(00:01):
I hope you guys are doing well. I it's late, It's like one
o'clock in the morning, and Ijust wanted to share something on my heart
that just totally hit me, andjust it was a pressed upon me to
share with you guys and also withinmy own spirit to meditate on. I

(00:21):
just totally committed myself to fastening overthe next couple of days, and as
soon as I opened myself up tothat, God just begins speaking to me.
So I went into my bathroom towater some plants that I just purchased,
and the Holy Spirit spoke to meand said, just layers of soil,

(00:46):
like I want to nurture every partof you, every part of your
layer. And I was like,oh Lord, what does that mean?
What does that mean? I don'tknow anything. I know soil has layers,
but what does that mean? AndGod said, You're You're much more
complex than you think you are.And just coming off of me committing myself

(01:11):
too fast over these next three daysleading up to the new year, and
just thinking about things that I wantto do differently and being in preparation to
do those things differently, and toreally open myself up to the Holy Spirit
and allow him to work. Becauseeven this right now is like totally impromptu
getting online and sharing and you know, exposing some vulnerability to what God has

(01:42):
given to me just in these shortmoments, and I just found myself quickly
in a struggle like, oh,I don't want to share it. Oh,
I don't have any makeup on.Oh, you know all these things
about going live. So I justwant to publicly want to just apologize for
God, just for not being obedientin the moment and trusting him and just

(02:05):
also just very grateful to have alevel of consciousness where you can see where
you need to grow. And thenit just comes back to the point like
I want to water every part ofyou and being open to that. So
when I'm thinking about layers of soil, and I just did a quick Google

(02:25):
search of it, and there's actuallytwelve orders or types of soil. So
when we think about like the groundand dirt, we don't even we take
for granted the complexity of of that, like even what we're walking on,
you know. And I think thatin our own lives we take for granted

(02:47):
the complexity of the beings that weare, that we're created in God's image,
that were his masterpiece, that werehis work of art. That you
know, we are his most prizepossession, that we're created in his image.
That is incredibly thought provoking. It'sawesome, you know. And we

(03:10):
take ourselves for granted and just thinkthat we're just so simple when really we
are terribly complex and even in ourgrowth, we you know, think of
like one part of ourselves that needsgrowth or needs nurturing, and we forget

(03:32):
about the complexity of our spirit andthe complexity of our being. And God
just wants to touch every part ofthat. And we have to open ourselves
up to allowing that to happen sothat we can be blessed and so that
we can become exactly who we aredestined to become, so that we can

(03:53):
walk through these doors, so thatwe can walk and our purpose, so
that we can walk in our nextseason, so we can be on the
level, so that God kind ofhonor our faith, so that the desires
of our hearts may be manifest. And we have to open ourselves up to
it, you know, we haveto know that, Oh Lord, there's

(04:15):
so many parts of me that youneed to water. There's so many parts
of me that need your nourishment. There's so many parts of me that once
your spirit. There's so many partsof me that yearn for your glory.
But I have to know that I'ma complex individual. Lord, search my
heart so that I can be exactlywho you caught me to be. You

(04:38):
know, when we think about dirt, and when we think about the simplicity
of what we categorize as soil, just in this quick little search, I
was like, wow, twelve typesof soil? Like is that even necessary?
For the soils that have so manymentioned? And even even in its

(05:02):
formation, you have just distinct layersand each one of it serves its purpose.
How can we look at our livesand know that with each of our
layers, each of them serve apurpose. You know, some of our

(05:24):
layers are used to show us ourgifts and our talents. Some of our
layers are used to show us ourweakness. Some of our layers are used
to motivate us. Our layers areused to humble us. Some of our
layers are used to help us submit. Some of our layers are used to
help us be aware and to beconscious and to be open. And there's

(05:46):
so many that we we just forgetabout when we take for granted, and
we just have to understand that weare we are full. We are full
bison in that that we have arequirement to be open enough to not just
focus on the moment of what weneed and the changes that we want to

(06:13):
make, but our lives and ourspirits and our minds in their entirety,
you know, and allow God todo the work in us that he has
begun. And I thank God thathe honors that. Just one thing I
was looking at here, it saidthat with the there's within the twelve layers,

(06:45):
there are what six horizons, AndI encourage you to kind of look
this up and see where you canfind yourself in it. But it's basically
tiny pieces of matter that form soil. So you have rock, you have
minerals, you have water that cometogether and form something, you know,

