Welcome to another episode of Wine and Dime! This week, we welcome back our local LCSW, Janice Vitale! And speaking of welcoming back, we are talking about the schools getting ready to welcome back students, and the stresses that can go along with that. Under normal circumstances, back to school can be stressful enough, but throw Covid into the mix and things can be much worse. This episode deals with some of the stress you may be dealing with and exploring different way for you or the student in your life to cope with it.
