Speaker 1 (00:15):
Philip Rivers.
Speaker 2 (00:20):
They're bringing him back for a workout, and I know
what you're saying to me. I'm sorry, Tony, we must
have miss hurd faulty connection.
Speaker 1 (00:29):
Did you say Philip Rivers, Rivers, Philip not Philip Rivers,
Philip Rivers, Yes, I did.
Speaker 2 (00:34):
Tony Katz ninety three WIBC, Good morning. The former Indianapolis
Colts quarterback, the former San Diego Chargers before they fled
to Los Angeles. In the wimpiest move ever, They've brought
him back. They're gonna see if he can go under center.
What happened to Riley Leonard?
Speaker 1 (00:55):
I don't know, something with his knee, having a Daniel Jones. Well,
I say it this way very clearly.
Speaker 2 (01:07):
The Indianapolis Colts knew the leg injury was worse than
they were telling us, and told them to go out
there anyway, not looking out for his best interest, not
looking out for long term team best interest, not bringing
anybody else to be able to cover if you didn't
think that your backups were of caliber to be able
to do the job. And they set an entire season
(01:27):
on fire for it. Oh, this is to me, Chris
Ballard one oh one, not explaining what's happening.
Speaker 1 (01:35):
Not sharing with the Colts faithful.
Speaker 2 (01:37):
That's what this team does under Chris Ballard again and
again and again. That's just my take. Someone else could
have a different take, have more data, I could change
my mind.
Speaker 1 (01:48):
But faith in Chris Ballard. No, no, no, no.
Speaker 2 (01:58):
They really did put Daniel Jones out there to have
a heck of a lot of potential problems, and now
they have with the achilles which he had the surgery
on to repair.
Speaker 1 (02:07):
The season is done.
Speaker 2 (02:09):
So for those of you are paying attention to leg injuries,
that's Caitlin Clark, Tyrus Haliburton, Daniel Jones, possible mee.
Speaker 1 (02:15):
With Riley Leonard.
Speaker 2 (02:16):
I do not know what the curse is, but it
is clearly Joe hogg Set's fault. Honestly, I might not
be wrong about that. So they're bringing Philip Rivers that
is just nutty. By the way, if he plays, I'm
(02:39):
gonna watch absolutely, I'm gonna wish him well.
Speaker 1 (02:41):
And if you saved me, where is Anthony Richardson.
Speaker 2 (02:45):
He still has the orbital fracture from an exercise band,
so he's not coming back.
Speaker 1 (02:53):
And we do have Brett Rippon on the squad. He's
on the practice squad.
Speaker 2 (03:00):
So there doesn't seem to be much faith in his ability,
but there he is. We will watch to see what
happens as for redistricting, passes the Senate committee six to three,
and we'll get to the full floor for a vote from.
Speaker 1 (03:23):
The Indiana Senate.
Speaker 2 (03:27):
I am fifty to fifty on where this goes. You
need twenty six votes. It shouldn't be that hard to obtain.
That doesn't mean that it's going to happen.
Speaker 1 (03:40):
And for all the outside groups, you can discuss why, hey,
this is why you should do this, Why do that?
America is counting on You can do all those things.
Speaker 2 (03:50):
If you get into the threats and on the primary threats,
you understand that this General Assembly doesn't give a damn
at all.
Speaker 1 (03:56):
You look and sounds ridiculous. You sounds ridiculou. You're not tough.
No one is scared of you.
Speaker 2 (04:03):
Here, make the argument like I have about redistricting, and
then let's get it over the finish line.
Speaker 1 (04:11):
That's it. That's how it works.
Speaker 2 (04:15):
You're gonna scream and yell about primary challenges and you're
gonna call people names. Honestly, all you're doing is turning
people off.
Speaker 1 (04:22):
And giving more ammunition for saying forget you and forget Trump,
and forget the rest. And if you're making this about Trump,
you're also doing it wrong. But if any of you
had just.
Speaker 2 (04:33):
Bothered to check an ego at the door, be rational
people and give a phone call to a lot of
different people across the state, not just myself, could have
saved yourself a lot of heartache and embarrassment.
Speaker 1 (04:43):
But you didn't.
Speaker 2 (04:45):
So I'm trying to help you out with these last
couple of days. I don't know if you'll take the advice,
but you should because you're not as smart as you
think you are, and you've come off looking very silly
and that's not help.
Speaker 1 (05:01):
Tony kats ninety three WIBC, Good morning.
Speaker 2 (05:05):
Twelve billion dollars is a lot of loot, a lot
of loot, and that's what farmers are getting, according to
President Trump. Tony Kattz ninety three WIBC. Good morning, Good
to be here, Good.
Speaker 1 (05:22):
To be with you. Twelve billion dollars. That's the question,
is why.
Speaker 3 (05:31):
Delighted to announce this afternoon that the United States will
be taking a small portion of the hundreds of billions
of dollars we receive in tariffs. We are making a
lot of money from countries that took advantage of us
for years. They took advantage of us like nobody's ever seen.
Our deficits are way down because of tariffs. I guess
(05:51):
because of the election, because without the election, you wouldn't
have tariffs. Should be sitting here losing your shirt. But
we're taking in billions. We're really taking in trillions of
dollars if you think about it, Scott, because there real numbers,
you know, when you think of all the money being
poured into the country for new order plants and all
of the other things.
Speaker 1 (06:12):
AI.
Speaker 3 (06:13):
So what we're doing is we're taking a relatively small
portion of that and we're going to be giving and
providing it to the farmers in economic assistance. And we
love our farmers, and as you know, the farmers.
Speaker 2 (06:29):
Like me because that's great. But I didn't pay tariffs
for the farmers. I'm not angry with the farmers at all.
But the tariffs are attacks. And now you're telling us
instead of paying down the debt, which was the plan,
I think it was a great plan, but all right,
I'll take debt being paid down. We're now deciding specific
(06:50):
projects based.
Speaker 1 (06:52):
On your discretion to give dollars to from tariffs.
Speaker 2 (06:56):
I don't want to pay anyway. No, I'm not happy.
I like farmers, I don't mind them getting help. But
if we've opened up the market to their goods, where's
the buying.
Speaker 1 (07:11):
This is the problem. This is the entirety of the argument.
I have got a myriad of things, a myriad of
things that I am happy with with this president.
Speaker 2 (07:27):
This is not one of those things. New York Post,
they're editorial yesterday. Listen to the people, President Trump. They
really do feel economic pain.
Speaker 1 (07:37):
I cannot believe they are missing this with such force.
Even if you don't want it.
Speaker 2 (07:46):
To be a conversation about affordability, because the left sidea
of affordability is you pay more, you pay more taxes. Now,
that's what Trump's version. You pay higher tariffs.
Speaker 1 (08:01):
Now somebody else gets a deal. Everything's more affordable. You're welcome.
Speaker 2 (08:08):
Right here where I work, people were informed about their
health insurance and those premiums.
