RJ Bates III, affectionately referred to as the Viking Wizard by his students, started his real estate investing career in 2014 after attending a real estate education program that put him $65,000 in debt to attend. Since that moment, he has successfully purchased and sold thousands of properties all across the USA. He successfully runs the Titanium Vault podcast which is internationally known and has interviewed some of the biggest names in the real estate industry. He competed in and was emphatically crowned King Closer in the 2021 Closers Olympics. He runs a well known Youtube channel that included a live challenge of doing 50 deals in 50 States in 50 days.
