I was honoured to have been one for 6 years. I worked with hundreds of people, helping them to grow in confidence, lose weight, overcome phobias, find relationships and many more less main stream goals.
I don't do it anymore. And I reveal why I stopped in this episode.
I also share 5 things that I learned through my years as a Life Coach.
