Ah Birthday. Greetings on this Maythirteenth. The Steveland Hardaway, Judkins,
Loud b shellym the LEAs a SummerDay, My SHEYMO distant as the Milky

(00:32):
Way, My Shendy pretty Love bethe Thinkerd. He's more bobs. At

(00:54):
one time he was called the twelveyear old Genius crack Scene. He broke
out in the early sixties with FingertipsPart two, and those of us who
have been alive in the era ofStev you under know the rest. Twenty

(01:14):
five Grammy Awards. A member ofthe Grammy Hall of Fame, the Rock
and Roll Hall of Fame, theSongwriters Hall of Fame. Won an Academy
Award for nineteen eighty four, isthe Woman in Red, the Best Original
Song. A United Nations Messenger ofPeace, whatever that means, and he

(01:38):
was honored with the Presidential Medal ofFreedom back in twenty fourteen. He was
born in Saginaw, Michigan, andhe was the second child of Lula May
Hardaway. Born six weeks premature, conditioned that, along with an oxygen rich
atmosphere in the hospital incubation, resultedin writtenopathy of prematurity, a disease that

(02:04):
aborts eye growth and often causes theretinas to detach, and that left him
blind since shortly after it. Sothat's how Stevie Wonder lost his eyesight.
But he's had incredible music inner visionhis entire career. So a salute to
Stevie Wonder politics aside a musical genius. Before we look at and look back

(02:25):
at significant events and people tied tothis particular date in history. May thirteenth,
twenty twenty four, including but notlimited to these sixteen oh seven English
colonists arrived by ship at the siteof what became the Jamestown Settlement in Virginia.
Nineteen fourteen heavyweight boxing champ Joe Lewisborn in Lafayette, Alabama, a

(02:52):
very famous date in Catholicism and inspiritual and religious belief. Allegedly, on
this date in nineteen seventeen, threeShepherd kids reported seeing a vision of the
Virgin Mary near Fathom of Portugal, the first of six such apparitions. Apparitions

(03:13):
that children claimed to a witness.Winston Churchill, with Europe at war with
the Nazis, and Hitler made hisfirst speech as a British Prime minister,
succeeding Neville Chamberlain, who had basicallylet Hitler just walk right in Winston,
Churchill told his British Parliament members,I have nothing to offer but blood,

(03:37):
toil, tears and sweat, ashe led them through successfully along with us
to victory in WW two. Thisdate, in nineteen seventy two, one
hundred and eighteen people died after firebroke up at a department store in Osaka,
Japan. A year later, inthe first so called Battle of the

(03:58):
Sexes, Bobby Riggs defeat did MargaretCourt in Ramona, California. Of course,
in Battle of the Sexes part duh, he would get swamped by Billy
Jean King, you know, isthere. And here's the thing about the
Battle of the Sexes, and youcan point to that as maybe being a
path forward with transgender athletes performing insports against people who were biologically different than

(04:29):
they are. Bobby Riggs was like, on his last breath, he was
an old man playing women that weremuch younger and more physically fit. It
wasn't exactly like Bobby Riggs was ayoung stud who couldn't make it on the
men's tour and was you know, just clocking the girls. Now he was

(04:53):
an old dude and he got beatby a girl by a woman. Hah
huh. On this date another justmajor, major day in Catholic history.
This is the day of nineteen eightyone that Pope John Paul was second was
shot and seriously wounded in Saint Peter'sSquare. The assailant Turkish Mimet ali Ajah.

(05:23):
Sounds like a Muslim name, doesn'tit, Because it is nineteen eighty
five. A confrontation between Philadelphia authorities, police and the radical group move ended
when police dropped a bomb onto thegroup's row house, igniting a fire that
killed eleven destroyed sixty one homes. It seems like overkill. Huh. Sounds

(05:46):
like it wasn't proportional to get ridof a terrorist group. You do what
it takes. Note to the protesterswho are protesting now, well, they
say on behalf of Palestinian people inGaza, when they're really protesting, on
behalf of the terrorist group Hamas andthe Iranians who are funding it all and

(06:12):
the people in Cutter, etc.Et cetera. Let Israel do what it
has to do to defeat Hamas. There are going to be civilian casualties,
especially the way Hamas and other Islamisterrorists run their organization with people as human

(06:32):
shields, hiding in schools and inhospitals, putting a family of children and
women in front of you to keepyou from being detected and rooted out,
you know, the coward's way.Let Israel do what it has to do.
More on that as we continue, certainly this morning. This is a

(06:55):
date in nineteen ninety four that thenPresident Bill Clinton nominated Federal Appeals Judge Stephen
Briar to the Supreme Court to replaceretiring Harry Blackman. Of course, probably
went on to win Senate confirmation. Here we are today this date. In
two thousand and two, President Bushannounced that he and Russian President Vladimir Putin
would sign a treaty to shrink theircountry's nuclear arsenals by two thirds. Was

(07:19):
George W called a Putin sympathizer,a puppet of Putin for talking to him.
I don't believe. So. Thisdate in twenty sixteen, and this
opened another Pandora's box that we're stilldealing with the aftermath of today. The
Obama administration issued a directive requiring publicschools to permit transgender students to use bathrooms

(07:45):
and locker rooms consistent with their chosengender identity, not their actually biological sex,
not what science says with xx andx Y. But you know,
I just man, do you likea woman? Shania Twain? That was
the real beginning of this absurd movementwe're seeing today, and the pandering to

(08:11):
a very small percentage of the population, letting them play dress up and pretend
because of their own mental illness. As many people have said, we are
witnessing the third Obama administration here underJoe Biden. Because Joe certainly couldn't craft

(08:35):
anything this ridiculous. He just looksridiculous. He is. This was the
day that Doris Day born in Cincinnati'sWest Side Doris Kapelhoff. This is the
day in twenty nineteen when Doris succumbedto life with death at the age of

(08:58):
ninety seven. In twenty twenty,Wisconsin Supreme Court struck down Governor Tony Evers
coronavirus stay at home order That's agood Thing, ruling his administration had overstepped
its authority by extending the order foranother month. I remember the days of
twenty twenty May of twenty twenty whenI, along with a few other brave

(09:24):
individuals spoke out against the lockdowns, against the masking, against the six foot
rule because we could smell male bovinefeces when it was in the air,
and boy was it rife in theair. In May of twenty twenty,

(09:45):
don't ever forget, No, don'tever forget my friends birthday list folks.
Actor Buck Taylor eighty six, Harveykytel Is eighty five. I love Harvey
Kayitel. He's a madman, buthe's great. Charles Baxter and Zoe Wannamaker
has a birthday. Franklin a Jialso as some some creds as a comedian

(10:07):
Stevie Wonder We mentioned former Ohio GovernorJohn Casig has a birthday today. The
man who looks gross eating pancakes, according to Donald Trump, actress Leslie Wilson,
Alan Ball Basketball Hall of Famer TheWorm. Dennis Rodman is sixty three
today. Welcome to the sixty threeclub. Dennis. Stephen Colbar you know

(10:33):
that useless, I mean that usefulidiot talk show host has a birthday today.
John Richardson of rock and roll fame, Darius Rucker Hoodie's coming with the
Blowfish to Cincinnati this Summer turns fiftyeight today. Actress Susan Floyd Ryan Garrity
Samantha Morton has a birthday. SenatorTom Cotton of Arkansas. Mike Bibbie,

(10:58):
a former NBA star who was theson of Henry Bibby, who was also
an NBA player. Like father, like son, Mickey Madden of Maroon five.
Not that that matters. Lena Dunhamis turning thirty eight today, Candace
Aicola, King Hunter Farish Yeah orParish and NHL defenseman p K. Sabon

(11:24):
thirty six, and actress Debbie Ryanhas a birthday too. If it's your
birthday, I hope it's the bestday possible. You get to spend it
with people that you love, doingthe things that you love. It's a
Monday, you know what your birthday. I don't care if it's the first
day of the work week. Takethe day off, enjoy yourself, and
I hope you sit back and enjoyus for about the next four hours.

(11:46):
Gary Jeff Walker and for Brian Thomas. This morning, it's five point fifteen
at fifty five KRC DE Talk Stationfifty five KRC dot Com. Getting it
rolling on a Monday. Harry Chapmanfor Bryan. By the way, our

(12:07):
prayers if you do that kind ofthing, and I do, our prayers
go out to producer Joe Strecker, who is also off this week. He
has back surgery. Maybe you knewthat already planned for tomorrow and our friend
Westside Jim taking him to the hospital. So good vibes, good thoughts and

(12:28):
prayers, petitions to God through JesusChrist for Joe Strecker. Absolutely so.
One of my other jobs is asa bartender, and there was a discussion.
I tried to avoid politics at allat all possible costs and toss and

(12:50):
turns in the bar because I'm notthere to be a talk show host.
And they always say, never talkpolitics religion at a bar. It leads
to nothing good, and that, for the most part, is true.
But there was someone who was beingloud enough with an earshot that I could

(13:11):
hear the conversation he was having withsomeone else he was sitting with. I
said, you're talking about Israel andthey nodded yes, and I said,
yeah, they need to take careof Hamas. And the guy looked at
me like I had two heads. This is an older guy. This isn't
some young full of mush, indoctrinatedcollege student or a paid stooge by George

(13:35):
Soros. I mean, as faras I know, thank god, he
was spending his money on booze andnot tense to set up inside the bar.
But I digress anyway, So hesaid, don't you believe that killing
all of these people is evil?I said, well, I believe when

(14:00):
the almost two thousand Israelis and Americanswere killed by Hamas in October seventh,
I think that was terrible and itneeded to be addressed, don't you.
Yeah, But I said, whatabout the human shields that are being used
by Hamas to protect themselves and therethey're getting civilians killed. They don't care
about the Palestinians. Well yeah, but and finally it came down to I

(14:26):
don't have empathy, he said, when forty thousand people are just slaughtered again,
one of these people who was believingthe Hamas propaganda coming out and using
their numbers. When Israeli has doneeverything possible to limit the carnage of civilian

(14:50):
deaths as a result of them goingafter the terrorists, that those Palestinians whatever
that means, elected to lead them, This is something that is lost on
the protesters of the anti Israel set. It's more than just anti Semitism,
and it is that, But isthat Hamas were the ones that had no

(15:18):
empathy for the pregnant women that theycut open and slaughtered, the babies they
beheaded on October seventh, the kidsthey took out brutally raping many and then
killing them at a peace concert inIsrael on October seventh of twenty twenty three.

(15:43):
So there was no empathy on behalfof the Hamas the other side of
this coin, of course, Andyou know this probably as well as anybody
because you're listening this morning to meunless you've turned the radio off already.
But you know that, and I'msure Brian has said this, and anybody

(16:03):
with any kind of common sense oreyes to see or empathy will tell you
that if someone broke into your home, murdered your wife after raping her,
beheaded your children and left you fordead, and you knew who these people

(16:26):
were, you would go and findthem, and you would hunt them down
and you would kill them at anycost. And we also know that anytime
there is fighting, especially city fighting, there are going to be massive casualties.
Of civilians, no matter how hardyou try, just to attack the

(16:49):
targets that need to be attacked. In this case, it's Hamas, radical
Islamist killers who want the death ofevery Jew on the planet and the eradication
of Israel Is a country. Youdon't stop until that threat by Hamas or
any other group is neutralized. Gone. It's not the Jews, not the

(17:18):
Israelis who are committing genocide here.So I mean, I looked back and
I just thought, God, Iended the conversation there because there wasn't going
to be anything else good that wascoming. We just disagree, and that's
fine, but we weren't going tocome to an understanding that would make him

(17:41):
see he believes the rhetoric and thepropaganda of Hamas, and that's where they
are winning this war. And they'realso winning this war because Joe Biden,
our feckless president, will not allowthe proper armshipments the weapons that Israel needs

(18:03):
to finish the job in Rafa andelsewhere in Gaza, because he wants a
few thousand votes in Michigan from thefar left wing of his party due to
the terrorists we've led into this country. Empathy, do you have empathy.

(18:27):
It doesn't appear that you do.He told me, Wow, weird definitions.
Words do make a difference. Fivetwenty six at fifty five KRC,
The Talk Station. Fifty five KRC, the Talk Station. How would you
like to get a five three, seven, nine fifty five hundred to get

(18:51):
in touch Gary Jeff Walker for BrianThomas. This morning empathy. It's all
about empathy and Donna from York.Thomas is on the line. Let's see
what's on Donna's mind this morning.Donna, Hello, how are you?
Oh? I'm fine, how areyou? And thank you for being on
and the Joe Schracker. I wantto wish him well. I have foliosis

(19:14):
and had three back pursy and I'malive and I've been happy and have four
sons. So I'm wishing him welland I'm glad he got remarried. And
thank you for being there. AndGod is watching over him. All right,
Donna, thank you very much.I know he appreciates your support.

