I am probably resided the Weavertown prison camp in Weavertown,
just outside about two miles outside of Weavertown, Mississippis.

Okay, So you're in Mississippi, that is correct. Yeah, so
we had information you were in Louisiana.
Speaker 4 (01:39):
I've been at Houghton Boo. That's a prison fum near
Hooton Boo, which is outside of pat Rouge, Louisiana.

Did you did you jump a guard there or something?
Speaker 4 (01:50):
I didn't know. I did not jump a guard. One
of the people that I decided to leave with, he
he jumped the guard. We got the truck. We only
got about a mile down the road.

up to speed on what's going on. Because you were
at one time one of the top motivational speakers in America.

don't know whenever. It was twenty nineteen, you got into
some trouble in Denver, Colorado.

Yes, can you tell us about that.

Without going into specifics because my attorney wouldn't want me to,
But I was I committed some acts that were considered
by my attorney told me that they were acts against nature.

And did they involve beastiality here?

No, no, nothing like that, And they didn't involve a
human being at all. It was I just want to
leave it at tapestrinity. They were x deemed acts against
God and nature.

Were you violated the state of Colorado?

Yeah, it was a state charge. I had stepped over
the line in terms of acceptable acts that a man
can commit, and this was it was described to me
as an acts against God, nature and the natural course
of events.

Well, what was the exact charge.
Speaker 4 (03:35):
I think the exact charge was I was committing these
acts in public in fact early morning, and you mentioned
I had mentioned to you guys.
Speaker 5 (03:45):
There was some nuns involved.
Speaker 4 (03:47):
Kenny, right, Yeah, there was a group of nuns that
were passing by and I was in my car with
the door.
Speaker 3 (03:52):
Open, and you were committing an act. Okay, so I
guess we don't have to really pursue that.

Now, well, how do you wind up from there? Kenny?
How do you go from there to two prison farms?
Speaker 4 (04:07):
I had a downward spiral, basically, mister Henry. After I
was inside for about eight months, I was at the
County lock up in Denver, and then I got released
and I never was able really to get the get
control of the show back. Perrel Berghoff, my producer, gained

control through a clause in her contract. Also the Esposito brothers.
Speaker 5 (04:34):
Now that's Malcolm and Hell.
Speaker 4 (04:36):
Malcolm and Hall es Pasido, these two guys who operated
the recording studio from which I was doing the principle
of abundance. They both exercised a clause because we had
I had been in arrears in terms of payment. So effectively, they,
along with Perrol Berghoff, gained control over the program.

Who owns it?
Speaker 4 (05:02):
I still technically own it, but they are because I'm
incarcerated their charge with the by the courts with managing it.
Speaker 5 (05:09):
All right, So you still own the show, right, Kenny?
Speaker 4 (05:13):
Yes, sir that's correct.

Okay, there's General Sean Henny. Now I want to ask
you a question here. You're in a prison farm. How
did you get to the prison farm?
Speaker 4 (05:22):
Okay? That was a series of acts committed by me
once I had gotten out of the lock up in Denver, Colorado,
and I got involved in some confrontations with Carol and
with the Esposito brothers. That's when I just began a spiral.
(05:43):
I got involved with drugs. I had a drug habit
that kept me on the streets. I could no longer
afford my home was taken by the bank, and I
had two girlfriends tell me to get lost.
Speaker 5 (06:02):
It was just what was it the drugs? Were you
unable to make decisions based upon the drug use?
Speaker 4 (06:07):
Yes, that was it, drugs and alcohol. Primarily. I just
couldn't make a correct move. I could no longer say,
let's get out of bed, Kenny, Let's put one foot
in front of the other, Kenny, Let's go get some breascasts,
let's go get some you know, whatever it is. And
I couldn't do it. And I would just assume you
have another bump.

Did you talking about? What are you talking about?
Speaker 2 (06:30):

Yeah, that's That's pretty much.
Speaker 5 (06:32):

Yeah, that was That was it. And and so I
wound up on the street indigent. And that's when I
unfortunately got myself involved with a couple of robberies.

