's always Tyreek talk, there's alwaysthis or that, Like, this team
has been built and has been dominantnot just because Tyreek's there. It's because
of the offense and the mentality thathe's instilled. So let your team do
that. Let your team play hard, and just don't let up, Like,
just just believe, don't don't getdiscouraged, and don't start second guessing

(01:12:55):
what you've been doing and what hasled you to success so far this season.
You've got to continue to commit tothat. You've got to be able
to do something great in the NFL. That's how you make it to a
super Bowl. It's not because you'reokay at a lot of things. It's
because you're great at something. That'show usually the team who wins the Super
Bowl is they're great at something. They don't even have to have the best

(01:13:15):
defense, they don't even not tohave the best of this. Most of
the time, it's someone who's supremelytalented on one side of the ball and
at one specific position, usually attime. Most of the time that's quarterback,
but The reality is Mike McDaniels andthis Dolphins team is still gonna make
the playoffs. They need to figureout over the next couple of weeks.
They need to God that offensive lineis hurt and that sucks. I mean,

(01:13:38):
offensive linemen most downplayed thing in footballat every level, and it shows
every year in the NFL, thisyear especially now, how important that stuff
is. If you don't have offensivelinemen, you have flag football. That's
the reality that if you don't havethat offensive line play and it's overlooked and

(01:13:58):
it's just assumed it's not the sport. It is like if you say,
and you sit there and watch flagfootball and go, I think I like
this just as much. The NFLwe're gonna have to have some serious talks.
But it's about that. It's aboutthat line play. It's about having
to like see a team, youknow, beat a defensive lineback. It's
why the Cowboys are so good,It's why Eagles are so good, It's

(01:14:20):
why foury nine ers are so goodbecause their offensive lines are actually good and
almost dominant in ways at times. When you have that, that's honestly almost
as important as the quarterback. Youknow, a lot of great coaches have
said it. Overall, you needa quarterback, you need people who can
protect your quarterback, and you needsomeone who can get to the other team's

(01:14:42):
quarterback. That's what you need tobe a successful NFL team, and it
seems like most people have just kindof let the offensive line just fall to
shambles. I think the talent poolis I don't think the talent pools less.
I just think the development isn't there. I think NFL coaches and can't
focus on player development too much becausethere is such a I am basically need

(01:15:05):
to win or I'm going to getfired. At all times, all the
assistant coaches are always trying to dobasically network and get to a better job
somewhere. Not that that didn't happenat times, but I mean, especially
offensive line coaches. There was atime where offensive line coaches were the same
guy for fifteen years. That wasjust what they did. It didn't matter

(01:15:27):
what the head coaches record was oranything like that. I mean, like,
this guy is an offensive lineman coach. It's not necessarily coaching politics.
This guy develops lineman. That's whathe does. It's it's like the mountains
of the Earth man like they're notmoving anywhere. It's just a slow grading
process. Sure it's not a funposition, but it's the most it's just

(01:15:48):
almost an important it's quarterback, andit's one of the more difficult positions to
play in the game of football. It really is quarterbacks the hardest. Being
on the offensive line is the secondhardest because there are just so many things
you got to equate for. It'ssomething that casual fans will never see because
there's just there's not that much toit. There is about twenty seconds you

(01:16:10):
hear all those calls. You don'tjust hear the quarterback. There's people identifying
things, people making transitions, andbasically you have to stop people like Marcut
Parsons and all the great defensive playersin the NFL from literally running directly at
you and trying to sack a quarterback. Or you basically have to get off
the ball and just move people outof the spots to open up holes for

(01:16:31):
running back. That is what yourjob is. You literally have to either
take the punishment of the defense oryou have to literally move these insane athletes
and advance the ball. So that'smy offensive line. Ramp Dolphins, they're
gonna make the playoffs. They needto beat a good team. Love of
God, I have confidence in them. I just it scares the hell out

(01:16:56):
of me, just like it doesanyone else who's been rooting for the Dolphins.
Like to it on here and weneed to to jujitsu to get them
a playoffs with absolutely And you couldsay, oh, well, they beat
the Broncos, but like the Broncosweren't good when they beat the Broncos,
you know, like they scored seventypoints. I think they can still beat
the Broncos even now that they aregood above five hundred team, but they

