בפרק אני מדברת על כך שגם אם בדיקות הדם שלכם טובות וגם אין כרגע שום סימן קליני לכך שאתם חולים, עודף המשקל שלכם עדיין מהווה גורם המנבא תחלואה בהתהוות, ולכן עצם עודף המשקל הוא הוא המחלה.
