I am not a body. I am free.

H welcome, welcome, in the voice from heaven. Yeah, you

have to share the lesson of the day, right and
we are Lessen two hundred eleven, and it is the
review lesson of the lessons, one of the one lesson
one hundred ninety one. We are doing over twenty days,

(03:21):
every day, one lesson only, and we will dedicate that
they as described in the introduction already of for that
series of lessons, in the morning and in the evening
fifteen minutes. And we will try to remember and apply

(03:43):
every hour. And he says also then and throughout the
day as often as you can, as often as I can.
And we repeat the idea right away. I'm not a body.
I'm free for I'm still as God created me and

as we already have remembered and thought for the first
ten days. We don't want to make it just a ritual,
but really bring it into an experience. Let's try it again.
I am, I am, okay, it is I'm going there

were I acknowledge my true identity because the sentence doesn't,
as we have heard, doesn't say what else I am.
It just says I'm not a body. But already in
the second sentence it opens up our mind. I'm free,

and we have heard. We have no idea within the
human conception of what that means, but first comes the
acceptance of it. So I just need to use the
words I am free, and then in the undoing of
all the meanings I've given to it, an experience opens up.

For I am still as God created me, and the
idea that is given us as reviewing lessons one ninety
one is incredible, right, it is probably the most incredible
of the entire cos of miracles. Let's repeat it together.

(05:44):
I am the Holy Son of God himself and the
Holy Son of God himself, and we are given one
sentence in that review lesson. In silence and in drue humility,

I seek God's glory to behold it in the sun
whom He created as myself, as my true self. Once again,
the quality of my broaches in silence and in true humility.

That's all we need, that moment of silence, that remembrance
of silence. Our mind is completely silent now, and in
true humility, humility means I claim to be the light

(06:51):
of the world and deny to be what I made
of myself. True humility is acknowledging the power of mind
in which I am created. I am created, perfect whole

and healed. And I acknowledge that and recognize it in
myself and in our coming together in you, I seek
God's glory. And we could add on and nothing else

for what to beholded in the sun whom He created
as myself. Here we have it, the son whom God
created as my own true self, the one self that

God created is who say I am? You are? I
am that one son of God whom God created. Now,
in the idea of seeing still something, I actually can

apply that thought, that singular thought, in all of my quotes, creations,
my ideas I made up and used the power of
creation in order to feel myself separate. But in the

attempt to be as God, did that fail miserably? I hope.
So we are at one page acknowledging that because it
brought us death and nothing but death. Now we are asked,

through the demonstration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ, to
demonstrate life. Life is life eternal, and nothing else but life.
Life doesn't have an opposite, as creation representing the power

of mind without opposite, Imagine that it's unimaginable, but it
is what we are. And there is all my gretitude
to what experience I'm having right now. But see if

I'm reading very fast that sentence, in silence and in
true humility, I seek God's glory, to behold it in
the sun, whom He created as myself. I would first
think actually of my brothers, of my loved ones, of
those who are with me in my dream. Yeah, to

(10:20):
behold it. Yeah, to behold God's glory in the sun,
in you, whom God created as my true self. It's
a very true thought, and it is really what forgiveness
is and what needs to be included in the healing
of my mind. But here it is. And now I'm

(10:41):
telling my story before we went online here right the
me as my brother came to me, right, I'm talking
about you, my brother, and came to me, Hello, my dear,
this boy comes here in complete choice and amazement of

just being in that grace of God to right. Thank you, Michael,

And that brother came to me and we had just

of the question was what form are we gonna use
to greet each other? And so it looked like she

would come to me and kiss me as an expression

same moment it occurred in my mind, Oh my god.
My freedom also gives me the freedom of choosing I

need do nothing. Right like in my human conception, it
would mean I need to respond to that accordingly and
kiss her do or at least give her biguck man.
But in our entering deeper and deeper into that experience
with the cause in murders, and that was explained. I

think it was even yesterday Claire mentioning that emphasis. The
entire idea of this course is to learn I need
do nothing because it's the truth. I need to do nothing.
The druth is already established. I feel the love of
God with saying me now I choose the joy of

God instead of pain. Those and also, like Eric did
a really great job on Saturday, and it just shows
me that those ideas confirmed. I need to do nothing
because it cannot be something I possibly could attain. I'm

talking here about that something capitalized that is already me
and you and everyone. Right, So.