(01:17:20):
have to they have to prove it. Really. I think the last couple
of weeks of the season here theyis something they definitely can do heading into
the playoffs. And like I said, if you get in the playoffs and
free Nancy team, if you quincha spot, I don't care what it
is, just wrap your players upin saran wrap. They have the Jets,
Cowboys, Ravens, and Bills.I think winning any of the last
last three games of the season couldreally be good. That's obviously teams who

(01:17:43):
will have above five hundred records,at least the Bills we think so,
and could really cement themselves as beinglike, hey, we can actually match
up with these teams, but theoffensive line play will be coming into question
against those teams as well. Thelast game of the week, to recap
cease, we have the Giants beatingthe Packers twenty four twenty two. Jordan
Love takes the Packers down the field. They score a touchdown, but they

(01:18:03):
left too much time for Tommy DeVito, the passing piezon Tommy cutlets he goes
down the field. Joe Berry surprisinglydecides to tell the cornerbacks to play fifteen
yards off the line of scrimmage. On this last drive, Tommy Devido goes
down the field. They get agame winning field goal kick from none other
than Fat Randy Bullock, the manthat we have dreaded for so long,

(01:18:26):
but in this gets a storybook ending. Tommy DeVito sees seventeen of twenty one,
one hundred and fifty eight yards andone touchdown, passing seventy one yards
rushing kept a lot of drives aliveby doing that, had his agent on
the sideline with his nice pinstriped suitand hat. His dad and his agent
were kissing on the cheek. Itwas very Italian. They were doing the

(01:18:46):
hand signal, the Italian hand signals. Tommy DeVito is doing as much as
an Italian American to provide hope forother Italian Americans like myself. You can
see the name since Frank Sinatra. It was a great story, a very
far game. I just I lovethe storylines. We love the underdog guy.
What the sey Youracus then transferred toIllinois, was not thought of as
an NFL quarterback, and we getall this fun content out of this game

(01:19:11):
from Tommy Freakin'dvito. I love TommyDeVito. I mean, I'll tell you
this. Getting to know all thesebackups and one just watching some backups win
games this year has been a lotof fun, like to watch people like
Jake Browning or Tommy DeVito, theseguys who going in this season, everyone
was just like either I've never Idon't know who that is, or they're

(01:19:33):
like, well, my team decidedthey didn't want to pay, you know,
eight million dollars to a backup quarterback. So if like quarterback misses more
than four or five games were probablyscrewed. So now they're they're putting together
games, they're throwing for you know, three hundred yards they're getting, you
know, game winning drives. It'sfun, like there was. There's just

(01:19:53):
been so many years where like thebackup quarterback was like a like thirty eight
year old veteran and that was theguy, and everybody's team was just this
old ass guy who've been in theNFL for fifteen years. And that's fun
because you're like, oh, yeah, I remember him. I remember Blaine
Gabbert being drafted and doing nothing tenyears ago. But watching these guys that

(01:20:14):
are like twenty four, twenty fiveyears old, they've just been like develop
mental prospect guys go out there andjust for the love of the game,
just I mean from using your legsextend plays. If you're the starting quarterback
on a team, your coach willbe like, you need to go down,
man, I can't have you gethurt. Now. Coaches are like,
suret run for twenty yards, gethit directly in the head. I

(01:20:36):
don't care. You're not gonna behere next year because somebody's gonna pay a
little more money. So you know, it's it's fun. It's fun to
watch this when it's dysfunctional like that, it's just backyard football. It's guys
just trying to get plays. It'sfun to watch because it's kind of what
everyone grew up doing. Brian Daveodeserves to keep his job because my god,

(01:20:57):
like they're getting wins with anybody backthere. You give them a little
bit of time, a little bitof development. Imagine what Brian Dabel could
do with a real quarterback, youknow, I mean we'd had the Bills.
So I think that answers its ownquestion there. Brian Dabel deserves to
be the coach of the Giants. They should stick it out until they can
get rid of Danny Dimes with themno matter what happens, because that man

