Have you ever been so caught up in a moment, a trip, a family obligation — that you forgot to care for yourself? That was me.
In this episode, I open up about my recent trip to Canada and how it brought me back to my intuition in an unexpected way. I knew I’d be in family mode and that there wouldn't necessarily be time for connection to myself and my partner and I chose it anyway. What I learned from this experience wasn’t about disconnection — it was deep + invaluable clarity.
And on the other side? A new level of gentleness and trust in myself that I’ve never felt before.
This episode is a reminder that even when we abandon ourselves, we can always come back — softer, wiser and more attuned.
