Muzammil Ahmand is a third-year medical student who is empowered to incorporate plant based nutrition in the medical field. During his time at medical school, Muzammil has managed to create a plant based support group, the Plant Prescription podcast, and inspired the dean and many faculty members to consider incorporating plant based nutrition into the curriculum. He also talks about some of the health benefits that he has experienced while eating a plant based diet for over a year and a half.