Speaker 1 (08:15):
We're not the only people dealing with this. The increase
is large, large. Oh oh, nobody's happy. Nobody is happy.
Speaker 2 (08:33):
And this is just one of many things where prices
have gone up and we don't feel we're getting a
value for it. So now we pay more for goods
we don't feel we're getting a value for it, And
now we have picked certain groups to benefit as opposed
to the nation writ large, Well, Tony, if milk is
less expensive, you're benefiting. That is not an argument that
it's going to really satisfy. I don't mind help and
(08:58):
I don't mind. I don't mind making it easier for farmers.
I mind twelve billion dollars. The eleven billion would be
available for one time payment to another billion to set
aside to ensure the department can meet other needs.
Speaker 1 (09:16):
Yeah, no thanks.
Speaker 2 (09:20):
Then you have Congress which wants to be able to
withhold funding to the Pentagon until they release the boat footage,
you know, the drug boat getting destroyed. They went back
and shot at it again. Double tap is what that
would be called. I don't know if Congress is going
to get that. Congress is going to withhold one quarter
(09:42):
of Pete Hegsay's travel.
Speaker 1 (09:44):
Budget until the Pentagon turns over videos of the strikes.
His travel budget. You say, all right, well, if if
you want the Secretary of War, Secretary of Defense flying
commercial I'm sure he'll do it. That'll be safe. They
(10:07):
want unedited video.
Speaker 2 (10:08):
Strikes conducted against designated terrorist organizations in the area of
responsibility of the United States Southern Command, and they want
that for the House and Senate, an Armed Services committee.
Speaker 1 (10:19):
Now there is an oversight conversation to be had here.
Speaker 2 (10:21):
Let's not think the Congress doesn't have oversight capability of
the military. Absolutely they do.
Speaker 1 (10:28):
Do I mind them seeing the video? No? I don't.
Is it more probable than not they're going to get
the video? Yes, what is this? It seems like silliness.
People got briefed. Now you need the video.
Speaker 2 (10:46):
All I wanted was the video of Joe Biden giving
the testimony there to Richard Hurr, the special counsel who
was looking into what a feeble old nanny is.
Speaker 1 (11:00):
And you're like, oh, we can't show you the video.
Speaker 2 (11:02):
That's what Merrick Garland said that then, Attorney General, it'll
expose our tactics.
Speaker 1 (11:07):
We can't allow that.
Speaker 2 (11:10):
Same rules, guys, same rules, same rules, same rules. Maybe later,
maybe later you can get it. No, no, not the
same rules.
Speaker 1 (11:18):
All right.
Speaker 2 (11:18):
I'm just saying they set the rules, and I think
that they should have to live by the rules.
Speaker 1 (11:22):
That they set just one man's theory.
Speaker 2 (11:25):
Speaking of rules, I'm pretty sure you're not allowed to
marry your brother to help them get into the country legally.
And now you have Somali community leaders who are saying
out loud absolutely, ilhan Omar married her brother, the guy
who became her second husband, her brother. She wanted to
(11:47):
get her brother papers so he could stay in the
United States, so.
Speaker 1 (11:53):
She did it.
Speaker 2 (11:56):
We all thought she was just getting papers to allow
him to stay in this country.
Speaker 1 (12:03):
By the way, ilanomars Muslim, and I did not know this.
Speaker 2 (12:06):
She was married to her brother by a Christian minister.
I have so many questions, starting with let's talk about the.
Speaker 1 (12:15):
Violation of the law here in the jail time. Full investigation.
I mean this should have been investigated anyway, full investigation.
Please don't stop, and anybody offended by it, don't care.
Speaker 2 (12:30):
Your offense is not as offensive as ilhan Omar right now,
without the proof of this, this has been long been rumored.
Speaker 1 (12:40):
This has long been rumored. This has been rumored for
a long time. There you go, tony, investigate.
Speaker 2 (12:47):
Oh, by the way, do I think it's true? I
ten thousand percent think it's true.
Speaker 1 (12:52):
But I'll take the investigation and let that make the
decision happily.
Speaker 2 (12:57):
Ah the Christmas season, you gotta love it. Things are decorated,
lights are twinkling. There's eggnog, which is perfect, by the way,
the perfect meal, the egg McMuffin glass, eggnog, and of
course a close by bathroom. Tony Katz ninety three WIBC,
(13:20):
Good morning, Good to be with you. And because it's Christmas,
I like take a little moment each and every morning
in December, take a breath and take a beaten and
share some some good songs, some songs that they tell
me that are.
Speaker 1 (13:34):
Of good cheer. And that's why I bring you. Jews
playing Christmas tunes, Juice.
Speaker 4 (13:45):
Playing Christmas Dude, strings and bells.
Speaker 1 (13:53):
It's a holly jolly knight. So turn that radio, leffing.
It's totally into the group, Miss Sugar, Chris Joe playing
Christmas touns. We're rocking this season, Miss Sugar. These are
(14:24):
songs that were either performed or written Christmas songs by Jews.
Speaker 2 (14:30):
I Went a Good Classic nineteen fifty three because anytime
you can.
Speaker 1 (14:35):
Play earth a Kit, you should play earth a Kit.
And Tony wasn't Earthkit. Catwoman oh yes, oh yes, she was.
We all have a moment. We all have a moment
to think about Eartha kit He Now, oh see that
was appropriate.
Speaker 2 (14:51):
Carl, Well done, you're learning, You're getting there. You're getting there.
Did I sent it to you, Carl?
Speaker 1 (14:56):
Did you get it?
Speaker 5 (14:58):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (14:58):
I have it all right. Fourth for the Christmas season
is Santa Baby for mis your Carl hit it.
Speaker 6 (15:09):
Boom boom boo boom chicks.
Speaker 1 (15:12):
I'm telling you, yes, for a lot. It's also Hearth
a kick.
Speaker 5 (15:18):
And hurry Now.
Speaker 1 (15:20):
I think Santa m'd actually given that to her. I
think Santo was just Smith. It makes perfect sense. Matt
Bear in the.
Speaker 2 (15:29):
WIBC traffic center, that was Jews playing Christmas tunes.
Speaker 1 (15:32):
We'll have another one for you tomorrow. Don't you worry
about that.
Speaker 2 (15:35):
So let me give you three things that are going
on that nobody is really talking about, and they need
to be This was MS They call themselves ms now,
don't they They call themselves MS now.
Speaker 1 (15:50):
And here's their report.
Speaker 2 (15:51):
Here's the headline that they've got Ice has arrested nearly
seventy five thousand people with no criminal records. Data shows.
Is that the story? No, it's not the story. That's
the headline. That's the misleading headline. Seventy five thousand people
(16:13):
know criminal records. That doesn't mean they're in the country.
Speaker 1 (16:15):
Legally, does it.
Speaker 2 (16:17):
It means that they haven't engaged in a criminal act
while in the United States.
Speaker 1 (16:20):
But again, that's the headline, not the story.
