En el cuarto choque de la serie, los Bucks lograron empatar gracias al gran trabajo de Khris Middleton que se fue con 40 puntos y Giannis Antetokounmpo quien se marchó con un nuevo doble doble y una gran tapada sobre DeAndre Ayton que fue vital para llevarse el juego por 109-103, a pesar del gran esfuerzo de Devin Booker quién alcanzó 42 unidades; aunque su exhibición fue manchada debido a que alcanzó las cinco faltas personales, lo que condicionó sus minutos sobre la duela.
