In this episode, I chat with Fiona Forman author, speaker, trainer, former teacher and facilitator in the areas of well-being and Positive Psychology.  

We kick off by chatting about Fiona's journey to date from Teacher in the Classroom to setting up her own business and how she got starting in the area of Wellbeing & Positive Psychology.

Fiona is the co-author of Weaving Well-Being, an international multi-level Positive Education program for primary school students. She is also the author of Wired for Well-Being, a program for secondary level students which is based on neuroscience and Positive Psychology.

Fiona shares her thoughts on Positive Psychology and how it can help people and how it's especially important now due to the global pandemic coronavirus which is sweeping the world.
