Intentions. That can sound woo-wooey but the truth of the matter is if you are not setting an intention you are headed in no direction in particular. You're a wanderer. And no shade to my nomads but sometimes the wandering life in wilderness spaces is really just our response to being overwhelmed. We stop making decisions because we can feel so tossed by life that it seems better for all involved if we stop trying.
BUT! That's quitting- if no where else but in our minds. Intentions allow us to take dominion in both little and big ways that matter and add up. Intentions ensure that we keep our head in the game and our hearts in the fight.
