93. The Tools Every Leader Needs in Their Toolkit: Active Listening

Leadership and building a ministry or business requires resourcefulness. As leaders, we need a lot less than we think, when we use our creativity.

This month's them came while writing the script for a previous episode. I started thinking about how I use some form of writing everyday in my business and the other skills I've had to acquire to be an entrepreneurial leader.

This week I want to talk about the tool of active listening. Active listening goes hand in hand with coaching and requires a level of self discipline.
