field trip because we've got a brand new thing that

These were our first two field trips. People can nominate

school teacher, it could be a nurse, it could be

went out and honored our first two local legends yesterday,
and I think we're going to play the first one

my in my age. You know, I almost cried when
we did Local Legends yesterday. We went out and surprised
some people and there was a moment where I almost like, yeah, eying,

a long time since I've been to a fight. But
that all changed this week.

So you know there's a you know, I have a workout,
friends that work out, We work out every day, and
there's a gentleman that goes there. He's older, he's you know, retired,
and he does doesn't bother us. But you know, he's
one of those guys retired. He just kind of like
tells people what they're doing wrong, you know, kind of
you know, not unsolicited. He'll walk up to people and

we know because they had come to us and they go, Man,
I just had to talk.

To that guy for an hour.

He's very chatty, very chatty, but he also is very aggressive,
you know, like you're doing that wrong. Oh it is
what it is, right, So he doesn't bother us. We
kind of just laugh about it. Well that changed this week.

So I take lifting very seriously. It's a big part
of my life. So we were doing a workout. We
were squatting my friends and I my friend was going
for a very very heavy lift, I mean over four
hundred pounds, and in the very moment when he was
about to do what the guy came walking over next
to us and started talking to one of the kids
that was with us, like right when he was ready

to go, and so I just looked at him and
I said, excuse me. I said, can you just hold
off a second, you know, about to go? And the
guy goes, I'm talking. And then I said, well, stop
talking and you can start once the lift is done,
or move away. Yeah, and he goes, why don't you
make me?

No way, he said, make me I got it punk.

So it gets so much worse. So I look at
him and I go, listen, you don't want it with me,
That's what I said to him, And so he kind
of just you know, looked at me with this look.
The lift went on, it was done. I'm standing there,
wouldn't you know this guy he's got big balls. Man
walked behind me and checked me from behind with his shoulder.

When he said that, I froze and he looked at

to come out. It was a huge, huge deal.

But I was behind them when we pulled out of

just pulls out into oncoming traffic. Cars were beating. That
was the first thing that happened.

And then yeah, immediately something so they went wrong. He's
like he's distracted by the fact he had no gas.

Yeah, there there was gonna be an issue.

You just had to see the look on her facemen.
I looked over, Lisa. Two cars, one for me's direction,
at full speed were coming at us. I didn't even
know they were coming, and they had a slam on
their breaks.

Out of the parking lot here. If there's two lanes

Let me just preface this by saying that I'm not
a tough guy anymore. I'm soft as they come in
my in my age. You know, I almost cried when
we did Local Legends yesterday. We went out and surprised
some people and there was a moment where I almost like, yeah, eying,

you're softy. I'm a softy now. It's been it's been
a long time since I've been to a fight. But
that all changed this week.

It was recent.

It was very recent at my gym.

So you know there's a you know, I have a workout,
friends that work out, We work out every day, and
there's a gentleman that goes there. He's older, he's you know, retired,
and he does doesn't bother us. But you know, he's
one of those guys retired. He just kind of like
tells people what they're doing wrong, you know, kind of
you know, not unsolicited. He'll walk up to people and

we know because they had come to us and they go, Man,
I just had to talk.

To that guy for an hour.

He's very chatty, very chatty, but he also is very aggressive,
you know, like you're doing that wrong. Oh it is
what it is, right, So he doesn't bother us. We
kind of just laugh about it. Well that changed this week.

So I take lifting very seriously. It's a big part
of my life. So we were doing a workout. We
were squatting my friends and I my friend was going
for a very very heavy lift, I mean over four
hundred pounds, and in the very moment when he was
about to do what the guy came walking over next
to us and started talking to one of the kids
that was with us, like right when he was ready

to go, and so I just looked at him and
I said, excuse me. I said, can you just hold
off a second, you know, about to go? And the
guy goes, I'm talking. And then I said, well, stop
talking and you can start once the lift is done,
or move away. Yeah, and he goes, why don't you
make me?

No way, he said, make me I got it punk.
Speaker 4 (26:06):
So it gets so much worse. So I look at
him and I go, listen, you don't want it with me,
That's what I said to him, And so he kind
of just you know, looked at me with this look.
The lift went on, it was done. I'm standing there,
wouldn't you know this guy he's got big balls. Man
walked behind me and checked me from behind with his shoulder.

And he turns around and he puts his finger in
my face and he goes, what are.

