do it. It's eight ten. But you do have something
in there. Adjusted well, you.

Speaker 5 (00:21):
Were talking about the Jonas brothers and how you know
it's the twentieth anniversary, and you know, we and our
talkbackers were like, wow, twenty years makes you feel old.
Time goes fast. You can't beat father time.

Speaker 4 (00:32):
Yeah, no, you can't.

Speaker 5 (00:33):
Twenty twenty five is coming up in just a couple
of weeks, and I have some pop culture moments that
turn ten years old. Okay, in twenty twenty five, ticket
tip down memory Lane. So in twenty twenty five, hoverboards
were a big thing. Those came about.

Speaker 6 (00:49):
I remember that that was the hottest gift.

Speaker 5 (00:51):
Yes, oh overboard.

Speaker 6 (00:53):
Remember everyone everybody was getting injured.

Speaker 5 (00:56):
Yeah, no one knows how to ride them. I fell
off of one. It takes a lot of balancing.

Speaker 4 (01:00):
Would have killed myself on one of them.

Speaker 5 (01:01):
Yeah. So we actually bought my son a hoverboard, but
we've got an attachment where he could sit stand and
kind of use these little you know, levers to kind of.

Speaker 4 (01:10):
Oh I saw that on TV.

Speaker 2 (01:12):
Yeah, so hoverboards are ten years old.

Speaker 5 (01:14):
Ten years old.

Speaker 7 (01:14):
Yep.

Speaker 5 (01:15):
Also, Apple watches came out ten years ago.

Speaker 4 (01:17):
Wow, that's crazy.

Speaker 5 (01:19):
Think about that.

Speaker 4 (01:20):
Lisa had one or one?

Speaker 6 (01:21):
Yeah, I do have one.

Speaker 5 (01:23):
Do you use it?

Speaker 6 (01:24):
I do? The band broke so I have to go
get another band.

Speaker 8 (01:27):
I do.

Speaker 6 (01:27):
I love it. Actually when I when I'm wearing it,
I love it because it calculates all your steps that
you take throughout the entire day, which makes which is
a big difference.

Speaker 5 (01:37):
It's huge. Yeah, that's huge. Also ten years ago, in
twenty twenty five. In twenty fifteen, the peach and eggplant
emoji's daily really my phone Wow became popular for a
sex thing. The peaches and the egg plant is wolla
sureg plant? Yeah wow, And those have become such a
big part of pop culture big time. It's crazy. Ten

(02:00):
years ago, Zane Mallick announced his departure from One direction.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
Insane.

Speaker 5 (02:05):
That was a big moment.

Speaker 2 (02:06):
That's insane. That was ten years ago.

Speaker 6 (02:08):
Yep, was crushing to a lot of whiles.

Speaker 2 (02:10):
I were so sad.

Speaker 5 (02:11):
Remember the super Bowl halftime show.

Speaker 4 (02:13):
I thought, for one second, you were crushed by the
departure of Jane.

Speaker 6 (02:17):
Because the band was basically breaking up at that point.
I mean they went on, they had to do one
more album, but then it was over. Yeah, okay, I
saw one direction of Gillette. I was a huge fan.

Speaker 5 (02:28):
She cried on the Katy Perry doc. Yeah you know, okay, yeah,
And speaking of Katy Perry, and it's a ten year
anniversary in twenty twenty five of her super Bowl halftime
show and left.

Speaker 6 (02:39):
Shark, I like, yes, I didn't like that.

Speaker 4 (02:43):
I never got that with the Shark thing.

Speaker 5 (02:46):
Okay, well upstage that was the beginning of her downfall.

Speaker 3 (02:49):
Yeah, keep going, justin want I want more moments.

Speaker 2 (02:53):
To me feel old.

Speaker 5 (02:55):
I know that's what this list ten year anniversary of
Taylor Swift highest grossing tour of the year in twenty fifteen,
the nineteen eighty nine tour. So think about that. Ten
years ago she had this massive tour and then look,
she just came up a two year Aristo.

Speaker 4 (03:10):
She's not the highest grossing tour anymore.

Speaker 5 (03:12):
I don't think so.

Speaker 6 (03:14):
She topped her.

Speaker 5 (03:15):
Yeah, I don't think so. In twenty fifteen, so this
will be the ten year anniversary of Steve Harvey announcing
the wrong Miss Universe. I remember this. Oh my god, Yes,
that was a huge story that year. There are two women.

Speaker 9 (03:28):
Left, Columbia and Philippines. One of you is about to
become our new Miss Universe. If for any reason she
is unevile to fulfill her duties, the first runner up
will take her place.

Speaker 5 (03:44):
Good luck to both of you.

Speaker 9 (03:47):
Miss Universe two thousand and fifteen is.

Speaker 10 (03:56):
Columbia.

Speaker 5 (03:58):
And then the apology came. Let me just take control
of this.

Speaker 9 (04:04):
This is exactly what's on the car. I will take
responsibility for this.

Speaker 5 (04:11):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (04:12):
I didn't think he was gonna survive that.

Speaker 5 (04:14):
He thrived out.

Speaker 4 (04:15):
He's been thriving and he did.

Speaker 5 (04:17):
On the feud yeah yeah, I love the feuds on
in my house. Every single.

Speaker 2 (04:22):
He revived.

Speaker 5 (04:24):
It's crazy. And finally, this one's for mister Billy. In
twenty twenty five, it is the ten year anniversary of
Bruno Mars's smash Uptown Funk.

Speaker 11 (04:37):
Don't Give a chance.

Speaker 5 (04:40):
I don't believe it. Just jam still a jams and
it was played everywhere. Yeah and for everything absolutely, so yeah.
Do you feel old yet?

Speaker 2 (04:53):
Yeah? Ancient?