Speaker 2 (16:23):
You want the story first paragraph, which people don't even read.
More than a third of the roughly two hundred and
twenty thousand people arrested by ICE, Immigrations and Customs Enforcement
officers in the first nine months of the Trump administration
had no criminal histories. Wait a second, I can do math,
if only because I just got myself an update on
(16:46):
my phone.
Speaker 1 (16:46):
So my calculator is working overtime right here. If I
take two.
Speaker 2 (16:52):
Hundred and twenty thousand people and I subtract what was it,
seventy five thousand people, that means one hundred and forty
five thousand people were on the streets who were here
illegally with criminal records. You mean Donald Trump and Republicans
got one hundred and forty five thousand people off the streets.
Speaker 7 (17:15):
Well, all right, absolutely can I well woo yeah, yeah,
oh my gosh, this plan is working.
Speaker 1 (17:27):
Fantastic If that's not narrative pushing, what is the entire
purpose of this was actually NBC News. The entire purpose
of the.
Speaker 2 (17:39):
Headline from NBC News was to engage a false narrative
so people would see the headline and move on and
think something when it wasn't the case, because there's no
saying that the seventy five thousand people, whether or not
they were in the country legally. So that's that's one
number two in the hey, don't count your chickens before they're.
Speaker 1 (18:03):
Hatched kind of way. Jimmy Kimmel got a contract extension.
Let me say that again.
Speaker 2 (18:10):
The guy who absolutely lied and tried to tell people
that the assassin of Charlie Kirk was somehow connected to
Charlie Kirk. I mean Candace Owens, I didn't know wrote
for Jimmy Kimmel, I for one, and personally shocked. Jimmy
Kimmel tried to make it you think that it was
somebody who was aligned with Kirk that assassinated Kirk.
Speaker 1 (18:32):
That wasn't the case. He was pulled off the air
for a couple of days.
Speaker 2 (18:36):
He gets put back on the air because nothing lasts forever,
and now his deal has been extended through twenty twenty seven.
Speaker 1 (18:44):
So yeah, they.
Speaker 2 (18:50):
Don't care that they lose money, they don't care that
they don't have ratings.
Speaker 1 (18:53):
None of that matters to ABC. It doesn't matter. This
is who they are are, this is what Disney wants.
Speaker 2 (19:04):
And if I'm Barry Weiss, you may be getting rid
of Colbert, which is the right move. That doesn't mean
you should get rid of Late Night, Barry, And I know,
I know you're running news, but.
Speaker 1 (19:19):
There's an opportunity here, and you've got sway. There's a
great opportunity here. Did I mention we should talk about it?
And then number three in the most I Told you
So moment I have had in a long long time,
Harvard Harris Pole showing that Robert F. Kennedy Junior outranks
(19:42):
Donald Trump when it comes to popularity forty three percent
favorable for Kennedy forty percent unfavorable. It puts him above JD. Vance.
Speaker 2 (19:53):
No kidding, because people like Maha make America healthy again.
They like me idea that there's an actual pursuit to
get the nonsense out of the foods. There's an honest
conversation about a whole host of things. No matter what
the left likes or doesn't like. This is connecting and
there's an opportunity to grab moms and women and all
(20:15):
sorts of people. But I'm talking about those groups specifically.
The problem is some people think that RFK might be
in a position to run for president himself. I don't
want this, but the idea that what he's doing is
working and he's more popular, absolutely Republicans should be running
on MAHA going into the midterms.
Speaker 1 (20:38):
Those are three things you needed to know, all right,
(20:58):
I'll bite Philip Rivers. We so don't have a quarterback.
Speaker 2 (21:05):
We went from being an unstoppable Indianapolis Colts team to
clearly clearly junior varsity Tony Katz ninety three WIBC, Good morning,
Daniel Jones out the Achilles injury. Hope the surgery went well,
and hope that he heals up. Ridley Lennard might have
(21:25):
a knee injury. The Colts clearly don't have any faith
in Brett Rippon, who is the third string quarterback, and
so they gave Philip Rivers a call, who is forty
four and is.
Speaker 1 (21:36):
A grandfather and has been out of football for four years,
and said, hey, what do you think JMV joined us
right now.
Speaker 2 (21:43):
He is the voice of sports in Indiana in ninety
three five one, seven to five the fan. Before we
get into Philip Rivers, I'm going to say it as
I say. You don't have to agree with me, You're
more than welcome to disagree with me. This is Chris
Ballard's modus operandi. He lies the fans. I think he
lies to other That's my take. And if it's not
a lie, I don't know what to call it.
Speaker 1 (22:05):
Clearly, Daniel Jones is more injured than we thought, certainly
for weeks now, and that is possibly attributable to the
bad play that we have seen because he hasn't been
able to do what it is he can normally do.
I think that the Colts kept this from everybody. Am
I right? Am I wrong? Not going too far?
Speaker 5 (22:23):
Well, listen, I think your opinion is your opinion, because
it's not like the Colts speak volumes in descriptions of
the word transparency in our existence, Tony. So, yeah, you're
not completely off base on any of it. He may
not be completely accurate on some of it, but you're
not off based on it. Now. I just think this
shows you the type of dire strage. This team is
at that position right now. You and I were kind
(22:44):
of talking about, you know, the old War games reference,
you know, def Con one, things like that yesterday at
this present time, and I think it's even worse than
that when you're calling up a forty fo year old
grandfather to come in. And I think the huge connection here,
this is really hilarious Tony. Had he stayed and this
was a part of the Colts operation that was a
failure again that we rarely speak about. Had he stayed
(23:07):
for season number two. Remember he was here twenty twenty.
They had a nice season, go to the postseason, losing Buffalo,
but they felt he was going to be here in
twenty twenty one, so they kind of put their eggs
in that particular basket. Then he bailed, didn't want to
play any longer, and then that continued the slide to
Carson Wentz to Carson, Wentz to Matt Ryan, and so
(23:28):
on and so forth. So he was a significant part
of what has been this whole quarterback carousel from hell
here and he could have helped save it back in
twenty twenty one, but he decided to retire. So I
think that's hilarious as a part of all this, but
what it really does is speak volumes of how incredibly
screwed this team and that position is moving forward, especially
(23:51):
for a playoff team, a team that's still in contention,
you know, numbers wise for the postseason. You can't be
more screwed than this.
Speaker 1 (23:58):
Now, I accept your point, un Ballard.
Speaker 2 (24:03):
Past performance may not be indicative of the future, and
maybe everybody who's on the up and up. I just
have very little faith imballied as a GM. He's got things,
other things he might do very very well. I think
this has been a colossal failure.
Speaker 1 (24:20):
But the idea that it's Philip Rivers, and I have
nothing against Philip Rivers. I think it would be fun
to see.
Speaker 2 (24:25):
I'm pretty sure he could still throw the guys a
trash talker.
Speaker 1 (24:28):
All the rest.