She didn't kiss me either, So now you could you know,
there was something in that thought, I need to do
nothing that stopped the whole that whole expression. We were
just standing a moment there in there I need to
do nothing right and and there was really nothing to
do because there was a joining of in the love

of God anyway in our mind. And the story I
have is I actually learned that also in the restaurant,
in the service of the restaurant, because came a customer regularly,
and she must have had a certain memory of me

(14:21):
in her mind.

Or maybe she has it of everyone in every restaurant.
What do I know?

Speaker 2 (14:29):
But she would and I had no idea who that
person is, you know, for the first time I knew
when she was maybe here once once.

Before, and so kind of she attempted also to hug
and kiss me, and kind of I could sneak out
in the last because I was doing service in the restaurant, right,
And this is not really common except you if you

really brother, heres in the cessation and we do have
and kiss her when we come in or leave, well
sometimes not, and that's all she's learning. And so and
what happened then was she she kind of uh noticed

(15:22):
that that I wasn't really fond of playing along that game.
And so the next time I broached the table and
just asked if everything is fine or refilled the water glasses,
she would stretch out her hand with a huge ring

(15:43):
on it. You know, she looked a little bit like
a comtess or a queen, right, and like gracefully she
stretched out her arm towards me, indicating I'm supposed to
kiss now her ring or her hand. Because I was

(16:04):
not going into the other game, and I don't know.
I knew I wouldn't need to respond to it either,
and I could just leave let that be as what
it was. But something came through me, and.

Speaker 2 (16:24):
I said one sentence to her and looked into her house,
I'm not doing this around here. And then her answer
was her answer was maybe some other time. Now I
knew this is a this is a bigger memory of

(16:48):
the past I'm converting, you know. I was kind of embarrassed,
and so nothing more happened anymore. But she came back
several times and the other times there was like then,
really nothing going on, but she was she every time
she comes, she inquires what my first name is, and

(17:11):
she calls me all through the scenario of what's going on,
like she calls me a stiff yeah and so. But
the last time she was here, she came up, everything
was already paid and you know, like the customer gets

(17:31):
the gretty cat slip and he signs it and they
leave it on the table.

Speaker 1 (17:36):
But she didn't leave it on the table. She came
up with this book with the great cat slip and
like kind of but it was different. She wanted to
say goodbye to me personally. Yeah, and what she what
she was saying then she would she put the book

(17:58):
on the table and she was asking, may I give
you a hug? And at that point I knew that's okay,
you know, because she asked for it and there was nothing,
and there was a humility there. You know. It wasn't
a taking right or demanding something and stretching out her

(18:21):
hand that something is supposed to occur. She was asking
and I could feel that moment of silence in which
it was completely okay that anything could occur, that it
would occur, or would not occur. It was the same thing.
And that's really what we want to develop. I would say,

(18:45):
that's the development that it doesn't matter if there is
any seeming outcome that verifies the past or brings the
past alive or not. Gave her a big hug and
we didn't even say anything. She turned around, said thank

(19:05):
you and left, you know, and you know, I thought, so,
my God, there's really something healed in me now because
I see it doesn't have any future, it doesn't have
any time. It was really just that hak I gave
myself in the moment and the learning of all those lessons.

