Today we’re talking to Cassandra Gracey, an unparalleled music business powerhouse. In the 15 years Cassandra has been in the business, she has achieved global commercial success with artists such as Ellie Goulding, Rita Ora, and Iggy Azalia, and just as importantly, she has established herself as a female leader and an inspiration for those starting their careers. In her current role as President of Sony Music UK’s 4th Floor Creative, she is responsible for overseeing all of the creative disciplines, which offers artists an all-encompassing perspective, in order to accomplish their creative visions.

 

Beyond Cassandra’s exceptional business achievements, she participates in regular mentoring and hosts various placements for those from more challenging backgrounds. We recognise Cassandra as an advocate for women in the music business, which is why we’re so thrilled to talk to her today.