Speaker 5 (04:54):
There we go by the time. You can't thank you
for that? All right? Coming up next, we have weird
Stories and a crazy funeral story. Find out why this
funeral home is going viral. I think it's kind of cool,
but people are upset about it. Anyway, Weird Stories next,
and the Billy leads a show Kiss one eight story
Kiss one with a Billy and Lisa's Weird Stories.

Speaker 6 (05:15):
All right. This weird story is out of Columbus, Ohio.
A funeral home will become the first in Ohio to
get a liquor license. Here is the owner, Hunter Triplett,
talking about getting the license.

Speaker 12 (05:29):
My role in this position is to kind of be
a party planner for dead people, you know, be more
of a celebration of life than more of the multi
day traditional services which costs a lot of money. And
their inspector called me and they're like, is this evergreen
funeral And I'm like yeah, and they're like, you would
be the first funeral home to get a liquor license

(05:50):
in the state of Ohio.

Speaker 2 (05:51):
Wow.

Speaker 4 (05:51):
Wow, Yeah, what do we think?

Speaker 5 (05:52):
I love this? I love it. I know Billy makes
fun of me. I've always said that when I do
pass on, I want to party. I know everyone says that,
but I do not want to wake. I don't want
any of that stuff. I don't want my body to
be laying there right. I want people to have fun,
to share memories. And if they want to get blasted,
get blasted.

Speaker 2 (06:09):
Do you want them to get blasted around your body?

Speaker 5 (06:12):
Sure, that's fine, as long as they're having a good time.

Speaker 4 (06:15):
Oh, that'd be cool.

Speaker 1 (06:16):
If jing just had you, like lying on the couch
at home. People come around, they sit in the living room,
have yourself a.

Speaker 5 (06:21):
Couple of cosmos, prop me up in my ice bath.
Oh even better, and have a party at my house. Yeah,
fine with that.

Speaker 2 (06:28):
I'm gonna I think I have to skip that. I can't.

Speaker 5 (06:31):
I don't blame you.

Speaker 4 (06:33):
How about this. We're going to go to Virginia for
this one.

Speaker 1 (06:35):
Okay, This grandfather, this is amazing. This grandfather goes out
hunting with his punting partners, right, and so there was
a bear up in the tree, and so one of
his partners, you know, took aim and fired at the
bear and hit him, and the bear fell.

Speaker 4 (06:56):
Down on top of the grandfather and killed him.

Speaker 13 (06:58):
A hunting group was falling the bear when it ran
up the tree, the department said. As the group retreated
from the tree, a hunter shot the bear. The animal
fell onto another hunter who was standing about ten feet
three meters from the bottom of the tree. The department
identified the man as Lester C. Harvey, fifty eight of Phoenix, Virginia.
Oh my god, he was crushed by the bear.

Speaker 5 (07:20):
What are the odds?

Speaker 3 (07:21):
Now?

Speaker 5 (07:21):
So a male bear can weigh around six hundred pounds
female three hundred and fifty pounds.

Speaker 2 (07:28):
If it's just false, it's faked, be right on you.
Oh my god. Now does the friend get any type
of negligence in this?

Speaker 5 (07:35):
No, I was an accident.

Speaker 2 (07:38):
Well, you know if you're a big animal. But you
might call that instant karma.

Speaker 5 (07:41):
Yeah, looks like in the Safaris. Yeah, get attacked.

Speaker 4 (07:45):
So justin when you and I.

Speaker 1 (07:46):
Were discussing this story about the bear falling on top
of the father grandfather, you pulled up pictures. Did I
see a picture of the bear actually on top of
the victim?

Speaker 5 (07:58):
It looked like yeah I did.

Speaker 4 (08:03):
Yeah, he was blanketing the Listen, this was a.

Speaker 5 (08:06):
Grandfather of like a million grandkids.

Speaker 6 (08:10):
It was only fifty eight. That's not that all.

Speaker 2 (08:12):
That's not at all.

Speaker 4 (08:13):
By the way, we can give them the name of
a funeral home they might want to use.

Speaker 5 (08:17):
Yeah, if they're looking at it, you can do that.
See the weird story if they just come together.

Speaker 2 (08:24):
This one is strange. Obviously it's weird stories.

Speaker 3 (08:27):
A woman from Virginia got her lunch box back forty
two years after she lost it.

Speaker 2 (08:33):
I think it's amazing.

Speaker 3 (08:34):
Like I said, if I would have been the person
that found it, I would have put it on eBay.

Speaker 5 (08:37):
It was finers keepers, losers, weepers.

Speaker 2 (08:40):
But like I said, it's very interesting to be able
to see it. Like I said, as far as remembering it,
I did not.

Speaker 5 (08:46):
But it has my mom's handwriting.

Speaker 2 (08:48):
Which I'll treasure.

Speaker 5 (08:49):
She made sure that I'd be able.

Speaker 2 (08:50):
To find it.

Speaker 6 (08:51):
Just never knew it's like forty years.

Speaker 2 (08:53):
And to be able to track me down.

Speaker 5 (08:55):
So it was actually in the wall of the school.
A janetor found it.

Speaker 4 (08:59):
Yeah, what was it doing in a wall?

Speaker 5 (09:00):
I'm not sure it was a heathcliff.

Speaker 4 (09:03):
Yeah, I don't believe lunchbox was the lunch still in it.

Speaker 5 (09:09):
I'm not sure that, but they did say that, you.

Speaker 3 (09:12):
Know, her mother passed away, and her mother did write
her name in it, so that's how they were able
to find her.

Speaker 2 (09:16):
So maybe it's a little hello from her mother.

Speaker 5 (09:18):
I had a he Man lunchbox.

Speaker 2 (09:20):
Really, Yeah, I don't really have a lunchbox.

Speaker 5 (09:23):
I just I just had, Like you had to have
had a lunchbox Whennie.

Speaker 2 (09:26):
I'm gonna text my mom, I don't think so.

