We're not listening to wealthysisters radio show.
We're now listening to wealthy sisters.

(00:28):
Welcome back.
You are now listening to parttwo of episode from planning to profit
harnessing AI and strategy toelevate your business.
Enjoy deception.
For you to think, oh, thatdoesn't hurt anything.
It's just this little bit.
It's just this one.
And what a lie of the enemythat has trapped so many people into

(00:52):
the whole is just neutralagain, nothing neutral.
No, no lukewarmness out there.
Okay?
It is either adding to orexpanding, making you more dependent
or less dependent.
And so many people, again, they've made such external things

(01:13):
their refuge and it's keepingthem prisoners of their own making.
And you know, I know this isnot popular right now to the 10 people.
That's vibe to the 10 people.
And I don't say that in anarrogant way.
It's just 56 years of living, you know, at this stage now I see

(01:39):
when you have people tell you,oh, that you might be this, you might
be to this you might be too.
And like, oh, Sharon, we, we,we, we don't.
We're friends and the friendsthat we know we can call each other.
Yes.
But we don't talk frequently.
So this is like therapeuticfor me to hear you say that because

(02:01):
you know, you feel like you'reon an island by yourself, you know,
sometimes.
And it is easy to feel thatway and again but that's also part
of the journey is the moredepending on what you're listening
to and feeding yourself, ifit's the right stuff, it's going
to remind you you're not on an island.
This is the enemy whisperingin your ear, trying to change your

(02:23):
perspective of your situation,to immobilize you, to stop you in
the progress you're making.
And it's so bad today that yousee it playing out in the children
just making them do things toharm themselves, do all types of
things.

(02:44):
Because people now feeling sooverwhelmed and I don't understand
how a child without responsibilities.
I know there are certain different.
We know there are differentsituations where children are going
through horrendous situations.
Abuse, you know, neglect, living on the street.

(03:04):
I'm not talking about those situations.
I'm talking about children whoare in a home, safe, loving family,
safe, fed, transported, clothed, all of that.
And how all of this externalstuff has them so overwhelmed now

(03:25):
that they need counseling that they.
And because they're doingharmful things in.
An effort to cope, in aneffort to deal with.
And that's again part of thedeception of the system is to change
the way you, to alter themeaning you give to any situation.

(03:50):
Again, to make you think youneed something outside of yourself
to be able to deal with the world.
And again, we know anytime yourely on anything external of you,
you are putting yourself in aposition of servitude.
And there's slavery of allkinds still going on today, economic

(04:14):
slavery, social.
I mean, but it's all stemmingfrom the fact that you're relying
on a system outside of you.
You have not recognized the,the God in you.
You have not recognized thethings that our Creator has endowed
us with so that we don't haveto rely on the systems of the world.

(04:36):
So anybody who would, anyonewho sees the system as their source,
whether it's source for money, source for validate, whatever it
is, anytime you see this, yourely on the system as a source of
your well being, you're in trouble.
You may not even see it justyet, but you are.

(04:57):
And you know, learning for me,you know, learning that we are only
slave to God and that he is.
He is.
You know, we, it's that it'sthe natural tendency for us to try
to put those human traits toGod because that's how another way
we've been mistaught as well, you know, but we can't even describe

(05:18):
Him.
But what you're talking about, that power, you know, that he's given
us or the, the abilities thathe's given us, like you said, to
see things, to figure things,to critically think, to reason, all
of those things, we've beendistracted and that if we've been

(05:38):
numbed and dumbed down, justto put it plain and simple.
Yes.
Wow.
This, I mean, this is, this isan awesome conversation.
It's flowing.
We, and we're going to have towrap it up here shortly and have
to have you come back and talk more.
Because I do want to ask you, just for those leaders, how do you

(05:59):
help leaders gain that clarityand confidence when facing major
decisions?
Because this is, this is agreat segue into that because we're
still talking about thefoundation and even though we were
talking about just a momentago about the children being affected.
It's all of us.
Yes, it's all of us.
Because we did, we establishedthat fact, right?

(06:21):
Yes.
The football stadiums arefilled with adults, right?
Absolutely.
I mean, I was talking to myhusband, I was like, didn't this
season, didn't March Madnessused to end in March?
Like now it's April and westill talking about March Madness
like the The.

(06:42):
The basketball NBA.
The.
The.
The.
The.
The weekend.
The what is that weekend thatthey have?
The, you know, the weekendy'all help me.
I just was talking about it.
The.
The.
Since February now the allstar weekend.
That weekend.