(07:10):
And that just takes us back tothe creation of man. And you know
how God just did an amazing thingand we had to continue to go back
to that creation, continue to goback to that formation and allow him to
breathe in us over and over andover again so that we can be made
new and so that we can walkin our destiny and just honestly just glorify

(07:34):
God. You know, I seeeverybody preparing for the new year in their
various ways, and you know, everybody has their method, and I think
instinctively, like that's what we wantto do, like we want to be
a new person. We have goodintentions. And my hope is that in
preparation for this new year, thatyour priority is to seek to seek God

(08:01):
like every other part will come intoplace. And I'm not saying don't plan,
and I'm not saying, you know, not to be on task.
I'm simply saying that at the topof that list, at the height of
your planning, God has to bethere. You know, you want whatever

(08:22):
you do in this new year tobe covered by God, and in order
to do so, He's got tobe first. In my weekly Bible study
with women that I have come tomy home recently, we were just talking
about who we are in Christ andwhat our relationship is, and you know
what I offered to them was, sometimes we're dishonest about where God really is

(08:46):
on that list. You know,we pretend like he's number one, but
he knows he's not number one,and we know he's not number one.
But we pretend like he's number one, and we're fake with him, acting
like he's number one, as ifhe doesn't know, and he knows,
you know, And until we cancome to that understanding that you know what,

(09:07):
Lord, you haven't been number one, your number sixteen, or your
number four or your number three hundredand sixty two. And I think to
have the revelation is okay. Andfrom there you can deal with it and
say, Lord, what do Ihave to do to make you one?
Because I want everything and I dofrom here on to be covered, to

(09:30):
be nurtured, to be watered,to be a new to be fresh,
and I wanted to be in yourwheel. And we have to have that
time of realization where we say, okay, oh I got I got my
lists messed up a little bit.Let me, let me recalibrate and I
can read, but you know better, position my list, get my list

(09:52):
to other because I need him tobe at the top. He's got to
be number one. And I canbe honest with myself say I haven't put
him there. You know, whenI wake up in the morning, he's
not the first person I go to. When I do spend time with him,
I'm you know my mind is notclear enough to to really be in
the moment and spend that time withGod, and I know I need to

(10:13):
do it in this new year.I challenge you for the consciousness to understand
where God's placement is in your life, just for the consciousness of it.
You know you can. It's betweenyou and God to better develop the list,

(10:33):
but just for the consciousness of whereHe is. Even myself today,
I told you, guys, justjust earlier at all, I had this
word, and I wasn't obedient becauseI didn't act immediately, and I have
to and that's something I have towork on. So I appreciate the consciousness
to say I told you to dothis right then, and you wait it

(10:54):
and you second guessed me. Andknow that if I put it in your
heart, I'm going to cover forit. You know it's not going to
be perfect for you, but Idon't need it to be perfect for you.
I'm going to cover it, youknow. So if you want the
covering of Christ, if you wantGod and everything you do, whether it
be business, whether it be personal, whether whatever it is, you have

(11:16):
to get to a level of consciousnesswhere you tell yourself the whole truth about
what's going on with you, thewhole truth about where your relationship is,
and the whole truth about where youwant it to be, you know,
and where the missteps were, sothat you can learn from those things.
You know, we just be honest. We are not called to be perfect,

(11:39):
but in our honesty we can havegreat revelation. So I want that
for you. I want that formyself. You know. I think that
there's a great work to be done, and it can be done. You
know, if God has put itin your heart, and I need you

(12:01):
to understand that. If God hasput it in your heart, if you
if you have visions of it,then He has given you exactly what you
need to make that thing manifest. He's not going to put it in your
heart and have you agonizing over notbeing able to accomplish it. No,
he's put it in your heart becauseit's already happened, and we just have
to wait for the natural to catchup with the supernatural and it'll be covered.

(12:24):
But in order for us to takethat next step, in order for
us to do everything that we're supposedto do in perfect timing, we got
to reach a level of consciousness Godwants to water us. God wants to
nurture us. God wants to workon every piece of us, every layer

(12:45):
you know, every layer of us, everything that makes us us. You
know, not just you know ourlittle idiosyncrecies, but just the minute details
that that change and affect our character. So I'm wishing you, guys,
an incredible oh twenty seventeen. Ihope you're blessed. I hope to show
share more with you all. Ilook forward to a year of abundance.

(13:09):
I look forward to a year ofobedience. I look forward to a year
of revelation, and I look forwardto a year of amazing and awesome things.
So this is how you make glitter. And I hope to speak with
you guys again. Sue, Ilove you so much that God continue to
bless you and lead you. GoodNight,