Speaker 2 (24:29):
I think you can fire up a team that seems deflated.
But we're saying that there quite literally is nobody else
out there. I mean, if we're gonna talk about Philip Rivers,
we might well be talking about Johnny Manzel. Once you've
opened the floodgates, everything is possible. There's nobody else out there,
and there's no faith. Clearly Leonard has an issue and
(24:51):
there's no faith in Rippin. Who should the Colts be
looking to right now?
Speaker 5 (24:56):
No, that's well, I think that the concentration should be
on Ripping. But here's the funny part about that he
has to throw a pass in twenty twenty three. That's
who they have on the practice squad that they haven't
brought up that they're probably going to have to bring
up obviously, considering Riley Leonard circumstances, you know, unless they
get Uncle Phil, you know, down from retirement and all
of a sudden put him through the process. This is
(25:17):
a thing that's on field operationally speaking, Tony, that's going
to stand out to me. They could not protect and
I'm talking to head coach and the play calling and
the offensive line and their operation. They could not protect
a clearly compromised with a fibula injury quarterback. So how
are you going to protect a guy that you couldn't
protect back in twenty twenty Really it was the quick rhythm,
(25:38):
the quick release, got away the ball. I mean, you're
going to have to really adjust so many things that
you couldn't adjust with the compromise and an injured Daniel Jones.
So how would this possibly work? I think it's all
good conversationally for dialogue, but really, truly it is stratospherically embarrassing,
is what it is.
Speaker 1 (25:56):
So fine, it's stratospherically embarrassing. Yeah, the problem is the
cults have to put out a product on Sunday, So
what should they do for me?
Speaker 5 (26:07):
I think it's going to be Brett Rippon. If you're
gonna put me on the spot right now, which I
think you are, Brett Rippin is going to come from
the practice squad and he's going to be the quarterback.
I don't think we're going to see Anthony Richardson again
this season, and not so much because they don't trust him,
but he doesn't want to play. It's because he's on
IR and that injury to his eye socket. As you mentioned,
the lack of transparency. The injury to the eye socket
(26:28):
was much more severe than I think anybody around here believes.
And Tony, here's one for you. Ready for this one?
You want to know what's going to happen next year?
Are you ready? Tony? Buckle up? We're going to see
the same three quarterbacks next year. Yes, right here, we're
going to see the same three, they're going to resign
Daniel Jones, They're going to have Riley Leonard as a
part of this, and you're going to have Anthony Richardson,
(26:51):
who still got a year remaining on his deal here too. Again,
if you're asking me right now, that's what we're going
to see. That's again how bad it is. But I
did want to remark about your thoughts. The lack of
pransparency is something that the cult are going to have
to own forever because that's what they have been and
they've tried to fix that, but they haven't fixed that enough.
And people around here are always going to believe that
(27:11):
they're not getting the truth because of the entire Luck
era and what we've been through. And I think that's
just common knowledge and the way that it's going to
be until further notice.
Speaker 2 (27:19):
I'm looking at talking to JMV, the Voice of Sports
in Indiana. The best quarterback free agents still out there? No, Yeah,
And I don't even know. If I don't know the list,
you might Nate Sudfalon Taylor Heineke, Clayton Tune, Dorian Thompson, Robinson,
Tim Boyle, Bryce Perkins, Logan Woodside, Desmond Ritter, at what moment,
(27:41):
are the cults so desperate, John Vee, that they look
to your guy out the name of Colin Kaepernick.
Speaker 6 (27:49):
Never.
Speaker 5 (27:50):
Well, I mean, I don't even know if.
Speaker 1 (27:51):
You say I don't want it.
Speaker 2 (27:53):
I'm only asking because when desperate, desperate things.
Speaker 5 (27:58):
Happen, it is never Taylor Hibik. By the way, the
only team that he's really good against would actually be
the Colts and their defense. He had a good game
like years ago against the Colts inside Lucas Oil Stadium.
Here's what's even more frightening, because they don't have any options,
they don't have any money, they don't have any first
round picks. Look at the free agency class of quarterbacks
next year and then get back with me on that.
(28:20):
That's why I'm talking about bringing back these three because
the ones that are out there right now that are
going to be available for the Colts are not any
better than this three. This is the purgatory tony that
this team, this franchise, this organization is in right now
and then moving forward, This is just kind of a precursor.
This is an appetizer. The main course is still to come,
(28:40):
because this is going to be long, the lasting. This
has been an absolute disaster. And this is just kind
of the opening at the funny portion of it. In
inviting a forty four year old former quarterback, future Hall
of Fame quarterback grandfather and to try out for a
game you're playing in Seattle coming up on Sunday. Doesn't
get much more hilarious than that, Tony, It just doesn't.
Speaker 3 (29:05):
That.
Speaker 2 (29:05):
Right, there is JMV with no good news for you whatsoever.
He is always sports in Indiana. He is also a downer.
He's JMV.
Speaker 1 (29:16):
Well, the way it goes, appreciate you man.
Speaker 2 (29:24):
Gearing up for the popcorn moment. Brought to you by
Bower Remodeling b oo h e R. Bower Remodeling dot com.
Speaker 1 (29:33):
If it's in those four walls ors, Yeah, we call Bower.
That's what we do.
Speaker 2 (29:37):
That's what I'm doing to get myself a bit of
a kitchen refreshed.
Speaker 1 (29:40):
Yeah, we're going to increase a little bit of countertop space.
Speaker 2 (29:42):
We're going to change that backsplash around these final steps.
We've always wanted to make the kitchen feel like a
part of the home.
Speaker 1 (29:50):
That's what's happening with Bower.
Speaker 2 (29:51):
And if we're talking about the countertop work, righta replace
that sink. We're going to create a look for the
whole place that not only looks good, but also stands
the tech time.
Speaker 1 (30:00):
We're not interested in following the trend.
Speaker 2 (30:02):
We're interested in something that we're gonna be able to
look at five years, ten years from now.
Speaker 1 (30:07):
Let's say this is fantastic.
Speaker 2 (30:08):

Speaker 1 (31:00):
The popcorn moment, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's governor.
It's a story you need to hear to believe. Then
grab your popcorn because there is more. Gonna write myself
a little note right there.
Speaker 2 (31:12):
There's a case in front of the Supreme Court, got
argued yesterday, and it's really a question about whether or
not the president can fire whomever the president chooses to fire.
Speaker 1 (31:25):
Which is a weird thing. Why can't the president fire people?
Because this agency class.
Speaker 2 (31:30):
That we've created, this pseudo fourth branch of government, which
no one should be in favor of the rules, could
lead themselves to believe, lead one to believe that they
cannot be replaced.
Speaker 1 (31:47):
By an executive action, that the president can't simply say
you work for me and you're fired. Somehow they are
above it all.