Speaker 5 (09:29):
Would you remember what the food to your school?

Speaker 2 (09:31):
And she just put it in your bag in like
a paper button, like a paper bag.

Speaker 4 (09:35):
Yeah, you must have been nerdy because the nerdy kids
had the lunch.

Speaker 5 (09:38):
I had a Heman.

Speaker 6 (09:39):
Oh that's so.

Speaker 5 (09:42):
Hero now and I had the he Man. And now
you're looking to become a here you are?

Speaker 14 (09:47):
You are?

Speaker 15 (09:49):
You know what?

Speaker 8 (09:49):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (09:49):
That's what Billy hasn't entertainment coming up? What do we
got there?

Speaker 1 (09:55):
We get a lot going on. Megan Trainer's got that
big event. It's an ieheard event. There's con Friday in
New York City. She talks about it.

Speaker 5 (10:01):
Next hey' iss Jimmy founder.

Speaker 6 (10:03):

and Lisa in the morning on Kiss Went Away.

Speaker 12 (10:07):
Hey Lisa, Now the entertainment updates with the Billy godstaff.

Speaker 1 (10:13):
Here we go jingle Ball this past Sunday and I
was talk backstage with Megan Trainer. She's got this event
and I just found out it's an iHeart event. Remember
backstage we talked about her lighting up the Empire State
Building here, it was right here.

Speaker 6 (10:27):
I filmed it already, but it's coming. It's happening on
the twentieth.

Speaker 4 (10:31):
Yes, it Isn't it weird that I have all this
stuff for the.

Speaker 6 (10:37):
Yes, that's gonna be amazing. And it was the cool
stay ever and the scariest day. We went to the
very top.

Speaker 1 (10:42):
Yeah, the show is going to air a this coming
Friday night, nine o'clock on Iheart's Christmas pop station.

Speaker 5 (10:48):
I want to check that out, the Christmas station on
the iHeart am Yes, justin.

Speaker 16 (10:52):
I have a quick question. I was listening to iHeart
Christmas last night and I saw the microphone on there
that you could leave a talkback on the iHeart Christmas
app And did that go to you?

Speaker 2 (11:07):
Or who does that talk back goes.

Speaker 15 (11:10):
To if you leave one?

Speaker 2 (11:11):
And I don't know why we would leave one.

Speaker 5 (11:13):
But okay, that's a great question. Yeah, I'm not sure.
So all the Kiss want to Wait ones. If you're
listening to Kiss on the iHeart app that the red microphone,
those go to me to us right the Christmas station.
I don't know where that would go.

Speaker 3 (11:25):
We have national headquarters for all the other like iHeart,
you know national channels.

Speaker 2 (11:32):
I guess you would say.

Speaker 5 (11:33):
Yeah, maybe they play them back on the station. I
haven't listened yet this season. You know what the answer is.

Speaker 4 (11:39):
The answer is no, matter what it is, send the
talkback to justice.

Speaker 5 (11:42):
Yeah, so yeah, Kiss want to Wait red microphone that
comes to me and hear your voice on the radio.
That's pretty cool. That's the cool part of the talkback feed.

Speaker 15 (11:49):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (11:50):
Meantime, we had our jingle Ball in DC last night.

Speaker 1 (11:53):
Now you might remember, because I remember Max your sun
Lisa called you during jingle Ball because Kid LeRoy's mic
wasn't working.

Speaker 6 (12:00):
Remember that he was texting me saying I can't hear him.

Speaker 4 (12:03):
Yeah, well he addressed it last night in DC.

Speaker 5 (12:06):
For the first two songs, my microphone was off to
the crowd and it was in his so I thought
I was going crazy and nobody could hit me.

Speaker 2 (12:14):
It was so embarrassing.

Speaker 5 (12:16):
Why did you clean that up before?

Speaker 8 (12:17):
We keep going?

Speaker 2 (12:18):
He was so cute, he was so I mean, he
was max.

Speaker 6 (12:21):
He could see he's visibly upset.

Speaker 3 (12:23):
Yeah, it was him and a sound person like going
back and forth. I saw a little bit on stage
and the sound guy who was his sound guy kept
bringing him trying to fix the mic.

Speaker 4 (12:31):
I don't know what was going on, but it's a
giant show, a giant production. You know, stuff can happen.

Speaker 5 (12:36):
It was only the first couple of songs that it
was fixed. And he you know he did last Christmas.

Speaker 6 (12:40):
Yeah, we loved the kid, right, your buddy.

Speaker 2 (12:44):
He was He was great, His energy was.

Speaker 6 (12:46):
Great, and his interview with you I thought was one
of my favorites of all time.

Speaker 4 (12:49):
Yeah, I tell you, I really enjoyed him this time around.

Speaker 5 (12:52):
Yeah, he was backstage.

Speaker 2 (12:53):
I told him I loved his documentary because I saw
him the end of the year and he's like, oh
my god, thank you so much. He was so sweet,
like he was so humbled like about that.

Speaker 3 (13:02):
But also this does prove to you he does sing
and rap live, because you heard nothing.

Speaker 2 (13:07):
There was no backtrack when he was performing.

Speaker 5 (13:10):
And of course we.

Speaker 4 (13:11):
Broke the story that he and tab will be spending
the holidays together.

Speaker 6 (13:14):
In Yes you did, and that is a highlight.

Speaker 1 (13:18):
Just announced the Jonas Brothers or in the lineup for
Dick Clark's Rocking New Year's Eve. They're going to do
a twentieth anniversary career spanning medley just after midnight.

Speaker 4 (13:28):
And You've got one in there right Just.

Speaker 5 (13:41):
You try to do it.

Speaker 2 (13:50):
This is a very humbling time for me.

Speaker 4 (13:54):
I got to tell you, if anybody you should be
in Times Square.

Speaker 2 (13:57):
I need whatever they do.

