Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hey guys, welcome back. Don't worry about the clouds you're
seeing this morning, because we will get some sun today, Lisa.
Speaker 2 (00:06):
Sun today, Sun tomorrow, Sun Wednesday, and then the rain
will hit us on Thursday.
Speaker 1 (00:11):
And we need the rain desperately. By the way, did
you see that huge fire in Chelsea overnight thee.
Speaker 2 (00:17):
Yeah, it's affecting traffic actually all over Chelsea Cressnab Clinton Street,
Eastern av It was a nine alarm fire.
Speaker 1 (00:25):
Damn firefighters from all over the region, I mean huge
warehouse fire. Anyway, there's that, and then there's jingle Ball,
which is fast approaching. It's coming up December fifteenth, in
case you missed it. It sold out in about two and
a half minutes the entire TV garden. But we've got
a pair of tickets for a lucky someone out there
right now. Call our twenty five at six months seven
(00:45):
nine three, one one one eight will make the keyword.
The keyword is going to be toss. And why not
because Turkey Toss is next week. I can't even believe
Thanksgiving is next week.
Speaker 3 (00:58):
I know that's crazy, especial because it's so late. It's
like sole late.
Speaker 1 (01:02):
And yeah, well traditionally it's the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.
Speaker 2 (01:05):
It's because the weather's been so warm. It doesn't feel
like it doesn't feel like it.
Speaker 4 (01:10):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know, it's next week. That came
so quick.
Speaker 5 (01:13):
We say that every year, and every year it feels
like it comes so quick.
Speaker 1 (01:17):
Yeah, and it sells out every single year. I haven't checked,
but if you want to give it a shot, you
go to just want to Wait dot com if you
want to register.
Speaker 5 (01:25):
Yeah, kiss, wantawait dot com to sign up your team.
And we're almost full. Yeah, it's very close. It's going
to be gone by today or tomorrow.
Speaker 1 (01:33):
So it's down to the wire if you want to
get your team. You know, it cracks me up. I
got a call from somebody like it had to be
six seven weeks ago. Hey, Bill, I know you've got
that turkey toss thing they always call whatever we do
a thing, you know that concert thing you talk about like, Okay,
it's tradition, Okay, it's famous. It's turkey toss. And yeah,
(01:54):
I was wondering if you could do something, try to
help me get lynn Field in for Turkey Toss. I
don't know if lynn Field is in, but if they're
not in, and because I didn't help out, they didn't
try to get in. That's like embarrassing. Okay, let's go
Linfield Pioneers. Let's get you in the Turkey tars.
Speaker 3 (02:09):
I didn't know that was their name, the.
Speaker 1 (02:11):
Pioneers of Lynnfield. They've only been in Turkey Toss once.
I think I was gonna tire.
Speaker 5 (02:15):
Okay, you know we have the regulars, Everett, Arlington, Somerville.
Speaker 4 (02:20):
You know, we'd like to see some new blood.
Speaker 3 (02:22):
I love, I love to short team.
Speaker 6 (02:24):
I don't have a Milton come.
Speaker 1 (02:26):
On, yeah, yeah, what's up with Milton that time?
Speaker 5 (02:30):
Maybe they know that Everett usually wins. They don't even
want to compete. But it's still a fun experience.
Speaker 6 (02:35):
It's really fun.
Speaker 1 (02:37):
Listen, if you want to take the title from Everett,
you got to work on it. You got to practice. Okay.
Any team that's come close to beating Everett, and I
think Everett did lose.
Speaker 6 (02:47):
One year, yes, a couple of years ago.
Speaker 1 (02:50):
Practice.
Speaker 3 (02:50):
Yeah, that was a that was a really was it
was an upset. It was an upset.
Speaker 1 (02:55):
You got to get yourself a frozen bird and start
throwing it around around.
Speaker 6 (03:00):
He's usually a good number to train with.
Speaker 1 (03:03):
And you want to adjust your body to the turkey
toss because you're going to be taking a frozen turkey
off the sternam yep, okay. And that's that hurts.
Speaker 4 (03:12):
That hurts.
Speaker 5 (03:13):
And also you know it hasn't been raining obviously, but
it's supposed to rain Thursday. It is into Friday. So
you want to train in that kind of weather if
you can.
Speaker 4 (03:21):
Just in case, just in case.
Speaker 1 (03:22):
And in most schools, you know they have a Turkey
Day game, right, and even if you have a Turkey
Day game, I'm telling you, you want the title of
Turkey Toss winner.
Speaker 3 (03:31):
Yeah, I say it rains next Thursday. I'm quitting.
Speaker 1 (03:34):
I like it.
Speaker 4 (03:35):
I love it.
Speaker 3 (03:37):
It was so cold, it was so wet.
Speaker 6 (03:39):
He's like he's split the pants with the pants.
Speaker 2 (03:42):
Yeah yeah, no, that was a moment I had the
hat Gor's Fisherman.
Speaker 4 (03:47):
You really did look like or curious George.
Speaker 7 (03:50):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (03:51):
All I know is a rainy day makes the bird
even more slippery, Okay, and it makes for a bigger
challenge to get the Turkey Toss trophy. Let's go to Amy.
She's in Lexington. Is a beautiful town. I like Lexington.
Hi Amy, Hi, Amy, your calling twenty five. But you
do need the keyword, and what is it? Please?
Speaker 2 (04:10):
It's toss.
