94. The Tools Every Leader Needs in Their Toolkit: Conflict Resolution

Leadership and building a ministry or business requires resourcefulness. As leaders, we need a lot less than we think, when we use our creativity.

This month's them came while writing the script for a previous episode. I started thinking about how I use some form of writing everyday in my business and the other skills I've had to acquire to be an entrepreneurial leader.

This week I want to talk about the tool of conflict resolution. Leadership is influence. We can't be effective leaders, if we are unwilling or unprepared to confront, for the purpose of, working through the messiness of relationships.