Speaker 2 (32:01):
And this goes into looking at a decision from nineteen
thirty five which limited the president's ability to remove somebody
in this agency kind of way in the in these
agency worlds. The problem is is that this decision has
(32:26):
been slowly chipped away at bit by bit and piece
by piece. Now is it a possibility that when it
comes to the Federal Trade Commission, which is the agency
in question, the president can fire, but another agency the
president can't. And how is it possible that a president
(32:46):
can't fire at all?
Speaker 1 (32:48):
That's nuts.
Speaker 2 (32:51):
Well, the Court seems somewhat interested in this, in this idea.
Speaker 1 (32:56):
Except for Katanji Brown Jackson.
Speaker 2 (32:58):
I have said before and I will say it again,
the Court wants her gone, the Lena Kagan sona Soto
my Orn, never mind everybody else. They know that she's incompetent.
She is not smart enough to be on the court. Well, Tony,
you're a racist. She was never capable Judge Bosburg. Judge
(33:22):
Bosburg is as white as powder, and he isn't capable
being on the court either. Neither was Merrick Garland save
your race banning for others.
Speaker 1 (33:30):
Katanji Brown Jackson is not bright, or at least not
bright in the way that you need to be to
be a Supreme Court justice and can't do the job.
Speaker 2 (33:41):
This is her argument regarding the idea of we can't
let the president be in charge. We need experts to
be in charge, unelected experts.
Speaker 8 (33:53):
Some issues, some matter, some areas should be handled in
this way by nonpartisan experts. That Congress is saying that
expertise matters with respect to aspects of the economy and
transportation and the various independent agencies that we have. So
(34:15):
having a president come in and fire all the scientists
and the doctors and the economists and the PhDs and
replacing them with loyalists and people who don't know anything
is actually not in the best interest of the citizens
of the United States.
Speaker 2 (34:32):
What do you mean they don't know anything? This is opinion?
What do you mean they don't know anything because you
and your friends.
Speaker 1 (34:39):
Think they don't know anything. What is this and why
is it possible?
Speaker 2 (34:43):
Why is it somehow wrong that the duly elected presidents,
elected by the people who do know something, can't pick
the people that he wants.
Speaker 1 (34:51):
He was elected to make this decision.
Speaker 2 (34:53):
And here's Supreme Court Justice Katanji Brown Jackson saying, well,
it's not good enough because they're not experts the way
I decide someone's an expert.
Speaker 8 (35:02):
These issues should not be in presidential control. So can
you speak to me about the danger of allowing in
these various areas the president to actually control the Transportation
Board and potentially the federal Reserve and all these other
independent agencies in these particular areas we would like to
(35:22):
have independence.
Speaker 1 (35:26):
What are you talking about again? They should be agencies
that exist with their own budgets and their own world
and never be elected and yet have unbelievable influence.
Speaker 2 (35:37):
Over the United States. What kind of world do you
want to run? Justice Jackson?
Speaker 1 (35:44):
Now, in moments, she's going to get to her world famous.
Speaker 2 (35:48):
I don't understand when I'm trying to understand, she's always
saying this in every single case, we.
Speaker 8 (35:54):
Don't want the president controlling I guess what I don't
understand from your over argument is why that determination of Congress,
which makes perfect sense given its duty to protect the
people of the United States, why that is subjugated to
a concern about the president not being able to control everything?
Speaker 1 (36:16):
What makes us think Congress can pick smart people either?
What is this belief? The question before us is can
the president fire somebody from an agency? And I believe
the answer is yes. And I believe that the agencies
are not special.
Speaker 2 (36:32):
And just like we saw the end of Chevron deference,
we should see a tearing away of the agency class
being able to work with impunity and immunity there should
be a reckoning and the idea and as Justice Kavanaugh
brought up, so you're saying that an agency is an
(36:52):
agency forever, and the people elect a president and a
Senate and a House, and that shouldn't have a change
in the policies.
Speaker 1 (37:03):
Tanji Brown Jackson is not worthy of the court. Let's
just be clear about it and move on with our day.
Speaker 2 (37:09):
Impeachment needs to come today. On the marketplace, that's a
lot of cards. I mean, that's a as a tremendous
number of cards right there. Tony Katz ninety three WIBC,

Were you ever?
Speaker 3 (37:54):
Uh?
Speaker 6 (37:54):
Yeah. When I was a little kid, tony.
Speaker 2 (37:56):
Kr kid right, when you're just a little a little
U traffic Hellian barely four right directing traffic to the
family Thanksgiving, I was on safety patrol.
Speaker 1 (38:08):
Of course, Jefferson Elementary School. I really was.
Speaker 6 (38:10):
I just wopped into my head. Yeah, I was.
Speaker 1 (38:12):
Also on safety patrol, but I grew out of it.
Speaker 6 (38:14):
No, I was better. I bet you, I bet you.
I bet you. I was a better crossing guard than
you were.
Speaker 1 (38:19):
Oh. I was not a crossing guard. I was in
the hallways.
Speaker 6 (38:23):
That's not safety patrol. That's a hall monitor.
Speaker 1 (38:25):
I was actual.
Speaker 6 (38:26):
I had the badge. I know, I had the badge.
Speaker 1 (38:29):
I did the badge and the sash which I actually
made in my size, which when I was a kid
was that was the size I was.
Speaker 4 (38:38):
You know what my brother used to sing to me,
weeble's wobble but they don't fall down.
Speaker 6 (38:43):
Oh yeah, yeah, I don't want to use the word fat.
No I was. I was a lumpy.
Speaker 1 (38:48):
Yeah. It was a hefty ball of joy.
Speaker 6 (38:50):
You know, roundish, roundish in my size.
Speaker 4 (38:53):
Yeah, you're singing. Weebels wobble and they don't fall down
at start crying.
Speaker 1 (38:57):
Were you were you considered cuddy? Yeah? Oh I was
kind of a cutla. I was just considered fat. So
can we please not go back with the wounds?
Speaker 2 (39:06):
It was I had a badge and it felt good
to beat somebody.
Speaker 1 (39:09):
For a while. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (39:10):
Well, I ran the whole thing at a little cartel
going out of that's safety patrol.
Speaker 1 (39:15):
This is Matt.
Speaker 4 (39:16):
They're trying out to me. I'm safety patrol. No, no, no, listen. Right,
let's go find a street right now. Benford Boulevard is seventy. First,
do you walk out in the middle, see what happens.
Then I'll walk out in the middle and see what happens.
We'll see who's the better crossing. Okay, but you first, Okay, fine,
I'll go for it.
Speaker 6 (39:30):
I don't care cause Shane Stike and I take the
ball every time.
Speaker 1 (39:36):
Matt Bear, So you liked baseball cards?
Speaker 4 (39:38):
I mean not anymore, but I did, Yeah, yes, yes, absolutely, yeah.
Speaker 1 (39:42):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (39:42):
Somebody is selling nineteen sets of factory sealed baseball cards
for two hundred and fifty dollars.
Speaker 1 (39:50):
No, no, nineteen sets of baseball card. This is like
I've done the counting, I did the math. This is
like forty two million baseball cards.
