We so often hear the message that if you are suffering or having a hard time with your mental health, to just ask for help. The story we don’t often hear is what happens when you do.
In the first full-length episode of Where There’s A Will, co-hosts Paula and Ciara talk to Broadcast Journalist Dr Ciara Kelly about her experience as a GP in providing that first port of call for people who are worried about their mental health, and to Dr Eddie Murphy, clinical psychologist, who talks about how hard it is for people to open up, and ask for help. Also, Victoria and James tell their first-hand account of their mental health journeys.
