Als jonge beloftevolle speelster werd ze geconfronteerd met maar liefst 2 voorste kruisband rupturen (zowel linker als rechter knie) en ze vertelt hoe ze dit heeft kunnen ombuigen naar een positieve ervaring die haar ook sterker heeft gemaakt doorheen haar carrière.
Antonia wordt gezien als ‘de lijm’ binnen het team. Ze vertelt over gedeeld leiderschap en haar rol als oudere speelster in het team. Een belangrijke factor in het succes van de ploeg is ook het installeren van de juiste mindset, het geloof dat alles mogelijk is, een winnaarsmentaliteit.