Speaker 1 (04:11):
Toss it is. And now you've got a pair of
tickets for the jingle Ball. But Lisa, she qualifies for
the VIP.
Speaker 2 (04:18):
Treatment, which includes upfront seats, backstage passes, and a hotel
in Boston the night of the show.
Speaker 8 (04:25):
Oh boy, that's, oh my god, my teenager is going
to be so excited.
Speaker 7 (04:29):
Thank you.
Speaker 1 (04:30):
All right, well hold on, don't hang up, do not
hang up. You got to talk to producer Riley and
she'll give you all the deats as we say.
Speaker 4 (04:36):
And there we go.
Speaker 5 (04:36):
Nine ten is your next shot to be the jingle
Ball VIP. But coming on of next weird Stories as
case of art going up for auction this week for
over a million dollars. That item is going to blow
your mind. Weird Stories next Kids Went Away.
Speaker 1 (04:51):
Seems a little weird to make.
Speaker 6 (04:53):
Oh my god, it's.
Speaker 1 (04:55):
Time for weird stories.
Speaker 9 (04:57):
I'm pretty creepy with the Billy and Lisa in the morning.
Speaker 2 (05:00):
All right, this is a really weird one. So women
listen up because this winter, according to a doctor, doctor
Donald Grant, he's warning men of a condition called winter
penis and it could shrink your member up to fifty percent. Bill,
(05:21):
because the cold weather can cause shrinkage and performance issues.
Speaker 1 (05:25):
Like Bill, that's going to get cold every winter. Why
are we just hearing about winter penis for the.
Speaker 5 (05:31):
First I mean, why are we just hearing about leaves
can be left on the online?
Speaker 1 (05:35):
What's going on?
Speaker 4 (05:36):
I don't know about shrinkage. You don't want that.
Speaker 10 (05:38):
Women know about Shrinkage's shrinks like a frightened turtle.
Speaker 6 (05:46):
Yeah, fifty percent, that's like, that's all. I mean, that's significant.
Speaker 1 (05:51):
Well, that's why if you're on a date at the
beach and it's you know, cold day, you don't go
in the water.
Speaker 6 (05:58):
Only date during the warmer months.
Speaker 5 (06:00):
I don't see the big deal here. I mean, I
mean I do a cold plunge every night. That's not
really that. It doesn't help me in that department, right,
And I'm okay.
Speaker 1 (06:07):
Well you plan accordingly, right, It's not like you've got
plans to do something after the ice bath.
Speaker 4 (06:12):
No, it doesn't matter. I do it. I can't deal
with it.
Speaker 6 (06:16):
Does it take a long time?
Speaker 1 (06:18):
A little bit, it comes out of it's a little cave.
Speaker 5 (06:20):
Yeah, you know, you get cold. But this is all
this outrage about it. I don't see the big deal.
Just live your life, That's what I'm saying.
Speaker 4 (06:26):
You know what I mean. Don't get all scared. You
both know that winter is coming. It's like, just let
it go.
Speaker 1 (06:32):
Well, not only that, one of the bad parts is
you don't want word getting out that you're suffering from winter.
Penis no dinner table and your friends are like whispering. Yeah, yeah,
be careful around, joy I thought.
Speaker 4 (06:46):
When she read the story, she looked at Bill and goes, Bill.
Speaker 1 (06:50):
Bill, Yeah, what was that all about.
Speaker 6 (06:52):
I don't know, you were just looking at it.
Speaker 1 (06:54):
Okay, how about this. The Australian government is releasing an app.
This is a brand new app down under right, and
it's called Chart Your fart ew They're asking people to
track their flatulence for three days straight to help scientists
with their study. In fact, Megan is in on that
(07:15):
study and here's what she says.
Speaker 2 (07:17):
The sound and how loud it was, or if there
was much of an odor to it. It's not something
that everyone's comfortable discussing.
Speaker 6 (07:25):
But it is a normal.
Speaker 1 (07:26):
Function of the body and it's healthy. It's a sign
that you're healthy.
Speaker 5 (07:30):
Science that's distrusting. It's part of human it's part of
human nature. It's not you know, you're helping a cause.
Speaker 1 (07:38):
But what's going on. We had the leaves and then
we've got winter penis, and now we got to worry
about our flatulence.
Speaker 4 (07:43):
This is called our weird story segment. What the hell?
Speaker 5 (07:48):
Yeah, you know what I mean when you pose the
question when he like, that's why that's gross.
Speaker 4 (07:53):
Yeah, that's why it's in this segment.
Speaker 3 (07:55):
What one is thinking? Right, Okay, this is actually.
Speaker 11 (08:03):
This is actually concerning a Southwest plane got hit by
gunfire while was sitting on the Tomark in Dallas on Friday, So, like,
how did that happen?
Speaker 4 (08:13):
Did they think that somebody from outside the airport shot
a firearm at the aircraft? We actually characterificate.
Speaker 12 (08:20):
Need to have a question here on the aircraft.
Speaker 11 (08:23):
That's so scary, especially because it's such a high security area.
Speaker 1 (08:27):
Yeah, I guess three planes were shot at.
Speaker 3 (08:29):
That's crazy.
Speaker 1 (08:31):
I don't know if they were all Southwest. But you
got a bonus in there.
Speaker 5 (08:34):
But this one's a doozy, guys. So there's an auction
at Sotheby's in New York City on Wednesday. One of
the items, one of the pieces of art, is getting
a lot of attention. Expected to fetch between one million
and one point five million dollars that piece of art.