Speaker 3 (13:58):
I think they're gonna do a twenty year two or
I will be there, me and gian I are you
plotting about it?

Speaker 4 (14:03):
Why wouldn't you go to Times Square from New Year's
if you've got.

Speaker 6 (14:06):
No place to Billy, that's a tough thing to take on.
I mean, you've got to get there in the morning
and stand there.

Speaker 2 (14:13):
If you want to call Ryan Seacrest and give me
a spot, sure, But I'm not a problem.

Speaker 4 (14:17):
I've got it's my contact list right here.

Speaker 3 (14:19):
But I will say, like, you know, they're famous, very young,
but we grew up together, so I'm like, damn, how
are we this all that?

Speaker 2 (14:24):
It's been twenty years?

Speaker 4 (14:25):
But I'm so excited.

Speaker 2 (14:27):
It's gonna be a good year for them. I can
feel it.

Speaker 1 (14:29):
Elton John is pretty much taking credit for discovering Chapel Rome.

Speaker 7 (14:33):
For example, when I first heard Chapel Roon and played her,
god knows how long ago. I think I was the
first person to play Chapel Room Pink Pony Club, and
then I interviewed her and then we became friends. And
Allison Pont and the Linda Linda's in La. It's just
a great It gives me the energy. These young artists
have so much energy. They're so good and if I

(14:53):
can help them in anyway, get a foot on a ladder,
I will help them.

Speaker 1 (14:58):
Speaking of young artists, Chapel rom And before she became
Chapel Roane apparently worked the drive through at a coffee
shop in your home.

Speaker 5 (15:04):
Want to drive through, you know, bore the headset.

Speaker 17 (15:07):
It was awesome.

Speaker 2 (15:08):
I have a great time. Was there in the pandemic.

Speaker 17 (15:11):
I am like, look back at that time, I'm like,
that was hard. It's fun if you're with your friends.
It's really hard either way, but it's not fun if
you're not with your friends. If you're not with people
you like to work with. But the hardest thing is
being on headset and having someone at the window and
you like taking an order, typing it in and giving

(15:31):
them the correct change at the same time. So you're
talking to like two or three different people at the
same time.

Speaker 6 (15:35):
A lot of multitaska be nice to your person.

Speaker 1 (15:40):
Yeah right, well, plus coffee orders alone now or out
of control.

Speaker 4 (15:44):
Yes, it's like a creation. It's not just a couple
of coffee.

Speaker 5 (15:47):
What's the one though? I want my sugar melted.

Speaker 6 (15:49):
Yeah, okay, I've never heard that.

Speaker 2 (15:52):
Oh yeah, that's a big thing really because if.

Speaker 5 (15:54):
You melted, it mixes better with the thought.

Speaker 6 (15:56):
They just used the syrup like the So some places you.

Speaker 3 (16:00):
Use like a sugar serup use actual sugar and they
want them to melt it. There's actually a place in
like West mid Central Masks that they melt it with
hot chocolate.

Speaker 2 (16:10):
So you get the coffee.

Speaker 4 (16:12):
It's yeah, I just tell them to go somewhere else
drink it. We don't do the crushed sugar, drink melt it. Yeah,
I do a simple black coffee. Is that too much
to ask?

Speaker 2 (16:23):
I know Justin and Billy both do black coffee. Least
you do milk and I.

Speaker 6 (16:26):
Do milk and sugar too much for my stomach.

Speaker 5 (16:29):
Yeah, I used to do extra extra extra sugar.

Speaker 2 (16:33):
See wow, you've performed to black from Extra Actra.

Speaker 4 (16:37):
That's insane.

Speaker 1 (16:39):
Speaking of young artists, Olivia Rodrigo doing something cool. She's
donating two million bucks from her guts toward a number
of different charities in the US, Canada, Europe and Asia.

Speaker 5 (16:49):
And so Brina.

Speaker 1 (16:50):
Carpenter is if she doesn't have enough going on now,
She's got a comic book just in time for the holidays.
It's called Fame. It will be about her journey from
Disney Channel actress to global music sensation.

Speaker 4 (17:02):
And here we go.

Speaker 1 (17:03):
The Aaron Rodgers documentary is out. It dropped on Netflix
last night. And do you remember the controversy around his
brother and when his brother went on The Bachelor? Aaron
hated it, but the family was all in.

Speaker 4 (17:17):
And what part of the show did the family show
up and they left two empty seats or something?

Speaker 6 (17:22):
Yeah, it was a dinner, and they made it seem
like Aaron basically didn't show up. But he provided context
and he said that they actually never asked him to
do the dinner, but that he never would have showed up. Anyway,
So it's kind of like, what's the point.

Speaker 5 (17:37):
Yeah, it comes up in the elementary.

Speaker 18 (17:39):
Bull it show and leave two empty chairs. They all
agreed this was like a good thing to do, to
leave two empty chairs. Had a stupid dating show. Then
my brother just went on to get famous his words,
not mine. Did he end up winning here? There was
during the season. I was never asked to go to
not that I would have been him.

Speaker 6 (18:00):
I have to say that his brother, Jordan is still
with the girl that he met on The Bachelor, so
technically he did win in the love category because Aaron
is still very much single.

Speaker 1 (18:11):
Yeah, oh very much, and he's gone through a lot
of women. He just moves him onto the ranch and
then moves them out. I mean what you had Olivia Monny,
you had Danica Patrick, you had Shalin Woodley. He talks
about it in the documentary.

Speaker 11 (18:23):
I didn't do myself any favors with some of the
girls I did after that that we're in the public eye.
I definitely hated it at first, like really despised it.
I enjoyed my private life. I enjoyed being to go places.
But from super wol MVP MVP State Farm commercials that
got a little more difficult.

Speaker 5 (18:44):
I noticed that Aaron Rodgers doesn't do himself any favors.
It's always the things that he says that kind of
get him into trouble.

