نعيش اليوم في السعودية طفرة إنشائية عملاقة، وحركة بناء لا تتوقف لمشاريع كبرى، وإلى جانب ذلك فهناك أيضًا أحداث عالمية ننتظر استضافتها: ككأس العالم ومعرض إكسبو، فهل قطاع المقاولات جاهز لهذه المرحلة؟
ضيفنا في هذه الحلقة المهندس زكريا بن عبدالرحمن آلعبدالقادر رئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة السعودية للمقاولين في الدورة السابقة التي انتهت قبل أسابيع قليلة.
في الثمانينيات كان تصميم المباني نوعيًّا، وطرازها يعكس ثقافتنا، وحتى المشاريع كانت تُنفّذ دون تعثّرات. وهذا بعكس المشهد الذي نعيشه اليوم، فالمشاريع عشوائية متعثرة، وارتبط حضور كلمات كـ«الفساد» و«الاحتكار» بقطاع المقاولات في السعودية! فكيف انحدرت جودة المشاريع؟ وما الذي تغير؟
يقول آلعبدالقادر: أن المنظومة لم تكن جاهزة للمشاريع الجديدة، وصحيح أن هناك مشكلات كثيرة في القطاع، لكننا اليوم نعمل على إصلاحها.
فما تحديات القطاع اليوم؟ وكيف يعملون على حلها لإنهاء المعاناة؟ وماذا عن الطفرة الثالثة التي نعيشها في الوقت الحالي في رؤية 2030؟ أهم مشاريعها، الاستعدادات لها، أهم الملاحظات التي تؤخذ على المقاولين، أبرز الدروس والفرص الحالية في القطاع.
