前阵子，我把微信里的视频号入口给关掉了。因为，有一段时间我发现，我经常刷着刷着短视频，一抬头，一个小时过去了。我要么耽误了一个小时的工作，要么就少了一个小时的睡眠。我发现，要一个人从 ta 固定的生活节奏里面跳出来，是特别难的事情。除非你有非常非常清醒的一瞬间，特别清楚地告诉自己：我要改变了。遗憾的是，这样的瞬间，往往需要外力的推动，使你不得不改变。比如，患上癌症。今天这个故事的讲述者深蓝，就是一位癌症患者。作为一个年轻的程序员，深蓝也曾经过着每天 996，打怪升级，升职加薪的生活。直到突如其来的癌症，打乱了这一切。