Speaker 2 (18:52):
Okay, this is my thing about him.

Speaker 3 (18:53):
Can you imagine dating him, right, and you're having a
bad day or whatever, and he comes to you. He's like, so,
what do you think about the moon and the stars.
He's very much like I couldn't do. I'd be like, sir,
get away from me. Okay, I'm tired. I don't care
right now.

Speaker 4 (19:07):
Moly, he's high as a kite all the time.

Speaker 5 (19:10):
He's into the psychedelics.

Speaker 3 (19:11):
Yeah, he's way too deep, Like I like a nice
deep conversation, but like he just can't ever have a joke,
a little laughing.

Speaker 5 (19:18):
Last, I'm going to a darkness retreat. Retreat. Listen, I
don't knock anybody. You know, I'm weird as ever, but
three days in a dark room a little much.

Speaker 6 (19:25):
He seems very moody, A little much.

Speaker 4 (19:27):
Now that I think of it, you're as weird as
Aaron Rodgers.

Speaker 5 (19:30):
We're into the similar things I used. Don't do psychedelics
or darkness?

Speaker 2 (19:33):
Do you think he used? All our friends I don't know.

Speaker 1 (19:37):
This is my favorite story of the morning Roastmaster Nicki
Glazer is going to be hoisting the Golden globeal ward.

Speaker 2 (19:42):
I would have gotten the.

Speaker 19 (19:43):
Golden Globes five years ago. I would have not really
known how to handle it. I would have worked myself
too hard. I would have been crying naked getting a
spray TND the night before, like what.

Speaker 5 (19:52):
Am I doing tomorrow?

Speaker 19 (19:53):
And now it's just like I know how to plan things,
I know how to train for them, and I just
feel ready.

Speaker 4 (19:58):
And she had the best line ever at the Tom
Brady roast in here.

Speaker 19 (20:05):
It is the only thing dumber than you saying yes
to this roast was when you said, hey.

Speaker 2 (20:08):
Babe, you should try jiu jitsu.

Speaker 20 (20:10):
I think that was.

Speaker 4 (20:12):
That's gotta suck.

Speaker 5 (20:14):
Dude, How much would it sucks?

Speaker 19 (20:19):
Oh my god, just knowing your ex wife's new boyfriend
can beat your ass while eating hers, that's gonna be.

Speaker 4 (20:27):
Just move on from that.

Speaker 5 (20:28):
I guess the best is Tom's face. Oh yeah, what
does that?

Speaker 1 (20:37):
And by the way, Nikki Glazer comes to Boston The
Box Center of All Places February twenty first, for one show,
two shows February twenty second, I think we're trying to
get the entire morning show to go battle Billy.

Speaker 4 (20:49):
That's on you, Okay, it's on me.

Speaker 5 (20:52):
We're going Okay.

Speaker 1 (20:53):
The report brought to you by Wilson Farm in Lexington,
the only place to go for all of your holiday
shopping needs. You can wow family and friends with their
gormet gift baskets, stunning floral arrangements. By the way in
fresh delicious meat meats. Let Wilson Farmer help you make
this year the most festive ever and there you go.

Speaker 21 (21:11):
Aaron Rodgers sounds so pathetic. First of all, the girls
that he dated didn't do themselves any favors dating him,
and I wonder if Aaron Rodgers bothers to turn on
the TV and see what real problems exist in the world.
He sounds like an absolute whosh.

Speaker 6 (21:27):
From the planet Fitness Kiss one Oway Studios. We're back
with Billy and Lisa in the morning on chip Heany guys.

Speaker 5 (21:35):
Welcome back.

Speaker 4 (21:36):
We've got big news coming up.

Speaker 1 (21:37):
The Wasabi Fenway bull is going to be happening Saturday,
December twenty eighth. It's going to be happening at Fenway Park.
This is a college bowl game coming to Fenway Park.
Yukon Husky's going to be taking on the North Carolina
tar Heels. That's the team that Bill Belichick is going
to be coaching next year. He may or may not
be there. But the sponsor of the the whole thing

(22:00):
is was Sabbi Technologies known as Hot Cloud Storage and Company.

Speaker 22 (22:05):
It went up to the cloud, and you can't get
it down from the cloud.

Speaker 4 (22:08):
Nobody understands the cloud.

Speaker 5 (22:10):
It's a mystery. That's Billy last time he went to
the Horizon Store. I've been yelling about the cloud for years.
This is perfect.

Speaker 14 (22:16):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (22:16):
They also partner with the iHeartRadio podcast network and the
Sports Network. By the way, Julian Edelman is on the
Iheartsports Network and on the phone right now is mister
Wassabi Technology, Michael Welts.

Speaker 5 (22:29):
Mike you there, I here.

Speaker 20 (22:32):
It's a pleasure to meet too and see you guys again.

Speaker 5 (22:34):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (22:35):
I actually have a chance to spend a few minutes
with you with jingle Ball this past Sunday night. First
and foremost, Mike, I got to ask you what the
hell is the cloud?

Speaker 20 (22:45):
You know, that's a great question. It was kind of
fun listen to Kamala Harris trying to describe it recently
was all series running for President. Yeah, it's nothing more
than an online storage platform where people in businesses store
their files and applications, and you can make it accessible
for anywhere over the Internet. So instead of you storing
at your house in terms of a hard drive, we

(23:07):
store it with Sabby in our own data center, which
you're all over the world.

Speaker 1 (23:11):
I got to tell you I was genius the hot
cloud storage service, and you call it Wasabi.

Speaker 4 (23:15):
Get it hot was Sabby.

Speaker 1 (23:18):
But I'm still go Oh, I can tell you, Michael,
is every time I go to the cell phone store,
they say, oh, it's all in the cloud. You know,
if you want to get a new phone or something,
it's in the cloud. But I never get it back
from the cloud. They say, oh, you'll get it all,
and then you get half of what was in your phone.

