#022 Xsite Belize Sailing & Adventures: Tammy Lemus, Co-Founder

Entrepreneurs Neftali and Tammy Lemus seem to have San Pedro, Belize tourism dialed in with their business ventures. We sit down with Tammy to hear her story of packing up her life in Colorado to move to Belize where she and her husband now own and operate several businesses. Their first venture is Island Tackle Bar & Restaurant, a well known local bar situated at the end of a pier overlooking the gorgeous ocean. On their pier just outside of the restaurant are several boats for their other company, Xsite Belize Sailing & Adventures that offers snorkeling and diving trips with Sharks, Stingrays, Barracudas and tons of colorful fish found in the Belizean reefs. To round out the duo, they are also heavily vested in residential real estate sales on the island that, as you guessed it, has been steadily climbing for years.