(19:34):
So we were talking about empathy andI just one more PostScript I didn't get
to in the last segment about civiliancasualties in war and what needs to be
done happening resulting in collateral damage. And most of you will know this too

(19:55):
as good students of history. InWorld War two, Allied bombing killed as
many as one hundred and thirty fivethousand people in dressed in Germany, civilians.
There was no military tie to thepeople that were killed in the fire
bombing of dressed in Germany during WorldWar Two. It was done for shokanah

(20:18):
for impact. Israel has not doneanything for shock and on impact in their
incursion into Gaza to try and eliminatehamas. They have carefully tried to limit
any kind of civilian casualties, women, children, non military targets. But

(20:44):
when your enemy is hiding behind womenand children and non military targets and embedding
themselves in hospitals and schools, whatcan you do? You know, that's
the other thing we really need toback off telling Israel how to defend itself
in a war. Have you seenour track record? Oh, like the

(21:10):
last fifty years in war, twentyyears in Afghanistan. Guess what, the
Taliban's back and better equipped than everthanks to our inability. And it's not
the men and women of our military. It's not the great training or good

(21:37):
generals or having the proper weaponry. It's the people who are non military in
bureaucracies, second guessing and tying ourhands behind our back. Well, rules

(21:57):
of engagements say internetal law says, well what does it take to get the
job done? And this all certainlywould not be happening if Donald Trump were
president. Certainly didn't happen in thefour years he was president, did it?

(22:18):
But it's about our inability, ormaybe it's purposeful that the military industrial
complex that is so taken a holdof American society, the one that Dwight
D. Eisenhower warned us about innineteen fifty nine, is so taken hold
that it's more profitable to wage endlesswar and not win whatever winning looks like,

(22:47):
or not fight to fight. Maybethat's it. It's people are just
making too damn much money to actuallyachieve the objective they say they're out to
achieve in the first place. Vietnam, Afghanistan, it is Iraq a safer

(23:11):
place since we took out Saddam Husseindoesn't appear so does it? So who
are we to give the Israelis adviceon how to prosecute a war? The
last time that we actually won adeclared war was World War II. It's

(23:37):
almost eighty years ago, and yetwe're telling the Israelis how to defend their
country when a group of Arabs wantto kill them and eliminate their country from
the river to the sea. Howdare we love to hear your th this

(24:00):
morning on that or anything else?As the the anti Semitic, anti Israel,
anti American protester continued to be allowedon college campuses across the country.
And then that's the other thing we'llget into in a little where they're happening
and where they're not. Xavier justhad their graduation this weekend. Multiple graduations.

(24:27):
Didn't see any tense there on VictoryParkway. It's five thirty six Gary
Jeff and for Brian Thomas on fiftyfive KRC the talk station. This is
fifty five KRC and iHeartRadio station.Hey, if you're listening to me right,
my name's Gary Jeff Walker in forBrian Thomas today and tomorrow. As

(24:49):
we're beginning our ride on a Mondaymorning. Coming up on five p forty
one. I mentioned the Xavier graduationthis weekend. There were two pro terrorist
pro protesters who were arrested outside ofthe graduation ceremony Saturday, scheduled for arraignment
today. The protesters a current studentand a recent graduate, the university said.

(25:12):
Court records show that won Julia Lancash, aged twenty two, and Sophia
Dempsey aged twenty two, arrested Saturdayat Xavier and released on their own recognisance.
You know, they took them out. It occurred in front of the
Centa Center. There were no interruptionsof the graduation ceremony in Xavier. I

(25:33):
guess that was my point. Theymade two arrests of two children who obviously
don't know what they're doing and don'tunderstand why Israel is going after Hamas and
in their minds committing genocide. Nothey're not, but again, useful idiots

(25:56):
who obviously have been indoctrinated, andthey have the right to expect rest their
opinions. I guess opinions can't bewrong. But if they disrupt people who
simply have other better things to do, you know, then they need to
do it somewhere else. But anyway, they'll be arraigned, like I said,

(26:21):
charged with criminal trespassing, a misdemeanor, and violating the prohibit. The
prohibition against conspiracy while wearing disguise statute. This makes it a felony to commit
a crime, even a misdemeanor, with two or more other people while wearing
masks. And of course they werewearing masks, which again is a sign

(26:45):
that someone is not the brightest bulbin the light fixture. In my opinion,
opinions can't be wrong. Their's ourmind. You see all these protesters
wearing masks. Is it to hidetheir identity or they believe that there's a
COVID outbreak about to occur any momentand they were brainwashed during that nonsense four

(27:11):
years ago, three years ago,I don't know, so anyway, best
of luck to you Dempsey and lancashremember those names, brave young ladies.
I wish there were pictures of them, because it's always interesting to see what

(27:33):
these people look like. The peopleon the left, there seems to be
a common thread that runs through, whether it's the purple hair or the multiple
piercings in places where you should probablythink twice before you get that done.

(27:57):
I bet they're lovely people, though, in cause you can't be a total
idiot and be totally ugly at thesame time. Can you, by the
way, the US Postal Inspection Servicesoffering one hundred and fifty thousand dollars for
a rest in the assault and robberyof a USPS worker in College Hill last

(28:17):
week. Apparently, and the PostalService can't say what was taken in the
robbery, but robbery and an assaultthe charges against someone. The uspis that's

(28:45):
a lot of initials. Also doesnot have any description of the suspects,
but a photo showing the backs ofthree individuals, and I'm looking at that
here. Those are definitely the backsof people that I'm looking at. If
you can identify the backs of theseindividuals, the US Postal Inspection Service said

(29:06):
to take no action to apprehend thesepersons yourself. My god, they're they're
mailman robbers. Those are the mostviolent kinds of criminals. Uh. By
the way, to any postal carrierthat's out there who delivers in my neighborhood

(29:26):
in South Kate, Kentucky, ifyou're accosted by someone who wants to rob
you, do not fight them.Do not put your life and your bodily
integrity on the line for the postalthief. Let them take all of my
junk mail. When what you receive. Ninety nine percent of what you receive

(29:52):
is junk mail and bills. Pleaseplease postal robbers intercept these for me.
My trash can on the front porchis getting awfully full. Oh there was
a story too. Thank you.Sean McMahon, who's behind the wheels today

(30:15):
of this car careading hopelessly out ofcontrol, sent me some local stories from
the weekend. Police guide geese tosafety on I seventy five. Our geese
perhaps the most stupid birds in theworld or the most stubborn Details to come

(30:41):
coming up on five point forty seven. I'm Gary Jenffen for Brian Thomas,
and this is fifty five KRC,the talk station. Fifty five KRC Police
brutality against geese. It's gotta stop. Saturday afternoon and I seventy five between
Mitchell and the Norwood Lateral. Policecalled to the scene to escort the geese

(31:07):
off the highway. We have themall around our building here in Kenwood.
Geese and either they are not particularlybright or they just don't care, especially
about cars. Because I have pulledout of this parking lot many a time

(31:30):
and been stymied in my ability tomove, blocking traffic. Just trying to
get out on Montgomery Road or onHossbrook leaving here, and I have been
stemied and stopped installed by geese. It's that time of year again. They're

(31:53):
all over the place. We're lousywith geese here in Kinwood. And apparently
they were on the Interstate on Saturday. Adam Taylor, who will be a
guest on this show tomorrow, posteda picture of the Cincinnati Police Department bravely
well, I mean they are outin traffic on the Interstate, so that

(32:16):
you know, right there, they'retaking their lives into their hands. And
I'm thankful that BLM or none ofthese other organizations or I guess would be
GLM Geese Lives matters have hampered orput handcuffs on the police so they can
take care of the geese and keepthings moving. Cincinnati Police Departments AT officers

(32:42):
were sent to guide the geese offI seventy five between Mitchell Avenue and the
Lateral on Saturday. Officers also assistedon controlling traffic during the geese chase.
The Wild Goose Chase of twenty twentyfour successful, mind you, so are
the geese just stupid or incredibly apatheticand stubborn. They don't seem to realize

(33:08):
that a three thousand pound vehicle couldturn them into potte at any moment.
Does anybody know anything about geese?I just know they're annoying. They have
horns just like cars, so theyfigure they've got a right a right of
way in traffic. I guess becausethey're also honking all the time. But

(33:35):
you know what, robins, sparrows, any other kind of bird that is
native to this part of the countryknows to get out of the road when
a car is coming. You rarelysee now. You'll see the dead squirrel
every once in a while, butthe squirrels are pretty sappy, especially if

(33:55):
they live in the city. Possibleare stupid raccoons. They're crafty, but
sometimes they lose their cool and trafficand get freaked out. Deer we already
know the story with deer, andthey cause more damage to us generally than

(34:19):
we do to them when they're stupidon the on the roads on the highway.
But geese are just they're damned obstinateis what they are. And they're
not very bright. Like I said, you pick any other species of bird
around here that's in the road forany reason. There may be some food

(34:42):
there usually that's the reason or orwhatever. But they see the car coming
even at the last second. Theythey have incredible timing too. They're very
agile. Most birds, not geese, and I think it's against the law
to run them down. I believethat's true. They're protected wildlife species.

(35:06):
Can anybody tell me how do youget rid of a goose? I'm not
sure, but the police applause tothe CPD for their deft geese chasing skills
on the interstate, ensuring the continuanceof commerce and the flow of traffic in

(35:32):
spite of a stupid bird, youknow what I mean. Verne coming up
on five point fifty six and rightafter six o'clock, Mark miss Mark Mixed
from National Right to Work will joinus. They are suing someone on behalf
of workers and we'll talk about thatand more, and also the illegal the

(36:00):
illegal immigrant problem as Joe Biden toutshis job numbers whenever he can, and
most of those people are not citizensof this country. But take a break
and come back. Gary Jeffan forBrian Thomas and fifty five KRC the talk
station World. Deness don't exactly happenon a schedule. What the latest stumptaans

(36:24):
do at the top of every hourfifty five krs the talk station. How
about that for him? Well, with law fare, you need lawyers.
Sorry, no lawyer this morning, just me Gary Jeff Walker five minutes after
the hour in for Brian Thomas onthis Monday morning, May thirteenth, twenty

(36:45):
twenty four. Along the way,we'll have Paul Begley Revelation nine one one.
Chris Smitherman will join us, KarenKatileen, Danny Hill, and I
have heard from my friend Westside Jim. He's lurking about someone. We'll talk

(37:05):
to him if he calls it ina little bit. Right now, National
Right to Work President Mark Mix He'salso president of the National Right to Work
Legal Defense Foundation. He's been withthis organization for like twenty one years and
under his leadership, National Right toWork Legal Defense Foundation continue to provide unparalleled

(37:28):
free legal assistance to workers and hasutilized cutting edge legal strategies to protect workers
from the abuses of compulsionary compulsory unionism. Right now, at least this past
week, National Right to Work hasfiled to complain against MIT Graduate Student Union
for using student dues on anti Israelprotests upon their opt out. And I

(37:52):
don't know if the student union hasactually given permission for this, but let's
find out more with mister Mark Mix. How you doing, Mark, Gary
Jeff? Good to be on withyou again this early in the morning,
and you're on late at night, you're on early in the morning. I
don't know when you're on, butit seems like you're always on, and
that's a good thing. Whenever theywill pay me, I am on.