What do you what is it? Well, it's a banana
(08:55):
duct taped to a wall. Oh, okay, it's a banana,
old banana. Yeah, it's a it's a it's a piece
by this this guy named Marizio Katlan. It's you know,
it's artwork. It's it's a banana with duct tape do
a wall, like I said. And it debuted at our
basil in twenty nineteen, and I think it's alllo like
(09:15):
one hundred grand or something.
Speaker 4 (09:16):
But it's back now and.
Speaker 5 (09:18):
Now it's been raised to between one and a half
one and one and a half million dollars.
Speaker 6 (09:22):
Isn't it Is It like a rotted banana?
Speaker 5 (09:23):
So they so that's the thing. They changed the banana out. Okay,
so it's not the original banana. But you know, you're
spending all that money not for the banana, but for
the art.
Speaker 12 (09:33):
We are looking at an ordinary banana and an ordinary
piece of duct tape.
Speaker 1 (09:36):
However, what makes.
Speaker 12 (09:37):
The ordinary extraordinary is the intention of the artist who
put this together. There is, simply put, no other artwork
of the past hundred years that has provoked the kind
of response that Marizio Catalan's Comedian did upon its installation
at Art Bozs on Miami Beach in twenty nineteen.
Speaker 4 (09:56):
We are, well, this is stupid?
Speaker 3 (10:00):
Can I say that?
Speaker 4 (10:01):
Yeah? Well that's the debate. It's like what is art
and what's not art? You know? And who changes the
banana out? That's my question?
Speaker 6 (10:08):
And does that person come to your house?
Speaker 5 (10:10):
I don't know, but it's literally a banana duct table roll, Like, okay,
you can make it at home for two dollars.
Speaker 4 (10:16):
I don't know what's worse, that story or the winter penis.
Speaker 1 (10:19):
I know where the man, but there's a storm coming
tonight and you're guaranteed to get two to three inches. Hey,
we're coming up on the entertainment next. We're gonna take
you to the Celts game Saturday afternoon. We'll also take
you to Saturday Night Live Saturday Night. We'll take you
to the Tyson Jake Pulified and the Bills Chiefs. All
(10:40):
that coming up next in entertainment standby, Hey.
Speaker 7 (10:43):
It's Dove Cameron and you're waking up with Billy and
Lisa in the morning.
Speaker 13 (10:47):

Speaker 1 (10:50):
Hey, everybody walking back. It's a Monday. What time is
the sun coming out today, Lisa.
Speaker 6 (10:55):
I had a couple of hours. Yeah, it's coming.
Speaker 1 (10:58):
What weather we've had? Yeah, the sixties like almost for
the last week. And Sonny, that's.
Speaker 6 (11:05):
Why it doesn't feel like Thanksgiving is next week.
Speaker 4 (11:08):
Literally next week.
Speaker 3 (11:08):
It's crazy.
Speaker 1 (11:09):
Well, the bad news is very dry.
Speaker 6 (11:11):
It is very dry.
Speaker 1 (11:13):
Brush fires are still an issue, a huge fire in
Chelsea last night. Anyway, anyway, you want to squeeze in
a talkback justin before I get to entertainment. I know
you're going to tell me what I have done.
Speaker 5 (11:21):
Well, No, I just can't believe we just played Drake
best I ever had. Oh yeah, So that's my that's
my that's my jam.
Speaker 4 (11:27):
You know.
Speaker 1 (11:27):
We played early this morning, Natasha Beddingfield.
Speaker 4 (11:30):
We did.
Speaker 5 (11:32):
We did yeah in the five o'clock in the rewind Show. Yeah,
and Natasha that's great. You know what's switching things up?
That's what we do around here, that's right. Anyway, let's
check out with the vacation club. What are they up to.
Speaker 7 (11:42):
On vacation at l Romana. It's called Pahia Princey Pey Resort.

it was.
Speaker 7 (12:01):

Speaker 1 (12:31):
Now the entertainment update with the Billy Consta. All right,
listen up. We've got two big blockbusters hitting theaters this
coming weekend Friday, in fact, Wicked and Gladiator too. They're
calling it a Wicked Glad weekend. Ariana Grande and Cynthia
Orrivo both went on fallon Friday Night to promote Wicked,
and they did a duet describing their character.
Speaker 6 (12:51):
I'm a witch and I'm a witch, which is witch?
Speaker 7 (12:54):
Well, here's a switch.
Speaker 1 (12:55):
We were roommates back at school Elsie's awkward, Glinda's cool.
Speaker 2 (12:59):
We were strange that slowline, but now our bestie is
right and.
Speaker 6 (13:02):
The school we go to it's cool.
Speaker 1 (13:04):
Chizz I study half for every quiz.
Speaker 9 (13:06):
Well, Glinda, Chase's boys with Riz one day will both
meet is green?
Speaker 1 (13:11):
He bring hey green Hey.
Speaker 6 (13:12):
So this sounds good.
Speaker 9 (13:13):
Kind of a box green Hay green, Hay green poles,
but a team and all of us.
Speaker 6 (13:18):
I love that.
Speaker 1 (13:19):
Well, we have the movie nerd Mark from Showcase calling.
Speaker 6 (13:22):
In with right at nine ten. But like we said
this morning, that kind of.
Speaker 2 (13:26):
Gives us a good overview of what the movie's about.
Speaker 11 (13:29):
Yeah, because I had no I've heard of Wicked my
entire life.
Speaker 3 (13:33):
I've never watched it and never looked into it. I
have no idea. I get the.
