She is a Boss, Educator and Owns a Thriving Hybrid Practice! She is La’Tesha Sampson and has been in the human services profession for 21 years. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, professor, author and the President and Founder of Great Joy Counseling and Consulting Services where she and her team provide innovative, therapeutic psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups as well as corporate consultation and training to nonprofit and for-profit businesses. For the past eight years, La'Tesha has served thousands of students as an MSW professor at the University of New England Rutgers University, Kean University and Hunter College.  La'Tesha was awarded an honorary doctorate degree in Christian Counseling and holds Master's degrees in Social Work and Public Administration.