(38:15):
Indeed, it's like a talk showassassin, let's say, an opinion mercenary.
So Mark, tell me about thiscomplaint. Is this risen to the
level of a lawsuit against MIT GraduateStudent Union or or you just file a
complaint? Well, I think whatwe're going to end up in as a

(38:36):
lawsuit most likely unless MIT in theunion decide to accommodate the Jewish graduate students
that we're helping. And Gary Jeff, this is a growing issue right now.
Obviously people have been talking about theprotests and the sit ins and the
takeover of buildings on college campuses acrossthe country. But one of the elements
that's getting missed here is the factthat many graduate students. In fact,

(38:58):
undergraduate students at college is now arebasically being forced and compelled to support a
labor union in order to do theirjobs. Say, for example, when
I was at college, I wasat the mail I worked at the mail
shop and basically at the post officeand sorted letters. Now, amazingly enough,
unions are organizing workers at colleges atthe graduate and undergraduate level. And

(39:19):
so what's happened here is these graduatestudents in MIT. We're watching their president,
Sally Cornbloss, testify in front ofthe United States Congress saying that basically,
you know, talking about genocide ofJews is doesn't inherently violate campus code.
And they immediately reached out to ussaying, hey, you know,
we're compelled to pay unions. They'retaking money out of our graduate assistants paychecks

(39:42):
to support this type of activity. And this is the so called Graduate Student
Union, which is actually an affiliateof the United Electrical Workers Union, Garry
Jeff, they're the ones that arerepresenting these Yeah, they're the ones that
are representing these college students. Andso we file an EEOC charge, an
Equal Employment Opportunity Commission charge under Titleseven of the Civil Rights Act of nineteen
sixty four saying you have to accommodatethis religious objection for these folks. And

(40:05):
we've been successful doing this in thepast. But not only do we do
that, but we file the chargewith the National Labor Relations Board on behalf
of another MIT student who is lookingfor an accommodation from this ideological and political
work. And unfortunately, because Massachusettsis not a right to work state,
these workers can be compelled, thesegraduate students can be compelled to pay fees
to the union in order to keeptheir graduate fellowship or to keep their jobs.

(40:29):
It's really an amazing story and onethat doesn't get a whole lot of
attention, but we're bringing it now. We have a charge pending with the
EEOC and they will either sue theEqual of Opportunity and Pluma Christion will sue,
or they will issue a right tosue letter and will enter federal court
on behalf of these students. Whatis the United Electrical Workers Association having to
do with pro Palestinian protests? MarkDU's money, Gary Jaff, It's all

(40:52):
about Dues money. I mean, that's the product of organized labor in this
country, and that it is duesmoney. And you know, look,
there are a lot of people thatlove their unions, and I know you
and I talked about this in thepast. If you want to be in
the union, have at it.The law protects that. But when a
union steps outside the workplace issues relatingto the workplace and they start talking about
politics, that's when the injustice comesin, and that's where workers need to

(41:15):
be protected. And that's exactly what'shappening right here at MIT, at the
University of Chicago, the City Universityof New York, Northwestern University. Students
are calling in from all across thecountry for help to try to get this
accommodation and stop their money being usedfor these political causes which they abhor.
Are these students Jewish mainly marked theyare? These are Jewish students at MIT

(41:37):
that we formally have engaged and formallyengaged us and we have five professors at
the City University of New York whoare fighting against the union that's outright calling
for the destruction of Israel. It'san amazing story and one, like I
said, doesn't get a lot ofattention, and it's not just because it's
the Israel issue. It's any issuewhere the union steps outside the work unit

(41:59):
and says we're going to play politicsand we're going to take stands on issues
that workers rejector or object to.Well, and you're right, and it
happens more often than it should inthese states that don't have right to work
laws. Where are we in thiscountry with states that are right to work
and states that do not allow peopleto work without some union affiliation. Yeah,

(42:24):
twenty six states have right to worklaws on the books today, Jary
Jeffen. And I'm a governor's schoolgraduate, so be careful of my math
here. I believe twenty six areright to work states. That makes twenty
four not right to work kicks unlessyou're president of Barack Obama. Right,
didn't you say we have fifty eightstates or something like that. Well,
yeah, right exactly. But Ijust threw that in there. That's fine,
you can throw that in any time, since this is the third Obama

(42:47):
term right now that we're witnessing acollapse. But Mark, I wanted to
ask you too about the illegal immigrantsituation, because we're being told on a
regular basis by the current presidential pottedplant that he's added all these jobs and

(43:07):
the jobs that have been added areseemingly from what I'm hearing anyway, And
I want to know what you've beenhearing, are people who are illegally in
this country? If there have beena lot of illegal immigrants added to the
work roles in the last three anda half years, and that's why we've
seen this boon and employment. Whatyou're saying, well, I guess I

(43:30):
don't know if I can answer thatquestion if they're actually if they're illegal and
they're working. But no, Look, Joe Biden, and this is this
is you know, common rhetoric bypoliticians. I mean, politicians don't create
any jobs. Joe Briden hasn't createdany jobs at all. You know,
reducing regulation maybe one thing that helpsto create and spur economic activity. Yeah,
you can create you can create anenvironment where people want to employ more

(43:54):
people, absolutely, but you don'tcreate create jobs out of thin air.
Well because of dictates. Yeah, well that's one that's another interesting issue,
Gary Jeff because you know, backin the nineteen eighties during the Reagan administration,
when they were talking about you know, immigration reform, it was the
afl CIO and other major unions acrossthe country that we're opposed to, know,

(44:15):
this unfettered immigration policy to protect Americanjobs and the workers. And now
you have unions out there that aretalking about, oh, we got to
bring these people in, we gotto have them. And again it gets
to the union dues issue. That'sfor sure, that's where we are,
and they're on the wrong side ofthis. I mean, if you're a
rank and file union member working ina manufacturing plan and your unions out there

(44:36):
trying to pass so called comprehensive immigrationreform, you have to wonder why.
Because those jobs, obviously other peoplewill take them, and that competition something
that union officials here tofore have opposed. I'm not opposed to immigration, but
legal immigration is the solution. Andfor the unions to be out there supporting
the policies of this president saying, hey, you know, we got to
go open borders and all this,it's just outraged and another reason why rank

(44:58):
and file union members should opposed theirunion officials. Have you had any other
recent successes Mark for the National Rightto Work Legal Defense Foundation. I know
we talk occasionally about court cases andthings that have been on the front burner.
Obviously, the MIT graduate student graduateunion issue supporting these anti Israel protests

(45:22):
at MIT is the current number oneon the list. But any other recent
cases you wanted to talk about realquickly, Yeah, Gary Jeff. You
know we have about two hundred andsixty active cases the Right to Work Foundation.
We have nineteen staff attorneys. I'mnot an attorney, Gary Jeff.
So you still haven't talked to alawyer this morning, Okay, but we

(45:44):
have nineteen staff turny to do nothingbut help employees. You know the biggest
piece of our business right now isdesertification people trying to get out of unions.
You know, you're hearing all thismedia about people trying to get in
the vote at the Volkswagen plant inChadanooga, Tennessee, where the UAW finally
won after this on our third time, we have a vote coming up in
Alabama to Mercedes plants. One ofthe common denominators of all this, Gary

(46:06):
Jeff, is your tax money.Though, Because in order to build a
battery plan or build a new assemblyline for an electric vehicle, if you
want the government to give you subsidiesand money to do that, because apparently
these vehicles aren't selling right now, you've got to have quote at a minimum
union neutrality. Thirty three US senators, include Shared Brown in Ohio, wrote
a letter to the CEOs of theforeign automotive manufacturers that are working here in

(46:30):
the United States creating jobs and opportunitiesfor workers, saying, if you want
any of this government money, andliterally Gary Jeff it's billions and billions of
dollars, you have to allow theUAW to come in and organize, and
you have to keep your mouth shut. You can't tell workers about what the
impact may be. And certainly rightnow when you look at the folks at
Stillontis or Ford who had a quotehistoric contract last year that are now on

(46:51):
the unemployment line because of that contractand the increased costs and increased work rules
and those things that are happening, you wonder if you w members across the
country understand that, and whether theworkers in Alabama do so. D certification
has been about a forty percent increasein D certifications. That means trying to
get the union out of your workplace. No one really talks about that,
but we're helping employees across the countrydo that. Right now. Again,

(47:14):
if you love your union, fine, if they're doing the things that you
want them to do with your money. Great, if you don't want to
be imposed upon and be made todo things against your will by a union.
Right to work states are the wayto go and find a shop where
you don't have to pay someone elseto have a job. Mark Mix,

(47:39):
always a pleasure to talk to you, the president of the National Right to
Work Foundation and National Right to WorkLegal Defense Foundation. How can people find
out more if they'd like to helpor know more about your organization? Yeah,
Gary jeff Thanks, We're on thatamazing internet at NRTW dot org nrt

(48:00):
W dot org. Thank you somuch, my friend. Take care,
have a great weekend. Get somesleep, yeah, good, watch them
sleep, Okay, well maybe maybeby nine o'clock. Thank you. Mark.
It's a six sixteen and some changeon a Monday morning. Gary jeffin
for Brian Thomas on fifty five KRC, the talk station fifty five KRC.

(48:21):
We're going abroad for the first time. Janathan of Thos gave him. She
says, there's a water love. The more the step stop for behind.

(48:49):
She never left me here? WillI tell me where sus be? Which
he's had too much to the manknown as hooty Darius Rutger has a birthday
to day number fifty eight putting inthe blowfish on the comeback trail. You'll

(49:13):
be here this summer, I believe. Fifty five KRC Gary Jeff Walker in
for Brian Thomas five p one threeseven fifty five hundred to get in touch
if you'd like to touch on anyof the topics we're talking about. Included
stupid geese and the Cincinnati Police isfine handling of geese on the interstate anything

(49:37):
else going on? West side?Jim is on the line. Good morning,
Jimmy. How are you well?Get the bad cold Gary? Jeff?
So, I don't know how longI can do this, so I
got it going to call in early. He had told me about it.
Okay, some jurisdictions, when youhit a geese with a car on purpose,

(49:57):
it's illegal, so they can theycan find you finding. I mean,
I didn't know if they were protectedspecies, if you'd be in trouble
federally or what. But they arethe Either they're either the stupidest animals or
they simply don't care. What doyou think it is. I think they
like coming across the road, stoppinghaving cars you know, like the like

(50:21):
the commercial with the guy on tricycleand all that for the insurance company,
and then and then they laugh atyou when your your car has an accident.
I don't know. But like Isaid earlier, other birds they know
to get out of the way. They did exactly. They see a car
coming and going, wow, youknow what that that's that'll roll right over

(50:42):
me and kill me. I better, I better go before I'm pat on
the road. But geese they justdon't care. I don't understand. I
mean, I have flown into birdsand they fly away, So I don't
know about the geese. Man,they just know something else. I'm telling
you, Well, you're you're big. Your big tank that you drive will
probably destroy your goops. It'll belike Randy Johnson fastball on the way to

(51:07):
the plate, remember when he's splitthe seagull open or Nolan Ryan's right hook.
That's right exactly. Well, Jimmy, feel better and thanks for way
to man, Gary. Jeff.I have an announcement. OK. I
know earlier you said I'm taking Joeto the hospital tomorrow to have his operation

(51:29):
done, which is my civic duty, but it's more of a friendship duty,
of course, But today at fouro'clock, I'm not going to mention
who and what name, even thoughI just did. But are you single
women out there? Someone's going tobe back on the market as of about
four four fifteen. Really, yes, sir, And if he if he's

(51:52):
listening, I'm sorry, I can'tsay his name. Joe. I mean
this this one friend of mine. But women, look out, he's on
the loose. I'll just I'll justleave it at that. The man is
his second life is starting at aboutfour four fifteen today. Well, yeah,
you better get off the phone becausethe lines are going to be flooded

(52:15):
in a minute with possible suitors exactly. And it's not me, people,
it's not me. I don't thinkthey would really be flooding the phone lines
for that, Jim. No,but Garry, Jeff. I'm glad to
hear you this morning, and I'msorry I've got the graalediness. I can't

(52:36):
help it. I got a badcold over the weekend from cutting grass and
sweating out there. All right, buddy, take care of yourself and feel
better west side. Jim with usreal quickly this morning. Thank you for
that. I wanted to talk aboutshared Brown versus sitting in Ohio senator who's
up for re election this year. And you know that because he's finally come

(52:59):
out out of his hole and yousee the TV commercials. But I wanted
to talk about the campaign commercial thatis out now for Shared Brown and his
kind of grabbing onto Joe Biden's coattails. I don't know how smart that
is when it comes to shrink flation. Coming up. It's six twenty six

(53:25):
on fifty five KRC, the talkstation fifty five KRC. You're low Biden
in political denial about his biden Flation. Bidenmic's not working, Joe. People
aren't feeling it because it's not real. They're spending more money than they're making,

(53:47):
Joe, and it's not because ofthe greedy corporations gouging people and giving
them less. Shrink flation. Let'signore the real problem, President Biden and
Shared Brown and talk about the greedycorporations who are giving you less for the

(54:08):
same money. Well, that istrue in part because of your policies and
your regulations and the fact that youkeep on printing money that we can't back
up trillions upon trillions of dollars. So I saw the Shared Brown the first

(54:37):
campaign ad for him his re electionto the Senate seat in Ohio. He
may very well win again. Imean, incumbent senators have a whole lot
of power, and a whole lotof clout and a whole lot of money
behind them, and once they becomeentrenched, they are hard to unseat.
Whether it's Burnie Marino running against himor anybody else, we shall see about

(55:01):
that. But I just laughed whenI saw the commercial him talking about how
he's going to fight shrink flation, these evil, greedy corporations producing smaller packages
for the same amount of money.Because of course, corporations aren't supposed to

(55:22):
make money. They're not supposed tohelp their shareholders, who are many of
us just normal citizens who are countingon corporations to make money. The bottom
line is the bottom line. SoI guess corporations are supposed to be nonprofits.