Robbery of what.
Speaker 4 (06:48):
Well, I tried a strong arm a liquor store.
Speaker 5 (06:52):
Okay, Kenny's lag is with us.
Speaker 3 (06:54):
If you don't remember Kenny, he was with the He
had the Principles of Abundance in the twenty first century,
a book that now the rights.

You still own the rights, but other people are collecting
the money.

Yeah, the money supposedly, supposedly money is being collected by
Carol Berghoff and the Espasito brothers to pay for their
time in you know, maintaining production of the the rights
to the show, as well as the maintaining the production
of any shows that air, like the ones that you wear,

mister Henry, those are technically still belong to me, but
the people that are running the business are are Burghoff
in the Espasito.

You you had a so the Espasidic brothers, Malcolm and
hell this was a studio that you worked at, and
it didn't seem like you got a very good relationship
with these guys.
Speaker 4 (07:46):
No, I did not like those guys at all, and
I didn't like that hell with the three two one, you.
Speaker 5 (07:53):
Know, well, yeah, it's kind of the smartest way of
counting it down.
Speaker 4 (07:56):
Yeah, And that was something I was I feel mister
him that I was always on the back foot with
those people. He would say three two one. You heard
what he would say. He would do some crude terms.

It's always a crass or crude term. Yeah, so three
two one, like three two one sperm Yeah.

Okay, Yeah. At one time he counted down three two one.

it was a combination of that, the pressure of getting
the show out, having to work around these people.

Well, you're not blaming them for the fact that you
started to commit crimes and wind up in jail, are you.
Speaker 4 (08:38):
No, I'm not. I'm not blaming them, but I am
blaming them for making the work environment very difficult. So
to that end, when I, you know, am Able and
my attorneys field of time is is optimum, I'm going
to file a lawsuit against Harold Bernhoff, the Esposito brothers,

and anyone else that purposely tried to make my.

It was a tough time for you, It a tough time. Yeah,

So far you've told us that you wound up in jail,
in prison, on a prison farm. You're at the Weavertown
farm in Mississippi.

That is correct, yes, all right.

And you say you wound up there because you the
pressures of the show got you to do something in
front of some nuns in Denver, which you describe as
acts against God and nature.
Speaker 4 (09:29):
That's correct. Yes, you know what.

Well, I don't think I want to know.

We don't need to know, all right, Okay, then you
get out and now your life goes into a spiral.
Speaker 5 (09:41):
Why didn't you just get back to doing the show.

I'd lost all confidence I had. Principles of Abuddus of
the twenty first century was such a large project and
with such a big, big commitment to the public that
I just felt I felt like I was a big phony,
you know.

Like I wasn't going to be able to you, felt
like you that the principles of abundance in the twenty
first century were not real.
Speaker 4 (10:08):
No, they were real. But I began to question whether
I was the one to carry the message, and I
began to spend much more time with my girlfriends at.
Speaker 5 (10:19):
That time, girlfriends did you have?
Speaker 4 (10:22):
I had about I had probably five or six that
I was seeing on a regular basis.
Speaker 5 (10:28):
Friends.
Speaker 4 (10:29):
Yeah, that's right, that's right. And I got mixed up
with a bad crowd. I started using drugs. Not that
it was the first time that I ever used drugs.
Speaker 5 (10:39):
I was going to ask you, had you been using
drugs before?
Speaker 4 (10:42):
I had used drugs in my life, but never to
the destructive end. I started using drugs. I started spending
a lot of money. I spent a lot of money,
and I wound up with the drug habit and the
money I was spending on everything else was able to
keep up mortgage on the house. I had two houses
I had to send back to the bank. And within
(11:05):
with a year or two, I found myself in Mississippi.
And again I was in a park car. Some people
walk by. They never children. I never did this in
front of children. But there were some housewives walking by.
Speaker 5 (11:20):
And where was this pabone, Mississippi.
Speaker 4 (11:22):
I found myself there and I'm in my car.
Speaker 5 (11:24):
And you committed another act against nature.
Speaker 4 (11:26):
I was involved in simulating an act violating the laws
of nature, and because I was already on probation, then
they sent me on back to the lock up, this
time in Mississippi, and I went up on a work farm.
Speaker 3 (11:41):
All right, So you apparently you don't want to tell
us that's fine. You're in a parked car with the

Speaker 5 (11:48):
Are you exposing yourself?
Speaker 4 (11:50):
I don't want to say, well, it sounds like that's.