(19:30):
And that is because we are doing it in the
beginning and the end of this one sentence of the
lesson of the day, you know, to develop a true
experience of I'm not a body, I'm free, so I'm
still as God created me, and standing in the complete

(19:51):
open mindedness and not knowingness of the outcome of whatever
time would bring about, but an allowance that time can collapse,
an allowance that in that collapse it is absolutely not

(20:15):
just okay, but fulfilling and peaceful to stand in that
glory of God, in that peace of God and be
fulfilled pace and knowing perfectly well, there is nothing to
do in order to be that, in order to extend

(20:40):
that from my mind, in order to share in whatever comes.
It's still me and my mind. I still need to
take full responsibility whatever I perceive and see and find
myself in. But then good news is we already know

(21:04):
that there is no outcome on the timeline except our
own awakening, our own complete fulfillment of remembrance who we are,
that we are God's love, that we are His creation,

(21:24):
that we walk with that piece and glory because God
goes with us wherever we go, because God is the
mind with which we think, Wow, thank you. Yeah. And

(21:45):
so I'm just gonna get through that introduction with my
own words mostly so I already covered kind of the
first sentences and these ideas like today idea, I'm the

(22:07):
holy son of God himself. Yeah. And I'm not a
body I'm free for I'm still as God created me.
These ideas alone, that's the third sentence. First paragraph would
be sufficient for salvation if it were learned truly, and
it would be enough to give release. See, this story

(22:32):
was about the release right released to you and to
the world from every form of bondage, because all we
carry around from the past, and stories from the past
are actually stories of bondage. And now we invite the

(22:54):
memory of God to come again. And that is why
we review where very slowly lessened by lesson day by day.
And we also we carefully review these thoughts because those
are thoughts that the Holy Spirit has given us. Yeah,

(23:16):
and each contains Jesus says the whole curriculum in the
second paragraph, second sentence, and he says that he adds
on and I just read that if understood practice, accepted

(23:38):
and applied to all the seeming happening throughout the day,
it's a list understanding practice, acceptance application, understanding practice, acceptance application.

(23:58):
Remember that those are the actions how we go through
the day. And one ideas enough. But from that one
there must be no exceptions made. You Now, we let
that literally open up that experience in us and all

(24:24):
self recognition. We are here to recognize our own true self,
and so we need to use them all, to let
them blend as one, as each contributes to the whole
we learn. And so the entire twenty days are put around.

(24:50):
It's a perfect plan from Jesus around this central theme
that we start and end each lesson, and it is
I'm not a body. I am free for I am
still as God created me. And as we said each

(25:15):
time that our strikes, we're on and we remember as
best we can in between that we have a function
that transcends the world. We see what is that function?
It cannot be other than to forgive yourself. That I

(25:36):
forgive myself forgiveness of myself. Let is the letting go
of the past. Is the acknowledgment the past is over,
and if it's not there any longer, it has no
effect anymore on me. And there is automatically how the

(25:59):
light streams in and shows me who I am, naturally, automatically, directly, inevitably.

And beyond this and the repetition of the special thought
we practice for the day which is today, I am
the holy son of God himself. Listen carefully to this
second part of the sentence. No form of exercise is

(26:40):
urged except a deep relinquishment of everything that clutters up
the mind and makes it deaf to reason, sanity, and simpatross.
You know that relinquishment is just the relinquishment of all
my judgments, all my meanings I to myself and the world.

(27:01):
You know, that's the guta because as a human being
that goes through the day and like, oh, here's a chair,
and here's a tree, and here's my kind, here's the
lake and so on. You know, the truth is, have
no idea what I'm even talking about. But see the

(27:22):
invitation of that review and the practicing is that we
get beyond all words. And that means also we are
going beyond all meaning. We are going beyond that judgmental
state of mind. We are going beyond even special forms

(27:43):
of practicing. He doesn't really give much of instructions to that,
to that riview lesson we attempt to reach a quickened
pace along and shot of path. It's in the first paragraph.
And where is it gonna lead us? He defines it
there very generally to serenity and piece of God. That's

(28:07):
what we are talking about, the serenity prayer right in
the program, the peace of God that we are sharing
right now and is shining in our mind right now.
And all actually he tells us, is just close your
eyes and then forget or that what you thought you

(28:30):
knew and understood. Okay, and you know, there's a simpler
instruction than that, just closing my eyes and just forgetting
all that I thought and all I understood, and you
know exactly what is there to do, you know, because

(28:52):
it is really and not doing it is an undoing right.
And it just says for orther that thats is freedom
given us from all we didn't know and failed to understand.
And the only thing we are staying alert and we're

(29:14):
just gonna put that music on for a moment to
practice that is keep that in mind. Yeah. One exception
to this lack of structuring is Permit no idle thought
to go unchallenged. Permit no idle thought to go unchallenged.