(55:50):
They're supposed to be NGOs that justhave altruistic priorities, and they're supposed
to be charities. Basically, corporationsare supposed to, uh, you know,
whatever is good for the consumer.Well, whatever is good for the
consumer will be reflected in their salesby the consumers, and government needs not

(56:14):
to get involved in this. Butthat's a democrat. That is the socialist
model. We'll let you do business, but that making a profit thing that's
a little problematic, especially when we'vebeen so bad. We've been so such
terrible stewards with the taxpayers money ourselves, so you suffer, that's what it

(56:42):
sounds like. So this whole thingabout people having to spend more money with
wages not keeping up, which iswhat's been going on the last three and
a half years, it's the corporation'sfault, has nothing to do with the
government. Shared Brown's one of themost one hundred powerful people in the country

(57:07):
as a US senator. Maybe ifyou weren't spending hand over fist money,
we don't have that we can't payback. Our GDP is what one hundred
and twenty something percent now, orour debt is one hundred and twenty percent
of GDP gross domestic product? How'sthat working out for us? Maybe you

(57:35):
address the real issue, Shared Brown. Why don't you talk about that?
Why don't you talk about government spendingrun amok instead of those greedy corporations that
you're going to fight to save usfrom shrink flation. Shrinkflation is nothing but

(57:55):
an obfuscation of responsibility by people whoare wholly irresponsible and have been for years,
and it's just getting worse. Whynot admit what the problem is and
try to attack that. Well,I can't cut the budget. Well you're

(58:21):
going to have to cut the budgetor the whole thing collapses. And we're
getting closer and closer to a completeand total collapse of this economy. And
if you don't believe that, boyare you going to be surprised when it
happens. You can only prop itup so long, and maybe it needs

(58:42):
to happen. I hate to saythat. I hate to face it as
a citizen who's going to be sufferingright along with everybody else. But maybe
that's what needs to happen, justthe whole thing implode. But it's not
the greet the corporation's fault for shrinkingpackages of potato chips or toilet paper shared.

(59:09):
That's populism for idiots. Six thirtysix on a Monday morning, Gary
Jeff on that bright note, wecontinue five one, three, seven,
four, nine, fifty five hundred. If you'd like to get in touch
in for Brian Thomas this morning onfifty five KRC the talk station. This
is fifty five KARC and iHeartRadio station. Hey, if you're listening to me,

(59:34):
reps due to Geese infiltration, whichis the good news. Twenty minutes
before the top of the hour,I'm Gary Jeffin for Brian Thomas Hattie.
So, what's the real story inGaza with civilian deaths and people killed since
Israel decided to go after Hamas onthe Gaza Strip after the Octo over seventh

(01:00:00):
terrorist attacks on Israel by the Palestinianterrorists. Well, the estimates, according
to the Jerusalem Post, the GazaMinistry of Health and Government Media Office in
Gaza and Israeli authorities, roughly thirtyfive thousand people have been killed. Of

(01:00:23):
those, it was reported by theUN that there's a break in the numbers
here. The nearly five thousand werewomen and almost eight thousand were children.

(01:00:44):
This is cutting back estimates of areport that came out two days before.
This report came out May eighth. The report that came out May sixth estimated
the ninety five hundred women, ninefive hundred women, almost twice many,
and over fourteen thousy five hundred childrenhad died. That was May six May

(01:01:07):
eighth. That's five thousand and eightthousand. What are the numbers? I
mean, either way, they're horrificnumbers. Don't get me wrong. Thirty
five thousand people have lost their lives. Begin I harken back to World War
Two when it came to civilian casualtiesand collateral damage in war. War is

(01:01:37):
awful, There's no question about that. Kinetic war always results in a tragic
loss of life, and many timesthe people who are losing their lives are
not actually active combatants in that war, there's no question. But World War

(01:02:00):
Two, which was the last declaredwar, the United States actually was victorious
in, allowed to be victorious inbecause we did what it took to win
that war. In one city alonein the country of Germany, Dresden,
which was home at the time toabout one point two million people, almost

(01:02:25):
half of them refugees who had fledto Dresden from somewhere else because of the
war, there were one hundred andthirty five thousand, as many as one
hundred and thirty five thousand civilians, non combatants killed by ally firebombing of Dresden,
Germany. This is nineteen forty five, and the Timeline's important there because

(01:02:55):
the war was drawing to a close, and one of the reasons the war
was drawing to a close was becausewe, along with the British and the
Soviets, who at the time wereour allies, for good, better or
worse, we're doing whatever it tookto win the war to impress them the

(01:03:21):
full might of what we had atour availability, to demonstrate we were serious
about finishing the job. What's goingon right now with the Biden administration because
of purely political, purely political reasons, has nothing to do with letting Israel,

(01:03:45):
with standing behind Israel, letting Israelfinish the job. It'll take what
it takes, and it's going tobe horrific because a moss uses human shields.
You just heard Tony Blinkeln say ithimself. What's problematic. They may
late at international law, but it'sa tough Yes, they're using schools in

(01:04:05):
hospitals to bore their tunnels under tokill people. We had a I was
talking about Sheared Brown and him decryingshrink flation and greedy corporations. Williams on
the line wanted to talk about that. William Hello, Yes, I have

(01:04:29):
I don't know a whole lot abouthow campaigns are funded. But are these
same companies that he's blasting is dothey contribute to his campaign? As well
as loppyist? Who knows William andyou know, you want to follow the
money on a lot of things thesedays, like who's funding the pro terrorist

(01:04:50):
protesters on college campuses. We knowthat, among others, it's George Soros
and Rockefeller Junior and the Tides Foundation, which is Bill and Melinda Gates.
But I don't know who's funding SharedBrown's campaign. In many cases, it's
those same usual suspects. I mean, some of the people who are funding

(01:05:11):
the anti Israel protests on these campusesare huge Democrat donors, and Shared Brown
is the beneficiary of huge Democrat donors. So you can you can guess who's
funding his campaign. I believe so. But I think if somebody dove into
it a little deeper, they findthat Shared Brown's talking on both sides of

(01:05:33):
his mouth. There. Oh,there's no doubt that he's getting big money
from corporate donors. I don't thinkthere's any I don't think there's any secret
of that. And so while he'she's talking about greedy corporations and shrinkflation with
a nod and a wink in thenext breath, he's taken those dollars from

(01:05:56):
him. There's no question I havea lot of beliefs. That's what's happening.
Thank you for my opportunity. Ohyou bet William, thanks for calling.
Anyway, back to these un numbersabout casualties in Gaza since October of
last year, how do they Whichnumbers do you trust? I mean,

(01:06:21):
obviously Hamas is going to inflate thehorror of women and children killed because their
war is a propaganda war, it'sa media war, and it's being fueled

(01:06:42):
by TikTok and all kinds of differentsocial media so they can claim the more
women and children who are killed inGaza, the better they like it.
And and by the way, theyare helping facilitate more women and children being

(01:07:02):
killed by using them as human shields. So the question again is whose numbers
do you believe? And ultimately doesit really matter if you're serious about achieving
the objective of eliminating Hamas Israel isJoe Biden obviously is not. And it's

(01:07:31):
not because he's an idiot he maywell be, but because he's worried about
pro Palestinian voters in places like Michigan, which could make a difference in the
electoral College in November. That's obvioussix forty eight fifty five KRC The Talks

(01:07:55):
Day fifty five KRC five one preseven four nine fifty five hundred Arry diffin
for Brian Thomas. On this Mondaymorning, May thirteenth, twenty twenty four,
Mike on the West Side wanted tochime in, Mike, good morning,
what's going on? And if Iwas a politician we're running for office,

(01:08:17):
I would do it. I wouldhave two commercials, one explaining when
if you vote for any Democrat youcan do a commercial based on Mark Womanlanta
spot the Democrats ain't America. AndI would do a second commercial explaining to
minorities all the damage the Democratic Partyhas done. Now over the last eighty

(01:08:41):
years. I think you can.I think you can stop this army that's
going on. It's strange things out. Okay, well, I mean that's
simplistic, but yeah, to thepoint, and I believe it's not.
I mean, it is a Democratparty, but it's more of a philosophy

(01:09:10):
that began way back at the turnof the twentieth century in this country where
common sense and populism we're beginning tobe replaced by socialism and globalism. And
that started to weigh back with WoodrowWilson, and it's been a slippery slope

(01:09:34):
in You know, the thing ofSenator McCarthy, who was much vilified and
maligned and perhaps deservedly so to acertain extent, for him talking about communists
who are embedding themselves in our government, in our media, in our colleges.

(01:09:55):
You know the Red scare? Areyou now you you ever been a
member of the Communist party? Hewas correct that was going on, and
it seems to have embedded itself inthe Democrat Party as well. In nineteen
sixty you could say the Democrat Partywas the working man's party there were it

(01:10:24):
was a pro American type party becauseit hadn't fully transformed yet at that point.
Today the Democrat Party is the CommunistParty. There's no question about it.
And you either have to say, okay, I think that this is
a failed system of government. Wecan't be a republic anymore. Our constitution

(01:10:50):
means nothing. We need to gofull blown communist or we need to get
back to our roots and what thefounders into real quickly Kyle and Northern Kentucky
on Israel and Hamas. Hello, how you doing. I'm fine, what's
going on? I'm fine, notmuch. I'm just tall because I'm kind

(01:11:15):
of sick of seeing all this onTV. You know, there was three
three people protesting. They were blockingthe road going to Disney yesterday and the
part of the l g b BTQcommunity, and I guess it's like,
you do you realize what they wouldif what Hamas would do to you if

(01:11:35):
you were actually in Palestine. Oh, I've said this, I've said this
over and over again. The peoplewho are protesting against Israel, the pro
Hamas terrorist protesters are are the sameones who march with b l M,
the same who march with Occupy WallStreet. They're the same that march under

(01:11:59):
the rain bow flag of lgbt QI plus plus plus community. And again,
you're right, if if you werein Iran and Hamas is backed by
Iran, and you were in Iranand you had a rainbow flag, they
would be throwing you off the roof. Yeah, and they don't realize.

(01:12:27):
Yeah, but it's happy on collegecampus. And I'm like, you know,
you know, I used to bea school teacher, and like here
we are another failure of our ofour education system. You know. So
I'm thinking, you know what, you know, do we need any more
evidence that we need to rethink, you know, funding public universities and public

(01:12:50):
schools, because I mean this isjust I mean, they have utterly failed,
you know. I mean that theyI mean, if you have me,
they are by themselves one factor indestroying the culture certainly. So I
mean they're just they're they're they're raisingidiots. You know, what do you

(01:13:11):
teach to these kids? So they'reteaching they're teaching them to hate the country
and to hate God and all ofthe rest. Kyle Paul Begley on these
topics. When we return, GaryJeff and for BT on fifty five KRC,
the talk station. This is Americaand we're falling apart. You're twenty
twenty four election headquarters and this presidenthas to go. Fifty five KRC the

(01:13:36):
talk station. This report is SPONSORBLE. As we get into the seven o'clock
hour, Hello, Gary Jeff Walkerin for Brian Thomas this morning and tomorrow
seven oh seven Eastern. If you'vethought to yourself over especially the last I'd

(01:14:00):
go back fur or five years, maybe even a little longer than that.
The things just weren't right. Andby not right, I mean not the
way you remember, the way peoplelook at things, just generally, that
something was actually terribly wrong with societyin general, with the world maybe that

(01:14:30):
you grew up in that seems tobe totally topsy turvy, Bass Awkwards,
it's just something. You know, something is up. We're reaching a tipping
point. It could it be biblicalprophecy joining us in this half hour.