Probably what you're doing. But how you're winding up back.

In prison because what I was doing wasn't just exposing myself.
I was engaged in an act, according to the courts,
that violated the laws of God, nature and the normal
course of of life.

is what was happening to me until now here. I
am at Weavertown, I've been at Pabone, and I've been
at the work farm over there in Louisiana, the Olmuokham

I went to New Orleans. I was with as I said,
I was with one of several women that I was

language that the people haven't heard in a long time
about his penis. It was this ritual that he had

and there was absolutely nothing wrong with him, even though

because in their estimation he made perfect sense. They let
him go. So he was in for a while and
they let him go.

that in point of fact, he was probably smarter than

I am probably resided the Weavertown prison camp in Weavertown,
just outside about two miles outside of Weavertown, Mississippis.

Okay, So you're in Mississippi, that is correct. Yeah, so
we had information you were in Louisiana.
Speaker 4 (01:39):
I've been at Houghton Boo. That's a prison fum near
Hooton Boo, which is outside of pat Rouge, Louisiana.

Did you did you jump a guard there or something?
Speaker 4 (01:50):
I didn't know. I did not jump a guard. One
of the people that I decided to leave with, he
he jumped the guard. We got the truck. We only
got about a mile down the road.

So Kenny, let's let's stop right there. Let's get people
up to speed on what's going on. Because you were
at one time one of the top motivational speakers in America.

the twenty first century and then on about twenty I
don't know whenever. It was twenty nineteen, you got into
some trouble in Denver, Colorado.

Without going into specifics because my attorney wouldn't want me to,
But I was I committed some acts that were considered
by my attorney told me that they were acts against nature.

And did they involve beastiality here?

No, no, nothing like that, And they didn't involve a
human being at all. It was I just want to
leave it at tapestrinity. They were x deemed acts against
God and nature.

Were you violated the state of Colorado?

Yeah, it was a state charge. I had stepped over
the line in terms of acceptable acts that a man
can commit, and this was it was described to me
as an acts against God, nature and the natural course
of events.

Well, what was the exact charge.
Speaker 4 (03:35):
I think the exact charge was I was committing these
acts in public in fact early morning, and you mentioned
I had mentioned to you guys.
Speaker 5 (03:45):
There was some nuns involved.
Speaker 4 (03:47):
Kenny, right, Yeah, there was a group of nuns that
were passing by and I was in my car with
the door.
Speaker 3 (03:52):
Open, and you were committing an act. Okay, so I
guess we don't have to really pursue that.
Speaker 4 (03:57):
I appreciate it if you didn't.

Now, well, how do you wind up from there? Kenny?
How do you go from there to two prison farms?
Speaker 4 (04:07):
I had a downward spiral, basically, mister Henry. After I
was inside for about eight months, I was at the
County lock up in Denver, and then I got released
and I never was able really to get the get
control of the show back. Perrel Berghoff, my producer, gained