Question everything that comes up in your mind. Question yourself,
Question you what you believe you are? Your brother? Is
al is going on between you and him? Are going
on in this world? Yeah, And if you realize a

thought that you were just cherishing from the past for
a long time, apply what Jesus gives you and tell
yourself this thought I do not want, I choose instead,
And what a great idea given today. I am the

holy son of God himself, this thought I do not
want I choose instead. I'm not a body. I'm free,
for I'm still as God created me. I am the
Holy Son of God. And in that replacing of your

(34:14):
own thoughts, you are actually giving these times of quiet
to the teacher, to the Holy Spirit, to the master
in your mind, the teacher who instructs in quiet speaks

(34:35):
of peace, and gives our thoughts whatever meaning they may have.
And to him we can say, we offer together this
review for us. Jesus says, I offer this review for

(34:57):
you to him, and I place you in his charge,
and let him teach you what to do and say
and think each time you turn to him. And that
is what we are using in those quiet times. We

(35:19):
are turning to him, and he will not fail to
be available to you each time you call to him
to help you. See, we are saying in our mind help,
but we do not define it, We do not describe

(35:42):
conditions to it. Just stay open minded. We let the
health come directly from Heaven. We let the help be
delight itself. We let the help be that self recognition

(36:03):
that we are perfect creation as the Holy Sun himself.
So let us offer him the whole review we now begin.
And let us also not forget to whom it has
been given as we practice day by day, advancing to

(36:24):
at the gore he said for us, allowing him to
teach us how to go, and trusting him completely for
the way each practice period can best become a loving
gift of freedom to the world. That's not a little thing,

(36:45):
the loving gift of freedom to the world because you
are free. I'm not a body. I am free for

And you can even call yourself. I am the most
holy son of God himself because there is nothing holier
than what you are. And I give you a few

one holy thought like this, and you are free. You
are the holy son of God himself. And this this

holy thought you learn as well that you have freed
the world. That you free your mind, you free yourself,

have no need to use it cruelly and then perceive
this savage need in it. You set it free of
your imprisonment. And that is what we touched. We're setting
the word free of our own judgments, our meanings that

we have given to it, because that it was imprisonment.
You will not see a devastating image of yourself walking
the world in terror with the word twisting in agony,

because your fears have laid the mark of deaths upon its.
You will not see that good news, isn't it? You
just need to tell yourself, I'm the holy son of
God himself. Let's repeat it quietly in our mind. I

(40:18):
cannot suffer. I cannot be in pain. I cannot suffer
loss nor fail to do all that servation asks. I
cannot suffer. I cannot be in pain. I cannot suffer
loss nor fail to do or that I am asked

(40:41):
in the homecoming. And in that thought is everything you
look on wholly changed. Amazing, amazing, everything is wholly changed.
A miracle has lighted up all darkened ancient covens where

the rights of death echoed since time began. For time
has lost its hold upon the world. The Son of
God has come in glory to redeem the loss, to
save the helpless, and to give the word the gift
of his forgiveness. And that's what you have to give now,

that gift of your forgiveness of yourself. Who could see
the world as dark and sinful when God's son has
come again at last to set it free. Listen to this,
you who perceive yourself as we can, frail and futile

(41:48):
hopes and devastated dreams, with futile hopes and devastated dreams born,
but to die, to weep and suffer, Pane, You know
that very well right here this. You know what he's

bless the work he made in Herod began, but it
will end in the reflection of His holiness. That's what's
going to end, in a reflection of holiness. He will

(43:46):
sleep no more and dream of death. Join with me
today that Jesus offer for the last two thousand years.
That's what I offer to you, as you are faith
to me, as we of faith to all our seeming creations,

everyone in our minds in error. It began, but it
will end in the reflection of His holiness. He will
sleep no more and dream of death. Join with me.
Your glory is the light that saves the world. Do
not withhold salvation longer. Look about the world and see

the suffering there. It's not your heart willing to bring
your weary brothers rest. They your brothers. They must await
your own release, my own release. Nobody has to wait
for anybody else. Everyone has to wait for my release.