(01:14:54):
Pastor Paul Begley, who has writtena book with Troy Anders called nine one
one, how the Book of Revelationintersects with today's headlines. And I've thought
about this as a Christian for awhile. Of course, we know the
scripture that says no man will knowthe hour or the day, so we're
not making an exact prediction. Butthe Bible also tells us that at the

(01:15:18):
end of times you will see signs, and man, there are big flashing
signs all over the place. Forme, I don't know about for you
to talk about that. Pastor PaulBegley joins us this morning. Pastor Begley,
how are you I'm doing great.Gary. It's wonderful to be here
with you this morning. It's fantasticto have you with us. And if

(01:15:42):
you're a believer in Jesus Christ, you really have nothing to fear. You
just you just know, you knowhow the story ends, and it ends
well for believers of Jesus Jesus Christ. It does not be It does not
end well for the world though, the world that we currently live in.

(01:16:02):
So the question is are we onthe brink of the end of times?
And I have to tell you,Pastor Begley, I started seeing these really
big flashing warning signs during the COVIDwhat I call the scamdemic, when this
disease was used worldwide as an experimentto control people in mass and to kind

(01:16:29):
of get us to some kind ofglobalist kind of idea in our heads that
that, you know, the UnitedNations or the who needed to control everyone's
lives at once. Do you getwhere I'm saying there? Yeah, exactly.

(01:16:50):
I mean it's right on the pagesof Revelation chapter thirteen. A formation
of a new you know, aone world government. Some would call it
a new world Order. The Biblerefers to it as the beast kingdom,
and that kingdom is a managed byone hierarchy, the Antichrist. You's got

(01:17:13):
to sidekick the false prophet. Anda driving force is the need to eat,
to buy the cell to function. And you can't do it unless you're
part of that system. And thatrequires that mark of the beast. We've
heard about it our Whole Lives sixsixty six. But it's actually what you're
watching, whether you're watching the WorldEconomic Forum, the cloth Swab, or

(01:17:36):
whether you're watching, you know, the United Nations consolidating its power, especially
against Israel. You know, whenyou watch how this thing is shaping up,
it's an ugly monster. It takesaway the rights of let's say,
families. You can't. You nolonger have control of your children. As

(01:17:58):
soon as they go to school. The state is in control. The state
will tell you what they're going toteach them, what they're going to say
to them, how they're going tocounsel them. They'll take them to the
doctors without your permission. You lose, all right. I mean it's already
beginning and most of America is stillasleep. Well, you know what,
like I said, I saw itgoing back to the COVID pandemic where the

(01:18:23):
governor of my state, and hewasn't the only one. He was kind
of playing follow the leader, becausehe's not much of a leader to begin
with. But that's my opinion. But when he told you you couldn't go
to church services, you couldn't worship. And yet, and yet there were
other businesses that were allowed to operateon almost a regular basis, but people

(01:18:47):
of faith weren't allowed to go worshipwith others who believe what they believed.
He went as far, and thisis Andy Basheer in Kentucky, he went
as far pastor Begley as sending governmentagents and police out to write down people's
license plates who are in the parkinglots of churches on Sunday morning, and

(01:19:10):
then you might get a knock onyour door. The whole contact tracing and
everything else that they attempted was tome such a clear sign of end of
time's kind of organization. And anotherthing is the and you mentioned the mark
of the Beast. This continuance ofpush not just by governments but by companies

(01:19:34):
for the cashless society, where theycan track and trace every dollar you spend
and every dollar you make regardless ofwhether you're you're doing anything right. People
always say, oh, I'm notdoing anything wrong. They can look inside
my bank account. I'm not.And I'm like, are you crazy?

(01:19:56):
Do you really want that? Anddo you know where it leads? Am
I right? Oh you're so,You're so on the money. I mean,
going back to the pandemic and thethe draconian type doctrine if you will,
I mean the fact that you wouldfollow people to church, you would

(01:20:17):
go around writing down their advice andplates with the part of the intimidation to
take away freedom of worship, freedomto assemble, to make people afraid to
say, wait a minute, I'mnot so sure what we're doing here.
Has anybody tested anything? They mightknow what's really going on. And and
uh, this also was to takeyour free will away, which is part

(01:20:40):
of cultural Marxism. Uh, youknow, socialism, communism, and that's
all part of this beast Kingdom's intimidation. And think about it. The church
isn't essential during the time of apandemic, are you serious? I mean,
that's the house of God, that'swhere you go to get healed.
I mean, I mean, butthe strict in the bars and although I

(01:21:00):
mean, those are essential, andwe can't shut that down. So you
know, you could see what wasgoing on. They challenge us. Now
I can say now that four yearslater after the fact that the churches,
most churches, especially where they havepastors who are fully fired up and full
of the hope of America and thehope of Christianity and understanding the knowledge of

(01:21:23):
the Bible, they won't fall forthis the second time. But let me
just say that they come in asecond time like that, they're coming at
us in another direction. They willalways challenge our freedoms and our right to
make our own decisions. And you'llsee it in many different types of cultural
agendas that are being pushed on ourthroats. So you're saying the right thing

(01:21:43):
here, Gary, We're being tested, which is what the Bible said would
happened. We know the ending,as you said earlier, we win,
But there's still a game to fight. Okay, you know, stay on
the right team here. But there'sa battle for the art and soul of
humanity. And that's where the churchstill has to stand up. Pastor Begley,

(01:22:05):
I tell you what, if you'llindulge me, we'll take a quick
break and come back. I wantto talk to you about AI because that's
been the big headline maker and thetaking the humanity out of almost everything,
because well, I mean, theAntichrist doesn't want the human heart involved in

(01:22:27):
any of this. He is campaigningfor the human hearts to be his,
but he certainly doesn't want a softhuman heart to be a part of anything
that is going forward. As weget closer and closer to this point where
biblical prophecy is fulfilled. Pastor PaulBegley, one of the authors of Revelation

(01:22:53):
nine to one one, how theBook of Revelation intersects with today's headlines and
boy does it fifty five KRC thetalk station, fifty five KRC. I'm
just featuring Pastor Paul Begley Well, along with Troy Anders, has written the
Revelation nine to one one book thatis out now. More on the book

(01:23:15):
here in just a moment, andPastor Begley another thing that has has really
really kind of put my antennas upis this this push for artificial intelligence involved
in every aspect of our lives.Any comments on that and how that relates

(01:23:36):
to what is prophesied in the Bookof revelation about the end of times.
Pastor Hello, not here? Allright, Well, we thought he was
there, and apparently there he isagain. Let's see if he can hear

(01:23:58):
us this time. Pastor Begley, are you there, Hello, Paul?
Apparently not, Yeah, apparently thereis a problem with Pastor Begley's phone,
and we will we will continue toattempt to talk to him, see if
he can talk to him off air. Sean and I want to hear more

(01:24:23):
about this. And here's the thing. If you're not a believer, then
you can point to time after timeafter time of of people predicting the end
of the world, and not justnot just Christians, but people have predicted

(01:24:45):
that. Paul, are you there, Yes, I'm here, Okay,
fantastic. What I was saying was, uh, it's not the first time
people have been putting out the warningthat the end is near. And so
for non believers or people who thinkthe Bible is just a very well written
book and Revelations just part of thatbook, they're saying, well, you

(01:25:06):
know what, they have a littleI guess a boy who cried wolf syndrome
that they want to attach to Christiansbecause certainly we're not the first Christians to
say the signs of the end oftimes are here. You need to pay
attention and get yourself right with God. But that's the thing, is that

(01:25:30):
I understand where some people would becoming from. Where they're going. You
know, I've heard all this beforeand it never happened. What would you
say to those people? It's afair assptment, It's a fair question,
you know. Of course, welook at things in are short, very
small. Like James said, lifeis like a vape on the water pures

(01:25:54):
for a little while. Advantage ofthe way. Our lifespan is seventy eighty
years or so, and we wanteverything to happen in that little spec of
time, and if it doesn't,then maybe God's not real. When the
reality is when you take the totalityof God, the beginning and the end
alf in Amiga, the first,in the in the last, and begin

(01:26:14):
to realize that He's in no hurry. But when you study the Bible,
at the prophecies of the Old Testamentand the New and look at the incredible
percent of batting average, if youwill, of prophecies being fulfilled so remarkably
and so impossible, there's no possibleway of of all that anything like this

(01:26:39):
could be happening right on time, just as it says it will with such
accuracy that we better pay attention.Christ's first coming, Gary was so remarkable.
I mean, you read Isaiah fiftythree, or if you read the
Old Testament prophecies that there would bea savior born in this little town you
call Euphreta, or that I amborn in a virgin He would be a

(01:27:01):
Nazarene. You know, he woulddo all these things and even his crucifixion
and resurrection, and for it allto come to pass exactly is shocking.
It could not happen, And soyou better pay attention to the second time.
We're out And that's what I'm doing. I'm taking to Dave's headlines,
comparing it to what the prophecies ofthe Bible said it would be like in

(01:27:21):
his second coming or the rapture.Uh, and it's just think remarkable comparisons.
You can't deny it. So wedo have to pay attention that we're
in this era. I'm gonna callit the era, you know, the
age of the Antichrist, but alsothe era of the Messiah. So we're

(01:27:42):
in this we're in the game. We're in the team picture, if you
will. So artificial intelligence, telltell me how that plays in with the
prophecies and revelation and what's going onright now with AI. That is a
great question. AI is you knowall my life studying Bible prophety since I
was a teenager, and that's fortyyears of ministry, watching Jack van Impy

(01:28:04):
when I was a kid on TVand studying the Bible, I always wondered,
well, how are they going tomake this image in Revelation thirteen and
that everybody, when you see theimage, you'll have to bow. And
this image could speak and make decisionwho lives, but who dies? And
I talk to myself, how arethey going to do that? How are
they going to pull that off? They can? AI is smarter and can

(01:28:30):
can contain more information than humans. And so when this when you have a
guy like Noah Harari, who isthe sidekick of Claus Swabi World Economic Forum,
who says that we're no longer sapiansare going to rule the world,
but a new transhumanistic leadership. Thatthe Bible's not real. He says that

(01:28:54):
no religion is real, that theWord of God does not come from Jerusalem
or from Mech or Rome, butit's going to come from Silicon Valley,
where AI is going to rewrite abrand new Bible of truth. And when
you think, when you think aboutit, AI is making decisions. For
instance, you start talking to youryour wife or husband, your phone will

(01:29:16):
and what you might say, Hey, maybe we should get a new car.
Ads pop up on your phone forbrand new cars. I don't care
what you talk about. Commercials comeon television based on what your discussion is
going on in your living room,or on your computer or on your Facebook
page. AI is managing most peopleright now and they don't even know it.

(01:29:39):
And it will become more evident themore that we move into this cashless
society and AI determines what your budgetis. When AI decides whether or not
you've been eating right, whether ornot you deserve to have this surgery or
not. When AI decides maybe it'stime for euthanasia for you, maybe you're

(01:30:00):
no longer contributing enough to society.People will start to understand that the demonic
forces of this beast Kingdom of theend times is approaching. Still not in
play, I'm saying it this way. Gary the tracks are being laid.
The train has not come down thetrack yet because the engineering stepped in,

(01:30:20):
but he's about to the tracks are. We're living in the era now,
the laying of the tract of thecoming of the New World Order, which
is a global conglomerate demonic power fromHell as a polyon will come out of
the pit releasing it. And that'swhat my book's about. The book is
Revelation nine to eleven, and thatis the verse. It is chapter nine,

(01:30:43):
verse eleven. A polyon comes outof the bottomless pit with the demons
of Hell and begins to inflict uponhumanity a global conflagration, a war of
biblical proportion. It's called the sixthTrumpet War. And we're not there.
We're on the brink up, itseems so to me. And I see

(01:31:03):
these same signs and would recommend people, if they're curious at all about their
future, check out Revelation nine toeleven. How the book of Revelation intersects
with today's headlines, And how weirdis that that this prophecy is in Revelations

(01:31:25):
at chapter nine, verse eleven. And you know what, Gary, I
had a vision, is what happened, And I saw this, read letters
Revelation nine eleven, and in thevision, I spoke audibly to God.
Now God didn't speak back to mehoddibly, but I in my spirit I
heard him say, it's Revelation nineto eleven. You need to sound the

(01:31:48):
alarm. You need to tell humanityit's about to happen. And I thought,
what's about to happen? Silence? And so I went to prayer,
and then I picked up my Bibleand I just thought, well, maybe
I should go to Revelation chapter nine. Read the verse eleven, you know,
maybe there's something there. And whenI read it, it just like
jumped off the page, and Ibegin to study this. I thought,

(01:32:09):
oh wow, this is a chapterthat most Bible prophecy and eschatology teachers don't
ever touch. We read and weskip this chapter because we don't know what
to do with something being released. An angel coming down and opening a bottle's
pit and letting out the demon ofHell, the commander of Hell, and

(01:32:29):
then he releases four more demons fallenangels, if you will, from the
rever Euphrates, and they begin tomanipulate the keys of the earth to create
World War three. And then youstep back, turn on the news,
and you hear Putin's ready to throwa nuke, Kim Jongon's ready to throw
a nuke, China's invading everywhere withtheir cyber attacks, the war raging in

(01:32:51):
the Middle East. You're watching theunfolding and the collapsing of the greatest empire
ever known to man, the UnitedStates, unless we turn this thing around,
and I do believe we can.I think there is one more left
end time revival left if we turnto God. And so it's incredible,

(01:33:12):
and I took two years. Igot with Troy Anderson, Troy as they
pull a surprise nominated journalist, andI said, I need you to help
me. We're going to dig thisout and put together a book on what
this means, what's about to takeplace? How does Revelation intersect with today's
headlines. Pastor Paul Begley, thankyou for your time this morning. We're
way over time, so I gotto run, but Revelation nine to eleven.