control through a clause in her contract. Also the Esposito brothers.
Speaker 5 (04:34):
Now that's Malcolm and Hell.
Speaker 4 (04:36):
Malcolm and Hall es Pasido, these two guys who operated
the recording studio from which I was doing the principle
of abundance. They both exercised a clause because we had
I had been in arrears in terms of payment. So effectively, they,
along with Perrol Berghoff, gained control over the program.
Speaker 5 (05:00):
Who owns it?
Speaker 4 (05:02):
I still technically own it, but they are because I'm
incarcerated their charge with the by the courts with managing it.
Speaker 5 (05:09):
All right, So you still own the show, right, Kenny?
Speaker 4 (05:13):
Yes, sir that's correct.
Speaker 3 (05:14):
Okay, there's General Sean Henny. Now I want to ask
you a question here. You're in a prison farm. How
did you get to the prison farm?
Speaker 4 (05:22):
Okay? That was a series of acts committed by me
once I had gotten out of the lock up in Denver, Colorado,
and I got involved in some confrontations with Carol and
with the Esposito brothers. That's when I just began a spiral.
(05:43):
I got involved with drugs. I had a drug habit
that kept me on the streets. I could no longer
afford my home was taken by the bank, and I
had two girlfriends tell me to get lost.
Speaker 5 (06:02):
It was just what was it the drugs? Were you
unable to make decisions based upon the drug use?
Speaker 4 (06:07):
Yes, that was it, drugs and alcohol. Primarily. I just
couldn't make a correct move. I could no longer say,
let's get out of bed, Kenny, Let's put one foot
in front of the other, Kenny, Let's go get some breascasts,
let's go get some you know, whatever it is. And
I couldn't do it. And I would just assume you
have another bump.
Speaker 5 (06:28):
Did you talking about? What are you talking about?
Speaker 2 (06:30):
Crank?
Speaker 4 (06:31):
Yeah, that's That's pretty much.
Speaker 5 (06:32):
It talking about a bump.
Speaker 4 (06:34):
Yeah, that was That was it. And and so I
wound up on the street indigent. And that's when I
unfortunately got myself involved with a couple of robberies.
Speaker 5 (06:47):
Robbery of what.
Speaker 4 (06:48):
Well, I tried a strong arm a liquor store.
Speaker 5 (06:52):
Okay, Kenny's lag is with us.
Speaker 3 (06:54):
If you don't remember Kenny, he was with the He
had the Principles of Abundance in the twenty first century,
a book that now the rights.
Speaker 5 (07:01):
You still own the rights, but other people are collecting
the money.
Speaker 4 (07:04):
Yeah, the money supposedly, supposedly money is being collected by
Carol Berghoff and the Espasito brothers to pay for their
time in you know, maintaining production of the the rights
to the show, as well as the maintaining the production
of any shows that air, like the ones that you wear,

mister Henry, those are technically still belong to me, but
the people that are running the business are are Burghoff
in the Espasito.

You you had a so the Espasidic brothers, Malcolm and
hell this was a studio that you worked at, and
it didn't seem like you got a very good relationship
with these guys.
Speaker 4 (07:46):
No, I did not like those guys at all, and
I didn't like that hell with the three two one, you.
Speaker 5 (07:53):
Know, well, yeah, it's kind of the smartest way of
counting it down.
Speaker 4 (07:56):
Yeah, And that was something I was I feel mister
him that I was always on the back foot with
those people. He would say three two one. You heard
what he would say. He would do some crude terms.
Speaker 5 (08:09):
It's always a crass or crude term. Yeah, so three
two one, like three two one sperm Yeah.
Speaker 4 (08:15):
Okay, Yeah. At one time he counted down three two one.
Your rectum not mine?

it was a combination of that, the pressure of getting
the show out, having to work around these people.

Well, you're not blaming them for the fact that you
started to commit crimes and wind up in jail, are you.
Speaker 4 (08:38):
No, I'm not. I'm not blaming them, but I am
blaming them for making the work environment very difficult. So
to that end, when I, you know, am Able and
my attorneys field of time is is optimum, I'm going
to file a lawsuit against Harold Bernhoff, the Esposito brothers,

and anyone else that purposely tried to make my.

It was a tough time for you, It a tough time. Yeah,

So far you've told us that you wound up in jail,
in prison, on a prison farm. You're at the Weavertown
farm in Mississippi.

That is correct, yes, all right.
Speaker 3 (09:18):
And you say you wound up there because you the
pressures of the show got you to do something in
front of some nuns in Denver, which you describe as
acts against God and nature.
Speaker 4 (09:29):
That's correct. Yes, you know what.