(01:21:18):
will get the most out of anybody, so good for him. Packers wildly
inconsistent, still there. Joe Berryis the worst when it calls to calling
a defense. So yeah, Packerslose one against a team they should have
beat. They need that win toget in the playoffs, So you know
that's gonna be one if they don'tmake it, it's one hundred percent going

(01:21:40):
to be what they look at.Number one is that's the game we should
have won that we just let justcompletely drop for no reason. Absolutely,
So there's that's the recap for theweek. It was a longer one,
but a lot of stuff happened thisweek. It was a week where I
didn't do good with my picks aregambling. It was a weird, weird
week, and we had to talkabout a lot of it. Let's go
to our picks for this week.EXAs Week fifteen, Thursday Night Football A

(01:22:02):
barn Burner the Chargers versus the Raiders. Raiders faver by three. We have
Eastern Stick versus a O'Connell quarterback matchuphere. The over under is thirty three
and a half. Yeah, I'mgonna I'm probably gonna hit that under for
sure. At this point it isI have nothing in Eastern Stick. I
don't believe it. Aid no Connellat this point. And Connor has gone

(01:22:24):
from prize back up to uh massstarted to me, he's graduated from the
backups to just be another guy tome. You know, he meant so
much and now it's just somebody else. I don't even know. Now he
started a quarterback. He's starting,and he thinks he's real cool. He's
better than the backups now. Butyeah, I think the Raiders win the
game, and I'll who what's thepoint spread on this it is three points

(01:22:49):
favor of the Raiders. Yeah,I mean give me three points. It's
a field goal. Knowing what wejust experienced last week, it will probab
be a push. But you're pickingthe Raiders, you know, maybe you
do a little cover there with theI just I have zero faith in east
and Stick, So give me theRaiders to win and cover. Yeah.

(01:23:12):
Easton Stick very notable for being aquarterback on North Dakota State. They're obviously
run the FCS, or at leastthey used to run the FCS with winning
championships. He would dribble the footballon the turf. It's really cool.
It's something to watch out in thispregame stuff. It is something he does.
But the Chargers were not good withJustin Herbert. I can't imagine they're
going to do anything without him.The Raiders should be able to run the

(01:23:33):
ball on that defense. It's beena big problem on the defense for years
now and they have not really addressedthat. Keenan Allen is questionable for this
game too. I've going Raiders towin and cover. It might be like
winning ten to three or something, but I think they should be able to
run the ball and get some points. Let's move to Saturday games. We
have some good, good sports weekendstuff coming up here seas. There's some

(01:23:54):
Bowl games this Saturday. There's NFLgames all day. There's some college basketball
games. They're getting to the funpart of the season where the holidays are
coming around. Started off with theMinnesota Vikings at ar Cincinnati Bengals. The
Bengals are fivering boy three and ahalf in this one. You know what,
give me the Bengals to winning cover. Here's what I believe in.

(01:24:16):
I think Minnesota is coming out ofa dome. Nate Mallins is starting now.
I think the Bengals defense has gottenbetter. I think they've really kind
of I mean, they were justhurt a lot in the middle of the
season here before Joe Burrow got hurt, Sam Hubber was out, Tre Henderson
was in and out of the lineupbecause he kept getting hurt every game,
in the game, every game. And you know, everybody's mostly back now

(01:24:41):
and it's playing at a high level. I think they just realized that they
have to play well instead of itjust being you know, this is something
about this Bengals team is there's atalented roster here. It's just I feel
like I don't know what it was. They just assumed Joe Burrow was there,
so they just didn't really attempt hishard I don't really understand it.

