Although you don't need to eat anywhere near the same amount of a non-vegan to build a lot of muscle, you can still build a lot of muscle even if you want to follow the same high protein guidelines that most non-vegan bodybuilders follow. I'll show you how to take in 1g to 1.25g of protein per pound of bodyweight and still build a lot of muscle. That's how I did it the first time I built muscle on vegan diet. Enjoy!

Caught Freddy at the gym teaching another woman about giving up meat and dairy to fix her blood pressure.
He said he had high blood pressure back in January, and now that he's eliminated dairy and cut waaay back on meat to maybe 1-2 times a month, his bp is 117/73!!! No meds!

He also had chronic arthritis in one of his fingers with a large inflamed module for many years, and the module and arthritis is 100% gone!...