Speaker 11 (13:36):
Idea it's a prequel to the to oz By, but
I have no idea.
Speaker 3 (13:40):
And now I know.
Speaker 1 (13:41):
Yeah, they're saying it's going to take in eighty million.
I'm sure it will this weekend. Meantime, Gladiator Too also
opens on Friday, and uh Airbnb in Paramount are teaming
up to offer this weird experience a gladiator experience at
the actual coliseum in Rome. Here's that deal.
Speaker 10 (13:58):
You'll get a three hour long experiences at night after
sundown at the Coliseum, and you'll have the entire arena
all to yourselves. They'll be greeted by their patron host
for the evening, who will take them down into the
underground chambers of the coliseum, which is called the Hippagm.
That is where gladiators would actually walk the halls themselves
(14:20):
and prepare for battle. But you also be able to
explore every part of the Colisseum to yourself. So this
is truly a one of a kind opportunity. And the
Colosseum has never opened its stores after dark to the public.
Speaker 1 (14:32):
Not everybody's happy about it, right justin Yeah, in Rome,
they're not.
Speaker 5 (14:35):
They think that it's uh, you know what it's in
not Disneyland. Yeah, you know that it's you know. So
they're asking them to not rent it out, not do
the air and Airbnb thing, but still leave the money.
Speaker 3 (14:48):
How can you do that?
Speaker 1 (14:49):
Though?
Speaker 4 (14:49):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (14:50):
Actor Paul mescal is a gladiator in Gladiator Too. He's
going to be hosting Saturday Night Live December seventh. Shaboozi
going to be the musical guest that night, and Charlie
XCX was both the guest and the musical artist on
Saturday Night Live. The other night, she did a skit
where celebrities actually auditioned for a role in the movie Wicked.
(15:13):
Chloe Fieman, by the way, it's hilarious. She played Jojo
Siwa and Charlie XCX was Adele. Here's a clip Jo
reading for Glinda pop you know you're going to be popula?
Speaker 13 (15:27):
Maybe a game with.
Speaker 1 (15:29):
Bag okay testing for alphabet Adele?
Speaker 6 (15:34):
We can I type me?
Speaker 3 (15:35):
She's off?
Speaker 7 (15:37):
Okay?
Speaker 1 (15:37):
Wicked?
Speaker 3 (15:38):
Oh my god, I've said the name of the bloody movie.
Speaker 8 (15:41):
Shu.
Speaker 6 (15:43):
I thought Charlie xx did a great job hosting.
Speaker 1 (15:46):
She was really funny. That's a big gig to host
and be the musical guest is great.
Speaker 11 (15:50):
Did you see they I can't speak. They brought out Domingo,
the Domingo thing.
Speaker 1 (15:55):
No, I didn't see it.
Speaker 11 (15:56):
Yeah, they did part two. It was to hot to
go about her getting pregnant by Domingo. It's like a
it was a sequel to the first one.
Speaker 1 (16:04):
Oh, I'll definitely watch it. I'll probably watch it when
I get home today. Also this weekend Friday Night with
the Big Mike Tyson, Jake Paul fight kind of a dud.
Jake Paul won the fight. It went the distance, but
well Iron Mike struggled right from the start. I think,
and here are both guys after the bout. This man
is an icon and it's just an honor to be
(16:25):
able to fight him. And he's obviously the toughest, maddest
man on the planet.
Speaker 4 (16:29):
So it was it was really tough like I expected
it to be.
Speaker 5 (16:32):
What is your assessment of Jake Paul the boxer, the
very good fighter.
Speaker 4 (16:36):
Do you think he deserves respect from the public. Absolutely.
Speaker 1 (16:39):
Hey, that was a good slap.
Speaker 4 (16:41):
I like that.
Speaker 1 (16:44):
Yeah, that was the slap from the way in.
Speaker 4 (16:46):
Well there you go.
Speaker 12 (16:47):
Yoh.
Speaker 4 (16:47):
I don't want to hear about the Jake Paul Mike
Tyson fight. That's all news. I'm onto the next news.
Seacrest Costa. When's it haten?
Speaker 6 (17:01):
My money? My money's on you, Bill.
Speaker 3 (17:03):
Yeah, that's the only fight I think you can.
Speaker 6 (17:05):
Yeah, okay, you'd be slapping each other.
Speaker 11 (17:09):
It would be such a girl fight, like scratching. No,
I'm the better host. No, I'm the better host.
Speaker 1 (17:14):
Can you imagine if I lost?
Speaker 6 (17:17):
I'm telling you, my money's on you.
Speaker 4 (17:18):
Well, Tyson was rocking assless chaps before the fight. So
you know, Bill, there you go.
Speaker 1 (17:24):
Well, it'd be easy for me. I'm already assless. That's true, Okay.
Jake Paul got forty million, Yeah the fight, Tyson got
twenty I'll take twenty million to lose.
Speaker 5 (17:37):
Yeah, uh sea, cresting cost of fighting something like this.
Speaker 1 (17:47):
Meantime, the women fought the other night as well, Amanda
Serrano and Katie Taylor. Taylor won, It did go the distance.
It was unanimous, though, and Serrano's not happy.
Speaker 8 (17:58):
I am.
Speaker 11 (18:00):
I'm they were sad because I went out there and
I felt like I gave it my owl. I had
a big gash in my eye and I just kept fighting.
Speaker 3 (18:08):
To me, it didn't matter Gus Britton's tears. I went
in there, I gave it my.