(01:25:02):
Maybe they're just playing with less pressurebecause they know they don't really have that
much to play for at this point, or thought they didn't. You know,
you could go on about theories there, but I think they're a team
that is used to playing outside. They're going to play at home. It's
a short week because it's a Saturdaygame, and the Vikings just came off
of performance where they won three tozero. So Jake Browning, the checkdown,

(01:25:25):
the screen god, I think canput up more than three points.
I'm not saying it's going to bea heavy margin. It could be a
low scoring game. But there's onething I know is that Jake Browning company.
Somehow. I've gotten points on theboard weekend and week out, and
the Vikings don't have necessarily the bestrush defense, either to stop Joe Mixing

(01:25:45):
or you know the new rookie ChaseBrown who seems to be getting a lot
of first every time he hits thehole. Yeah, he hit twenty two
miles an hour this week on thatscreen pass. I would have liked to
see a little bit more of himin the previous weeks. I get hurt
a little bit ago, but we'dlike to see more of them. I'm
going Bengals to win, to covertwo seats. The Vikings making the change
of quarterback, I'm not sure ithelps them. This is a team I

(01:26:10):
think is gonna run out of steamhere at the last couple of weeks.
Justin Jefferson comes back, he getshurt again. You know, just a
lot just not going in their favor. Cool little story for the middle of
the season when when Josh Dobbs hadthe nice times. But I think the
Bengals can win this one if theyplay anything like they have the last two
weeks. Now there's a there's thisuniverse where the defense goes back to being

(01:26:31):
very bad, where Jake Browning showswhy he's a backup quarterback. But what
we've seen the last two weeks,I'm gonna trust. I think they should
win and cover at Hope. Nextone up, we have the Pittsburgh Steelers
at the Indianapolis Colts. The Coltsare for ever about two and a half
man. I will I will takethe Colts to winning and cover two and

(01:26:56):
a half. I don't love it'sit's a weird game because we just saw
the Colts kind of just do nothingfor four quarters of football almost, so
that was a weird. It wasa weird game against the Bengals. The
Steelers with Mitchbitsky are weird. Youjust got to go with the home team
here in its home. That's reallymy thinking behind it. I trust Gardner

(01:27:19):
Minshew more than Mitch Schrobitsky as well, and the Steeers defense has not really
been stopping people as much as theyneed to. Especially they just let Bally
Zappi and the Patriots score good amountof points on them, so they've had
more a little more rest. Butultimately, give me the Colts at home.
I'm going Colts as well. Nota big fan of mister Bisky.

(01:27:40):
As we've talked about, can't throwleft. I think the Colts need.
I mean, they couldn't stop thescreen last week's season. I don't know
how they recover from that, behonest, but they should be able to
figure things out and stop mister Bisky. It seems like the Steelers locker rooms
having some issues. George Pickens iskind of throwing some fits. Nogie Harris
is saying some things in the mediathat they don't usually say. It's it's

(01:28:01):
it's kind of a weird time.I mean, they have a team that,
if they had any functioning offense, would be in the playoffs. But
I think it's gonna come to anend here. So Colts win and cover.
The Denver Broncos and the Detroit Lionswill match up. This one's at
home for the Lions and the Lionsare for ever by five points. Give
me the Lions to win. I'mgonna pick the Broncos with the points.

(01:28:23):
It's a dome game, so thatshould help the Detroit Lions, but I
mean, they're just not playing well. It's if it was a lower spread,
I picked the Lions. But atfive points, I mean it could
be a game where Lions win byfield goal or you know, basically the
Broncos need a touchdown to you know, tie it up kind of deal,

(01:28:43):
so they win by four. Five. It's just a little too high right
now, so I would I wouldn'tpick the spread in this game as much.
If you're feeling good about a team, I would take the money line
here. But Ultimately, I'm pickingthe Lions at home to win, but
I'm gonna take the Broncos with thatpoint spread. Yeah, I'm going Lions
to win and cover. But I'mwith you. I'm avoiding this game on

(01:29:04):
a point spread basis. It doesn'tseem like there's a real winner there.
I mean, yes, someone willwin, but not someone on the outset,
not like one you're really obvious oranything like that. Denver has their
third straight road game here. That'swhy I'm taking the lines against the spread.
As you said, they're in thedome they forward to at home this
season. I think that should begood. They should be able to cover,

(01:29:24):
But you just one I would notbe going into with much confidence.
Let's go to the Sunday game seas. We have the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at
the Green Bay Packers. The Packersare favored by three and a half.
I'm gonna go with the Tampa BayBuccaneers to win. We are a we're