Speaker 5 (23:33):
I still don't.

Speaker 4 (23:33):
I'm confused by the cloud.

Speaker 5 (23:35):
Mike.

Speaker 20 (23:36):
I have to tell you that I've been trying to
work a deal with all these phone companies for years now,
because you won't have that issue with with Sabby whatsoever.
So we'll get your data. You'll get you whatever it
is you store on the cloud. You get it back
from with Sabi.

Speaker 4 (23:49):
So how would people reach out to Wassabi Technologies?

Speaker 20 (23:52):
First of all, oh, you can find it. So we're
based in Boston. Actually it's easy to find us. Just
go to Withsabi dot com believe it or not, and
you can. You can your data from let's say two
to five terabytes all the left that literally what are
called petabytes, thousands of terabytes and.

Speaker 4 (24:07):
We go again. Now I get a warm up. Petabytes. God,
I don't even know the cloud yet, Mike. Now it's
the petabytes.

Speaker 20 (24:14):
It gets worse, Billy, it just gets bigger and bigger.
But I'll tell you if you're anything like me, I've
got over thirty thousand photos on my own phone. And
you know, we're just happy, happy and thankful for people
to keep storing that data on their phones because ultimately
you're going to be putting it in the cloud, and
ultimately that'll end up over with Sabby if we do
our job right.

Speaker 1 (24:33):
Well, the good news is for people like me who
don't know much, I just need to reach out to
what Sabbi Technologies, right.

Speaker 20 (24:39):
You don't need to, it's that simple. Just give us
a call.

Speaker 5 (24:41):
We'll take care of it.

Speaker 20 (24:42):
From there.

Speaker 5 (24:42):
Okay, it's on Bill's laptop, but it's also in the cloud.

Speaker 15 (24:46):
It's on your laptop, and it's then therefore up here
in this cloud that exists above us.

Speaker 5 (24:54):
Michael, you impressed that we were able to pull that
that fast.

Speaker 20 (24:58):
Well done, Well done. That's the magic of radio and
very gifted producers.

Speaker 1 (25:03):
Yeah, or, as Kamala would say, just roll up your sleeves.
But okay, so you've got the tar heels come to
Defendway Park, which is amazing. So you can tell us
once and for all, is Belichick going to be in
the ballpark for that game?

Speaker 20 (25:19):
All right, So there's an assumption that it'll be at
the game with UNC. We're preparing in such a way.
To be honest, we don't know if he's attendant yet.
You have to tune in. You have to attend the
game to find out. But I think there's a pretty
strong likelihood. I just probably wouldn't look for him on
the sidelines.

Speaker 1 (25:38):
Yeah, that would be weird like, yeah, by the way,
what about the current coach. He's going to be weirded out.

Speaker 5 (25:45):
Yeah.

Speaker 20 (25:45):
It's going to be an interesting dynamic. But you know,
it's really exciting news for the program, for all of
college football in general. You know, obviously the legend of
Bill Belichick going into college football, transforming a a legendary
program in its own right, taking into the next level.
But it's just been a lot of energy, especially to

(26:06):
this particular bowl game. And let's not forget Yukon and
its own right had a great season. It's an up
and coming program. We're really excited. In fact, it's already
a lot more tickets sold for this year than last year.
Is a record amount.

Speaker 5 (26:17):
Oh, I'll bet.

Speaker 1 (26:18):
I think it's the first Bowl game ever at Fenway Park.
And by the way, if you want tickets, that's easy.
You just go to Fenwaybowl dot com slash tickets. I'm
guessing you'll be there, Michael.

Speaker 20 (26:30):
I'll be there. I'll be flipping the coin awarding the trophies. Wow,
maybe eating, dumping a gatorade bucket of wisabips over the winners.

Speaker 1 (26:39):
We'll see Michael. Thank you so much for checking in.
We'll see you at Fenway Park. And again, it's going
to be happening Saturday, December twenty eighth, and it's going
to be carried on ESPN, which is cool too. So
if you can't get tickets, you can watch it at home,
and there is a charity involved, right.

Speaker 20 (26:56):
Very much.

Speaker 22 (26:56):
So.

Speaker 20 (26:56):
Yes, the whole idea of the Bowl Game is actually
to honor the New England based education systems. It's something
called the honor Roll, and in fact we'll have fifteen.
There were twelve hundred nominees from all over New England anywhere,
from the people that certainly lunches, to the people that
clean the schools to the teachers. Fifteen of the honorees
will be brought onto the field during the first quarter

(27:18):
to be recognized by all the fans.

Speaker 1 (27:20):
Well, thank you for partnering with us, Thank you for
partnering with the iHeart. And we look forward to Fenway
Park in the first ever Bowl Game and Bill Belichick
and the UNCU tar Heels.

Speaker 4 (27:30):
Thank you, Michael, We'll see you there.

Speaker 20 (27:31):
Okay, thanks folks.

Speaker 5 (27:33):
Okay, Lisa, do we think that Billy understands the cloud?

Speaker 15 (27:36):
Now?

Speaker 4 (27:37):
No, not at all, not a chance. But now that
I'll have a bite, which the.

Speaker 5 (27:41):
Hell is that a lot of st Anyway, soalkback leftovers
coming up next to Oh we gotta have some talkback
leftovers in there, brother, We absolutely do. But that was
Drake do you hear that song. Yes, that is a throwback. Yes,
that was Drake's first I mean, at least for me,
big hit. When I heard that song for the first time,
I'm like, this is this guy's going to be big?

(28:02):
So you're playing it?

Speaker 4 (28:05):
Yeah, that's old school bro.

Speaker 5 (28:06):
Yeah all right, just trying to own the music here, guys.

Speaker 2 (28:09):
Drake okay, call me Drake bitch.

