When I started my first SMMA, I worked with everybody you can think of. I had all sorts of clients, and my head was spinning trying to figure out marketing campaigns for each of them.
The key to scaling an SMMA is keeping everything the exact same. When you go to add a new client and already have those campaigns dialed in, you already have testimonials that speak directly to your prospect. You already know exactly who to target.
It’s like clockwork. Copy, paste, profit.
When starting out, you have to do a lot of experimentation to find out what works. Try a lot of different industries to see which one you can get the best results for. Once you find where you want to be, just copy, paste, profit.