(01:29:45):
team. We like picking the Buccaneers. I don't know what your pick's gonna
be, but some reason Vegas hatesthe Buccaneers. We like them. I
just it more comes down to Idon't have supreme confidence in the Packers defense
were necessarily that Jordan Love is goingto be continue to be a consistent week
in and week out because it wasn'tthe best game last week. It's a

(01:30:06):
short week. I think Tampa Bayknows they're could win the NFC South right
now, and I just I likehim in a close game, even though
it's going to be in Green Bay. So give me the Bucks to upset.
Yeah, the Bucks have lost toone team who's under five hundred right
now season, that is the Falcons. That's a divisional game. It sometimes

(01:30:29):
happened. Otherwise, they've like wonthe games they should win. I know
they're not favored in this one,so it's not like technically should win,
but I think they're right on theedge of being like they should win this
game, even though the spreads thatway. You're right, I think Vegas
for some reason has now. Ithink this was at least be closer to
a Pickham game, to be honest, but I think you know, Packers
on a short week, Joe Barrydoesn't have the defensive I guess alignment that

(01:30:54):
you would like. I think MikeEvans can have a big game because of
that. I think Chris Gottwalk canhave a big game. Because of that,
I'm gonna take the Buccaneers. Well, give me those points too,
especially if it's over three and ahalf. Like, I think that's a
pretty good bet. I think theycan. If anything, they might lose
by a field goal, and that'sI mean, you win your money.
The Atlanta Falcons at the Carolina Panthers. The Falcons are favored by three points

(01:31:15):
right now, Cees, I'm gonnadefinitely, I'm definitely gonna bet that one.
I'm just gonna say that right now. Falcons aren't great, but ultimately
they've shown that they can at leastmove the ball and score points. Over
the last couple of weeks, John'sgetting more involved, Kyle Pitt's Drake London
all getting involved. Panthers defense wasgood at the beginning of the year,

(01:31:36):
but they definitely haven't done much ofnote recently. So I'm gonna pick the
Falcons to winning govern this one. This is this might be one where this
might be I won't say it becauseof a certain friend's turn of phrase,
but this is a game I woulddefinitely think about picking and putting money on
the Falcons here. Yeah, I'mgoing Falcons wann covered disasterously said with Carolina,

(01:32:00):
there's there's almost no one there incharge. Like everyone's fired at the
end of the year anyway. Solike like you said, with the the
offense Courtador's wife tweeting that stuff,it's there's no supervision. It's the the
substitute teachers in the cool schools outfor summer, whatever you want to say.
Falcons should be able to win this. They're starting to get the ball
to their playmakers. I think AsmanRuther has been okay by his standards the

(01:32:20):
last couple of weeks. So I'lltake the Falcons to win and cover.
Next thing up, we have NewYork Giants at the New Orleans Saints.
Now this one has gone and theline has moved a little bit. It
is now up to Saints favored bysix points. Man, it's in New

(01:32:40):
Orleans. In New Orleans, hisSaints to win six points with Tommy DeVito
the man, Oh, I'm gonnapick the Saints to cover. I'm not
I don't love it, but Ilike the Saints at home. They should
be better than they are and basicallyjust relying on Tommy DeVito to keep like

(01:33:05):
impressing us and pulling things out againstthe you know Saints team that's much better
defense than they are at offense.I think that could lead to some more
struggles with the Giants moving the ball. So with that said, I think
the Saints will be able to putup enough point I'm going Saints to win,
but I'll take Giants with the points. Again, most disappointing team I

(01:33:26):
can remember in a long long time, based on the talent they have on
the roster. Big fan of whatTommy DeVito is doing. We know Saquon
Barkley is the key to that team. If they can get him out in
space, which I think they canagainst the Saints defense, I think they
can keep it close. I'll saythe Saints win by a field goal.
Houston Texans at Tennessee Titans an importantNFC South matchup for specifically for the tit
for the Texans here Titans every abouttwo and a half. There's definitely some

(01:33:50):
I guess intrigue whether CJ. Stradtwill be playing. Yeah, CJ.
Stroud's not playing. You're picking theTitans to win and cover right now.
I think they showed that by Frabelwas kept them bought in, which is
huge there's a lot of teams thathave just been like, we're screwed anyway,
We're out of this kind of packetit. I think Will Levis has

