EP 009: I Don't Want To Fail, But Don't Know Why I'm Not Succeeding

This call with the lovely Sophi Wells, a member of my downline in Maskcara was very telling for us both! I try to keep a really strong pulse on my team and their struggles. I like to create training, coaching and tools around where they are needed most.  One of the BIGGEST pain points for my team (And let's be real- with all MLM's) is the lack of ability to grow a team.  There are SO many different factors that this can come down to- the reasons they either aren't sharing, aren't sharing the right way, or limiting beliefs that are inhibiting their success.  With Sophi, I broke down every barrier I could find to help her admit to me, and more importantly to herself, what was REALLY holding her back.
