In episode 186, John Boyle takes "Jesus is the answer" from a simple Sunday School statement to a profound reality for today. Growing up in an abusive environment, John struggled to understand love and the deepening impact of trauma on his development; as an adult, his pursuit to freedom led to alcohol abuse and futile attempts to stop. Just when he though he had tried every solution in the book, he met the Jesus -- a guy he thought he already knew -- and his life transformed beyond sobriety.
