פטריה שיחידה אחת (!) ממנה נמכרה רק עכשיו בחצי מליון שקלים
מה אנחנו יודעים על המאכל הזה שנחשב בכל התרבויות בעולם ליוקרתי מכולם?
מה מקור המילה כמהין?
למה הן בכלל עולות כל כך הרבה?
ומה הקשר בין כמהין לגוצ'י ודולצ'ה וגבאנה?
ואיפה הן גדלות בעולם?
והאם אפשר בכלל לגדל כמהין בגידול מכוון או שאפשר רק לצוד אותה ביערות גשומים?
אז מסתבר שאפשר. דיברנו עם דר' עופר דנאי מנהל תחום פטריות במו"פ צפון, מכון המחקר מיג"ל, שסיפר לנו איך עובדים כבר כמה שנים בצפון הארץ, לפתח פטריות כמהין מקומיות, שאיכותן לא נופלת מאחיותיהן האירופאיות
וגם עם הילה אלפרט, משוררת של מילים, שסיפרה לנו על הכמהין המרוקאיות שהיא זוכרת מבית סבתה, שמסתבר שהיתה מאכל יהודי כמעט לחלוטין