Speaker 4 (40:03):
This is like playing a lottery, okay, because why are
you buying these cards to find a rookie card or
something that's valuable. So basically you're making a two hundred
and fifty dollars gamble that something's going to come out
of one of these nineteen boxes that's going to make
you a lot of money.
Speaker 1 (40:16):
So I think this is the best Christmas gift anyone
could ever get.
Speaker 6 (40:19):
Ooo Ooh, we got me there, right.
Speaker 2 (40:22):
You got a kid who's into baseball, you buy this,
and this is Christmas the dining room table, everybody's sitting
around trying to find the cards.
Speaker 6 (40:30):
Well, it could be a family thing.
Speaker 4 (40:32):
If I'm a kid, now, I don't care about who
was a rookie in nineteen ninety. I mean I would
rather be getting you know, more up to date baseball cards.
I mean, if you look at this list, it's from
nineteen eighty to nineteen ninety and est.
Speaker 1 (40:47):
The cards are from nineteen eighty eight, eighty nine, ninety
and ninety one. Dude, that's when the cards are from.
Speaker 4 (40:53):
So it'd be fun for the family. Yeah, you put
the exers around. You know, maybe millennials are into it.
Everybody gets into the thing and has a Christmas out,
but so that could be cool.
Speaker 1 (41:01):
Yeah, I am. I am ten thousand percent in on
this nineteen sets. I don't know if it's a good
price or top a concept. I'm into. I like it.
I would do this.
Speaker 2 (41:14):
I think it's a great way to spend Christmas. You
know what, everybody snowed in.
Speaker 1 (41:19):
Now you get out, you pull this out, and next
thing you know, it's off to the races. You have
hours of fun ahead of you. Hours, yeah, of fun.
Speaker 6 (41:29):
Hours and hours and hours.
Speaker 1 (41:32):
And they're all that dollars matter you anyhow.
Speaker 6 (41:34):
I'm out. I'm totally out.
Speaker 1 (41:35):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (41:37):
So if it was two hundred and fifty dollars for
your old safety patrol badge and sash.
Speaker 4 (41:43):
No, man, you still have it. Hey, guys, you don't
leave the safety patrol. Safety patrol is always in your heart. Okay,
I don't need a badge anymore. Once you're there, you're there.
I mean it grows on you, it grows in you.
Speaker 1 (41:57):
Okay. I have found a nineteen sixty he is captain
school safety Patrol bag.
Speaker 2 (42:05):

Trump one year later, a red tie gala presented in
part by Premiere Arms and PA Jewelers. More great sponsors
coming on all the time. Can't wait to share that
information with you. I read a story yesterday and I said,
this is insane. Now some people in Magiville are gonna
say me, Tony, you don't understand what Trump's doing. I
(43:48):
understand when the man is wrong, and I'm willing to fight.
President Trump is going to allow Nvidia to export its
H two hundred trip to China. The United States is
going to receive a twenty five percent cut. I don't
want to receive a cut. China can't have the chips.
Are you insane, sir? You think a twenty five percent
(44:11):
cut matters look at the money we make.
Speaker 1 (44:14):
This is an existential threat.
Speaker 2 (44:17):
You can't let China have the chips that work AI,
that really allow that level of computing power.
Speaker 1 (44:23):
Are you out of your mind? Because you're out of
your mind. It's not a mistake, it's insane. Well, look
at all the money we're going to bring in.
Speaker 2 (44:34):
Not interested, I'm interested in a survival of the United States.
China is the enemy. You don't have to think of
people as an enemy. And you could make a deal
here and make a deal there. Sometimes the deal is
there ain't no deal to be made. Sometimes it isn't
about you and your great deal making.
Speaker 1 (44:54):
And look at all the money.
Speaker 2 (44:55):
This is about the threat that is the Chinese communist
So can we all just recognize that that's the threat?
And every other conversation is bunk, garbage, horse crap. Is
nobody in your inner circle willing to look at you
and say, are you nuts?
Speaker 1 (45:13):
Done? Are you nuts? And that's the way it's got
to get asked.
Speaker 2 (45:19):
I'll ask it in the proper way, mister President, are
you nuts?
Speaker 1 (45:23):
You out of your mind? You don't sell the Chinese
these chips. You don't allow for it to happen under conditions.
You're gonna allow this sale. That quote allowed for strong
national security? What is.
Speaker 2 (45:43):
There's no condition. If you trust the communist Chinese Party,
you're out of your head. We need to be tougher,
not somehow sweeter. They're looking for total control. You can't
allow the Communist Chinese. Don't property in the United States,
can't allow their own business in the United States.
Speaker 1 (46:02):
You can't allow them to own land in the United States.
You cannot allow these chips to go over there.
Speaker 2 (46:09):
I haven't forgotten how they screwed us on COVID and
wanted us to die.
Speaker 1 (46:14):
So the answer is no, and no, their students can't
come to our universities.
Speaker 2 (46:18):
Tell the US universities if they can't afford to exist
without communists Chinese.
Speaker 1 (46:23):
Money, they can go out of business. We'll be better
off in the long run.
Speaker 2 (46:29):
Mistake massive dangerous and yes, I will be on the
phone with both my senators today.
Speaker 1 (46:34):
Because they better get real.
Speaker 2 (46:36):
Lowed, Jim Banks and Todd Young, we don't do this,
as I see the story, this is dangerous and he
has to be told no by you right now.
Speaker 1 (47:01):
So, yes, the station is moving locations and we're not
moving on the dial.
Speaker 2 (47:08):
I think people freaked out a little bit from the story.
Tony Katz ninety three WIBC, Good morning. What is going
on everybody?
Speaker 1 (47:17):
I don't know. I don't know if Kendall and Casey
talked about it.
Speaker 2 (47:20):
I don't know if if Hammer Nigel talked about Maybe
they did, but that as a company, we are leaving
our longtime home in the MS building. The story was
at IBJ and so all right, talk about it. So
we're leaving the MS building and heading over to Radio
one's original home in India.
Speaker 1 (47:41):
I think it was the original home.
Speaker 2 (47:42):
They're up the road, apiece up the road aways as
the kids say that.
Speaker 1 (47:47):
The kids don't say that, but I did. And they've
redone it and it's it's it's clean.
Speaker 2 (47:52):
And from what I here's what I know about the
new studio and producer Carl has been there.
Speaker 1 (47:59):
For a radio station. We have a tremendous amount of
video camera set up. It's it's crazy. Wired for video,
not wired for sound, wired for video. It's welcome to
the new world people. We are an all encompassing media
company here at Radio one Urban one. So yeah, that's
happening this weekend, next week, No, not this week, next
(48:22):
week and the week after it's gonna be Was it
this week, No, it's this weekend, next week, this is
this is gonna be happening. Are we moving on up
to the east Side, asked the chat room there on YouTube.
Speaker 2 (48:34):
No, no, we're not, No, we're not. This is not
the location I wanted. And I will admit that leaving
the Circle stinks. It does, Tony.
