【本期简介】
巴黎和会（英文：Paris Peace Conference），是第一次世界大战结束后战胜国为解决国际上的各项问题而召开的国际会议。和会于1919年1月18日—1919年6月28日在巴黎举行，中间几度休会。和会的出席代表来自27个国家、4个自治领及印度，苏维埃俄国政府未被邀请出席会议。和会自始至终在大国的操纵下进行，全体会议只召开了七次，仅为形式上举行表决通过和约。会议主要讨论了关于建立国际联盟和委任统治制问题、德国的疆界和赔偿问题、阜姆问题、山东问题和俄罗斯问题。帝国主义列强还秘密拟定了对苏俄的武装干涉和经济封锁计划。