Speaker 1 (18:12):
Ole about the Celtics Saturday night, Jason Tatum and the
buzzer beater, and over time, no less, we.
Speaker 4 (18:19):
Did have a couple of catch it on a love catch.
We got the scrum action Jave he got ran over.
I thought he was gonna call the foul and I
had to make it play.
Speaker 1 (18:29):
Justin You were there with your buds. Must have been exciting.
Speaker 5 (18:31):
Oh, very exciting. Any any overtime game is always great. Yeah,
a buzzer beater too. I mean it was the garden
was just insane.
Speaker 1 (18:40):
Then you were like a superstar. You brought your buds
courtside during the warm up, standing right next to Tatum
talking to Eddie Palladino, the voice of the Celtics in
the garden.
Speaker 4 (18:49):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (18:49):
So it was two of my friend's birthdays, Chris and Mike,
and you know, they don't they've never really done anything
like that, so I surprised them. We got to the seats,
I go, let's go down there, and they were like,
to the court. So we get down there and meanwhile,
Jalen and Tatum are right next to us warming up.
Speaker 4 (19:04):
They're right there. You should have seen them there. Their
faces were like, oh my god.
Speaker 11 (19:07):
Yeah, when you're down the court, it feels like it's
so different when you down there.
Speaker 6 (19:11):

I feel like he has to say in a lot
of or it gives his opinion on a lot of things.
Speaker 1 (20:21):
How much are they going to pay her for a
halftime show Christmas Day? It's got to give up Christmas?
I mean not really.
Speaker 4 (20:28):
I feel like she got ten million from Kamala Harris
to her.
Speaker 1 (20:33):
What do you think fifty mil No?
Speaker 11 (20:34):
No, no, no, no, probably like ten or fifteen man,
something like that.
Speaker 4 (20:39):
You know they're worth over a billion dollars.
Speaker 6 (20:40):
Sometimes they just do it to just be out, and you.
Speaker 3 (20:44):
Know it's an excuse to do your makeup and.
Speaker 4 (20:47):
Hair for day money. You know what ten million dollars
is today.
Speaker 1 (20:50):
Fiance nothing, It's like lunch money. Yeah, how about those bills.
They beat the Chiefs yesterday, Josh Allen with an unbelievable

They were deciding, Wow, do we kick the field goal

They took a shot. No one anticipated him running in

five six, one, seven, nine eight. You will need the
keyword and Producer Riley the keyword this time around is
going to be blockbuster. Blockbuster is the keyword because we're
going to the movies. Justin Let's song go to the
lobby with that song lobby. Oh, we've got Mark the
(22:35):
movie Nerd. He is our exclusive guy to the movies
from Showcase Cinema's Mark You there, buddy.
Speaker 8 (22:42):
I am here and I love that keyword.
Speaker 1 (22:45):
Blockbuster. Dude. You got the blockbusters on the way this
coming Friday. Are you ready for them?
Speaker 14 (22:51):
Oh?
Speaker 8 (22:51):
We are ready. This is the biggest movie week of
the year for sure. We've got Wicket opening and we've
got Gladiator too opening and both movies are going to
do amazingly well. Gladiat Or two opened overseas over the
weekend and pulled in eighty seven million dollars. Yeah, and
the Yeah, and the advances for Wicked are higher than
(23:14):
what Barbie was, So I think both of.
Speaker 1 (23:17):
Them, it's gonna Barbie.
Speaker 8 (23:20):
Let's see, it's got a shot. It definitely has a shot.
Speaker 1 (23:24):
Now, have you seen both movies?
Speaker 8 (23:25):
Mark, I have? I have. And you know, Wicked is
interesting because I saw the original show Broadway show in
two thousand and three on Halloween. It was a night
after it opened. It was before Wicked was Wicked, and
it really hit me and I loved it and it was,
you know, emotional and all that. So I had high
expectations and this movie is going to deliver on those
(23:49):
and I think for people who haven't seen the show,
from people that I've seen or have seen it and
talked about it, they love it just as much. So
I think I think it's going to be something go
eight gifts this holiday season for people to see see
at the movies.
Speaker 1 (24:04):
Well, Arion and Cynthia Arrivo, we're on fallon Friday Night.
They've been doing a lot of promoting for Wicked.
Speaker 8 (24:12):
It's everywhere that pink and green is everywhere, and we're
going to be making it a big experience, you know,
We have special drinks cocktails that we're making, the Pink
Puff potion for Glinda and the Alphaba Elixir. And I
don't know if you guys heard this, but we're doing
a special party too for iHeart and you know, for
(24:34):
Guiana it's a birthday. I don't know if you know that.
We didn't have a little thing on Wednesday at super
Lux a minute.
Speaker 1 (24:41):
Opening day of Wicked is on Gianna's birthday.
Speaker 8 (24:45):
Well, Gianna's birthday I think is next week's early yeah, yeah,
early screenings for Wicked or Wednesday night, so you can
the first to see it Wednesday night. Then it kind
of opens full schedule on Thursday. So we're kicking it
off when night with her because she's a big Wicked fan,
Yes she is. And we're also going to have some gladiators.
Speaker 1 (25:05):
There, I'm sorry, And we have a.
Speaker 8 (25:09):
Costume from Denzel Washington's costume at super Lux, and but
we're gonna have it. It's gonna be a big sort
of Wicked glad events there that night.