(01:33:36):
Check it out, folks, Thankyou, and we continue on fifty
five KRC the Talk stage, fiftyfives car The Toxic Man. It has
been a while since I've had achance to talk to our next guest looking
forward to it, have no basictemplate for it either. I just gonna

(01:33:58):
talk chrisciously and we're there. Thelong love. That's right, It's that
favorite something that we love to seeevery time we hear and use it.

(01:34:19):
It's time to dance again. Itwas Chris Smitherman on the Morning Show,
Chris, how you doing, brother, Gary Jev Brother, I'm doing good.
I love the music, you know. I want to wish to everybody
you know, a happy Mother's Dayweekend, you know, salute all the

(01:34:42):
beautiful mothers out here in our entireworld. They're just incredibly important. And
then my my deepest sympathy and condolencesto those who've lost their moms, which
made Mother's Day very very different forthem. But we extend our love and
our heart to him also on Mother'sDay. Yeah, so, how are
you doing? Friend? Brother?I'm doing good. I'm hanging in there.

(01:35:09):
You know, I have I haveso many topics to discuss. I
won't get through them because I thinkI better get started. I think the
whole world. I think the worldis on fire. Yes it is.
So where did you want to start? Because you've got a lot of topic
You've had. You had a lotof things you wanted to talk about.
So I'm going to let you dictatethe conversation. Where do you want to

(01:35:31):
start? Chris, two hundred andnineteen days we've had hostages held somewhere in
Gaza, one hundred and thirty twohostages. I believe that five to eight
are Americans. I see a varietyof numbers. I've heard. The most

(01:35:55):
prominent number I've heard is five, but it's five in any American is being
held hostage by a terrorist group istoo many. It's horrific. And so
October the seventh happened. And Iwould never believe that I'd have to get
on a public radio station and sayOctober seventh happened. But there are people

(01:36:18):
who are protesting on college campuses whowant to deny that October seventh even happened.
And over the weekend we saw PresidentBiden decide that he was going to
withhold aid to Israel, and Iguess these are his advisors around him.

(01:36:39):
I thought that Israel was our greatestally in the Middle East, and I
am and I am very, verysurprised to see that the president is making
this decision. I Chris, Ikind of I'm concerned that Number one,
this is illegal because Congress has approvedthis aid package, these weapons for Israel,

(01:37:03):
and I don't know how the executive, the commander in chief can withhold
these already legally approved by Congress shipmentsof arms. I'm not sure how that
works in a legal sense. Ithink he's breaking the law. Well,
and I agree with you, Andit's what's so intriguing for me is that

(01:37:25):
they call former President Trump a dictator. That was one of their talking points.
And we see the current president, even after Congress, who controls the
purse string as you are clearly defining, has said no, we're not going
to send these weapons to Israel, even though they've been approved by Congress.

(01:37:47):
And so I'm sitting back thinking abouton Mother's Day, all of the families,
these one hundred and thirty two hostages, whose mothers, grandmothers, aunts,
uncles, moms and dads, cousinsare there mourning over Mother's Day weekend
trying to figure out where their lovedone is. And we have our president

(01:38:12):
on that same weekend saying we're notgoing to send the weapons that our Congress
has approved. And I just thoughtit was heart wrenching for me, and
I've been watching those family members goon national TV saying I want my loved
ones back, and I think it'svery important for me to start here,
Gary, Jeff, because we haveAmericans that are being held hostage right now

(01:38:36):
in Gaza, and I think wehave to make sure that we keep them
in the forefront and the focus notthe protesters on the college campuses, but
getting our Americans back home safely, knowing the barbarism of Hamas and what we've
seen from them to this point,Chris, you have to wonder if they

(01:38:57):
are just keeping our hope that thosehostages are still alive, just for their
own purposes of you know, usinghuman shields and the like and keeping us
or keeping the Israelis rather from finishingthe job of rooting them out and bringing
them to justice. And even morehorrific, what if these hostages aren't even

(01:39:23):
living anymore. What if they've butcheredthem and they're making us believe that they're
still there for negotiation purposes. Thatthat is the other angle to this story
that could very well be true.We don't know. Well. I can
tell you that I have five beautifulchildren ranging in the ages of some of

(01:39:43):
the hostages who are there. Andand even if one of my children's lives
had been taken, I would wanttheir body back. Yes. And so
the reality of this is these familiescannot resolve and they can't bring things to
closure when Hamas is holding one hundredand thirty two people. And I think

(01:40:06):
it's incredibly unfair on these college campuses, these presidents, these board of directors,
on these college campuses, the studentsthemselves, that they are not putting
what I'm discussing this morning in theforefront, and I wanted to start here
coming out of Mother's Day weekend. We've got one hundred and thirty two hostages,

(01:40:28):
and we cannot allow what's happening inthe media for them and for us
not to raise the voices of thosewho are still being held. Five of
them we know are Americans. Well, we know that over six million people
were killed by Adolf Hitler in concentrationcamps and assassinated, and yet there are

(01:40:48):
still people to this day which denythat that Holocaust happened. Chris, So,
this is a page from the sameplaybook that's playing over and over again.
It's all propaganda, it's all lies. But again with no backdrop,
with no history being taught, realhistory being taught, and with the indoctrination

(01:41:10):
of students. These what I calluseful idiots on college campuses. They have
no way of knowing what and when. I don't know if you've seen any
of these protests where news media wason the scene and asking them what they
were protesting, and either they wouldn'ttalk, or they said they weren't media

(01:41:30):
trained, or they didn't know. They're just going to get Many of them
are just going along because it's somethingthat they can belong to. Chris,
and that's the sat I think thatis so true. That is so true.
And I have seen those interviews, and these are people on college campuses
that are supposed to be the talentedtenth at our Ivy League schools and they

(01:41:56):
don't even know what the hell isgoing on. So I agree with you,
and I have seen those interviews. But I want to pivot for ten
or fifteen seconds to say President Bidenknows what's going on. And as a
person who was the former vice mayorof the City of Cincinnati and a politician,
here's a guy who's putting the stateof Michigan he's putting the state of

(01:42:19):
Wisconsin. He's putting anything before meaningwhat is happening in Israel. He wants
to win Florida, he wants towin Indiana. He's trying to position where
these young people live to say I'mdoing something because he's putting the November fifth
election ahead of those five Americans whoare being held optage and all of the

(01:42:43):
one hundred and thirty two and ourally in Israel. He's putting his election
ahead of that. That is whatis happening as he discusses we're going to
withhold a weapons to our only allyin the Middle East. That is what
is sad to me this morning.Well, and you know what, he
got the heads up on this particularpoint, Chris, when in the Michigan

(01:43:08):
primary and in the Minnesota primary hehad all these thousands upon thousands of uncommitted
votes in the Democrat primary and says, Okay, this is how many people
I've got to win back to getthe electoral edge. You're absolutely And what
do you think the Jewish community isthinking today as they've supported him, given

(01:43:30):
him money, right, he's beentelling them. He just spoke nationally saying
that he was against any anti Semiticcomment that is being made. And clearly
after he gave the speech, whatdid he do? Went back to the
right house and said, Congress approvedthis these weapons. But I'm going to

(01:43:51):
hold him well. And so Iwant to just make sure that we continue
to highlight as you are the oneand thirty two hostages that are still being
held by Hamas. We need tobring them home. Oh absolutely, And
you want to talk about being betweena rock and a hard place. Net
and Yahoo has vowed that they willnot They'll go it alone if they have

(01:44:15):
to. As far as rooting Hamasout, and he's got thousands of protesters
in the streets of Tel Aviv. They said, get the hostages home,
Get the hostages home. And onthe other hand, our State Department is
questioning whether they're breaking international laws orrules and withholding needed arms to do the
job to bunk or buster and getHamas rooted out of those tunnels in Gaza.

(01:44:41):
Chris, if you can hang on, let's do one more segment.
Okay, I just need to takea quick break. You've got it more
with Chris Smithman in just a moment. Gary Jeffin for Brian Thomas this morning
on fifty five KRCV talk station fiftyfive KRC dot com. Hey, if
you're listening to me right now, well one hundred and thirty two. We
we think hostages are still being heldby Hamas in Gaza and the Israel Defense

(01:45:06):
Force trying to get them back.We need to work one morning down the
FED trying to cut off the headof the snake. And that's the other
thing. We know where the moneyis coming from. That's financing Hamas and
their atrocities in cutter And yet whyaren't we stopping that flow as well?

(01:45:32):
Things were certainly a lot different whenPresident Trump was in office with the Abraham
Accords moving of the capital of Israelto Jerusalem, and we didn't have these
kind of unprovoked attacks by Islamist Butanyway, Chris Mitherman and I continueing,
I wanted to ask you about somethingthat's not nearly as important, Chris,

(01:45:54):
but I know that you were involvedto a lesser extent in the fact that
it affects the city of Cincinnati. We don't know how greatly economically, But
what the what the County Commission isdealing with now as it pertains to the
stadium, the Bengals stadium and anew deal being worked out. What do

(01:46:17):
you know and what do you thinkabout that? Well, I think it
was one of the main reasons thepower structure Rayan Matt O'Neill in order to
split the vote, because they certainlydidn't want me there to have the discussion.
Yeah, you know, we're we'rethe county got absolutely destroyed financially with

(01:46:41):
the previous stadium deal. It wasthe worst deal in the history of our
country. It was horrible. Andso that's the starting place and for for
any county commissioner to not come fromthat place to make sure that uh Hamilton
County voters are in a better positionfrom the deal that that was voted on,

(01:47:08):
that that betting House ultimately ended upworking for the Bengals, that that
if we don't turn that around, just shame on us. That's all I'll
say to the to the county commissioners. And I want to say something before
we get off, Gary, Jeff, let me say this to you.
We have a person who's about totestify today and tomorrow against former President Trump

(01:47:32):
in this hush money case. AndI don't even like using that term because
I think it's unfair. It doesn'tdepict what really is happening. But this
guy's name is Cohen, and thisis this is former President Trump's attorney.
Now, I have attorneys. Ihave an a state attorney. I have
Chris Finny who has represented me politicallyin court many different times, and there

(01:47:57):
is something called attorney client privilege. This guy has no boundaries, no loyalty
at all, and has no understandingabout his ethics as a lawyer, even
though he has been disbarred at thispoint, he's gone to prison and he's
engaged in tax evasion. He isan absolute, convicted, proven liar.

