After playing and serving as a graduate assistant coach at the University of Idaho, Coach Knowles spent 12 years at Colgate University serving in various roles, including defensive line coach, co-defensive coordinator, and special teams coordinator before returning home to become the head coach at his alma mater Sandpoint High School.
