She has had an illustrious career as an engineer and project manager, while also actively funding and supporting the next generation of engineers through sponsoring her own scholarship. A true advocate for equity, justice, and meaningful civic involvement, today Jay talks about her life experiences, academic track, recent professional roles, and future aspirations.
