Aloha ! Heute ist der Triathlon Agegrouper Taoufik Goldberg aus Kelkheim zu Gast im Podcast !
Taoufik ist einfach ein klasse Typ, der eine beeindruckende Geschichte hat und vor einiger Zeit für sich entschieden hat sein Leben in eine sportliche Richtung umzudrehen. Der Effekt aus dieser Entscheidung ist, dass er inzwischen 40 kg Körpergewicht sich abtrainiert hat und in wenigen Wochen beim Ironman in Frankfurt 2025 an den Start gehen wird.
Wann und wie es für Taoufik mit Triathlon losging, was er bislang im Triathlon so erlebt hat (und das ist einiges und Taoufik nimmt kein Blatt vor den Mund auch das anzusprechen was ihm im Triathlon gegen den Strich geht), was er sich für den Ironman in Frankfurt vorgenommen hat, welche Story ihn mit Profi Willy Hirsch verbindet, warum Spaß und Humor so wichtig sind im Leben und im Sport, und ne Menge - darüber spreche ich mit Taoufik in dieser Folge !