Speaker 1 (25:19):
And you had somebody take the costume off Denzel's back,
and you're going to have it at Showcase.
Speaker 8 (25:27):
It's that showcase and at Legacy Place, we have the
actual one of the grammories, you know, the magic spell
books from Wicked that's going to be on display there,
and we have a Wicked glad photo op. So half
of it is a coliseum, the other half is the
Emerald City and the Yellow Brick Road.
Speaker 1 (25:46):
Oh that's cool. Now did you also have you seen
Gladiator too as well?
Speaker 4 (25:50):
I did.
Speaker 8 (25:51):
It's it is awesome. I loved it. Denzel Washington. It's
like you have not seen him in a role like
that before.
Speaker 1 (26:00):
Yeah. Yeah, he's going to.
Speaker 8 (26:03):
Be a movie star. This is this is the movie.
He's made some really good, smaller movies, but this is
going to be the movie that's going to launch him
to be a major movie star. He's that good in
the movie.
Speaker 1 (26:14):
I got to tell you, Mark, my wife thinks there's
something wrong with me because she comes in and I'm
watching Gladiator the original for like the fifteenth time. She said,
oh my god, it's not possible you're watching this again.
So I am so looking forward.
Speaker 8 (26:27):
To It's such a big screen movie. It's just amazing. Mark.
Speaker 2 (26:32):
You go back to the gladiators that will be at
the g On event.
Speaker 8 (26:38):
Yeah, we have ten of them?
Speaker 1 (26:40):
Really, wow?
Speaker 3 (26:43):
Ten of them? Okay, these are these ten local actors. Yeah, oh.
Speaker 4 (26:51):
Last model. Yeah, Billy's been walking around for like weeks.
Speaker 8 (26:57):
You oh yeah, in our cup. Our drink cups are
going to be armor, so they need like, oh armor,
So Billy, you're gonna need to get one of those. Okay, Well,
we have a Witch's cup for Wicked that you can
drink out of with a witch's hat. And then we've
got the light up popcorn It's a pink and green
popcorn vessel as well.
Speaker 1 (27:17):
So Showcase.
Speaker 2 (27:19):
Showcase literally does events like oh yeah, I mean you
guys go all out.
Speaker 3 (27:24):
Yeah, for sure.
Speaker 8 (27:25):
It's you really do?
Speaker 6 (27:27):
You do?
Speaker 7 (27:27):
You really do?
Speaker 8 (27:28):
And that's that's the fun of us. You have the
fun of this job. And you know, going in the movies,
it's like, you know, after Pandemic, we had to really
bring people back. Barbie really helped do that. And this
is going to be one of those weeks that's going
to kick off another kind of phenomenon. I really think
Wicked Glad is going to be something.
Speaker 1 (27:45):
Well, Mark, I gotta tell you you may want to
give a heads up to the Gladiator guys. I think
temperatures are going to fall a little bit later this week.
They want to be on the lookout for winter Penis.
We're told.
Speaker 13 (27:58):
We will.
Speaker 1 (28:01):
Glad you get it. Mark, thank you so much. Always
a pleasure. That's our movie Nerd exclusive to us from
Showcase Cinemas.
Speaker 4 (28:08):
Very cool.
Speaker 1 (28:08):
Love.
Speaker 5 (28:09):
Congratulations to Kristen and Boston. She was our jingle Ball winner.
She once sold out jingle Ball tickets. Qualify for the
VIP twelve ten your next shot. We'll wrap up the
big Monday Show. Next the crazy talk back about the
leaves debate, get a wait for it, that's.
Speaker 3 (28:23):
Next, Kids run Away.
Speaker 2 (28:25):
It's the morning wrap up on Billy and Lisa in
the Morning.
Speaker 4 (28:29):
All right, let's take a look back at the Monday show.
Speaker 5 (28:32):
We covered a lot of topics, as we always do
each and every morning right here on Kiss one to Wait.
Speaker 4 (28:37):
Let's start with the deers.
Speaker 5 (28:38):
So Lisa and I were both on our way here
this morning and we noticed on ninety three they had
these signs that says watch.
Speaker 4 (28:45):
Out for years.
Speaker 6 (28:46):
Yeah, especially this month.
Speaker 1 (28:47):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (28:48):
So it's October to December. The most DearS get hit
because they are sexually charging.
Speaker 6 (28:53):
Yeah, it's mating season, guys.
Speaker 4 (28:56):
Yeah, so they're you know, be careful, they will strike
deer striking. Teachers were striking.
Speaker 3 (29:02):
Oh my god, that's so true.
Speaker 4 (29:04):
Teachers are striking in the deer.
Speaker 11 (29:05):
Oh remember, women are now striking having sex with guys
because of the election too, So we have three strikes.
Speaker 4 (29:11):
Youre out, baby, a lot of strikes.
Speaker 8 (29:13):
Oh my boy, god, good morning morning crew.
Speaker 5 (29:15):
I was telling my husband this morning about all the.
Speaker 9 (29:17):
Deer hittings on the highway as he's on his way
to commute to work.
Speaker 8 (29:22):
He told me, don't worry about it.
Speaker 6 (29:24):
I'm not going to hit a deer.
Speaker 8 (29:25):
I'm all worried about the girl behind me putting.
Speaker 5 (29:27):
A makeuphon and bumping a bumper traffic.
Speaker 13 (29:30):
I said, oh, yeah, he's going to Boston, have a
great day.
Speaker 4 (29:33):
A lot of distracted driving out there, so true.
