Another collaborator joins Zavtratunes Special series with his marvelous creation. We welcome Ryan which goes under the moniker SHYWOŁVE with his lo-fi sunny dreamy thought-inducing mix. Ryan describes his creation as «West Coast chill wave meets synth drenched summer nostalgia – roll the windows down and let the memories of yesterday’s sun warm you». SHYWOŁVE was born in Australia, spent his childhood in South Africa, lived in California, and now returned back to Australia. Ryan draws his inspiration from the environments around him. His music echoes heavily on nostalgia induced melodies that melt into the synth heavy chords. The artists that influenced him a lot were Washed Out, Toro y Moi, Daft Punk, Neon Indian, M83, Cut Copy. It’s worth mentioning that Zavtratunes Special will be the last release by SHYWOŁVE as he moves to the new style and the new project named Wilga.
