En esta ocasión David se sentó a platicar con Jorge y Rodrigo Nikaido. Jorge es director general y Rodrigo es Head of Growth dentro de Aromaria, una empresa que ha llegado a disrumpir con la industria de la perfumería.
Aromaria es una empresa familiar, fundada hace pocos años por Patricia Nikaido, la mamá de Jorge y Rodrigo. Patricia estaba escribiendo una novela sobre una mujer que buscaba ser perfumera pero había perdido el olfato, y al adentrarse profundamente al mundo de la perfumería, se dio cuenta que había una oportunidad para crear una empresa mexicana dedicada a crear fragancias tanto para casas como para hoteles y empresas de hospitalidad.
En este episodio Jorge y Rodrigo me platican sobre cómo llegaron a adentrarse en la visión que tuvo su mamá, los retos que trajo el COVID para Aromaria, y cómo puede una empresa dedicada a los aromas innovar y disrumpir un mercado que lleva siendo igual por siglos.