Speaker 1 (48:45):
You don't even go downtown, yes, but when I do,
I like to be on the Circle. It does. It's
it's it's not as attractive.
Speaker 2 (48:54):
As a location, but I think it's gonna better and
everyone believes it's gonna be better for the radio product,
for what we do as a whole. So that's what's happening.
Everybody's coming along. It's not like, hey, we're moving buildings.
And by the way, you guys don't have a job.
I have not heard that at all, although producer Carl,
if I were you, I would try not to hold.
Speaker 1 (49:14):
Any meetings within the next week. If anybody says, hey
we need to have a meeting, don't show up. That'd
be my advice to you right there. So, yeah, we're
just moving buildings. It's gonna be cool. I will I
will miss it. Though I don't know what's going to
happen to the MS building.
Speaker 2 (49:31):
I assume that it's going to get sold and it'll
become something else, and life goes on. But to think
of my first day walking in there crazy, and I
will I will on the last day, I will. I am
that building. I will do my show from there. Oh,
I am that level of nostalgia. Tony Katz, ninety three WIBC,
(49:51):
Good Morning. So we get voted out of committee, and
now redistricting will be in front of the Senate.
Speaker 1 (50:01):
I think it's Thursday. Look, I.
Speaker 2 (50:07):
Think it's fifty to fifty. Now you only need twenty
six votes. You've got plenty of room there to maneuver.
Speaker 1 (50:13):
You would think.
Speaker 2 (50:13):
It's a better chance in fifty to fifty that the
Senate votes were redistricting. Tony Katz, ninety three, WIBC, Good Morning,
Good to be with you.
Speaker 1 (50:23):
It was a six' to three. Vote and, WELL i
had been ASKED i had done a radio interview earlier
that day after the morning show about WHAT i thought
about there were these three, holdouts and what DO i?
Speaker 2 (50:39):
THINK i, Said, WELL i think whichever Way Greg good,
goes the other two will go AND i think that proved.
Accurate but to move things to the vote of the
Full senate does not mean that everyone's going to vote for.
IT i put forth to you still on redistricting that
(51:00):
for all the, NOISE i do not think that if
redistrict should, happen that it's going to Energize democrats the
way Some republicans fear.
Speaker 1 (51:09):
It Some republicans just FEAR i think the question is
how are you energizing voters with good? Policy there's the,
question how is that? GOING i don't think it's going.
GREAT i don't think that you've won any friends on
the issue of data.
Speaker 2 (51:30):
CENTERS i don't think you've want any. Friends on the
conversations of. GROWTH i don't think we have satisfied any
conversations with those paying attention on elevate. Ventures AND i
don't think that we have an answer to the, Question,
hey what Is indiana all? About which seemed to be
(51:51):
about a growth, strategy and right NOW i don't know
what it.
Speaker 1 (51:54):
Is you think the willingness.
Speaker 2 (51:58):
To Allow indianapolis to continue to fail has brought any
faith to The General. Assembly the total unwillingness to address
that property taxes are a, problem Well, no just, wait
things will get. Better we'll talk to people about how
they're going to get. Better where is where is the
outpouring of. Conversation, no just get a political, win all
(52:20):
that you. Can, Well, tony don't you believe in redistricting
for the political?
Speaker 1 (52:23):
Win? Oh absolutely. DO i think redistracting stops all the other.
Speaker 2 (52:27):
Things absolutely, not which has been the whole problem and
one of my problems with the people posed to. Redistracting
you're focusing on that and this and not all the other. Stuff,
no the problem is they're not focusing on the other
stuff too.
Speaker 1 (52:40):
As. Well as that's the, story it's the whole. STORY
i heard a lot of talk about the redistricting and
people speaking in front of the committee about, redistricting and
it was, all we oppose mid cycle.
Speaker 2 (52:55):
Redistricting so you're not opposed to new. Maps you're opposed
to when we do the new. Maps that's not an
argument AS i see. IT i will say that the map,
ITSELF i think it properly does give people. PAUSE i
think of, this the best you can do that is saying.
(53:19):
Something And i'm not.
Speaker 1 (53:23):
Surprised to see people look at that, map that actual
drawing and SAY i don't know about. THIS i think
the map has given people more opportunity to be, like,
Oh i'm not that, Redistrict i'm interested in and not,
that not, That and So i'm curious to see how
The senate goes, here curious to see how they play it,
(53:43):
out whether it happens or whether it doesn't. Happen we
still have a property tax issuan to, discussed we still
have a growth issue to, discussed we still have a
safety issue to, discuss and.
Speaker 2 (53:54):
Will we what are we going to see in this?
SESSION i know it's the shorter. Session we're going to
see like like things get done and boom and out
and no one answering a. Question this is this IS i.
Speaker 1 (54:06):
Think the concern what's the strategy In? Indiana, well you
can't have a. Strategy we're talking about, this of course you.
Speaker 2 (54:14):
Can and the people saying that aren't worthy of any
position of. Leadership that's my. Argument you can't walk and
chew gun boo gum. Booboo well then, sorry, sorry you're.
Not you're not in the right. Place you're not at,
all so.
Speaker 1 (54:33):
Redisseting we'll see what they.
Speaker 5 (54:35):
Do.
Speaker 1 (54:35):
Uh Governor Ron DeSantis making a.
Speaker 2 (54:39):
MOVE i approve of by the way he's running the
move designating The Muslim brotherhood AND care as foreign terrorist,
organizations just like we have Seen texas.
Speaker 5 (54:51):
Do.
Speaker 2 (54:51):
CORRECT i don't care if they like. It i'm becu
they're happy with. IT i don't care if they Scream.
Aslamophobia who cares doesn't mean. Anything facts are facts in my,
view just based on the anecdotal, INFORMATION care.
Speaker 1 (55:07):
Runs cover for some of the worst people out. There
The Muslim brotherhood is exactly what they, are and we
As americans should be asking whether or not we accept
refugees and migrants From islamic. NATIONS i don't want, this
(55:28):
BUT i also don't want as lonists who believe in
instituting political systems wherever they go under the guise of
calling it a religion and trying to subjugate those around
them with their. Ideology not, interested certainly not interested in
the terrorism that seems to accompany. It can call me
any name you, Want i've got the facts on my.
(55:50):
Side SO i like this move From Ron DeSantis because
it is a much more honest approach to what it
is we're dealing.
Speaker 2 (55:59):
With and then we know that The colts have got
themselves a. Problem Daniel jones has surgery for the, Achilles.
Speaker 1 (56:12):

Speaker 1 (56:26):

Speaker 2 (56:27):
In they're gonna test Out Philip rivers and see if
he can come back and still. PLAY i think we're
missing a, moment AND i have nothing Against.
Speaker 1 (56:35):
Philip, rivers and if he could do, it oh that'd be.

