18 апреля стало известно о новом владельце 27,7% акций Ozon, второго по размеру российского маркетплейса. Ранее этой долей владели «Восток Инвестиции», после начала войны получившие активы фонда Baring Vostok.
The Bell отмечает, что расстаться с Ozon бывших владельцев из фонда Baring Vostok заставили в Кремле. По данным РБК, сделка по продаже состоялась еще в 2024 году. Источники The Bell говорят, что за покупателем стоят структуры друга Владимира Путина Юрия Ковальчука.
Кроме того, если верить источникам The Bell, структуры Ковальчука уже владеют и скоро могут оказаться в числе совладельцев и других крупнейших участников рынка e-commerce. Так, например, участники рынка и источники The Bell рассказывают, что структуры Ковальчука могут купить Wildberries, лидера российского рынка e-commerce, — на фоне продолжающегося корпоративного конфликта в компании.