(01:34:12):
showed enough consistently now to say,you know, they can be in this
game and they can win it,especially with Nico Collins is out. If
CJ. Stroud's out, I don'treally know what the Texans offense is going
to look like. Nothing really good. If CJ. Stroud is in,
it becomes much more interesting. Ithink I would still pick the Titans to

(01:34:35):
win it, just because it's kindof worrisome with the head injury and the
other injuries they've already had to otherplayers. But we pick it as it
is right now, So I'll gowith the Titans to winning cover based off
of the concussion protocol and all that. It's hard to come back after one
week of it, So give methe Titans. You can ask me to.
C J. Stroud's the player toactive what I feel like, but

(01:34:57):
I'd still probably pick the Titans moneyline regardless. Oh and if you give
me any points of the Titans thisweek, I'm probably taking it. That's
right as well. I'm gonna takethe Texans and I'll take the points too.
I'll take the risk that C.J. Stroud plays. He came
back from a concussion, I believepretty quickly earlier this year. Maybe it
wasn't even ancussion, just a hardhit to the head. I think they're

(01:35:20):
gonna try. I know it's independent, but I think they're gonna try to
lean on playing if it's questionable, because it is a do or die situation.
If they lose this one seven andseven in this AFC when it's tough,
I mean, some of these otherresults go some other teams away,
or the Bengals wins or the Coltswin make things a lot tougher. I
also, good game for the Titans. I'm having trouble believing that that will

(01:35:44):
stay the way they play. Willthey keep Dereck Henry in the game.
Will they keep on giving him theball where he scores two touchdowns a game?
I don't know, because the Titansin the past have done some pretty
dumb thing. So I just Iwill take the Texans with the points and
trust that he might be back ifI'm wrong, because he is still a
protocol. That's that's fine. Nextgame up, we have the Chicago Bears,

(01:36:04):
at the Cleveland Browns. This onehas I think been a different game
than maybe we thought it would bemaybe a couple of weeks ago. If
the Browns are favored by three points, give me the Browns are winning cover.
I think Joe Flack is getting itdone, especially at home. I
think Justin Fields that offense is stillkind of weird and not necessarily consistent.

(01:36:25):
I think the I think what happensis the Browns played man to man very
well as well. I think they'llput a spy on Justin Fields, and
they have enough athleticism and the linebackersand the safeties and guys on that team
that I think they'll be able tolimit his legs a little more than some
teams have. So Joe Flack hasput together a decent season, So I'm

(01:36:46):
gonna trust the Cleveland Browns and theirdefense at home, so winning cover.
Same thing you said, Joe Flaccojust does enough to I think help this
team get to where they need tobe. This will be the playoffs for
them. A guy who I justcame out of nowhere. Honestly, I
mean, we know Joe Flacco, but came out of nowhere, and I
don't know what he was doing before? Was he warming up? Was he
watching these games? Was he watchingtape all you're staying ready? I don't

(01:37:08):
maybe back at the barrio with BurtonErnie. I don't know. So Brown's
winn and cover Bears. I liketheir fight, but I don't think they
quite have enough to win a bunchof these games. On the road.
We have the New York Jets atthe Miami Dolphins. Dolphins ever by nine
and a half points, extually eightand a half points. The last time
these two teams played was the BlackFriday Special. I did not buy anything

(01:37:32):
on the Black Friday's Get Black FridaySpecial, So take that Amazon. But
I'm picking the Dolphins to win.I'm gonna go with the Dolphins to cover
the spread. They should. Theybeat teams usually that are below five hundred.
So that's my thought process here.It worries me what just happened and

(01:37:55):
transpired. It worries me that Tyreek'shealth isn't one hundred percent. But I
think the Dolphins are gonna learn fromthis game. I think they're gonna be
mad. I think they played theJets once. I think they'll kind of
have a little more ability and figureout how they can really beat them.
And I just don't see the JetsDolphense scoring you know, over twenty points