Speaker 11 (29:36):
Yeah, there's always something in your phone, your makeup a conversation.
Speaker 5 (29:39):
One time I was driving to work, not it was
a different it wasn't a different shift, and there was
somebody reading a newspaper while driving.
Speaker 1 (29:47):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (29:47):
Really, Yeah, he had the newspaper open on his steering
wheel while driving on the highway.
Speaker 1 (29:52):
And you always know when you're on the highway and
you see the the car is broken down in the
right hand lane and they you know, you can tell
one was hit from the and yeah, clearly somebody was
not paying attention.
Speaker 4 (30:03):
Clearly.
Speaker 5 (30:04):
We also had a good topic about the leaves. So
there's a debate going on in Massachusetts.
Speaker 1 (30:09):
You know.
Speaker 4 (30:09):
I always thought, as to Billy, that you always clean.
Speaker 5 (30:11):
The leaves of Friday, always do. Apparently they're saying, now
you're supposed to leave the leaves. You know, it's good
for the mulch bed. You leave them there, or you know,
grind them up with a lawnmower. So this was, you know,
there's a lot of conversation around this topic.
Speaker 15 (30:23):
I just want to let you know that I was
out running when you had the topic on leaves on
the lawn, and I was so motivated I got back
from my run and filled my entire perennial bed with leaves.
So we'll see how it goes. I'll report back in
the spring.
Speaker 4 (30:37):
Yeah, please do.
Speaker 1 (30:39):
It's crazy, Land. It just breaks the leaves.
Speaker 6 (30:42):
It looks so messy.
Speaker 5 (30:44):
I know, I know, and you know, and then we
got this where you know, this is when it goes
too far, right, when there's violence.
Speaker 4 (30:51):
With the leaves.
Speaker 16 (30:52):
So Friday, my daughter calls me and she's like, oh,
my gosh, Mom, you won't believe this, but all the
police are here. The landscapers were blowing the leaves, and
all of a sudden, our neighbor attacked the landscaper because
he was blowing the leaves. So, yeah, leaves are a
huge topic. And yeah, there's assault charges probably being brought
(31:15):
on the neighbor.
Speaker 4 (31:17):
Yep.
Speaker 1 (31:17):
So now we're afraid of the leaves.
Speaker 4 (31:20):
Well, you know, this is what happens.
Speaker 9 (31:22):
You know.
Speaker 5 (31:22):
I don't like when my neighbors don't don't clean up
their leaves, you know, because they blow into my yard.
Speaker 4 (31:27):
But obviously these people took it too far.
Speaker 6 (31:29):
Yeah, it escalated.
Speaker 5 (31:31):
Never want to put your hands on somebody else. I
just complained to my wife. She's sick of hearing.
Speaker 4 (31:36):
You know. There's more leaves blowing everywhere.
Speaker 9 (31:38):
I live in the cul Defect, and my neighbors not
only don't rake, they don't mow, they don't shovel, and
they have crap all over their backyard. So it drives
me absolutely insane. And there's no reason why they can't
pick up the crap in their backyard. Yeah, but it's
(31:59):
such a bummer to look at every day.
Speaker 5 (32:02):
So I am so for lack of a better word,
anal about you know, my lawn and my landscaping.
Speaker 4 (32:09):
My neighbor.
Speaker 5 (32:09):
There's no fence, so you know, we kind of there's
a property line but no fence, and she has a
giant yard. I'm not the type to mow an imaginary
line where the property line is and leave my nice
and cut and hers is grown.
Speaker 4 (32:22):
I just cut her grass.
Speaker 3 (32:23):
Yeah, love it for the best.
Speaker 4 (32:25):
Yeah, well of course, you know, and it all looks.
Speaker 6 (32:27):
Good and even especially if there's no funds.
Speaker 4 (32:29):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (32:29):
Yeah, So lots more to get to on the podcast
with that. Lastly, we just had marked the movie near
it on. He's some showcase cinemas. He checks in when
all these big movies come out because he sees them early.
He saw Gladiator too, and he saw Wicked. Said both
were amazing.
Speaker 4 (32:42):
They both opened this week, and he's saying that they
will take in more money than Barbie.
Speaker 8 (32:48):
Gladiator two opened overseas over the weekend and pulled in
eighty seven million dollars. Boy, and the advances for Wicked
are higher than what Barbie was.
Speaker 6 (32:59):
That's insane. That's insane.
Speaker 1 (33:01):
Well, they've been promoting Wicked for what two years? I mean,
it's that project maybe longing on even longer.
Speaker 4 (33:07):
It got to shut down because of COVID.
Speaker 3 (33:09):
That's right, it's been a long time coming.
Speaker 5 (33:13):
I mean yeah, it's uh, it's gonna be huge. You
know what, You're gonna be wicked glad when you go.
Speaker 4 (33:18):
See good one. Justin good one, I try one, all right.
Speaker 5 (33:22):
The podcast will be up right around ten am ten
ten thirty Search Billion Lisa in the Morning on the
iHeartRadio app. We also do an after show podcast, Quick
one Winnie and I a little behind the scenes look
at the show, Search Billion Lisa in the Morning. The
after show coming up next. As we say goodbye, we'll
have some talk back leftovers.
Speaker 4 (33:40):
People love that. That's next.
Speaker 1 (33:41):
Hey guys, so welcome back, justin time for talkback leftovers.
Let's just get into it. Let's do it.