(01:48:23):
How in the world does a Manhattanprosecutor put this guy on the stand against
a former president and say that weshould take what he's saying in his testimony
today, we should take that witha grain of salt, because this lie
before. We know he's gonna lietoday, and we know he's gonna lie

(01:48:44):
tomorrow. This sham trial is notabout the rule of law. It's about
one thing. It's about Donald Trump. It's about getting Donald Trump. Alvin
Bragg ran on this. Letitia James, the New York Attorney General, ran
on one that one platform, gettingDonald Trump putting Donald Trump in jail.
And this is all a sham,as I mentioned, and it has nothing

(01:49:09):
to do with the rule of law. They can't even define what exactly the
crime is. Chris. There weremisdemeanors that they tried to fold into the
bootstrap into federal charges. And thisis a state of New York courtroom that
has no jurisdiction over federal law,and they're trying to point to federal campaign

(01:49:31):
laws that he violated somehow by thisbad record keeping. It's not even about
Stormy Daniels. It's a Michael Cohenis at the center. He did all
of this. And the testimony sofar has been from everyone who has testified
for the prosecution that Donald Trump hadno idea what the checks he was signing

(01:49:55):
were going for. He did notorchestrate this. Now, Colin is a
s liar, as you mentioned,He's a convicted perjurer. He's been convicted
of tax evasion. He has beentrying he's been trying to raise money from
the fact that he is the prosecution'skey witness, just like Stormy Daniels had
to admit then it was all aboutthe benjamins for her. This is not

(01:50:19):
anything to do with Donald Trump breakingany law. This is about a political

(01:50:40):
this so that it never happens tosomeone else, and I want your listening
audience to know this is not aboutformer President Trump. It's about the rule
of law. It's about the criminalizationof elections. If they can do this
to him, they can do itto you. That's the problem here.
And so I want to share withyou as we are at close out,

(01:51:02):
we're in National Police Week. Iwant to extend my deepest respect for the
men and women and blue across theUnited States of America. Nineteen officers have
lost their lives so far this year, which is horrific. We extend our
love and respect that we value them. Happy National Police Week. Chris Smitherman,

(01:51:26):
thank you so much. What ablessing you are. All right,
we move along. Adam Taylor joinsus in a few minutes after the break
on fifty five KRC the talk station. You're twenty twenty four election headquarters early.
Give them long time to figure outthey have to fifty five krc the
talk station. This report he hassponsored I was wrong and laid Travis aid

(01:51:48):
Buck section. If Oregon couldn't makethis work, no state is going to
make this work. Today after Glennon fifty five KRZ, it is eight
six on this Monday morning, GaryJeff Walker in for Brian Thomas in the
Morning show on fifty five KRCV Talkstation. Our next guest is someone that

(01:52:11):
I've enjoyed talking to for the pastfew years and multiple venues. In other
words, I know I can alwayscount on a great conversation with her,
and she helps fill the time veryvery nicely. She is a political pundit,
She's been an author, She hasdone all kinds of things in her
life and continues to to just surpriseme with her many talents and skills.

(01:52:40):
She is also known for spouting offand you can find her at Karenkatalene dot
com. That's k A t Al i n e. She occasionally does
some talk radio as well, andyou know talk radio. Other talk radio
hosts are great to have his guestbecause they always have something to say.
Good morning, k K, howare you well, Good morning GIUJ Dobbs.

(01:53:03):
How are you? I love thatname. I didn't you told me
about that name, So thank youfor that kind introduction. You bet you,
you bet you. It's true people. You know I say something to
my wife Christa, and she says, that's sweet. I said, it's
not really sweet when it's true,is it. You know, if you're

(01:53:23):
just telling the truth, you're nottrying to be sweet, You're just saying
how it is. I just sawthis headline and I wanted to just because
you and I will talk about almostanything, whether it's oh yes, well,
whether it's pertinent or not, anythingthat's going on. I just saw
this, and the Epic Times isjust a fantastic source for news and information

(01:53:45):
of all kinds. And this wasa little health note that was out this
morning that says classical music alters thebrain. Here's how. There was a
study published in the nineties in thejournal Nature. Three groups of participants were
instructed to either sit in silence, listen to a relaxation tape, or listened

(01:54:06):
to Mozart's Sonata for two Pianos inD Major, which I love the unblogged
version of that. It's great.Ten minutes later, the group who listened
to Mozart's music showed significant improvement ina spatial IQ score, nearly ten points
higher than the two other groups whowere listening in silence or to a relaxation

(01:54:30):
tape. Have you spent some timewith some good classical music lately, Karen,
Well, interestingly that you mentioned thatwasn't grammatically correct. I noticed that
same article. I read that samearticle. We must be on the same
page this morning. Anyway, Igrew up in a very musical family,

(01:54:54):
and I grew up on classical music. When everybody else was listening to rock,
I was listening to Chopin and Beethoven, And in fact I was a
classical music radio announcer. You didn'tknow that, and I had a blast.
And when I saw that, Ithought it was fascinating. My brother

(01:55:17):
went to Juilliard as a pianist. And I've sung opera, but in a
very comedic sort of way. Yeah, I do. Like I used to
do a whole bunch of comedic operaand musical comedy and that sort of thing.
And that could be why certain music, I don't know, rubs me

(01:55:41):
the wrong way. I like thefact that it's so music is so personal
and subjective to everyone. But thearticle made an excellent point, which is
that classical music is more pleasing tothe psyche into the ear because it goes
somewhere. It's not this constant repetition, simplistic. Uh And and I'm biased,

(01:56:08):
so I would say maybe pop musichas dumbed us down. I love
bot pop music, but yeah, classical is always my favorite, and I
wish more people would appreciate its roots. But there's a decided bias against anything

(01:56:28):
Western civilization or or European civilization, and that's unfortunate because it limits people's interest
and and understanding of the world.Karen, would you would you like to
hear my Since you did a classicalradio you were announcer, and would you

(01:56:48):
like to hear my classical radio announcerimpression? Oh? Yeah, yes,
You've been listening to Brookib's Third Symphonyin E. I don't know why he
wrote it in E. And wealso heard some really rockin' Chaikovsky in that

(01:57:12):
last set. Coming up something fromBeethoven, I believe, stay tuned.
Here's a commercial about granola. Whywas that proposer, Gary Jeff I didn't
I didn't understand that composer what wasthat composer pro Kiev. I don't know
Prokiev. I'm making things up becauseI really don't know. Good. Oh

(01:57:36):
good, because I don't want tobe an elitist. But it's pro koffeev
Prokofiev. Okay, See, Iwas close. So that's why I never
got the job as a classical radioannouncer. I tried. So I wanted
to get into a little bit.You do have a little bit of time
with me this morning, correct, yes, sir, for you dolling always

(01:57:59):
all right. So we were justtalking with our friend Chris Smitherman about the
star witness in the Trump hush moneytrial. They keep saying that and it's
not about hush money. We don'tactually know what it's about. It's about
getting Donald Trump is what it's about, actually, But about falsifying business records
to pay the hush money. Ladada da, da da da, And

(01:58:19):
it goes on and on and onwith the law fare nonsense. But this
is it has been an amazing thingto watch as witness after witness after witness
for the prosecution has come on thestand and they're making the case for Trump's

(01:58:41):
defense lawyers that there's no there there, and today we get to see Michael
Cohen, the serial liar, theserial perjurer, the serial tax evader.
It's really amazing that the two lawyersassociated with Stormy Daniels, Stephanie Clifford,

(01:59:03):
whatever her name is, are bothpeople who have been to jail. We
had and we had Michael. They'reboth they're both criminals, they're both crooks,
and so I'm sorry so it,but it hasn't it been amazing that
every prosecution witness to this point hasbackfired on the prosecution. Not that it

(01:59:27):
may matter to the twelve jurors whoare all anti Trump, but just your
thoughts on Michael Cohen, Karen, you know, if we lived in a
fair universe right now, the defenseattorney and his sub sublimation would just say,

(01:59:50):
is that all you got? Andsit down? That's what he could
do, right, And we canlaugh about and I guess it's good to
laugh about anything, but at mosteverything. It absolutely kills me that this

(02:00:12):
is being done in broad daylight, going after their primary and enormous threats to
them and everything and all of theirpower, and they throw the book at
him and the library at him,in the kitchen sink, at him,
and it's all being done in plainview, and people are just going lot.

(02:00:33):
Not everybody is going laadi dah,but the fact that they can do
this in plain view is so outrageous. In a normal world, we used
to have people who had personal senseof accountability and integrity, and even people
that they don't like, they wantedto stand up for injustice because they knew

(02:00:59):
that they would be next. Ifif you if it's okay to absolutely obliterate,
persecute, not prosecute your political enemyand somebody you don't like, which
is why they drummed up the hatredtowards Trump in the first place, so
they could justify what they're doing now, and there is no justification for it.
If you can stand by and watchthat happen, then you don't care

(02:01:28):
when it'll happen to you, ifyou don't toe the public the political line.
One more sentence here, Did yousee that there were one hundred thousand
people that showed up. I wassaving it. I was saving this for
the next segment. I was savingthe Wildwood, New Jersey rally for the
next segment. So that's a greattea, it's a great tease. We'll

(02:01:50):
talk more with Karen Catialene about thepower of positive trump Ism in America and
what's real and what's not as wecontinue on fifty five KRC, the Talk
station. Fifty five KRC the Talkstation, and no popular classical music has

(02:02:13):
performed by the Moody Blues on ClassicMorning n It's in What's Gary Jeff with
Karen Catiline joined for the next fewminutes. And this is a beautiful song.
Chick, Karen, how are youh I'm doing good. I'm doing

(02:02:34):
good. They were classically trained, yes, but that's not classical music.
No, it's not. But it'spopular class it's popular, all right.
So anyway, we were talking aboutthe Trump rally. Now, mind you,
this wasn't in Florida, or Texasor South Carolina or even in Arizona.

(02:02:58):
This was in what has been traditionally, even recently, a deep blue
state where Republican is hard pressed toget elected unless he's unless he's a candidate
for weight watchers. I mean, this isn't mean, yes, couldn't get
anywhere, he couldn't get anywhere, but go ahead, I'm sorry. No,

(02:03:23):
So anyway, this is in Wildwood, New Jersey, and there are
nearly one hundred thousand people this weekendwho came out to see Donald Trump.
Meanwhile, meanwhile, meanwhile, ifJoe Biden goes anywhere, he's hard pressed
to get four people in an icecream shop, as the Secret Service is

(02:03:45):
not still a lunch room. No, he could not fill a lunch room.
That is correct. So your thoughtson the Trump rally this weekend,
and you know what, and ithasn't been I was listening to the top
of the hour. We've got anational news blurb we run and it's very
short, so they don't have timefor a lot. They mentioned the hush
money trial, but they didn't saya word in this national news propaganda about

(02:04:11):
the fact that nearly one hundred thousandpatriotic Americans turned out to see the person
they believe should be the real presidentof this country. Yeah, and they're
not going to The propaganda media isthe arm of the radical Democrat Party,
because the radical left now controls theDemocrat Party. That's obvious. But what

(02:04:36):
is so amazing is that we're livingin a real life version of the Emperor's
New Clothes. You know, wesee reality, but nothing in the propaganda
media, nothing nationally presented reflects whatwe know to be true. We're told

(02:05:00):
this is a racist country. We'retold that blacks and whites cannot get along,
and yet in our neighborhoods they do. We are told that parents are
domestic terrorists. It is so outrageous. And we're told that Trump is hated
and despised. No, they're tryingto and have for nine years or so,

(02:05:25):
try to trump up eight towards Trump. And what's sad is that there
are some people who believe it,but the great majority is we are seeing
they know the score. The hardpart is that the very small number of
people who are trying to usurp thiscountry and our constitution want to present a

(02:05:51):
reality, a false reality, andthey also want to keep us all divided.
That's another thing. You know,if if people are divided, they
won't show up for something like aTrump rally. And this what happened in
Wildwood is the thing that they hatemore than anything else in the world,

(02:06:16):
and that's people standing together on principle, defying the lies, defying what they're
telling us. People aren't buying itanymore. And I think that's what they
hate more than anything else, becauselook at the one more thing. I
know, there's always one more thingwith you. Look at what the propaganda
media has done. Remember years agowhen they would pontificate in a in a

(02:06:42):
false kind of way. Let's alltry to get along, Let's have tolerance,
Let's have tolerance for differences of opinion. Joe Biden. Joe Biden ran.
Joe Biden ran on that, misterunity, lies, lies and more
lies than thrive on division, blackagainst white, old against young, rich

(02:07:04):
against poor, Christian against jew whateverit is. They're trying to divide people
so they can ride in on theirblack horse. That's not a racial comment
and say we are going to fixthings. All you gotta do is give
up your liberty. People know that'swhat's going on. And so for one

(02:07:26):
hundred thousand people in a I hatethe color, it's not right blue.
It should be a red state becausethey are communists red, but in a
notoriously Democrat state. I lived therefor about thirteen years in New Jersey,
not in Wildwood, but in theNew York City area. For them to

(02:07:49):
stand together and defy the narrative, they've got to be going crazy. That
doesn't mean that they won't win.And that's what we have to remember is
that we have to keep doing thisand they're they're making us unite. Wouldn't
it be great if we said, you know what, it's the Democrats that

(02:08:11):
helped us to unite against them becausethey're so psychotic. Well, here,
here's psychotic. Here's the other thing. I don't believe for one. I
mean, there is a piece ofme that believes that, yeah, they're
trying to put Trump in jail becausethey can't stop him any other way.