I'm seventy one years old and I just looked at
him and I go, oh my god, you didn't. I
watched my life getting flushed down the toilet. Imagine if
I would.

You know how it ended.

When he said that, I froze and he looked at
me and he goes, you know, the dismissive thing, a
gesture with the hand.

I turned around and looked at my friend Zeb with
my mouth open, like, is this happening?

Oh my god, no, he's just I tried to explain
the story to people and they're like, let me get

a scene. Yeah, so then that was all the alter case.
But then the yelling started. He was yelling at us,
we were yelling back at him, saying just leave us alone.
It was it was a huge thing. The staff had
to come out. It was a huge, huge deal.

I talked to the owner. He saw, he heard both sides,
and we're just gonna stay away from each other.

We were in line to get a shelter dog.

came up behind me, and she said that she had
been waiting in the parking lot longer than me, and
that I should let her in front because she was
in the parking lot before me. Now I don't know,
I don't know if she was or not, but she
just got in my face so much that I just
walked away and I said, okay, I said I don't

just trying to do the lift.

and there was another couple on the beach with their
dog off the leash, running around freely, and came up
to our two dogs and I absolutely lost it. We
started screaming at each other and it just.

especially if you're around other dogs.

is I've seen like there's certain situations where the dog
are going up to though doesn't do well with dogs.
So now your dog goes into their space and they
want to attack your dog because your dog was off leash.

three toddlers alone because his wife was in the military,
traveling on an overnight flight from San Diego to Boston,

was having a hard time calming all three of them down.

super rude and super vocal, but didn't even offer to help.
So I said to her, you're a mother, why are.

that was like the most recent one.

Absolutely did the right thing. You don't want to confront
the senior citizen. You don't want to do that, but
you want to know what. You can't excuse bad behavior
for anybody's age. I cross children. I'm sitting here in Newton.

I cross children, and you have to hold them accountable
for their actions.

Yeah, Susan, you make a very goodly agree with you.

They should throw the guy out.

I agree, but I don't want to cause more problems.
It's like we we we've been existing for several years
together in the gym. We can continue on just ignoring
each other.

I think the fact that we're talking about this could
maybe make it a bigger.
Speaker 2 (39:22):
Problem, a bigger problem. Now, this guy's got to be
kicked out of the gym because you said it. He's
been an ongoing problem for everybody, right.
Speaker 4 (39:30):
I don't know how many people are complaining about you know,
him being you know, bothering them, but you know, he
just offers a lot of unsolicited But.
Speaker 2 (39:36):
If you're listening, the guy in the gym, Justin's challenging
you right now to a parking lot, bra.
Speaker 6 (39:41):
Yeah, I'm not going to file a police report and
I'm not going to do all that. Listen. The owner
knows it's on camera. He told me. He goes, I'm
gonna look at the camera.
Speaker 5 (39:48):
But I agree with.
Speaker 3 (39:48):
This caller that he's just because he's seventy one doesn't
mean he gets away with hitting.

You requests from the gym that you go to.

Can we please have the footage afforded to me that's
in Winnie's World on Instagram and I will edit it.
I'll block out that man's face, but we need the
footage of Justin getting checked.

So my situation is very similar to Lisa's. You know,
I was in a Marshall's and I needed to go
to the restroom. That was my reason for going in.
So I went into the restroom and you know, it's
a public reshroom, so it is what it is. But
I had to use the restroom. I had to, you know,
number one, no big deal. And so the stalls were
both of them were full, two of them. And so
when I walked in, I could hear some rumbling behind me,
(40:54):
like someone was rushing or something. And so, you know,
I didn't pay attention because it was behind me. And
I went in there and I said, oh, I got
to wait in here for this. An older lady comes
in after me and she's like I was here, and
so I was like, oh boy, here we go with this, right,
And I said to myself, stranger danger, And so I
didn't acknowledge her, and she knew because I didn't like
(41:15):
acknowledge her or.
Speaker 2 (41:16):
Look at her.
Speaker 19 (41:17):
I just kept my face forward, and when the woman
came out of the stall, I went in.
Speaker 4 (41:21):
I had to peek as you should have, as you
should yeah, right, as you should have, Sonia.
Speaker 7 (41:28):
Yeah, if you really had to go, you really had
to go, right, that's an emergence.
Speaker 1 (41:32):
Yeah, right, Sorry, certain thinks I let an old lady
go in front.

Of me, right, If I had the guy that bad,
I can't.

Yeah.

And if you really have to go, when you say
something to I have to know, Yeah, it's an emergency.