Speaker 5 (33:45):
Yeah, you know, all morning long, we tell people, we
encourage people to check in on the talkback Mike on
the iHeart app. You know, if you listen to Kiss
one to eight live, there's a microphone there, you press it.
Speaker 4 (33:53):
I keep saying it. Some people they don't know, I know,
you know, so we can't get to everybody. We do
our best.
Speaker 5 (33:58):
But you know, last week we were talking about Christmas
movies on Friday and giving suggestions while people were listening.
Speaker 16 (34:04):
Good morning, crew, it's Sunday night.
Speaker 7 (34:06):
I'm sitting here watching Office Party.
Speaker 1 (34:08):
For your recommendation, it is has Derek.
Speaker 7 (34:12):
Hope you guys all enjoyed some holiday movies. This speaker.
Speaker 5 (34:15):
So she heard that on the show and then was
watching it last night and checked in while watching it.
Speaker 1 (34:19):
You know, it's funny three times over the weekend. I
said to Michelle, come on, let's watch Christmas Office Party
and she said, it's too early for Christmas movies for me.
Speaker 4 (34:26):
Oh, she's my god.
Speaker 1 (34:27):
I want to watch you dude.
Speaker 6 (34:28):
I watch The Family Man. Oh, the Nick Cage movie
so good, and that was one of our top that's.
Speaker 4 (34:33):
On my list. Yeah, it's on my list. Wow.
Speaker 1 (34:36):
I gotta do four Christmases again for like a seventh No.
Speaker 4 (34:39):
No, no no.
Speaker 5 (34:40):
We need to all make a pact to each watch
one new Christmas movie that we haven't seen.
Speaker 3 (34:45):
I actually started one this weekend on Netflix. Cut Hot Frosty.
Speaker 11 (34:49):
It's about Jack Frost that comes to life that he's
hot though he's like a six pack.
Speaker 3 (34:52):
And he's like this hot young guy.
Speaker 1 (34:54):
You want me to watch Jack frost with a six pack.
Speaker 8 (34:57):
Hi.
Speaker 3 (34:57):
Yeah, I'm just say it looks it looks cute.
Speaker 1 (34:59):
I did fall asleep.
Speaker 8 (35:00):
It is new.
Speaker 1 (35:01):
Or we could go to the theater and see Red One,
which won the box office this weekend, took the money
with the rocks.
Speaker 3 (35:07):
Is that Christmas?
Speaker 1 (35:08):
It is the place, Santa Claus the security guard.
Speaker 4 (35:12):
Yeah, it's pretty good. Hot frosty. Huh. I feel like
my ex girlphone used to call me that. But okay,
that's another story for another day.
Speaker 14 (35:19):
Good morning, guys, Good morning, This is Carlos. Just to
let you know, guys, there's a big crowd. This is
the second Sunday that I've been to Legacy Place, well
Tavern the Square across from Legacy Place, and this time
the crowd was bigger with signs say free carry reine.
Oh boy, last Sunday was small, but this Sunday was huge.
Speaker 12 (35:39):
Man.
Speaker 4 (35:40):
This is the second Sunday we.
Speaker 14 (35:41):
Go to Tayban the Square to watch a football game
and then across from Legacy Place and the cross is huge.
Speaker 4 (35:47):
Yeah, there's standouts everywhere every weekend over there.
Speaker 11 (35:50):
Because you know it happened in the Denham Court or whatever,
and it's right there. I've seen him right at that corner,
so he's not lying there.
Speaker 1 (35:57):
And there's no decision yet on the retrial being delayed
until April.
Speaker 5 (36:00):
Right now, but both sides want it, so I think
it's gonna happen. It's going to be drawn out, but
you know what, when it does happen, we'll be all
over it, you know. So a little while ago we
had marked the movie nerd on for. You know, it's Wicked,
Glad Weekends, Gladiator and Wicked.
Speaker 4 (36:14):
You know which one you pump for?
Speaker 12 (36:16):
Bill?
Speaker 4 (36:16):
Which one?
Speaker 1 (36:16):
Gladiator too?
Speaker 4 (36:17):
Yeah? But Wicked. Don't sleep on.
Speaker 13 (36:18):
Wicked because you ask who Wicked is for. I am
all in to go see Wicked, just so I can
go see Jonathan Bailey, who's the guy who plays Anthony
Bridgerton on Bridgerton because he is just an absolute hunk.
And I will send however long and however much money
to watch him on screen because I'm obsessed with him.
Speaker 3 (36:40):
Okay, oh okay, I mean he's hot.
Speaker 1 (36:43):
Really. I did he see the guy that was in
White Lotus?
Speaker 4 (36:47):
He was in Bridgerton Bridgerton.
Speaker 6 (36:49):
Yeah, yeah, he watched Bridgerton.
Speaker 1 (36:50):
Oh I love Bridgerton.
Speaker 4 (36:52):
Well, you can go watch Wicked and watch again live.
Speaker 1 (36:55):
Okay, picture this, Lisa walks in with the boys right
to the movie the Showcase Cinemas, and I'm sitting there
alone watching Wicked. Okay, well you know what a good look?
Speaker 4 (37:07):
Well Bill, you know what the mayor of the South
End says.
Speaker 1 (37:09):
He's so handsome and he's so gay. All Right, we
gotta go, But listen one more time. I gotta give
you a warning on turkey toss. It's coming up next Wednesday.
You may have a spot if you check in. You
gotta go to kiss Runaway dot com. A turkey toss
is an absolute tradition on the Morning show, So do that.