in the thirty year fixed, mortgage which is still holding
on that weekly national average of six point two seven
gold prices forty one hundred and ninety eight dollars an, ounce.

a terrible. Idea, no it's a notional security.
Speaker 2 (01:00:08):

dot com SLASH.
Speaker 1 (01:01:06):
WIBC i forget mine is tone. Cats this is FOR.
Speaker 2 (01:01:08):
Wibc some people are talking about the insane taxes we
pay on. Gasoline great example of things we could be
working on is a state that could be worked on
regardless of what's happening with. REDISTRICTING a great example of
the fact that if we can't do two things at
the same, time.
Speaker 1 (01:01:28):
We can't do.
Speaker 2 (01:01:29):
Anything it's a weird AND i admit pathetic kind of
display that we can't.
Speaker 1 (01:01:38):
We can't do. That, No, no we're going to do
this right. Now we can walk and chew. GUM i
mean we should be able to walk in chew. Gum
we need to elect people to walk and chew, gum and,
yes the gas taxes In indiana are way too. High
time to bring them.
Speaker 2 (01:01:54):
Down others have to figure out how to go, without
which brings us back to a proper tax. Conversation and this,
idea though you want cities to go without this money
or the cities won't be able to provide. Services that's
what people, Want so you're just completely. Wrong, no the
argument has to be that you can't simply look at
(01:02:16):
the people and, say, oh, well.
Speaker 1 (01:02:20):
Screw. You if there's no recognition from local municipalities or
the state of the issues that the people are, experiencing
and they, say just give how where does that growth
actually come. From if you say to, me, well people
want the, services so they'll come for, that you are
(01:02:40):
now going to push out everybody who can't afford. It
and then these are the same people tell us we
need low income.
Speaker 2 (01:02:46):
Housing it's a weird kind of system they want to.
Create maybe there does have to be a living within a.
Budget maybe we have to accept the fact that, yes,
indeed people do want the, services and the cities that
don't want to provide anything they want to be this
sleepy little.
Speaker 1 (01:03:02):
Town they're going to die there're gonna get left in the.
Speaker 2 (01:03:07):
Dust that there has to be a measured approach to
how we engage these.
Speaker 1 (01:03:14):
Things and and we.
Speaker 2 (01:03:16):
Have to recognize the level of abuse that's happening To
hoosiers on a state wide. Level, yeah we pay too
much in gas taxes and we don't have the roads
to show for. It we Don't the gas taxes are too.
MUCH a cut there would be, appropriate, valuable. Smart, yes
(01:03:36):
we can engage. Cuts we are, capable and we have the.
Supermajority and what's the point of having the power if
you don't use? It especially for Good Tony katz ninety THREE,
Wibc good, Morning Tony katz a ninety THREE, Wibc good.

Speaker 1 (01:05:43):
DON'T i don't AVOID i don't mind answering. Things DID
i Miss tak's take on A pedernel's? Son, okay this
is the story of a twenty four year old that
was arrested on seven fellow counts related to child sex,
crimes child, exploitation possession of child sexual abuse. Material now
(01:06:07):
it is until proven.
Speaker 2 (01:06:08):
Guilty in all these, conversations he is the son Of Nathan.
PEDERNEW i Think i'm pronouncing it. Correctly he's the lead
pastor over At Life. Church one of the people who's
a pastor over At Life, church IF i understand the story,
correctly is The Lieutenant Governor Micah, beckwith who hosts a
(01:06:28):
podcast With Nathan Pedernew, Jesus sex And.
Speaker 1 (01:06:32):
POLITICS i don't know.
Speaker 2 (01:06:33):
If they still do the, podcast but they certainly did
when the story first came, OUT i, said, HEY i
don't have enough information AND i do not like the
idea of guilt by. Association because this kid may have done,
something this twenty.
Speaker 1 (01:06:45):
Four year old man may have done, something doesn't mean
That Micah beckwick did anything wrong at. All AND i
wasn't about to engage that.
Speaker 2 (01:06:56):
WAY i have enough ridiculousness With mike beck with in
terms OF i don't think he's doing the, job and
some people think he's doing the.
Speaker 1 (01:07:04):
Job and someone sent me a. List he was at
the forefront of a property tax. Reform, no he.
Speaker 2 (01:07:11):
Wasn't he was at the forefront of pretending to cheer
property tax reform and then folded.
Speaker 1 (01:07:17):
When everyone said this isn't property tax. Reform certainly didn't explain,
himself well that's not SOMETHING i. Cheer if you tell
me he's staunchly pro, life well, absolutely the man is
staunchly pro. Life it can't be said any other.
Speaker 2 (01:07:32):
Way and if pro life is the way you, vote,
OH i can understand.
Speaker 1 (01:07:35):
How he's absolutely your.
Speaker 2 (01:07:36):
GUY i think there are other things as well that
a state leader needs to, do AND i think that
in many places he's. Missing he's missing the, moment which
is WHY i think his political career is. Over BUT
i don't look at this story and, say, WELL i
guess he's.
Speaker 1 (01:07:51):
GUILTY i do not say That Micah beckley is guilty of,
anything AND i think there have been people who want
to intimate that and kind of slam him for what
has happened with somebody else's. SON i think those people are.
WEAK i think there's a lot of weakness that goes
on out.
Speaker 2 (01:08:10):
There there's a lot of individual hatreds that go, on
and people can't separate themselves.
Speaker 1 (01:08:19):
From. That more has come out in this story regarding
this pastor's.
Speaker 2 (01:08:33):
Son you understand that this has become a, national national,
story And i'm not so sure How micah beck with
it expects to not have this come up and questions be,
asked especially his attachment to the. Church with the revelation
(01:08:56):
that the main, pastor as, reported is involved in making
videos of himself and his wife engaged in sexual, congress
and that those videos were on a laptop right belonging
to a.
Speaker 1 (01:09:12):
SON i have the story.
Speaker 2 (01:09:13):
RIGHT i THINK i have it accurate right there as,
reported that reporting could be.
Speaker 1 (01:09:17):
Wrong i'm sharing with you.
Speaker 2 (01:09:18):
What is reported that could be enough to, Say, OKAY
i need to have a statement. Here certainly a pastor
who's recording themselves and vlagrante de.
Speaker 1 (01:09:28):
Lecto that's not.
Speaker 2 (01:09:33):
LEADERSHIP i have no idea how any of this is
supposed to mean That beckweth has done something wrong based
on what we have so, far based on the data
we have so, far this is somebody.
Speaker 1 (01:09:50):
Else he is connected to the. Church that's where this
ends right.
Speaker 2 (01:09:57):
Now people who are desperate to want to make some
kind of other snide Or lascivia's kind of.
Speaker 1 (01:10:05):
ALLEGATION i think they're weak. People don't you have to have.
DATA i thought that.
Speaker 2 (01:10:10):
Mattered look at me defending My quebec with rational people
have rational.
Speaker 1 (01:10:16):
Conversations remember that as a difference between us and everybody.
Else
