Wir reden u.a. über gute Vorsätze für das Neue Jahr 2025, wie wichtig Kommunikation zwischen AthletIn und Coach ist, was Porsche fahren mit Trainer Erfolg gemeinsam hat, wie es sein kann das sich der Triathlon Profisport weiterentwickelt hat, allerdings nicht viele Profis wirklich davon leben können, über ein hessisches Geheimrezept was gegen Erkältungen hilft und einiges mehr.