Well, I don't think I want to know.
Speaker 3 (09:33):
We don't need to know, all right, Okay, then you
get out and now your life goes into a spiral.
Speaker 5 (09:41):
Why didn't you just get back to doing the show.
Speaker 4 (09:44):
I'd lost all confidence I had. Principles of Abuddus of
the twenty first century was such a large project and
with such a big, big commitment to the public that
I just felt I felt like I was a big phony,
you know.
Speaker 3 (10:02):
Like I wasn't going to be able to you, felt
like you that the principles of abundance in the twenty
first century were not real.
Speaker 4 (10:08):
No, they were real. But I began to question whether
I was the one to carry the message, and I
began to spend much more time with my girlfriends at.
Speaker 5 (10:19):
That time, girlfriends did you have?
Speaker 4 (10:22):
I had about I had probably five or six that
I was seeing on a regular basis.
Speaker 5 (10:28):
Friends.
Speaker 4 (10:29):
Yeah, that's right, that's right. And I got mixed up
with a bad crowd. I started using drugs. Not that
it was the first time that I ever used drugs.
Speaker 5 (10:39):
I was going to ask you, had you been using
drugs before?
Speaker 4 (10:42):
I had used drugs in my life, but never to
the destructive end. I started using drugs. I started spending
a lot of money. I spent a lot of money,
and I wound up with the drug habit and the
money I was spending on everything else was able to
keep up mortgage on the house. I had two houses
I had to send back to the bank. And within
(11:05):
with a year or two, I found myself in Mississippi.
And again I was in a park car. Some people
walk by. They never children. I never did this in
front of children. But there were some housewives walking by.
Speaker 5 (11:20):
And where was this pabone, Mississippi.
Speaker 4 (11:22):
I found myself there and I'm in my car.
Speaker 5 (11:24):
And you committed another act against nature.
Speaker 4 (11:26):
I was involved in simulating an act violating the laws
of nature, and because I was already on probation, then
they sent me on back to the lock up, this
time in Mississippi, and I went up on a work farm.
Speaker 3 (11:41):
All right, So you apparently you don't want to tell
us that's fine. You're in a parked car with the

Speaker 5 (11:48):
Are you exposing yourself?
Speaker 4 (11:50):
I don't want to say, well, it sounds like that's.

Probably what you're doing. But how you're winding up back.

In prison because what I was doing wasn't just exposing myself.
I was engaged in an act, according to the courts,
that violated the laws of God, nature and the normal
course of of life.

is what was happening to me until now here. I
am at Weavertown, I've been at Pabone, and I've been
at the work farm over there in Louisiana, the Olmuokham

Farm, and these are why did you wind up down south?
How'd that happen?

I went to New Orleans. I was with as I said,
I was with one of several women that I was
saying at the saying. At the time I was in

About the fifth of October of last year, I began
dating Rachelle corn b.

she was one of my girlfriends.

now She and I are now dating. I say this
to you because I wanted there be be to be

to psychologally, I'm not a psychologist.

I do have a MFCC license Marriage Family Child Counseling, Okay,

you that Rochelle and I have been dating.

Rachelle was a woman that I was gonna marry. Did
you were you where of the fact that she and
I were going to marry.

She said that that you believed that. But she says
that that was not true.

I wanted to be honest with him, want him to

out pretty steadily.

Well, we're spending weekends together, We're going away on trips.

I was. I had about six girlfriends at the time.

was picking up every bar tab, I was picking up
every hotel room, and we had some of the best
We had some of the best vacations. We were in Miami,
we went to the Caribbean. Rochelle didn't have any problems
spending my money.

No, I'm not. When you went when you went to
the prison farm. That's when she figured, oh, Bets was off.

language that the people haven't heard in a long time
about his penis. It was this ritual that he had
started with the principles of abundance and the chant of
trying to make his No, not about his penis. This
was about his fertility, reproductive, reproductive powers.

And was he drunk? Yeah, I gotta know what drugs
were was he on?

According to the arrest report, he was not on any drugs.
He was drug tested when they got up to the substation.

I think he was remanded to psychiatric observation for forty
eight hours. But the doctors there let him go. They said,

Where's the court record. They said that he came in
and there was absolutely nothing wrong with him, even though
they saw him with his pants off where a conical hat. Yes,
because in their estimation he made perfect sense. They let
him go. So he was in for a while and
they let him go.

Yeah, they said they didn't see anything wrong with him,
that in point of fact, he was probably smarter than
they were. One of the doctors is doctor Esby right here,
see this, this is doctor Esby who writes that I
saw no psychosis, neurosis. There was nothing in the behavior
of mister slag that would indicate danger to himself for
other people. To that end, I would release him. August seventeenth,