Speaker 5 (28:12):
Yeah yeah, yeah, well Billy struggles with it.

Speaker 1 (28:14):
That's Drake with little Dirk right there. Later gets number
nineteen for the week. Pretty shocking this past week. Jake, Jake, Jake,
thank you.

Speaker 5 (28:24):
Okay, that's what it's like in the Life of Justice. Yeah, anyway,
talk back leftovers, let's get to it.

Speaker 2 (28:30):
Good morning from Windy Tangier, Morocco. Just wanted to check
him with the travel Club and say, we are riding
some camels today. I hope everyone has a wonderful day.

Speaker 5 (28:38):
On the talk back, Mike listening to us from Morocco
on a camel.

Speaker 6 (28:43):
I have to that's bucket list for me to go
to Morocco beautifully.

Speaker 5 (28:46):
Yeah, I would love to do at least I rode
a camel. Remember that they have big teeth.

Speaker 6 (28:52):
Okay, it was in Naples, Florida.

Speaker 4 (28:55):
Camel roaming the streets of Naples, Florida.

Speaker 6 (28:58):
Don't ask how that happened, but I did.

Speaker 8 (29:01):
Zoo.

Speaker 6 (29:02):
No, no, I don't even know where was.

Speaker 5 (29:03):
I thought it was in Egypt.

Speaker 21 (29:04):
No, it was in Naples.

Speaker 5 (29:07):
I've never seen a camel in Naples to Egypt, I know,
but I thought maybe he was somewhere over there. I
tell you, yeah, if camel towards.

Speaker 4 (29:17):
Them, camel caravan and ruby, you ran into a camel
caravan in Naples.

Speaker 6 (29:24):
I'm not a caravan.

Speaker 4 (29:25):
It was one camel.

Speaker 1 (29:26):
Oh yeah, I thought it was a tops Field fair No, no, okay,
the big teeth too.

Speaker 15 (29:33):
Justin's Day one commercial gets me every time. And I
just wanted to call and say that you're an inspiration
and I hope you have a wonderful, healthy holiday.

Speaker 5 (29:45):
Oh, thank you so much. Yeah, that's my Power of
Recovery commercial. That's who I work with. They offered drug
addict diction treatment. It's so much more. And if you
would have asked me many years ago, if I if
I thought I'd ever be on the radio talking about
my Day one clean, I never you. But I think
it's important to get that messaging out there. Because you know,
there are people that are struggling right now that can't

(30:06):
get one day clean.

Speaker 3 (30:08):
I love when you do your little Live one and
you update the day yeah, because every day is a
new day.

Speaker 5 (30:13):
Another day, yeah, six twenty one days today, wow.

Speaker 15 (30:18):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (30:18):
And it all starts to it one day. So that's
the importance of your day one. You never forget your
day one.

Speaker 4 (30:23):
It's a lot of days.

Speaker 5 (30:24):
I'm just saying so. Earlier, we got this talk back
about the talkback mic justin I.

Speaker 6 (30:28):
Have a quick question.

Speaker 16 (30:30):
I was listening to iHeart Christmas last night and I
saw the microphone on there that you could leave a
talkback on the iHeart Christmas app.

Speaker 4 (30:41):
And does that go to you?

Speaker 2 (30:43):
Or who does that talkback go.

Speaker 15 (30:46):
To if you leave one?

Speaker 2 (30:47):
And I don't know why we would.

Speaker 5 (30:49):
Leave one, but okay, yeah, And we kind of thought
about it. We were like, where does it go? Does
it go to? You know that that station, the people
that run that station on iHeart We weren't sure, but
then it kind of hit me, like dr.

Speaker 6 (31:01):
The talkbacks on North Pole Radio go straight to Santa
Ho Ho Ho makes perfect sense.

Speaker 5 (31:10):
Wow, right, Billy has the wow look on his face.

Speaker 4 (31:14):
Have meant listening right now.

Speaker 5 (31:15):
If you're listening on the iHeart Christmas station on the
iHeart app, there's a red microphone to leave a talk
back and when you hit that tip, where else does
it go? Goes to Santa. Wow, I'm just saying, we
do it all, don't we?

Speaker 2 (31:26):
Hear an iheart't Where did yourect line to Santa?

Speaker 20 (31:29):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (31:29):
Who knew?

Speaker 3 (31:30):
So have your kids listen and leave their talk back
for Santa so he knows what they want for Christmas.

Speaker 2 (31:35):
They only have a week to go.

Speaker 5 (31:37):
You know, and use that to make them behave so
they don't get cold.

Speaker 4 (31:39):
Could we leave the message christ Bill?

Speaker 5 (31:43):
Mhmm, you're looking for something for Christmas?

Speaker 6 (31:45):
Yeah, you're never too old to leave a message for Santa?

Speaker 5 (31:47):
What would you like for Christmas?

Speaker 4 (31:49):
What would I like for me to survive this little
boat trip I have to take today?

Speaker 11 (31:54):
Oh?

Speaker 5 (31:55):
Oh, you know what. We'll talk about that in the
wrap up next.

Speaker 6 (31:58):
Kids One Way Earning up on Billy and Lisa in
the morning.

Speaker 5 (32:03):
Okay, let's take a look back at the show today.
On a Wednesday, we had some fun, like we always do.
We had a really really good topic, what's the worst
job you've ever had? We all had our own stories
and our listeners did too. There were a lot that
we could not get to.

Speaker 14 (32:17):
And you know what, that's what the wrap up is
for What's Up Morning, crew, Gay Nick Here worst jobs
I remember in high school. I was working at this
place on the cave called Zooquarium. It was half zoo,
half aquarium, and I was in charge of picking up
all the animal peces that were in like the pens.
But the worst part was the lamas because they would
always be penetrating behind me. Well, I was in front

(32:40):
of them trying to clean everything up.

Speaker 5 (32:41):
It was the worst.