When can that happen? Say now, only now, no other time.
And you are responsible for that. You're making it up anyway,
You made it already up. You're completely responsible for your experience.
And you will make choices constantly between values within your

frame of thinking and how you perceive yourself in the world.
But remember it's meaningless. This word offers you nothing that
you want make and confirm and give everything to that
one choice that is heaven, that one choice of waking

(45:41):
up from this dream. No more test, no more bodies,
no more any exchange here, no more preparation for And
what are we going to do after that session? You
are neither going to enjoy your earth in a fictional place.

(46:03):
No are we're going to work or doing anything in
this world. There's nothing going on here. But it's your
choice to participate and throw yourself fully into that offered experience,
because the only thing that is offered is that you
jump into heaven. Right now, That's all that is offered.

(46:23):
That's all that the Holy Spirit offers, isn't it. I'm
talking to myself. I'm not going shopping afterwards. I don't
need food for tomorrow. My food can only be the
light of Heaven in which I'm created, the love of God.

(46:46):
Everything else is self deception. And then you have missed
completely what has been offered here. Then you made associations here,
exchanged here. Oh, I made a lot of good friends.
You can make a much more a lot of good
friends where you're coming from. You're so used in you

(47:07):
Argentina and Colombia and wherever you think to live in
your Wisconsin that you have great friend friends there. You
have only friend with Christ. Your only friend is Jesus
in your own mind, Jesus resurrected. You are dreaming. I'm
dreaming here, and you're supposed to wake up. I'm supposed

(47:30):
to wake up. I have to question all my thoughts.
That's the instruction. I just read it to you, or
it's wasted time without meetia auditorium, hanging around once in
a while and preparing already what we're gonna do afterwards. Okay,

where did that come from? Thank you? I'm going to

They must awaited your own release. They stay in chains
till you are free. They cannot see the mercy of

the world until you find it in yourself. They suffer
pain until you have denied its hold on you. They
die till you accept your own eternal life. You are
the holy son of God himself. Remember this, and all
the world is free. Remember this, and there doesn't have

another one. Amazing, amazing, amazing. I don't know I have
no recipe for this here and how to do that.
You know. What I've had to say about it is
completely individual. But I know one thing, you know, unless

I use everything that is in my mind and throw
it into that soup, you know, and let it be
a recipe by itself. And you know what that would mean.
If you can't organize a right to be on time

ride away with your bicycle, because this is ridiculous. This

where Jesus teaches us what is creation and he talks
there about the Holy Son of God, Yes it is.
Third paragraph. Creation is the opposite of all illusions for creations,

For creation is the truth. Creation is the holy son
of God. For in creation is His will complete in
every aspect, making every good container of the whole. Its

(51:00):
oneness is forever guaranteed, in violate, forever help within his
holy will, beyond all possibility of harm, of separation, imperfection,
and of any spot upon its sinlessness. Let's repeat it together.

We are creation, we the sons of God. We are creation,
We the sons of God. We seem to be discreet
and unaware of our eternal unity with Him. At back
of all our doubts, past all our fears, there still

is certainty. For say to me, love. Love remains, with
all its thoughts, thought capitalized, its surreness being there. God's
memory is in our holy minds, which know their oneness

and their unity is their Creator. Let our function be
only to let this memory return, only to let God's
will be done on earth, only to be restored to
sanity and to be but as God created us. It

sounds like the Lord's prayer, isn't it that will be
done on earth as it is in heaven? Our Father
calls to us. We hear his voice, and we forgive
creation in the name of its creator, holiness itself, whose

(52:52):
holiness his own creation shares, whose holiness is still a
pad of us. The Master will do today how is
healing accomplished? That second path in which he will share
the natural process of miraculous healing from our out of

(53:16):
time journal. He will also go into the Manual of teachers.
How can perception of order of difficulty be avoided? And
are change is required in the life situation of God's teachers?

(53:37):