(02:08:31):
But I don't think that there wasany real effort. I don't think that
Alvin Bragg believed that this was goingto result in a conviction. It may
I don't believe that that was everthe point. The point was to keep
Trump Trump as limited as possible fordoing things like he did this weekend because
he wasn't bogged down with this lawfair sham trial bs. There would be

(02:08:56):
probably three of these rallies a weekin different parts of the country. There
would be I think it's a multipronged attack. I think that's one.
They want to bankrupt him. Oh, they want to smear him, delegitimize
him, make gullible, people hatehis guts and cheer when he is persecuted.

(02:09:18):
And they also want to proclaim thatthis is quote justice really read injustice
in America today and you better getused to it. You better not defy
us or will come after you.And we don't care how much we frame.

(02:09:39):
Notice, there's never accountability. Theytried to frame him for the phony
Trump Russia collusion, which they didin broad daylight. Was there any accountability
for that? No? You knowwhy because the arsonists are in charge of
the fire brigade. Well, Itell you what. As far as the
trying to bankrupt him, which they'vebeen doing a pretty good job at.

(02:10:01):
You know, the half billion dollarsettlement that anger On put down in the
civil case in New York, thatwas all total bs. As well as
far as far as Donald Trump overvaluinghis properties and trying to come bank from.
Yeah, so it looks like thatJudge Ingern may be in some trouble

(02:10:22):
with the New York Law Association thatthey're investigating him now because apparently he spoke
xpartey to another lawyer about that trialand judges are not allowed to do this.
And there's this lawyer Bailey, whoclaims that anger On was talking to
him while the trial was going on. You know, this stuff is so

(02:10:46):
important that they be held accountable becauselawfare is clearly the strategy for now.
And notice, notice we all noticethat every one of these cases are being
prosecuted by crooks. I mean, look at I follow a little bit of

(02:11:13):
the uh, oh god, what'sher name in Georgia? Willis Oh my
god, I mean it is again, it's so in your face, it's
so in your face even that theimpropriety is such a weak word for what

(02:11:37):
they did, and it's it's it'sliterally pay to play right out front where
you could see it. And Idon't know it really. I think the
message is a giant billboard there isno longer justice in America, and you're
going to have to fight us tostore equal justice in America. And by

(02:12:03):
the looks of what happened in Wildwood, it may just be that people are
prepared to do just that. Absolutely. Karen, Katleen, God bless you.
Thank you so much for being ourguest this morning and for being my
friend. Karen Katalen k A TA L I N E dot com.
You can catch your spouting off onthe net. Be careful with that.

(02:12:24):
Uh, take care, dear, and we move along. Danny Hills joins
us next fifty five KRC. Thesimply money minute is all right. He's
a dreamy police at least that's whatis a significant other. Probably thanks former

(02:12:46):
head of the Cincinnati Pageneral Order ofPolice, now with frontline advisors and working
with the city of Amberly Village. Our friend Dan Hills. Good morning,
Danny. How are you, JaredJeff. I'm I'm doing well. I'm
here to talk about something that isn'tso pleasant though, of course no,
and we're talking about it. Thisis National Police Week, is it not.

(02:13:11):
Yes, sir, Friday is ourlocal memorial here, and that may
or may not be the same daythat the police officer a Jacob Urban might
be laid to resh. Just tryingto figure out the timing of that.
You Cook Police Department. He's twentythree years old, Gary Jeff, I've

(02:13:31):
only been with the department for tenmonths. I've seen a picture of him
in some sort of battle dress.I guess he served his country before he
came on the police department. I'mnot sure which branch his dad, as
you Cook police officer. He wasengaged to be married. I saw a
picture a couple different pictures on theInternet of he and his beautiful bride to

(02:13:56):
be. I mean, everything seemedto be in order, this young gentleman's
life who was at a surtist countrynow serving his department, and and very
very sadly he uh, he cameinto somebody that was leading quite a different
life. Uh. The Shawn AnthonyVaughn twenty four convicted felon. The call

(02:14:22):
that that that brought Osher durban uhto to the scene where he was was
murdered, was that her child's fathertalking about the Shawn was threatening her and
her mother. So here's this guy, a convicted felon. He's threatening women.
And when he went around into abackyard, I guess he laid there

(02:14:48):
and and you know, just waitedfor the oser. Uh. It was
an ambush. And and my my, without knowing the whole tactical out of
this thing, don't know all thatyet. I'm guessing that author Durbin never
had a chance, right, reallysurprised by the guns are and you mentioned
that you see him in some kindof military battle dress. He served his

(02:15:11):
country. So many police officers whenthey get home, because of their training,
they want to continue to serve. And whether you are serving in our
military, or whether you're serving asa police officer or a if you're in
the fire department, if you're anyof kind of our our frontline people,

(02:15:33):
front line responders, you are stillserving your country. And that's the thing
that I think is missed by somepeople who just don't understand what service means.
You know, how many police officershave come from the military, Dan,

(02:15:54):
It's a pretty high percentage, isn'tit generally. Yeah, you know,
I'd serve in the army as amilitary police and served in Germany.
I can tell you when I cameon way back in nineteen eighty seven.
That's Tanya that I'm very old,Gary, But I started nineteen eighty seven
on the Sinci police department. Therewas a high high number of Vietnam veterans

(02:16:15):
that were the senior police officers, and a lot of them had come out
of Vietnam and they knew the militarystructure and that's what they knew, and
I'm sure they probably had experienced amassive adrenaline Russias in battle, and you

(02:16:37):
know, the police department just fitfor them. And those were a lot
of the people that you know,I learned from where those Vietnam vets who
were a veteran Cincinnati police officers.Trying to remember I think it was one
of our line of duty deaks beforeI was on seventy nine, was a
gentleman by the name of Seaffert Roberts. For I believe it's I recall,

(02:17:01):
right, heat flew helicopters, andjust type of service people that you have
that you know, just go fromone service to another. And like you
said, I like what you saidthat they're still serving their country. Always
think of them serving their local community. But the local community, the country,
none of it exists without law andorder. And that's what these men

(02:17:26):
and women bring to the communities andthe country they serve as law and order.
A good deal has been done bypeople who are either anarchist or criminals
to take away that designation of servicefrom our police and our law enforcement officials,
I believe, and because they wantto try and to find it in

(02:17:48):
a different way, like these arejust bullies, or these are people who
are racist, these are people withan anti societal agenda, when nothing could
be farther from the truth. Theseare people who are serving their community,
serving their country in the same respectand you mentioned the fallen officer in Euclid

(02:18:09):
Durbin, who was murdered this weekend, aged twenty three, and you were
talking about how well we were talking, and you were talking about how these
young officers need someone around to mentorthem as they're coming in, not that
they're not already well trained and readyfor the job, but nothing can prepare

(02:18:33):
you like experience. And you knowthis firsthand. Dan, you're still doing
some auxiliary police work yourself, andeven though you're retired, but you know
what I mean. Tell me abouttell me how important it is for the
mentoring of one generation to go tothe next. Well, you know,

(02:18:56):
when you're given that type of awesomeresponsibilit you know, a badge, a
gun, the authority to be ableto apprehend somebody. That's a lot for
anybody, but it's a whole lotfor a twenty one year old young man
or woman. And well, Iagree that's a good age to start police

(02:19:16):
officers because it's a very physical job, and not even not just fighting a
bad guy, but just getting itout of your cruiser a couple dozen times,
with all that gear and climbing stepsand the heat in the summer and
everything standing directing traffic. It putsa wear and a tear on a body.
But Gary Jeffrey there, I'm here, I'm listening. Oh okay,

(02:19:41):
I'm getting some sort of noise, some sort of background. But there's a
lot of wear and tear on thebody. But you also need you also
need that experience around to let youknow that the responsibility is awesome. And
you know, I became a muchmuch more respectful of that awesome responsibility the

(02:20:03):
longer I was a police officer. And it's not to be taken lightly.
And you know, you should youshould give you should give people a break
when you can and uh and anddo your best to be you know,
part of the part of the community, not something that people fear or disrespect,
and and that a lot of thatcomes with Stephen you can. So,

(02:20:24):
Yes, we need our we needour senior guys and gals. Dan
Hills, you talked to you talkedabout this convicted felon that murdered officer Dervin
In in euclid uh It. Thisis another thing that that people, I
don't know if they understand the rateof recidivism, even in violent crimes,

(02:20:46):
if they're you know, allowed outby some kind of revolving door justice system
that doesn't seem to do justice,uh for people that truly deserve and need
some justice administered to them. Buthow how likely is it if you have
committed a felony that you get outand you're going to commit that felony again.

(02:21:09):
I mean, I always believe thatthere's a chance for rehabilitation and second
chances. But most of the crimeis committed by a very small minority of
the population. True, you're staringstealing my thunder it is. It's a
tiny segment of population, and ourour government has failed has failed us terribly
in dealing with that very small Ibelieve in you know, three time loser

(02:21:35):
rules and things of that nature,if we could actually have the space and
and and you know, the gutsto uh have the judges and the legislatures
that make it possible to put thesemultiple time losers in prison for long,
long sentences, so we just don'thave to deal with them out on the

(02:21:56):
streets. Because you say you believethat you know, people can be real
bility that sometimes, Gary, Jeff, I think there's a whole lot of
people that can't. I think thatmaybe you catch somebody you're only catch them
young, catch them when they're juvenileor something like that, they have a
chance. But in a lot ofcases, and probably the majority of the
case, is that your felons arefelons for life, or at least until

(02:22:16):
they get much much older. Theyget too old to be out there causing
that much crime. And the bestway to serve the public in a lot
of cases is just putting these folksbehind bars, keeping them behind bars so
that you or I are any lawa body to this and doesn't have to
be confronted by them and have theirstuff taken or them assaulted or threatened or

(02:22:39):
anything. And then you know thatwonderful, wonderful servants such as Ostr.
Jacob Durbin doesn't have to you know, I don't know this guy's a record,
but I'm going to guess there isenough on there that he probably still
should have been incarcerated on something.I knew he was on some sort of
community control, which is a fancyterm for herbase. So some judge along

(02:23:01):
the line thought, oh, thiswill work better than putting behind bars,
and uh, you know, ata certain point, I think that people
need to be put behind bars, and I'll be interested in the day's upcoming
to learn more about this bad guy. And and and you know, if
I was a betting man, I'mgoing to bet that he had enough on
his record that he should have probablybeen confined instead of threatening his his uh

(02:23:26):
baby's mother and her mother. Heshould have been confined and therefore would not
have been able to take the lifeof this hero Jacob Durban. There should
be there should be a special circumstancescharge for people who purposely lay in wait
to ambush police. I think thereshould be. Uh, we need to

(02:23:48):
maybe get get a hold of thelaw books and maybe rewrite those for you
know, those kind of special circumstances. Sean de Sean took care of business
for us. I believe he wassurrounded by Swatt and I I think he
I think he took care of businessfor us. Okay, well in his
thought. But I agree, Iagree, I think that. But if
they if they, if they,if they would be if they survived the

(02:24:11):
encounter, there ought to be somespecial circumstance justice supplied there in my opinion.
Uh, just real quickly, Dan, with a couple of minutes,
we got talk about the police memorialFriday. Here in town. Yeah,
it's UH Cincinnati and Greater Cincinnati thatUH police that put on this the Memorial

(02:24:35):
of Fountain Square. I believe itstarts at eleven. I don't have it
in front of me there there therethere will be the speeches and stuff,
and then we march back to infront of District one where the police memorial
is. For now. We'll seehow much longer it stays. There is
a lot of that changes happening downthere, and that's where they always add
the names whenever we locally lose somebody, and that's where you'll have the flyover

(02:24:58):
and and the gun salute and tapsand those things, and it's always very
moving. Every year it's very verymoving. So the public is welcome,
and like I said, I believeit's a Fountain Square at eleven o'clock that
it starts this coming Friday. Allright, Dan with Frontline Advisors, Thank