(07:02):
That weekend used to be like two.
Now seems like it's a wholeweek is because they know learn how
to stretch it and keep gettingus distracted.
Get.
Get more of our money, more ofour time.
Time.
More of our time.
And ultimately it is about the money.
Right.
The more time we're engaged, the more you're giving them of your

(07:23):
actual dollars and your.
And your mental dollars whichface that real estate.
That real estate is.
Is being occupied.
So you know, when I'mcoaching, one of the first things
that I seek to do and this isthat, you know, is to really help
my clients get a level of selfawareness to how it is they are thinking

(07:45):
and to understand that the waythey've chosen to see the world ultimately
is a thing that we have todeal with.
So we can call fact, whateveryou want to call fact.
Like I don't deny that there'sa system out there working against,

(08:06):
but what I choose trying to.
Right, right.
So that's that.
That might be fact, but to methat's not my truth.
My truth is it doesn't matter.
I'm well able to not onlyovercome it, but to thrive because
of it.
I've choose.
I've chosen the way I know.

(08:27):
I've chosen the meaning I'mgiven to those situations and I'm
no longer a prisoner to it.
So in coaching, my first goalis to help clients begin to have
a level of self awareness tounderstand how their thinking got
them where they are.
And it's not always bad.
But the thing is, even thegood stuff, we still have to elevate

(08:50):
to the next level, becomebigger than the situations we're
in to even go further for thegood stuff as well.
So self awareness is the basisof the work I do.
And it is a constant evolutionto go to the next level with self
awareness.
And once we're aware of howwe're thinking and those ways of

(09:11):
thinking that doesn't supportthe highest view we have of ourselves,
how do we start extractingourselves from the things that feed
that the whole notion of whatyou feed grows, what you starve dies.
We have to understand what weneed to starve and what we need to

(09:32):
feed.
And that's not always obvious.
This is why a great coach canhelp you uncover that.
But there's often the waypeople spend Their time.
Remember that deception wejust talked about, about how we unwind?
You can shift the things youdo to unwind and relax to something

(09:53):
that's more productive, something that's more on the path
to what you say you want foryour life.
And so that's the kind of workwe start with, is that level of self
awareness.
Wow.
You know, and this is anothergreat segue into our last question
here.
Outside of we want you to giveyour information so people can reach

(10:16):
you.
But what, what tools do yousee, you know, in particularly chatgpt
and then how, how it canenhance the work, you know, that
you do, or for others inbusiness or executives.
Again, another way that itcould be used as a distraction.

(10:40):
Or you could sit here andpraise God every day like I do, and
I tell CHAT that how gratefulI am to God for you.
I love it.
I love it.
You know, we use ChatGPT allkinds of ways in our business and

(11:00):
with clients.
But the.
One of the ways I tell myclients, especially those who feel
like they're on that island,because they're either leading a
team of people who maybe notare leaders in the capable sense,
but maybe they were promotedbecause of their tenure or you didn't

(11:21):
have money so you gave titles.
I mean, people who are inpositions of leadership not necessarily
because of their skill.
But I like to have ChatGPToftentimes serve as the counterpoint.
So we've done custom GPTs andeverything just to be.
I hate the phrase the devil'sadvocate, but the point is, all right,

(11:43):
use it to challenge whatyou're thinking.
Here's what I'm thinking about that.
Tell me the good, the bad, the ugly.
What might I be overlooking?
ChatGPT can be and othermodels like, it can be really great
to point out things you maynot be thinking because you don't
have anyone in the immediatesense to kind of do a back and forth

(12:05):
with.
And my clients have beenreally amazed at how well it'll say,
well, you didn't think about this.
And I mean, ask ChatGPT.
What are different scenariosin this topic that can help me think
through the pros and the consof a decision I have to make?
Right.

(12:25):
That's a wonderful way to putit in the realm of your.
Where it can be useful and nota distraction?
I mean, it has a lot of uses, but for that solo entrepreneur or
that leader who feels likethey're on an island, it's a great
way to bring that into being.
I.

(12:46):
Every time I use it, I see thevision of a old movie and the secretary
sitting there dictating withthe boss in the office, you know,
and, and chat is the secretary.
Right?
It is that person.
It's a thinking secretary.
Okay.
Secretary, you can take downeverything you want but add a layer

(13:09):
of complexity to it that youmight not have thought about.
Right.
Because people, when you get,you learn this in sales, that the
best person is the one that'srunning that company, is that secretary.
Okay.
We know it as administrativeassistant today, but the sec, old
fashioned word secretary, thatwas the one that you knew you had

(13:30):
to become friends with, you know?
Right.
You, you knew gatekeepers, they called them.
Right, the gatekeepers.
Exactly.
And that is what I get thatvision because I, I see things, I'm
a visual person.
So.