Speaker 14 (32:42):
Luckily I realized I was gay and then went to
the golf course up the street.

Speaker 4 (32:50):
That was an eye opening experience.

Speaker 10 (32:52):
So hey you guys, good morning. One rough job I
had one year, actually it was a few I had.
I worked with my father in law on his lobster boat.
He he made me bait the traps and he made
sure to tell me every day that I was the
master beta.

Speaker 5 (33:14):
Oh okay, we go. That's something I'm going to say
to my I just feel it.

Speaker 4 (33:21):
By the way, that's very hard work being a lobsterman.
Oh my, oh yeah.

Speaker 5 (33:26):
I used to watch that show What's that show where
they go out in the boat.

Speaker 2 (33:29):
Oh my god, like the Fisherman. What's the biggest catch right?

Speaker 5 (33:34):
Yeah, yeah, deadly catch catch.

Speaker 12 (33:37):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (33:38):
I watched that a lot too.

Speaker 5 (33:39):
That was crazy. Nicky Glazer was in Billy's Entertainment Report.
She's hosting the Golden Globes, but she's also coming to
Boston for three shows in February, which we're going to
try to go to. And remember she was just here.

Speaker 23 (33:51):
II guys, I saw Nicky Glazer in Conquered New Hampshire
last weekend. It was amazing, So definitely go when she
hits to Boston. Oh, we also tested out some of
our monologue jokes for the Golden Globes. Highly suggests that
you watched the show.

Speaker 20 (34:06):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (34:08):
And you know what's cool about Nikki is after the
Tom Brady Roast, she did a bunch of press and
podcasts and she told the jokes that were cut that
she chose not to do with the roast. So she's
probably gonna do that at her show in Boston. Oh
wowet cut from the Golden Globes. So we're looking forward
to that. That's going to be a good one. The
mayor of the South End he checked in this morning.

(34:29):
I bring this up because yesterday he was talking about
they were looking for toys in Boston. Yes, they needed
toys for kids for Christmas. Well update, it's all good.

Speaker 22 (34:37):
Good morning. It's the mayor of the South Bend Christmas
in the city. They got the toys they needed. Thank
you everybody. Now tonight go to Trinity Church in Boston.
They're having the candlelight carol service. It is the most
beautiful thing. If you've never been, you should go. They
shut all the lights off. They like the candles, and

(34:58):
I guarantee when you leave there you will be filled
with the spirit of Christmas. Have a great day everyone.

Speaker 3 (35:06):
Do you think he actually goes to all the things
he tells us that he to go do or he
just is like the social calendar.

Speaker 5 (35:11):
I think he goes to a lot, maybe not every
single event, but.

Speaker 6 (35:15):
I have to say this one tonight sounds really amazing.

Speaker 4 (35:17):
Yeah right, yeah, I got to tell you something about carollers.

Speaker 7 (35:21):
Yep.

Speaker 4 (35:22):
The other night Michelle and I were walking around the
neighborhood with Titus.

Speaker 5 (35:25):
He's a good boy.

Speaker 1 (35:27):
A group of carolers. We're going house to house. I
haven't seen that forever, ever seen Oh my god, that's
so cool. You know, people come to the front door.

Speaker 4 (35:35):
They're holding the babies and the kids and everything. In
like ten or twelve carolers are outside. They do a
couple of songs them then they move on to the
next house.

Speaker 6 (35:41):
I think, wow, that's so festive.

Speaker 5 (35:43):
Yeah, that's pretty cool. That's pretty cool. Okay, coming up tomorrow.
This just in. We went to Comics Come Home back
in November, and typically at the show at the Garden,
you know, the first comic is usually an up and comer,
a newcomer, and they're always good. But the one from
this year, we really really likes the local kid. He's
from Bridgewater. His name is Alec Flynn. Yeah, we thought

(36:06):
he was awesome. He had this whole kind of thing
on his dad and his dad being roganized, and yeah, loved.

Speaker 8 (36:13):
My dad has been roganized. Yeah, we got a nice
stuff in the garage.

Speaker 2 (36:16):
Now.

Speaker 5 (36:16):
He's like, what do you think.

Speaker 8 (36:17):
I'm like, I think you're gonna live forever and I'll
never be a homeowner. That's why let me send me
a pick of me taking a dunk in the top.
Instead of a picture, he sent me a grainy minute
and a half long isis style video of him shirtless,
erect nipples taking a bath.

Speaker 5 (36:32):
Yeah, it was really really funny. He talks a lot
about you know, being a twenty something year old and
dating and everything. Anyway, he's coming in tomorrow.

Speaker 4 (36:41):
He got him.

Speaker 5 (36:42):
Wait, we got him. Oh yeah. And the best part
is he's taking the train here okay, and so you
know we're near Wellington train station. I told him which
station it was. He said, no problem, and I thought,
I'm not gonna make him walk. So we're sending Sir
Riley to pick him up at the train station.

Speaker 6 (37:02):
I think that's great.

Speaker 5 (37:03):
Yeah, you know it's too far to walk.

Speaker 6 (37:06):
He can't walk.

Speaker 2 (37:07):
The funny thing is, though, like he must live in
the city. I'm assuming like he doesn't even have a car.
He's just taking.

Speaker 5 (37:12):
Actually, these are questions we'll find out, that's right.

Speaker 4 (37:16):
Make sure that's the first question.

Speaker 6 (37:18):
What no car or maybe he just didn't want to
deal with the traffic.

Speaker 5 (37:21):
Yes, it's actually smart. I feel bad. You know, we
have guests come in. They spend an hour two hours
in traffic, you know, and we do a segment that's
ten minutes long.

Speaker 2 (37:28):
You know what, feel there is no more slow zones, so.

Speaker 4 (37:32):
Oh that's right here in a jiffy, as they used
to say.

Speaker 5 (37:35):
