Jayn is a Licensed International Food Addiction Professional and Recovery Coach. She specializes in assessment and treatment of food as a ‘substance’ addiction, and eating as a ‘process‘ addiction, which can include snacking, binge eating, restricting, dieting and purging. She has an international virtual private practice offering individual and group coaching sessions to her clients. As an addict in recovery herself, she is passionate about empowering clients to achieve freedom from addiction to food and eating/restricting.
