Anthony Pesare served with distinction as a Major in the Rhode Island State Police and later as Chief of Police for Middletown, RI. Over the course of his career, Pesare held commanding roles in the Intelligence Unit, Detective Bureau, and Narcotics Division, and played a pivotal role in dismantling organized crime operations across New England—including cases involving the notorious Patriarca crime family.