(01:38:16):
twice. So give me the Dolphinsto win and cover. Yeah, I
think Zach Wilson provided the spark.I'm not sure that spark's gonna last.
It just hasn't in the history ofhis career. Dolphins win and cover this
one. I think a lot ofit is the emphasis is going to be
on let's win this game to getto ten wins. Because when your last
three games of the schedule we alreadytalked about ceas are the Cowboys, Ravens
and the Bills. I mean, good luck and to win then so if

(01:38:40):
you want to make sure you lockup a playoff spot and get the ten
wins, which I think ten winswill definitely get me a playoff spot this
year in the AFC, get itdone. Now, make sure you win.
Mike McDaniel learned his lesson. He'llkeep the foot on the gas and
they'll win the game. Kansas CityChiefs at the New England Patriots. The
Chiefs are favored by nine and ahalf on the road. Give me the

(01:39:00):
Chiefs to win and cover. Idon't love this spread, but I don't
think what we saw on Thursday nightis going to be something that's going to
continue. I think Chiefs have abetter defense as well. I think Pat
Mahomes is gonna be pretty pissed formost of the week, So I think
the Kansas City offense is really gonnawant to come out and start firing.

(01:39:24):
And I just don't think the Patriots. They don't have a prayer in this
one, honestly, But I thinkthe Chiefs have their backs. They feel
like they have their backs against thewall. I think they feel like they
just got embarrassed, and I thinkthey're angry. They're gonna come out swinging.
So give me the Chiefs to winand cover. Chiefs to win and
cover for me too. This isa perfect get right game. Yes,
the Patriots defense is pretty good, they just don't have the firepower to keep

(01:39:45):
up. The Chiefs, I thinkwill have proper motivation in this game to
get things right. They still havea lot of play to get the one
seed and everything. If they really, if they're really focus here, I'll
take them to win and cover aswell. In the evening game, Cease,
we have the Washington Commanders at theLos Angeles Rams. Los Angeles Rams
over by six and a half. The Commanders are coming off of bye week,

(01:40:08):
though, give me the Rams towin and cover here. I like
what the Rams have done, Ilike how where the offense has trended at
especially with Caivin Williams. Now.I just I think they will just score
too many points for the Commanders tokeep up. I think Sam Howell will

(01:40:28):
probably try to keep it close, but ultimately out of the turnover or something,
the Commanders just have nothing to playfor. So I just the Rams
are playing for a potential playoff spot. So I got to go to the
Rams at home here to winning cover. I think so too. Like I
said, I think Sean McVay hasdone a terrific job with this roster.
A lot of it is rookies anddraft picks they had that will late in
the draft class last year to kindof fill out the roster, but they've

(01:40:50):
gotten some good players. I thinkthat Matt Staffords had a pretty good year
honestly too, and it's just kindof gone unrecognized because they are so up
and down as a team. ButI think they can win and cover at
home. Commanders. Sam Howe hasthe good moments, but he also has
some turnovers as well, and Ithink the Rams will be able to take
advantage of that San Francisco forty nineers at the Arizona Cardinals. This one

(01:41:11):
is a San Francisco forty niners favoredby thirteen and a half points. Give
me the forty nine ers to winand cover it. Whatever, they haven't
proven us wrong yet. They don'thave to go as far out. It's
Arizona. Kyler Murray's there, sothat changes things past what has usually been.

(01:41:32):
But again, I don't really knowwhat the Cardinals are fighting for at
this point. The forty nine ersare still in a dogfight to get the
one seed. It's theirs in thetaking. They just got to keep winning,
so I think they're not gonna lettheir foot off the gas here,
so they will win and cover.Yeah, Kyler Murray being in the lineup
kind of makes me think, andthe Cardinals being a team that's been so

(01:41:54):
feisty all year makes me think. But I'll go forty nine Ers to win
and cover two. They've been ona hot streak of winning games by bigger
than the spread, or at leastbigger than the spread starts out. I
know that Drew Locke injury or GeniusSmith injury where Drew Locke played changed the
spread again, so that changes things. But forty nine ers, I think
should be able to win and cover. They're playing for a lot more than
the Cardinals. I think the Cardinalshave already figured out, Hey, Kyler

(01:42:15):
Murray is our quarterback next year.We don't. We're not gonna be arranged
to take another quarterback. We've wonenough games, We've played pretty well.
Let's stick with him and get hima wide receiver maybe in the draft.
The Dallas Cowboys at the Buffalo Billsees the Cowboy excusely. The Bills are
for ever by two and a half. I'm gonna go Dallas Cowboys to win

(01:42:35):
in cover or win. I guessthey get the points here. I like
what Buffalo has been doing, butI think that defense for the Cowboys is
something special. So I think they'regonna get a little more pressure and actually
be able to track Josh Allen downmore because I know he's state of his
legs a lot. The Bills arenot a great team by any means.

(01:42:56):
They just they've put together some bettergames and more consistency lately. I think
The Cowboys are a great team inthe NFL this year. I know they're
on the road. Buffalo is kindof a harder place to play, especially
this time of year. But ifyou're gonna give me points to the Dallas
Cowboys at this point, with thetown I see on the field, I'm
gonna take it. I want toas well. The way they're playing,

(01:43:17):
they should be able to win thisgame. They need to stay focused to
get the number one seed. They'restay in line to get the number one
seed. That'd be huge for themand the Bills. I like what they've
shown the last couple of games, but I'm just I'm not gonna ignore the
fact that they still have lost threeout of their last five. They had
a three and one start and ithas not gone pretty since. So Joe

(01:43:38):
Brady has shown signs of life.I don't know if it's good enough to
be the team like the Cowboys. They do have the charges of Patriots on
deck after this. Maybe they dobounce back after that and get back on
track. Sunday Night Football, Soit's Mualtimore Ravens at the Jacksonville Jaguars.
The Ravens are favored by three anda half on the road. Yeah,
give me that. I like theRavens enough they should be able to win

(01:43:58):
this game. I mean, theyhave a better offensive defense than the Jaguars
are horribly inconsistent, so I can'ttrust them at all. And Jacksonville's really
not that big a homefield advantage. They're given me the Ravens to win and
covers me too. The trust factoris all it is. Is they when
they're at their peak, they canThey can win this game outright, they
could. They could be right thereup with the top season in the AFC.

(01:44:18):
But they're not always at their peak. So I'm gonna go Ravens to
win and cover. Played well, they usually win games. The spread isn't
that big of a deal with threeand a half Monday night football an interesting
one here, sees, we havethe Seahawks or the Eagles at the Seahawks
and the Eagles are favored by fouron the road. Because it's a primetime
game on the road, the WestCoast stuff doesn't really matter as much.

(01:44:43):
Ultimately, I'll go I'm gonna gowith the Eagles to win it. I'm
gonna go with the Seahawks with thepoints, though I think the homefield advantage
is important. I think the Eagleshave been through a gauntlet. I think
they're beat up. I don't thinkthey're gonna let this game lose because they
realize that technically by a tiebreakers, they believe. I believe they win the

(01:45:06):
NFC East. If it goes downand both teams went out, they still
beat the Cowboys and win the division, which will be huge because we're talking
about being the two seed and notplaying the forty nineers of the NFC Championship
game. We're having to be awild card and have pretty much no home
playoff games. So yeah, bigdeal. I think Eagles will pull it

(01:45:28):
out, but I think it's gonnabe really close. Yeah, I'm going
Eagles to win and cover. Reasonbeing, I still don't know if Genus
Smith's gonna play this week. Ifhe does play, is he gonna be
one hundred percent with that groin injury? How's that gonna go? See?
Eagles? I mean, they didn'tlook terrible against the last two teams that
they played, but they were thetwo best I think against team like the
Seahawks. Maybe they've show out alot of motivation in this game for both

(01:45:51):
teams Seahawks need to make a move, but I'll take the Eagles to win
and cover just based on the factthat they are the more talented team.
All right, sees any final thoughtsfor the week. No, I mean
I chieved her a bunch of babies, I'll say that. And I'm glad
that NFL football is on Saturday now. It's that time of year. Absolutely
football wherever you can get it.My turn to remind everyone like it.
